This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform on the buying interest of digital business students. In an increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing and the use of marketplace platforms have become important factors in influencing consumer behavior, including students. This research involved digital business student respondents who actively use the Shopee marketplace platform. The data collection method was carried out through an online survey using a structured questionnaire. Digital marketing variables and platform ease of use are measured using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that digital marketing significantly and profitably influences the purchase intention of students studying digital business. Student buying interest can be increased using efficient digital marketing techniques including social media, online advertising and related content. In addition, research findings show that student buying interest is positively and significantly influenced by the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform. Students are more likely to be interested and interested in transacting through platforms that are easy to use, have intuitive navigation and easy payment procedures. In conclusion, digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform have had a major impact on the buying interest of students studying digital business. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the factors that influence student buying behavior in the context of digital business. These findings can serve as guidelines for companies or online sellers in designing effective marketing strategies and improving the user experience on the marketplace platform. Career management is an ongoing series of activities that must be prepared, developed, implemented and monitored by employees or Organizational involvement. The key to creating professional HR lies in recruiting, selecting, training, and developing employees. Therefore, in this study the authors wanted to examine HR analysis related to recruitment and career management. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research, which is carried out based on scientific objects. In this study, the data collected is secondary data. The researcher uses the Observation method, which is the act of analyzing, keeping detailed records of the observable changes that occur in the subjects studied. The author finds that HR Analytics can be used to make a significant difference in business, particularly in the manufacturing sector. These procedures can help businesses grow by reducing the impact of human fatigue on all aspects of business operations and enabling more effective data-driven decision-making.

: The 2013 Curriculum is known as a scientific approach. Scientific approach means a scientific approach that generally involves observation or observation activities needed to collect data. The purpose of this study is to describe the steps for applying the scientific assignment method in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the emotional intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah and the steps for applying the scientific assignment method in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the spiritual intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah Poncogati. The research method used is a qualitative approach that produces narrative data in the form of natural explanations. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis method uses interactive model analysis methods. While the presentation of the data by drawing a conclusion, and to obtain the validity of the data using data validity with triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be found that the application of scientific assignment methods in learning Islamic Religious Education to improve the intelligence of grade X students at SMA Nurul Ma'rifah Poncogati in improving teachers' emotional intelligence uses 3 scientific assignment methods in the learning process, namely articulation, reciptrocal teaching and inquiry. A connection or contact in which a kid is exploited as a sexual object for the gratification of an adult's sexual wants, such as a parent, sibling, or stranger, constitutes sexual violence against children. Children must be safeguarded from violence and prejudice while living, growing, developing, and participating in society to the fullest extent feasible, in accordance with human dignity and values. This study's focus is, thus, on ending child abuse in the Indonesian city of Bandar Lampung. The Bandar Lampung Police Women and Children Protection Unit's (PPA Unit) preventative efforts include community outreach and counseling on child protection, school-based preventative socialization and legal education on sexual violence crimes, and training and education on sexual and reproductive health rights as a required course, CCTV facilities and emergency management buttons, violence prevention teams specifically for sexual violence and standard operating procedures for prevention and competency tests and exploration activities against sexual violence and collaboration with agencies -Agency related to child protection.

An education system without functioning education management or management is unlikely to be able to foster school growth. Management procedures must be implemented systematically and dynamically in the National Education System. The principal as a manager with executive and leadership functions needs to align his internal capabilities in responding to the pressing needs of his environment. Managerial is a process or framework that involves guiding or directing a group of people towards organizational goals or real purposes. For the sake of achieving a successful institution in the realm of education, of course, it is very much determined by the quality of the teacher's performance guided by the Principal. Specifically, this research is intended to explore, analyze and obtain data on planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the managerial implementation of school principals in improving the quality of teacher performance at Masagi Islamic Middle School, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subject is the principal of the school. The results of the research, namely: (1) Planning has been carried out in accordance with applicable guidelines, (2) Organizing is carried out in a balanced manner by prioritizing performance, competence and rank order, (3) Implementation of managerial competencies by seeking effective learning, (4) Evaluation school principals in improving teacher performance by carrying out monitoring and evaluation of each activity that has been carried out, making reports on program implementation and following up on evaluation results. The obstacles faced in efforts to improve teacher performance professionally include the problem of limited human resources in implementing teacher professional capacity building.

