This study aims to determine the guarantee of the consumer protection institution foundation for consumer rights to the forced recall of vehicles. The research method used is an empirical legal research method using a descriptive approach and qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study show that YLKI's role in guaranteeing consumer rights regarding the case of the forced withdrawal of motorized vehicles by the leasing party includes providing awareness to the public and providing advocacy and legal consultation for consumers who experience losses. On the first point In order to increase consumer awareness, LKY consistently strives to carry out community-based activities so that more and more people can find out about the materials or messages being disseminated to increase understanding and awareness of consumer rights. While providing advocacy and legal consultations for consumers who have experienced losses as an effort to fight for the rights of consumers who have suffered losses from finance companies. The two roles mentioned above are a form of guarantee of legal protection for consumers who experience losses.

This writing aims to find out how the feasibility of futures broker PT. Forex family in managing the trading business and legal protection of customers of PT. Forex families. The method used in this paper is empirical normative method by collecting data through literature studies, interviews, and observation. The writing results show that agreements between futures brokerage companies and customers/investors in forex trading transactions are made in detailed and accurate standardized forms. In the transaction agreement, the contents are planned in advance by the parties to the futures brokerage company so that the customer/investor only has to agree to it if the customer is willing to accept the rules or terms and conditions that have been prepared and predetermined unilaterally by the futures brokerage company. Furthermore, the forex family conducts a forex investment business which in this case can be categorized as futures trading, so that in this case the license to carry out business activities must be granted by the competent authority, namely BAPPEBTI. Furthermore, in order to protect the interests of consumers and the public, the investment alert task force announced seven lists of illegal investment entities that were discontinued on November 3, 2021. One of the seven entities was named the FX family, which the task force called "unlicensed futures or forex trading activities" so that the public was asked to be careful. be careful and be aware of various types of investment offers with various types of fraudulent modes.

Business people in Indonesia, especially in Mojokerto, have a high demand for the cafe industry. The number of cafes that have sprung up resulted in business owners trying to win the competition. Each cafe experiences different updates and improvements in cafe atmosphere, experiential marketing, and product quality. In addition, this level of competition encourages cafes to compete with each other to get the best, which can have an impact on consumer satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of cafe atmosphere, experiential marketing, and product quality on customer satisfaction at Cafe House Of Essentias. This research is a research with quantitative methods. The population in this study are consumers who make purchases at Cafe House Of Essentias. The sample of this research was 125 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire by distributing Google Forms to consumers. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the cafe atmosphere variable has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the consumer satisfaction variable is able to mediate the influence of the cafe atmosphere, experiential marketing, and product quality on customer satisfaction at Cafe House Of Essentials.

Warunk AIUEO is a place to eat that provides menus are usually served by food stalls. This restaurant usually crowded with young people, provides main menus such as noodles, bread, and various kinds of rice. Warunk AIUEO established since 2014, is able to increase fast food noodles but still at affordable prices. Therefore, this study aims to see what factors motivate consumers to visit this place based on the profile characteristics of consumers. This study used questionnaire as a tool for data collection, respondents are limited who live in Bandung. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 40 respondents. The variables in the questionnaire are 14 manifest variables which are processed using factor analysis to reduce the number of variables to 3 factors which represent the 14 initial variables. These three factors are reliability, assurance, and serviceability. The results of the factor analysis are then used to input cluster analysis data, which aims to group respondents based on their characteristics when deciding to visit Warunk AIUEO. Cluster analysis shows that 3 clusters are formed which are labeled modern, functional, and simple.

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of cassava crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah, Mojokerto City. The type of research used is quantitative research, namely to test hypotheses and show the relationship between the variables analyzed. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, in which the primary data is the result of an online questionnaire using a Likert scale, while the secondary data is obtained from analyzing books, information and sources that already exist and are related to research information. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Cassava Crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah. The sample in the study consisted of 85 respondents using the Hair at al formula with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, namely a method where researchers select samples based on research knowledge about the sample to be selected. Processing of this research data includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), T and F test. The results of this study can be concluded that price has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (2.446 > 1.989), product quality has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (3.020 > 1.989) and brand image has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (4.223 > 1.989). And all independent variables have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (25.250 > 2.72).

