  "Mangga" Integrated Health Post is one of the Integrated Service Posts located in Tumpangkrasak Village, Jati Subdistrict, Kudus District. There are approximately 80 toddler members who participate in activities every month on the 25th. "Mangga" Integrated Health Post utilizes the home of the health worker as its location, equipped with basic tables and chairs. In broad terms, this dedication aims to (1) Improve services by providing information and education on stunting prevention through the use of a website and (2) Assist in providing facilities such as equipment for "Mangga" Integrated Health Post. The expected outcomes include (1) Publication of articles in a Service Journal. (2) Documentation of activities will be published in the online mass media Jawa Pos Radar Kudus. (3) Publication of photos and videos of activities to be uploaded on the institution's YouTube channel. (4) "Mangga" Integrated Health Post website www.manggahealthpost.com. With website management training, it is possible to enhance the skills of village health workers in developing the "Mangga" Integrated Health Post website, thereby educating residents of the village, especially parents with toddlers, and achieving the goal of stunting prevention.

MTs Darul Ikhlash is one of the educational institutions in South Sangatta which is equipped with various school facilities and infrastructure. Some of the data management processes for facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash still run manually and some are in the form of files, but there is no system that accommodates the facilities and infrastructure processes as a whole. So it is difficult for the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure to find out and search for data held by the school, as well as control the inventory of facilities and infrastructure, especially those in condition that can be replaced for further improvement. The aim of this research is to design and build a website-based information system for facilities and infrastructure that is used to simplify the process of collecting data on facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash so that management becomes more effective and efficient. This information system planning was created using the waterfall method. This research has produced a web-based Facilities and Infrastructure Information System for Data Collection and Loans at MTs Darul Ikhlash, which will make it easier for the school to recapitulate facility and infrastructure inventory data more quickly and accurately.

The problems found in civics learning indicate a decrease in student learning motivation with a decrease in the level of children's participation in doing tasks given by teachers, besides that this is caused by changes in education policies during the transition period of the Covid-19 pandemic so that this changes the learning paradigm. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of using KUBUSPKn on student learning motivation in PPKn subjects at SMK PGRI 1 Cimahi. The research method in this study uses the correlation method to determine the relationship of variables. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling. The results of this study were shown from the results of the t-test analysis of t count 7.168> t table 1.662 which indicated a significant influence between independent variables and dependent variables, obtained results from F-count 51.386 > F table 3.953) so that based on the results of the study the use of CubePkn has a significant value that affects student learning motivation.

Todays, technology is also widely used in various fields for various needs. Based on data from. Various sectors, such as education, business, tourism, to the agricultural sector, widely use websites. There are various implementations or applications of technological developments in agriculture, one of which is the application of calculating an agricultural product in Kerinci experienced ups and downs due to less stable weather conditions. Calculations in determining an agricultural product can use several calculation methods, one of which is the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. Tsukamoto's fuzzy method is an extension of monotone reasoning. In Tsukamoto's method, every consequence has a rule in the form of IF-THEN that must be represented in a fuzzy set with a monotone arrangement function. So this requires a system that can produce predictions in tea production in Kerinci tea plantations to meet market needs. The solution offered is a production prediction system in Kerinci plantations using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. The prediction results obtained in this study were a 36% increase in tea sales production.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Mekanisme Good Corporate Governance dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kualitas Audit sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Pada Perusahaan Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia dan Perusahaan Sektor Barang Konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia  tahun 2019-2021). Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini, laporan keuangan tersebut di unduh pada website masing-masing perusahaan. Pada penarikan sampel, penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menerapkan beberapa kriteria pada populasi dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 71 perusahaan dari jumlah populasi 213 perusahaan yang masuk ke dalam  Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia dan Sektor Barang Konsumsi tahun 2019-2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Komisaris Independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) Kepemilikan Manajerial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) Kepemilikan Institusional memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) Ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, (5) Kualitas audit memoderasi pengaruh  komisaris independen terhadap nilai perusahaan, (6) Kualitas audit memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial  terhadap nilai perusahaan, (7) kualitas audit tidak memoderasi pengaruh kepemilikan institusional terhadap nilai perusahaan dan (8) kualitas audit memoderasi pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to design and develop a school website using Google Sites as an effective medium of information and communication for both the school community and the public. The website development process was carried out through several stages, including needs analysis, content design, page creation, integration of supporting features, and functional evaluation. Google Sites was selected due to its ease of use, design flexibility, and its ability to integrate with various Google services such as Drive, Calendar, and Forms. The results of the development show that the resulting website is capable of providing structured school information, including the school profile, activity programs, administrative services, as well as news and announcement publications. In addition, communication features such as online forms and integrated school contact information enhance accessibility and interaction between the school and users. Based on limited trials, the website was considered feasible and easy to use as an information and communication medium that supports transparency, openness, and effective dissemination of information within the school environment.