RKAS is a set of school action plans that cover planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring teaching and learning activities in the future. From this it can be concluded that the RKAS covers all parts of budget management, from planning to accountability. The School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS) must be designed in accordance with established procedures. The procedures are (1) taking inventory of school programs/activities for the following year; (2) compiling action programs according to their types and priorities; (3) determine the work program and program details; (4) Prepare working papers and spreadsheets, set financial goals and budgets and bring them into standard RKAS format. This preparation procedure was also carried out at SMAN 13 Surabaya. In carrying out the procedures for preparing the Activity Plan and School Budget SMAN 13 Surabaya also includes teachers and school committees to take part in the discussion process regarding the planned school activity program design. The RKAS reporting process is also important in order to uphold the principles of accountability and transparency in an educational institution. This is also done by SMAN 13 Surabaya, this school uses two reporting processes, including mandatory reporting through an application that has been provided by the government in the form of the SIPLAH and ARKAS applications. This application is intended to oversee the management and planning of learning in schools, not only that at SMAN 13 Surabaya also do manual reporting, namely reporting to the school committee.

The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the functions and roles of BKN, the role of BKN in preventing corruption for civil servants, and the implementation of corruption prevention policies or programs in the field by BKN in efforts to prevent civil servant corruption. Employees are workers both physically and mentally and their presence is needed because they are one of the most important means of effort to achieve certain goals. The writing method that we use in writing this paper is normative juridical, namely an approach through researching doctrinal laws using secondary data sources. The BKN as an institution of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to better manage government personnel. The BKN was established to function not only to collect administrative data, but to develop the competence of civil servants in a more effective way so that they can provide support for development missions, governance, and public services. Corruption is the root of the country's problems and is the most important cause of poverty, therefore it must be dealt with. The causes of corruption very often occur such as the absence of strict sanctions, weak religious and ethical education, lack of education, bad environment, radical change, poverty, and the state of society. SOPs can be defined as documents that describe operational activities carried out daily, with the aim that the work is carried out correctly, precisely, and consistently, to produce products according to predetermined standards” (Tathagati, 2014). The existence of SOP will help the company to achieve company goals. To achieve company goals, the company provides a design in the form of an SOP that will guide employees in carrying out their duties and minimize errors in carrying out the responsibilities of each employee. This study aims to determine the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the Inventory Department at PT RIMEX International Indonesia Balikpapan. This type of research is qualitative concerning the 7 main points in the SOP which include efficiency, consistency, minimizing errors, problem-solving, and defense boundaries. There are 3 research informants: One supervisor, one Quality Control, and 1 Warehouseman. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the analysis show that Inventory Department employees have implemented the SOP made by the company. The problem found is that there are differences in goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods in the warehouse, such as how many items are left, abandoned and how many items are left in the warehouse.

Archives are a collection of documents that are stored systematically so that anything needed can be found quickly and accurately (Gie, 1996:118). Every work and activity of government and private offices requires data and information. One source of information that must be owned by an office is archives. Therefore good archive management is needed. Organizing records properly and correctly will facilitate retrieval, so that when records are needed in making a decision, they can be found immediately. The problem in this research is how to manage archives at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri and what are the obstacles experienced when managing records at the PT. Griya Asri Mandiri. The purpose of this research is to find out how the procedures for managing records at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri and to find out what are the obstacles experienced when managing records at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in general archive management at the PT. Griya Asri Mandiri, among others: 1) Arrangement of archives 2) Storage of archives 3) Borrowing of archives 4) Retrieval of archives 5) Maintenance of archives 6) Security of archives 7) and shrinkage of archives. BUMDes is one of the institutions that can be mobilized to support the improvement of the community's economy in the village. BumDes Balaroa Pewunu itself is engaged in the business of buying and selling agricultural products and savings and loans. Community economic empowerment is an effort to develop self-sufficiency and community welfare by increasing knowledge, attitudes, skills, behavior, abilities, and awareness, by utilizing existing resources. The stages of implementing the community service program are observation, interviews, proposals, data collection, training and reporting of the results of community service. In implementing the MBKM activities to Build Villages by conducting Socialization and Training inviting Resource Persons from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako University, Agriculture Lecturers. The activity was carried out in two days, the material on the first day was that the lecturer from the Faculty of Economics and Business presented a business plan, financial management. On the second day the lecturer from Agriculture presented material on the procedures for making organic fertilizer by utilizing existing materials around the village, participants who were present were the Village Government, Head of Bumdes, farmers. Through the training which was carried out by inviting expert Lecturers from FEB UNTAD and Faculty of Agriculture opening the insights of the Village Government, especially BUMDes to continue to improve BUMDes innovation as an effort to improve the village economy of Balaroa Pewunu