Maskapai Lion Air is a private company engaged in aviation services that have been long enough in the territory of Indonesia. . Lion Air itself is famous for airlines that offer flights with low fares or Low Cost Carier (LCC) at prices that are somewhat cheaper than prices offered by other airlines considered an effort to discipline the public in traveling effectively and efficiently. Brand image is a very important thing that must be considered by companies as market participants, because through a good Brand Image will be able to cause emotional values in consumers. This study used quantitative methods using purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The results of the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents of Lion Air airline passengers at Bandar Uadar Internasional Yogyakarta and measured using Roscoe theory. Data collection of the number of samples using surveys and instruments in the form of questionnaires. Test T and coefficient of determination with Low Cost Carrier &; Brand Image as the independent variable and Purchase Decision as the bound variable processed using SPSS. The results showed that the value of t calculated t table with a value of 5.326 1.661 with a significance level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected which means there is an influence of Loc Cost Carrier &; Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions simultaneously. based on the coefficient of determination R2, it can be concluded that the contribution of the magnitude of the influence of all variables (Low Cost Carrier &; Brand Image) on the dependent variable (Purchase Decision) is 53.3%, while the remaining 46.7% is influenced by other variables that are not studied. Based on the conclusions obtained in this study, there are several suggestions that can be given regarding Low Cost Carrier &; Brand Image on passenger decisions in purchasing Lion Air flight tickets at Yogyakarta International Airport, for companies it is expected to be able to maintain and improve the image of the company. By continuing to provide and improve quality in serving passenger needs. The company is also expected to understand the characteristics of its consumers about what is needed and wanted, thus the company will be easier in attracting consumers in making purchases both old consumers and to attract new consumers.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and price on purchasing decisions for 3Second products (Case Study at the 3Second store, Jl Majapahit Mojokerto). The type of research used is quantitative research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical, which aims to test the established hypotheses. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data, primary data comes from the results of online questionnaire respondents using a Likert scale, while secondary data comes from journals, analyzing books, online media and sources related to this research and existed before. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased 3Second products at least once at the 3Second store Jl Majapahit, Mojokerto, with a total sample of 75 respondents, using the Hair et al formula. This study uses a sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method, which means determining the sample using certain considerations. Data processing in this study includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), beta coefficient test, T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a partial effect on decisions purchases of (2.899 > 1.993). Brand image has a partial and positive effect on purchasing decisions (2.953 > 1.993). And price also has a partial and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (3.179 > 1.993). Then for the F test which shows that product quality, brand image and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions by (13.770 > 3.12) and get a significance value of 0.000.

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of service quality, facilities and timeliness on customer satisfaction at PT. Global Jet Express (J&T) in Pandaan. This study used a quantitative research approach with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis by calculating the SPSS 23 software in which the data will be described, analyzed, and discussed in order to answer and prove the proposed hypothesis. Based on the research results, the Service Quality variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, the Facilities variable has a significant effect on Customer Satisfactioni and Timeliness has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Global Jet Express (J&T) in Pandaan. While simultaneously the Quality of Service, Facilities and Timeliness have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

In the increasingly more business cafe competition in the era of today, every businessman or businessman in the field of beverages and food must be able to maintain the continuity of the business they run. In order to survive and be successful in the field of food and beverages, an entrepreneur must be able to consider from what makes consumers interested in stopping by the café. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of service, price and atmosphere of café on purchasing decisions (case studies at Nabs Café in Mojokerto City). This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents with the help of data processing IBM SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that partially the variable service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially the atmospheric café variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, simultaneously the effect of service quality, price and atmosphere of the café has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (case studies in NABS Café in Mojokerto City).

In marketing communications there is a marketing mix, one of which is promotion. Content marketing is said to be a marketing strategy by creating or creating content that is solicitation with the aim of providing information to potential customers. With a good and appropriate content marketing strategy then create a positive and good image for a product or service brand in order to attract buying interest from target consumers. This study used the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique (stratified random disproportionate sampling), with the target of students of the Social and Political Faculty of Balitar Blitar Islamic University, a total population of 140 students and a sample of 136 students. Data collection techniques were field observations, literature studies and questionnaires. The results of the research from various tests that have been carried out on 140 respondents to answer the statements that have been submitted, in this study there is a conclusion that the relationship between Marketing Content (X) and Purchase Intention (Y) has a positive or significant effect.

