By investigating the social and motivational empowerment aspects, the study aims to uncover the intricate dynamics that influence the cadets' journey. Attention is given to the prayers and expectations of parents, reflecting on the cadets' plans and aspirations to become exceptional seafarers. The qualitative lens employed in this study allows for a nuanced understanding of the cadets' experiences, exploring the multifaceted dimensions of their educational journey. This research not only contributes to the understanding of computer literacy among maritime cadets but also sheds light on the socio-religious context that shapes their educational pursuits. The findings are anticipated to inform educational policies, curriculum development, and support systems tailored to the unique needs of maritime cadets in an international setting.

Inheritance law is a regulation that regulates the legal position of the assets of a person who has died, which will later change hands to another person who has the right to receive the assets. Inheritance law in Indonesia applies 3 (three) types of inheritance law, namely customary inheritance law, Islamic inheritance law, and western inheritance law. In carrying out this inheritance system, in its implementation there are still several errors and unlawful acts committed by the parties, such as in decision NO. 537 K/Pdt/2017. In this decision, it was discovered that there were unlawful acts in the distribution of inheritance in the Batak tribe. The Batak tribe adheres to a patrilineal family system, which means that the bloodline is drawn from male parents or fathers, so that the position of fathers or men in traditional society can be said to be higher than women.

Toddler literacy programs should be designed to take into account the rural context and available resources. Apart from that, it is necessary to provide outreach to parents and the community about the benefits of toddler literacy and how they can support it. The results of this research can be a guide for developing literacy programs for toddlers in rural areas, so that children in rural areas have equal opportunities to develop their literacy skills from an early age.