Purpose - In this era, technological advances cannot be separated from human life, one of which is the employee recruitment process carried out by companies. The purpose of writing this article is to examine the influence of technology on the employee recruitment process. With advances in technology, the recruitment process can be carried out more effectively and efficiently. Design/methodology/approach-By using data analysis methods from various journals, books, articles and literature, the recruitment process is carried out quite in length, starting from distributing job vacancies, collecting files, selecting and making decisions to hire employees who suit the company's needs, especially now that there is a credit score policy. Of course, if done manually it will take a long time, and archiving data cannot be done efficiently. For this reason, technological advances must be utilized optimally to facilitate the employee recruitment process. Findings-The findings from the literature that have been reviewed are that technology has a positive and quite large influence on the employee recruitment process. and the existence of a credit score policy in the employee recruitment process. Practical implications - With a credit score policy and using the web to manage the employee recruitment process, the company will easily recruit employees and manage prospective employee data and analyze credit score data so that the company can easily obtain quality human resources according to the company's needs.

This research is motivated by the ability of Islamic commercial banks to collect funds from the public to be channeled back to customers in the form of financing, where third party funds are one of the largest sources that can be collected by banks, so that these third party funds can affect the amount of financing to be distributed . Murabahah financing is the most popular financing in both Islamic banks in Indonesia and Islamic banks in the world, and also the effect of margin income because the higher the margin income received, the banks will indirectly increase the amount of murabahah financing because this is related to good performance. The research method used is a quantitative research method, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling with 44 research samples. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of BUS quarterly financial reports for the 2017-2019 period which are accessed and retrieved through the official website of each bank. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination and path analysis.

Phishing is a technique in which scammers attempt to trick victims into providing personal information such as passwords, credit card numbers, or other financial information by pretending to be a trustworthy organization through fake email or fake website.  

The assessment of information technology governance is a crucial aspect of managing IT resources to align the implementation of information technology with business operations and corporate objectives. At PT Petrokimia Gresik, IT governance assessment is still carried out using conventional methods. Therefore, this research aims to design and develop a Self-Assessment Information Technology Governance System at PT Petrokimia Gresik. This research begins with user interviews and a literature review from various sources such as journals, reference documents, and COBIT 2019 books. The system development is conducted using the SCRUM method to produce a system that meets user requirements. In the SCRUM method, there are four main activities: sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. This information system was successfully developed using the Laravel framework, which proved to streamline web application development. The implication of this research is the creation of a Self-Assessment Information Technology Governance System. Based on the results of user acceptance testing, the system produced has been well-received and meets user needs.

An Accounting Information System (AIS) for inventory of consumable goods is important in inventory management, transaction recording and financial reporting. A consumables inventory AIS helps in monitoring stock, calculating inventory costs, and ensuring proper accountability within the company. The problems that occur in the inventory recording system for consumable goods, namely that the recording that is still being carried out is not in accordance with applicable accounting so that the physical entry and exit of goods cannot be known periodically and there is no SIA for the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research aims to create a Web-based SIA for inventory of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research method uses the case study method. The results of the research found that web-based AIS for managing supplies of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit runs more effectively and efficiently. The process of recording cash receipts and disbursements is an important part of financial management of an entity, be it a business, organization or individual. This process helps ensure that money received and disbursed is recorded correctly, so that it can be used to control finances, prepare financial reports, and fulfill tax obligations. The aim of this research is to create an accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at UD. Berkat Berkawan by creating a web-based cash receipt and disbursement application program. This research method uses a study method with an approach used to understand and analyze how an accounting information system operates in a business or organizational context. The results of this research can be used to facilitate UD. MSMEs are trading businesses managed by business entities or individuals which refer to productive economic businesses in accordance with the criteria stipulated by Law Number 20 of 2008. One of the MSMEs in the Kalumpang Village area is the Rice Chips MSME which is located at Kp Kedung Bulus, Kalumpang Village Padarincang District, Serang Regency, which is a community business in the village. So far, the marketing process for this product is still carried out traditionally, so that sales results are not optimal and the reach of promotion is limited because promotion is still carried out by word of mouth. Therefore, we as students with this community service activity contribute to designing applications and utilizing e-commerce through creating applications or websites as promotional and sales media for Rice Chips products so that we can increase sales and expand market share.

