The use of Uses and Gratifications Theory in the context of TikTok Live is a key strategy in overcoming the challenge of lack of effective product introduction to consumers. This theory reveals that TikTok Live users actively seek satisfaction through media, focusing on detailed product information. This research utilizes this theoretical framework to design more effective product marketing strategies, meeting consumer needs and desires. This research was conducted based on the results of observations or observations that the researcher had carried out for 1 (one) month. This research was conducted at PT. In the age of social media, especially on platforms like TikTok, product marketing has become increasingly creative and focused on entertainment. The entertainment appeal presented to users provides an opportunity for companies to convey their message in unexpected ways and direct user interest towards their products. With an innovative approach, product marketing on TikTok and similar platforms continues to develop into an important part of modern business strategy.

Industry 5.0 emerges as the next evolution in industrial development accelerated by digital innovation, artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and quantum computing. This transformation not only affects technological aspects but also has a profound impact on how society interacts with products, services, and its environment. The research aims to explore the roles of innovative marketing strategies and production efficiency in shaping the future of society in the era of Industry 5.0. As a follow-up to these developments, UMKM 5.0 was launched on Friday 20 Oktober 2023, as one of the efforts to uplift micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) by leveraging internet technology. One of the initiatives involves providing training to MSME entrepreneurs to enable them to expand their businesses through the internet and the utilization of artificial intelligence.

The type of research used is quantitative research using the SEM PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire. A questionnaire is a way to collect data by providing respondents with a series of questions or written statements for them to fill in. The number of respondents in this study was 101, consisting of Tiktok users. Training on the utilization of the Genially application as an innovative digital-based learning media for teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Inamosol, West Seram Regency, is an important initiative in improving the quality of education in the region. The training method consists of 3 steps, namely preparation (correspondence and coordination and needs analysis), implementation (socialization and training/practical and mentoring) and evaluation (testimony and post test). The training participants consisted of 10 people. The results showed that the training participants were very enthusiastic and able to create a variety of learning media with the Genelly application. This was also evident from the testimonials of 10 teachers who felt that the topics given were very interesting, and the training material for developing digital-based learning media with the Genelly application as a medium in the teaching and learning process was very useful. With this training, it is expected that teachers will become agents of change in improving the quality of education in West Seram Regency through the effective use of digital technology.

This research was motivated by the need to assess the effectiveness of lesson plans prepared by class XI biology teachers with reference to the 2013 curriculum. This evaluation aims to understand to what extent the quality of lesson plans includes the expected competencies and to what extent these lesson plans can support an effective learning process. In addition, this study also wanted to evaluate the correlation between the contents of lesson plans and student learning outcomes, with the aim of identifying the extent to which the implementation of lesson plans based on Curriculum 13 had an impact on the level of understanding and academic achievement of students. This research uses a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Aek Songsongan with the research subject being a biology teacher. Data collected by interview technique. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data display, and data conclusions. The results showed that the lesson plans based on the 2013 Curriculum have a significant correlation with student learning outcomes in Biology subject so that an organized and structured lesson plan helps enable more focused and efficient learning and encourages the use of innovative and participatory learning methods that involve students more actively.

This investigation aims to explore the multifaceted impact of entrepreneurship education, AI integration, microfinance, and financial knowledge on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Employing a qualitative research design, the study utilizes purposive sampling to gather data from a diverse pool of MSME owners and stakeholders. Through thematic analysis, the study examines the interplay between these factors and their implications for MSME growth and sustainability. Preliminary findings suggest that entrepreneurship education fosters innovative thinking, while AI integration enhances operational efficiency. Microfinance serves as a crucial resource for MSMEs' financial needs, complemented by adequate financial knowledge for effective management. The study sheds light on the intricate dynamics shaping the MSME landscape, offering insights for policymakers, educators, and practitioners to bolster MSME development strategies.    

Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity partners are people who are not economically productive (general/ordinary community) Posyandu Cadre Ibu Sadar 2 is located in Wonorejo Village, Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency, which is located. In RW I Wonorejo, there are problems with the large amount of garbage scattered around the settlements due to the unavailability of waste collection and processing facilities, many sick children who have to go to the hospital due to the lack of cleanliness in environmental conditions, therefore it is necessary to empower posyandu cadres in managing community-based waste. The objectives of this community partnership program (PKM) are: 1) improving the skills, knowledge and attitudes of partners in treating waste, 2) motivating partners to always be creative and innovative in managing waste through the 3 R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), 3) encouraging partners improving and maintaining waste management in the environment so that a healthy, comfortable, peaceful and prosperous atmosphere is obtained and 4) for universities as a form of implementing MBKM based on the second and third Main Performance Indicators (IKU), namely students and lecturers active outside campus. The methods to be used in achieving the above objectives are outreach to community leaders and partners, imparting knowledge and skills through lectures, field practice, discussions, and assistance in making useful items from waste and planting fruits and vegetables in pots. The output targets of this community partnership program are: 1) Posyandu cadres as partners can become pioneers in community-based waste management 2) are able to make goods from waste that have economic value, 3) have the skills and knowledge to make organic fertilizer from the waste used to meet their needs in growing fruits and vegetables in pots, and 4) publication through a national journal with ISSN in the Adi Widya Journal with ISSN 2598-2273 (print media) and ISSN 2598-2281 (online media) which have been indexed by Sinta and mass media online as well as YouTube

This study aims to determine the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals in an effort to improve teacher welfare at MI Ma'arif Nu Hidayatul Mubtadiin Padangasri Jatirejo Mojokerto with a research focus: How is the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals in an effort to improve teacher welfare, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of head entrepreneurial competence schools in improving the welfare of teachers MI Ma'arif NU Hidayatul Mubtadiin Padangasri Jatirejo Mojokerto The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are used by observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are made by data reduction, data display and conclusion (verification) and data validity. The results of this study indicate that: (1) indicate that the implementation of entrepreneurial competence of school principals is reflected in various innovative programs, such as the English-based Billingual Program, Student Shuttle Car, and Morning Prayer (TPQ). Commitment to work hard, have motivation, the principal also pays attention to the welfare of teachers with various forms of support, such as payment of salaries according to certification standard salary, THR, health benefits, allocation of BOS funds, and Family Gathering events. (2) Supporting factors include the experience of school principals in entrepreneurship, innovative programs such as the Billingual Program, Morning Prayer (TPQ) and student pick-ups, as well as transparency with all stakeholders. Inhibiting factors include financial constraints and parental constraints. Limited funds affect the implementation of innovative programs. whereas parental constraints such as limited time and understanding of the program may affect their participation