Coconut is a plantation crop that contributes quite a lot to the Indonesian economy. The largest supply of coconuts in the city of Bengkulu comes from Seluma and North Bengkulu. This study aims to analyze the supply chain management of coconuts in Bengkulu City. It begins with the initial exploration stage of the coconut supply chain. The primary and secondary data obtained were analyzed by descriptive tabulation and simple statistics, added value analysis used was added marketing value. The results showed that the primary members of the coconut supply chain in Bengkulu City were inter-regional traders, wholesalers, retailers, household consumers and home industries. The supply chain flow pattern in Bengkulu City is 3 patterns. Added value analysis conducted by retailers can provide greater added value of Rp. 1000 compared to other supply chain members with a percentage of 100%. Meanwhile, wholesalers and inter-regional traders, after deducting labor, namely Dewa market of Rp. 996.30 with a percentage of 89.97%, Sunday market of Rp. 766.67 with a percentage of 65.71%, Panorama market is Rp. 956.90 with an added value percentage of 82.22%, Seluma of Rp. 764.71 with a percentage of 776.47% and North Bengkulu of Rp. 700 with a percentage of 87.5%.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Promotion and Product Completeness on Purchase Decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is the causality method with a survey approach. The population in this study is not known with certainty. The sampling technique in this study used Acidental Sampling with a total sample of 100 people who were Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya consumers. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that Promotion and Product Completeness simultaneously influenced Purchase Decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. Promotion partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Prianka.Gallery Tasikmalaya. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Brand Experience and E-Service Quality on Brand Loyalty in Anthelabel Tasikmalaya Shop Consumers. Descriptive research method with a survey approach. The population in this research is Ansthelabel consumers as many as 100 consumers. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that Brand Experience and E-Service Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for Ansthelabel Tasikmalaya Store consumers. Partially, Brand Experience has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for consumers at Ansthelabel Tasikmalaya Store. Partially, E-Service Quality has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty for consumers at Ansthelabel Tasikmalaya Store.

NIB Registration Assistance Activities in One of the areas targeted by the MBKM KKNT in 2022 is Rontu Village with an entrepreneurial and creative economy scheme. From the results of surveys and field observations, partner problems were found, such as that many people in the Rontu Sub-District do not have a Business Identification Number (NIB), which is important for MSMEs because it can lead to big profits and can attract other consumers and also generate higher sales. In addition, the community considers business licensing which was previously considered insignificant because the management is troublesome and not easy, however, MSMEs need business licensing to encourage business development, protect business locations and business competitiveness which is getting tougher in the current era. Therefore the purpose of this research is to provide assistance and understanding of the registration of Business Identification Numbers (NIB) in order to improve the MSME economy in the Rontu sub-district.

This study aims to examine how much influence brand trust and brand image have on purchasing decisions of Honda Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Mojosari. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis used in this study is PLS (Partial Least Square). The population in this study were all consumers who had purchased a motorcycle at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra. The sample of this research is 100 respondents calculated using the slovin formula. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The results of this study show that brand trust has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Mojosari. Brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions of Honda Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Mojosari.

Emonstore which was established in 2020 was carried out from social media and also opened a boot in front of the post office, Jalan Garuda no.20 Lubuklinggau City, selling the Emonstore brand through promotional supporting information media with E-catalogs. This research makes promotional media that contains information data about products and attracts consumers through the right promotional media so that in the future it is easily recognized by consumers and increases sales results. The design of the Emonstore E-catalog is made based on sources, namely in the form of data that has been collected through interviews with owners. The purpose of designing is to design the right promotional media according to the target audience of Emonstore. Promotional media in the form of a catalog makes it easier for consumers to see products, because the catalog designed contains product information data. The purpose of promotion is to inform an audience who do not yet know the product or service being promoted. The writing is designed using the glass box approach. Emonstore catalog, it is evident that the E-catalog's design was created using the idea of Emonstore's attributes.

The purpose of this design is to produce alternative media for consumers of the Pesona Mandiri Cluster Housing to place property orders, check property availability, property prices and details from Pesona Mandiri Cluster housing. The initial problems encountered were the lack of property sales as a result of ineffective product marketing, promotions in online media that did not reach the market, and the absence of media such as websites that could make it easier for consumers to check properties online. Another problem encountered is the appearance of the property which is not packaged properly through online media. The 4D design method goes through stages, the Define Stage, the Design Stage, the Develop Stage, and the Dissemination Stage. The process uses 5w + 1h data analysis namely, what, who, where, when, why, and how. The results of the website design produce media, namely the Mobile Website as a medium that can solve the problems encountered, order property online, detail the property, check property availability, and check property online. In addition, the final supporting media works were designed: Name Cards, Manual Books, T-Shirt Shirts, X Banners, Posters, Social Media, Lanyards, and Snelhecter Folders.

In the current era of globalization, the development of internet-based social media is increasingrapidly, this is followed by the increasing number of social media users around the world. The development of information and communication technology increases easier and faster interactionbetween customers and advertisers. Information is more quickly obtained through digital media. Technological developments take part in the dissemination of information, especially in advertising through social media. One of the activities that can be facilitated by technological advances is transportation. One of the most popular online transportation companies in Indonesia is Grab. This study will discuss the Influence of Social Media, Brand Awareness and Brand Image on Grab Consumer Loyalty. The subjects in this study were consumers who had used the Grab application. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The research population was 100 respondents. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SPSS 22 multiple linear regression.