The web-based PKH fund processing application is a web-based application design aimed at distributing Family Hope Program (PKH) aid funds to the village head's office so that they can be distributed quickly and accurately. This application has features that include data collection, aid recipients, announcements or information on disbursement of aid regarding the Harapan Family Program (PKH). The advantages of using this PKH fund processing information system application are minimizing the risk of data errors and optimizing the time and resources involved in the PKH fund processing process.

This research aims to find out whether the Fixed Asset Ratio, Return On Assets, Firm Size, and Working Capital Turnover have an influence on the Capital Structure of PT. Aneka Gas Industry Tbk. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample used in this research are the financial reports of PT Aneka Gas Industry Tbk for the period 2014 - 2022 or for 9 years which were obtained using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research uses documentation techniques and literature study. The data source used in this research is a secondary data source obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id. The data analysis techniques used in this research are the classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test. The results of this research show that partially the Fixed Asset Ratio (X1) does not have a significant influence on Capital Structure (Y), partially Return On Assets (X2) does not have a significant influence on Capital Structure (Y), partially Firm size (X3) does not has a significant influence on Capital Structure (Y), and Working Capital Turnover (X4) partially does not have a significant influence on Capital Structure (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously Fixed Asset Ratio, Return On Assets, Firm Size, and Working Capital Turnover have a significant influence on the capital structure of PT. Aneka Gas Industry Tbk.

Entrepreneurship related to education is very much and can be realized by practitioners in the field of education and academics, so that they can transfer their knowledge to students related to entrepreneurship. One way that can be realized by the school is to apply entrepreneurship-based subjects, by instilling the value of an entrepreneurial spirit, and application by inviting students to practice directly in trying entrepreneurship related to Education, including as a reception service for typing proposals or reports, application or web development services, and can also be as an Education tour planner,  become content creators, educational institutions, and others. Based on the description of the situation analysis and observations that have been made to the partner place in the implementation of this community service, the partner's problems are formulated as follows: 1) There is still a lack of understanding of teachers and schools about the importance of edupreneurship applied in learning in schools, and there is still a lack of knowledge about the type of eduprenuership, 2) The need to develop knowledge and practice of digital technology-based eduprenuership to teachers in schools.  Based on the results of interviews and discussions with partners, to overcome partner problems, the methods that will be implemented in this community service activity are: 1) Providing education about the importance of edupreneurship applied in learning in schools, and still lack knowledge about the type of eduprenuership, 2) Providing assistance and guidance, edupreneurship practices related to digital technology to teachers. The results of this community service are 1) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kota Mojokerto teachers can pour creative ideas in entrepreneurship that can be applied by teachers and students in schools and poured into business design, 2) Through the practice and assistance provided, teachers can already practice digital marketing using online applications.