The World Economic Forum (2020) said skills such as understanding technology, data analysis, and proficiency in using digital devices have become important in today's world of work. In facing the digital era, organizations are faced with new challenges and opportunities. Changing the HR management paradigm from administrative to strategic requires adaptive and innovative leadership. Digital skills development is the foundation for productivity and competitiveness. Hemorrhagic stroke is bleeding that occurs when the blood vessels leading to the brain leak. Hemorrhagic stroke occurs when blood comes out of a blood vessel due to tearing of the blood vessel wall. Blood vessel walls can be weakened by the process of atherosclerosis and can also be due to congenital defects. The research method used was qualitative research. With a case study type of research. Data collection was carried out from July 2023 to August 2023 using a 3 Tesla MRI aircraft. The patient samples used in this study were three patients with complaints in the head. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The MRI brain examination procedure in hemorrhagic stroke cases at one of the hospitals in Jakarta uses the Plain localizer axial, sagittal and coronal sequence, T1_fl2_axial, T2_tse_darkfluid_axial, T2_tse_axial, ep2d_diff_4scan_trace, asl_3d_axial, tof_cs_carotids, flow_pc3d_MRV, tof_brain_MRA, T2_swi_axial. This study aims to find out: The Effect of Leadership Managerial Ability and Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance at the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of East Kolaka Regency. This research uses an approach with quantitative methods. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population in this study is all employees of the Koltim Tourism and Creative Economy Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 34 employees by determining samples using census techniques. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart-PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the variable of Managerial Ability of Leaders has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance which is indicated by a P-Value value of 0.011. As well as the variable Innovative Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, this is indicated by a P-Value value of 0.000.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective and Fun Learning (PAIKEM) by Christian Religious Education teachers on the Learning Interest of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta, Humbang Hasundutan Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians, totaling 177 students and a sample of 43 people was determined using the Random Sampling technique. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 35 items, namely 17 items for variable Learning Interests of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. 1) The results of data analysis show: a) a positive relationship test obtained a value of rxy = 0.612 > rtable(=0.05,n=43) = 0.375. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.961 > ttable(=0.05, dk=n-2=41)= 2.021. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="10.29"+0.84X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 37.5%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=21, dk denominator=n-2=43-2=41) namely 24.61 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Methodology-This study uses a qualitative methodology that uses descriptive research. This research focuses on decisions made by leaders to improve the quality of human resources and seeks to identify areas of knowledge that have not been explored in research. Findings-Research results show that the company's strategy of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides many benefits, such as improving operational efficiency, developing innovative products or services, and making better business decisions based on better forecasting and analysis. Practical Implications-Through the implications of HR data analysis as decision-making in forecasting human resource trends using AI, talent management, and employee retention. This is applied to the recruitment and selection process that provides benefits such as rewards to employees who can achieve targets. Therefore, a supportive work culture by honing the talents and potential of employees to create maximum and efficient performance can have a good impact on the company.

The purpose of carrying out this research is to find out: (1) The steps for implementing individual guidance by the principal for teachers to increase teacher work productivity at SMP Negeri 3 Muntok, and (2) The magnitude of the increase in teacher work productivity after implementing individual guidance developed by the school principal . This research is school action research analyzed using a qualitative approach. The research was carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Muntok in 2019. The research results obtained were: (1) The implementation of individual guidance can be developed based on the steps: (1) Guidance on developing learning models through comparative studies and follow-up planning, followed by analytical guidance SWOT; (2) Guidance on the implementation of educational administration, followed by providing direct feedback on the results of the teacher's work; (3) Advanced guidance sets reliable targets, developed through joint evaluation of program targets for other teachers who are also experiencing the same problems; (4) Guidance on how to carry out collaboration with other teachers in more depth, up to the ability to demonstrate the materials needed by other teachers; (5) Guidance on effective and efficient work strategies, which are developed through training in determining optimal quantity figures and how to measure them, namely through scoring techniques; (6) Developing motivational guidance; (7) Building independence so that teachers avoid plagiarism-based activities, and guidance in making effective plans; (8) Guidance in making effective work planning coupled with innovative aspects; (9) Encourage teachers to implement programs to increase teacher competency through seminars and workshops followed by implementation of the results of new experiences from teacher activities; (2) The implementation of individual guidance is able to increase teacher work productivity in schools by resolving teacher problems in the development and implementation of learning programs in schools.

The daily activities of the people of Klis Village are farming, almost all the residents of this village earn their living by farming. One of the natural resources in Klis Village is cassava, or also known as cassava or cassava, which is an important food source in many tropical countries, including Indonesia. Cassava has great potential to be processed into various food products, one of which is crackers. Cassava crackers are a type of snack that is popular and has high demand among the public. Around 65% of the production of cassava chips (wet tubers) is used for human food as a main food such as a substitute for rice and a daily snack. Processing cassava into crackers can be an attractive alternative to improve the economy, especially in Klis village which has abundant cassava production. Seeing this potential, there is a need for creative and innovative efforts in processing cassava. Processing cassava into processed crackers is the solution offered in this community service program
