Education is an important sector in the development of a country, and effective utilization of educational resources plays a major role in achieving these goals. However, in Indonesia, the utilization of educational resources still faces various challenges, especially related to the unequal distribution of resources between urban and remote areas. This study aims to analyze the utilization of educational resources in Indonesia, both in terms of the quality of educators, educational facilities, and available technology. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to describe the current conditions and existing challenges. The results of the study show that despite government efforts, there is still a large gap in access to education between developed and disadvantaged areas. Assistance programs such as the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) and the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) have not fully reached areas in need. The quality of educators is also a major obstacle, especially in the 3T (frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged) areas, where many teachers have not received adequate training. In addition, the problem of uneven distribution of educational infrastructure is a major obstacle in creating a conducive learning environment. This study suggests the need for equal distribution of education budgets, improvement of teacher quality through continuous training, and more transparent and efficient management of existing education resources. The implementation of educational technology is also expected to improve the quality of learning in areas with physical limitations. In the long term, more inclusive and locally data-based policies will strengthen Indonesia's education system. This study discusses the history and education system in Turkey, focusing on the developments and challenges faced. Turkey, as a country located in the Eurasian region, has a centralized education system and is managed according to the provisions set by Mustafa Kamal Ataturk. The purpose of this education system is to produce skilled, productive, and creative individuals in the era of reform. Some important points raised in this study include: Quality of Education, although there are many quality higher education institutions, the global ranking of the Turkish education system still needs to be improved. Improving the quality of teaching and curriculum development are key to facing this challenge. Educational Inequality, there is inequality in access to education, especially in rural areas. Although basic education is mandatory, there are still areas in Turkey that experience limited access to education, which creates a gap between urban and rural areas. Educational Reform, since 2012, the structure of education in Turkey has changed, where students must complete upper secondary education which is now mandatory. Previously, students completed basic education for eight years and secondary education for three years. Comparison with Indonesia, the education system in Turkey has similarities with Indonesia, especially in the use of a modern system in implementing the curriculum in universities. However, Turkey has greater academic autonomy in universities. Investment in Education, Turkey has invested in education through the "2023 Eğitim Vizyonu" program to improve the quality and accessibility of education. However, challenges such as educational inequality still need to be addressed. This study is expected to provide deeper insight into the education system in Turkey and the challenges faced, as well as comparisons with education systems in other countries, especially Indonesia.

The aim of this research is to describe the development of the education system in Egypt. One very attractive educational option for Indonesian students in an Islamic country is education in Egypt. This can be seen from data from the Indonesian Embassy in Egypt, which records that around 8,000 Indonesian students are currently studying there. There are several reasons that cause this. Among them are (1) the quality education system at Al-Azhar, (2) the large number of talaqqi councils, (3) Egypt as the center of the Muslim community in the Middle East, (4) the land of the prophets, (5) affordable living costs, and (6) the many Islamic cultural sites that are often visited by foreign tourists. Another factor that makes education superior in Egypt is the cost of education which is covered by the government, which means education is free. Apart from that, the teaching staff at Al-Azhar are professionals, and the education system implemented is very good.

Tangerang City has the highest number of applications in Indonesia, with a total of 222 public service and government management applications supported by an ISO 27001:2013-certified data center. This data center is managed by the ICT Infrastructure and Cryptography Division of the Tangerang City Communication and Informatics Office. However, the process of managing data center assets and infrastructure still relies on OnlyOffice Nextcloud. This approach creates challenges in reading and processing data into meaningful information, data inconsistency, and the inability to track data changes effectively. Moreover, policymakers face difficulties in identifying devices that have reached their end of life (EOL) or are over five years old. This method limits strategic data analysis needed to support decision-making. Therefore, a digital system is required to manage data in a structured and consistent manner, track data changes, and provide relevant information for policymakers. Such a system is expected to enhance operational efficiency and support high-quality digital transformation.