Semua dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa klik atau ketukan. Dengan mempertimbangkan kemudahan ini, minat belanja online semakin meningkat. E-commerce di Indonesia tumbuh signifikan sejak beberapa tahun terakhir. Dalam survei terbaru yang dilakukan oleh Barometer Konsumen Google bersama toko online Elevenia, Jumlah transaksi online di Indonesia meningkat, 78% responden berbelanja online melalui gadget seluler. di Indonesia mencatat 41% penjualannya berasal dari Jakarta, namun enam bulan kemudian angka ini turun menjadi 22%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak hanya konsumen di Jakarta yang rutin berbelanja online, konsumen di luar Jakarta juga memberikan kontribusinya terhadap pasar e-commerce di Indonesia, termasuk masyarakat di kota Semarang. Dengan semakin merabahnya perkembangan industri e-commerce Transmart berinovasi dengan meluncurkan Transmart Home Dilevery (THD) diharap mampu membantu memenuhi kebutuhan harian masyarakat terutama produk fresh food namun tetap meminimalisir penyebaran virus corona (Covid-19). Dengan semakin maraknya perkembangan perbelanjaan online Transmart hadir dengan memberikan pelayanan yang aman, praktis dan juga nyaman bagi pelanggan. Riset yang dilakukan oleh Association of E-commerce Indonesia (IDEA), Google Indonesia, dan TNS (Taylor Nelson Sofres) menemukan bahwa produk fesyen mendominasi pasar e-commerce sebagai produk yang paling sering dibeli, diikuti oleh gadget seluler, elektronik konsumen, buku dan majalah, dan bahan makanan. Dengan berkembangnya e-commerce, persaingan antar toko online menjadi semakin ketat. Banyak perusahaan perlu menyesuaikan diri dengan kebutuhan pasar yang berubah-ubah. Untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif, perusahaan harus memahami pentingnya kepuasan pelanggan. Pelanggan yang puas akan membeli produk lagi, membicarakan produk dengan baik kepada orang lain. Terutama di pasar e-commerce jika orang menemukan produk serupa dengan harga lebih rendah dan kualitas lebih tinggi, mereka dapat dengan mudah pindah dan membeli dari pesaing yang lebih gesit. Masalah belanja online lainnya adalah layanan pengiriman yang buruk yang mengakibatkan kedatangan produk terlalu lama atau bahkan rusak. Layanan pengiriman sangat penting dalam e-commerce, karena merupakan tahap terakhir dari proses pemenuhan pesanan dan dari sudut pandang konsumen, yang paling kritis. Pengiriman tepat waktu dan andal harus menjadi prioritas nomor satu dan sangat penting untuk keberhasilan setiap toko online. Penelitian ini mengambil obyek di Transmart Setiabudi Kota Semarang, karena masa pandemi COVID-19 ini meluncurkan layanan pesan antar Transmart Home Dailivery (THD) yang dapat diakses melalui website thd.transretail.co.id ataupun dengan cara scan QR code yang terdapat pada seluruh sosial media Transmart Carrefour. Peluncuran layanan pesan antar ini diharap mampu membantu memenuhi kebutuhan harian masyarakat terutama produk fresh food, namun tetap meminimalisir penyebaran virus corona (Covid-19). Permasalahan yang diangkat penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah dampak online fresh product delivery service dan pakaging produk dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini sesuai renstra Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 dalam topik tata kelola bisnis perusahaan.

In this study the measurement of financial performance at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia is carried out based on sharia aspects which consist of Islamic financial performance and Islamic maqashid performance. This study aims to analyze the performance of Islamic banking, especially Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia during the five year period from 2018-2022. Which is measured using the Sharia Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) and the Sharia Maqashid Index (SMI). The data used are 5 Islamic Commercial Banks consisting of: Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI), Bank Mega Syariah (BMS), Bank BCA Syariah (BCAS), Bank Bukopin Syariah (BBS), Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS). The data source used in this research is secondary data. Data is obtained from the annual reports of BUS in Indonesia for 2018-2022 via the website of each Islamic Commercial Bank. The results of this study show that based on the graphs and rankings, the results of the comparison of SCnP and SMI during the 2018-2022 period show that Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia are in one quadrant, namely URQ (Upper Right Quadran), Bank Aceh Syariah (BAS) is ranked first, Banks Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) is ranked second, Bank BCA Syariah (BCAS) is ranked third, Bank Bukopin Syariah is ranked 4th, and Bank Mega Syariah is ranked fifth.

This research analyzes the Kansai dialect, Standard Japanese, and the perspectives of native Kansai dialect speakers towards both languages. The purpose of this study is to find out what native speakers of Kansai dialect feel about their dialect and their views on Standard Japanese. This research uses a qualitative method with a thematic analysis approach. The data for this study were gathered from comments on threads and questions posted on the jp.quora.com website. The researcher's conclusion is that native Kansai dialect speakers have a sense of pride in their language and do not hold any particular views towards Standard Japanese.