The purpose of serving in the village with the mission of building a rural economy through the potential in the village is the fisheries sector, as well as to broaden business actors' insight into the application of the marketing mix. The potential in Kotapulu Village is in the fisheries sector. Nagaya fishing is one of the businesses as a means of community recreation. The development of inland fisheries in Central Sulawesi Province has quite large potential for freshwater and brackish water fisheries resources, which if managed optimally can provide a sizeable contribution to the region. Technical data collection is carried out through counseling, interviews and documentation that can answer existing problems. , and so on the data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. From the results of this study, the Marketing Mix) or 7 P which consists of: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process, Physical Environment used in the Nagaya fishing recreational business is in accordance with the existing procedures, while for application in the field there are several obstacles that arise in terms of Promotion, so that the Marketing Mix is not going well.

The results of the research are that Graha Trans carries out quality assurance by providing periodic checks on vehicles, providing training for employees to carry out standard operating procedures and creating services that make it easier for customers to track goods.

Strategic management has a very important role and needs to be implemented in improving the accreditation status of the hospital. The strategy that has been made must be implemented properly in order to ensure development and sustainability. This strategy must be applicable to all hospital parties in order to improve service quality and accreditation status. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study are the function of strategic management in improving accreditation status by carrying out procedures so that it can assist hospitals in making better plans with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. It can be concluded that in improving the quality of health, strategic management is also needed to improve services. With accreditation strategic management, the hospital becomes the object of focus or a process of assessing and determining the eligibility of the hospital according to service standards set by an independent accreditation agency. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For hospitals strategic management is very important and needs to be done optimally to support the improvement of accreditation status. So agencies improve infrastructure facilities, adequate human resources and supporting facilities.

Al-Tarbiyah: Jurnal Ilmu Pendidikan Islam 2023 STAI YPIQ BAUBAU, SULAWESI TENGGARA

This study aims to develop scrapbook learning media to increase students' interest in learning fiqh at MI Al-Muttaqin. The problem faced is that fiqh learning tends to be boring because it uses more lecture methods, while students need interesting media to make it easier to understand fiqh material. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method which refers to the development steps of Borg & Gall. The study was conducted at MI Al-Muttaqin with the following results: first, the application of scrapbook learning media to fiqh subjects in grade III showed high student enthusiasm. Second, the development of this media was carried out through several development procedures with the results of the validity test showing very valid criteria, namely 96% for material validation and 84% for design validation. Third, there was a significant increase in student interest in learning, with an average value before using scrapbook media of 64.9% and increasing to 85.45% after using the media. This study concludes that the use of scrapbook media can increase students' interest and understanding of fiqh lessons.

Increasing carbon emissions have the unintended consequence of worsening environmental quality as a result of the use of fossil fuels for green economic activities. The green economy concept is being applied in relation to social and economic difficulties, as well as sectors in one of the global strategic areas aimed at overcoming very rapid climate change. The green economy's quality is determined by CO2 emission levels and creates sustainable development, which can improve environmental quality in some countries (Brazil, Russia, India, Indonesia, Japan, and China), particularly during epidemics. In data analysis, various test procedures are utilized. According to the study findings, there was a considerable increase in CO2 emissions in the BRIIJC country during Covid 19, which had an impact on environmental quality, culminating in ozone layer depletion and climate change. The implementation of a green economy can affect environmental circumstances by requiring economic operations to use more ecologically friendly energy, and boosting energy can boost economic growth.

This research discusses social discrimination among characters in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav. Therefore, the aim of this research is to: (1) describe the representation of dialogue containing social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav, (2) describe the representation of the causes of social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav, (3 ) describes the implications of social discrimination on drama learning in high school. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and data is taken from the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav in the form of screenshots of film footage and dialogue between characters which contain social discrimination. The results of research on social discrimination on the main character in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav show that (1) social discrimination which includes direct discrimination: limiting a certain area, such as housing, type of work, public facilities, and indirect: the act of blocking someone/ certain groups, races/ethnicities relate freely, hinder the rules/procedures followed which contain discriminatory bias and result in harm to the main character, a child living with HIV/AIDS, (2) the cause of social discrimination in the film Rio The Survivor directed by Yudie Oktav is caused by due to the lack of public knowledge about HIV/AIDS, (3) The results of this research have implications for Drama Learning in Class XI SMA, especially in competency identifying characterization, dialogue and setting in drama performances.

This study aims to find out the opinions of teachers and administrative staff regarding the management of BOS funds at the HKBP Sibolga Private Middle School in terms of the procedures for managing, using, and targeting BOS funds. This research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were all teachers and administration staff of the HKBP Sibolga Private Middle School for the 2020/2021 academic year, a total of 20 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation to obtain data regarding the management of BOS funds related to the procedures for managing, using, and targeting BOS funds. The analysis technique uses cross tabulation and crosstab methods. The results showed that 90% of respondents (18 teachers and 2 administrative staff) stated that the procedures for managing BOS funds at HKBP Private Middle Schools complied with the 2021 BOS technical guidelines and only 10% of respondents (1 teacher and 2 administrators) stated it is not in accordance with. Regarding the use of BOS funds at HKBP Sibolga Private Middle School, 88.5% of teacher respondents (15 people and 1 uhsah administrative staff) stated that it was appropriate and only 11.5% (1 teacher) stated that it was not on target. So, it can be concluded that the majority of respondents are of the opinion that the management of BOS funds at the HKBP Sibolga Private Middle School for the 2021/2022 school year from the procedures for managing, using, and targeting BOS funds is in accordance with the technical guidelines for using BOS funds in 2022

Background Surgical planning for preoperative patients is a psychosocial stressor that can cause stress, anxiety, and depression. Preoperative is the period before surgery is performed, starting from the time the decision is made for surgery until the patient is on the operating table. Laparotomy is one of the major surgical procedures by making an incision in the lining of the abdominal wall to obtain problems in the abdominal organs, such as cancer, bleeding, obstruction, and perforation. Research objectives: The general objective of this study was to determine the effect of implementing education on anxiety levels in preoperative apparatus patients with general anesthesia. Research methodology: This type of research is a quantitative study, with a quasy experimental research plan, with a non-randomized post-test one group design. . Results: It is known that the asymo.sig, (2-tailed) value is 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the "hypothesis is accepted". Thus it can be said that there are differences in the results of the intervention group and the control group. Because there is a significant difference, it is said that "there is an effect of providing education to preoperative laparotomy patients" Conclusion: Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been put forward under the title "the effect of providing pre-anesthesia education on anxiety levels in laparotomy patients with general anesthesia" it can be concluded as follows: There is a significant effect on providing education on preoperative anxiety of laparotomy with general anesthesia p = 0.000 (p <0.05) in the central surgical installation of Siti Fatimah Az-Zahra Hospital, South Sumatra Province.

Patient safety during intraoperative procedures is a top priority in nursing services in the operating room. However, patient and family understanding of intraoperative nursing management is still limited, which can have an impact on patient readiness before undergoing surgery. This community service activity aims to improve patient and family knowledge about the important role of intraoperative nursing in maintaining patient safety. The method used is an educational approach through interactive counseling delivered directly to patients and families in the pre-operative room. The material includes patient safety standards, the role of nurses during surgical procedures, and the importance of effective communication between the medical team, patients, and families. Evaluation was carried out by comparing the level of understanding before and after education using a simple questionnaire. The results showed a significant increase in understanding, seen from changes in patient attitudes and readiness to face surgical procedures. Appropriate and easy-to-understand education has been shown to be effective in supporting active participation of patients and families, as well as encouraging the creation of a safer surgical environment.

Fear of dental care is a common problem that can hinder people's access to optimal dental health services. In Panakkukang District, Makassar City, this phenomenon often causes delays or avoidance of dental care, which ultimately has the potential to worsen the community's dental and oral health conditions. This study aims to reduce fear of dental care through a comprehensive psychological approach and community education. This study aims to reduce fear of dental care through a comprehensive psychological approach and community education. The methods used in this study involve providing education to the community through dental health counseling, as well as the application of psychological techniques such as relaxation and desensitization techniques to help overcome fear. Education is delivered through socialization activities at various strategic points in Panakkukang District, while psychological techniques are applied in clinical situations and in community-based simulations. The results of the study showed that this approach significantly reduced the level of fear of dental care among the local community. Participants reported increased knowledge about the importance of dental care and decreased anxiety levels when having to undergo dental care procedures. In conclusion, the approach that combines community education with psychological interventions has proven effective in reducing fear of dental care in Panakkukang District, Makassar City. Therefore, it is recommended that similar programs be implemented in other areas to improve community access to better dental health services.
