As one of the regions with extraordinary cultural wealth, West Java has a variety of arts and cultures that have been passed down from generation to generation. Saung Angklung Udjo is present as one of the realizations of the commitment to preserve and develop traditional arts. In its role, Saung Angklung Udjo not only functions as an art performance venue but also as a cultural literacy tool that plays an important role in maintaining and developing cultural wealth in West Java. Through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods (mixed methods), this research will try to explain that Saung Angklung Udjo is a cultural literacy tool that plays an important role in West Java. The results showed that based on the questionnaire results, 95.8% of Indonesians agreed with the statements contained in the questionnaire, which means that Saung Angklung Udjo has a very crucial role as a means of cultural literacy in West Java.

This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD Kota Binjai). The purpose of this research is to find out about how archives are created, used and maintained as well as dynamic archive management constraints so that they can be used according to their functions in the Binjai City DPRD. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This study intends to reveal the phenomena that exist in the field, namely: how to create archives, use and maintain archives and what constraints are faced in archives management. Furthermore, researchers conducted interviews with 3 staff members of the Administration General Section of the Binjai City DPRD Secretariat. research shows that the creation of archives has not been maximized, the Human Resources of the DPRD Kota Binjai have not been optimal in the use and maintenance of archives, there is no person in charge/special officer who handles incoming and outgoing letters up to the archiving stage, archive storage is still done manually, in storage, archives are stored based on the year of the archive so as to make it less optimal and inefficient in the efficiency of the archive, resulting in the archive not functioning according to its function in terms of creating and using and maintaining the archive.

This research aims to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment, training and career development functions, as well as assessing the performance of PT's human resources (HR). Limpah Mas Indonesia (LMI) Surabaya Branch. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the functions of recruitment, training and career development, as well as employee performance assessment at PT. Limpah Mas Indonesia (LMI) Surabaya Branch has been running effectively and efficiently. Based on the audit findings, several recommendations for PT. Limpah Mas Indonesia (LMI) Surabaya Branch as input material that can be used in improving recruitment, training and development functions, as well as performance appraisals, among which companies must document work agreements, company regulations and policies in writing to provide legal certainty for employees and the company, evaluation employee training and career development programs are carried out regularly, companies should add more diverse performance assessment methods to provide a more comprehensive picture of employee performance.

Fire is a disaster that cannot be predicted when it will occur and where it will occur, it's just that densely populated areas are areas that are vulnerable to the danger of fire. Fire disaster in Samarinda City. Data obtained from the Samarinda City Fire and Rescue Service are fire incidents from 2021 to 2023. In 2021 there were 230 fire incidents, in 2022 there were 209 fires, in 2023 there were 99 fires. so this city is one of the cities that experiences the most fires on the island of Kalimantan. Several supporting facilities and infrastructure owned by the Samarinda City Fire and Rescue Department, such as hydrants and fire extinguishing posts, have been increased in number. This research functions to group fire data per year using the k-means clustering algorithm.

As we already know, language is something that can never be separated from everyday life. One of the functions of language is communication, because humans are social creatures, communication is very important. A statement or utterance put forward by someone can be said to be a speech act. In linguistics, speech acts are included in the science of pragmatics, where there are several types of speech acts, one of which is locutionary speech acts. Locutionary speech acts are speech acts that only express meaning or state something. In this research, the author focuses more on locutionary speech acts in the video "Compilation of 3in1 Folk Tales from Betawi" on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel. The aim of this research is to increase our knowledge about locutionary speech acts and find out what types of locutionary speech acts are included in the video “Kompilasi Cerita Rakyat 3in1 dari Betawi” on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach and a paradigmatic approach. The data used in this research comes from the video "3in1 Compilation of Betawi Folk Tales" on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel. The data collection technique we used in this research was listening to and noting the folklore video "3in1 Compilation of Betawi Folklore" on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel. The benefit of conducting this research is that the public or readers can understand what locutionary speech acts are, and the examples. It is also hoped that it can provide an understanding that in folklore there is not only a story that can be enjoyed, but also many sayings that must be understood so that we can understand the entire content of what is being conveyed.

This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and capacity of Dasawisma members in implementing the core Dasawisma programs as an effort to support family health development and community-based empowerment. The activity was conducted at Dasawisma Asoka RT 07, Bukit Timah Sub-district, Dumai Selatan District, Dumai City. The methods used included lectures, simulations, and discussion sessions tailored to the characteristics of adult learners and community practitioners. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the roles, functions, and importance of the core Dasawisma programs. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and active participation throughout the activity and were able to identify challenges and needs in implementing Dasawisma activities in their neighborhood. This activity contributed positively to strengthening the role of Dasawisma as a frontline community institution in supporting family health programs, environmental cleanliness, and social welfare at the neighborhood level. Continuous assistance is recommended to ensure that the knowledge gained can be consistently implemented and generate sustainable impacts for the community.

Academic supervision is a series of activities to help and guide teachers in developing their abilities to achieve learning goals. Academic supervision within the madrasah is carried out by the head of the madrasah. Madrasah principal supervision is the ability of the madrasah principal who carries out duties apart from being a leader in the school and also as a supervisor for teachers in carrying out evaluations and coaching aimed at developing the learning process for teachers. This research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. Because it is carried out based on the current situation and circumstances. The results and discussion of the research show several results as follows: The madrasa head's academic supervision planning in optimizing tasks and functions has been arranged in prota and process but is not updated every year.

This research discusses educational facilities for children with special needs. Children with special needs are a group that requires special attention in education. They have different needs in accessing and participating in the learning process. In this article, we explore the importance of adequate educational facilities for children with special needs. Important aspects of such facilities include an adapted physical environment, technological support, the role of teachers and educational staff, as well as the benefits that children with special needs obtain from good educational facilities. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method where data collection is carried out by searching for articles from electronic journals, namely Google Scholar (Scholar), which can strengthen the results of the analysis. The data analysis technique in this research includes three stages, namely organize, synthesize and identify. The research results show that facilities for children with special needs have their own functions. Each facility provides its own benefits for children's growth and development. In this way, children with special needs receive maximum service.

PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is a company operating in the retail sector. In running a business, a company needs to pay attention to the management control system. As one part of carrying out management functions, planning cannot be separated from control. The management control system itself has the aim of planning, evaluating and making decisions in order to develop and maintain the company's survival. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of data analysis show that the strategic planning process at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is good and budget preparation is carried out per division as well as to make it easier to detail the budget for activity needs. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the management system control function at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is quite good and running well. The company has focused on increasing brand awareness as a step in achieving its sales target of 2 billion. Apart from marketing its products offline, the company also utilizes technology that supports the popularity of the online market. Employee placement is carried out appropriately to ensure the effectiveness and productivity of each division. Overall, PT Andalan Inti Indonesia has a structured and holistic approach to company management, with a focus on adapting to market changes, evaluating performance, and implementing short-term strategies that are in line with online market trends.

Regional languages have a role more than just as a means of communication; it also functions as a symbol of pride, a marker of identity, and a means of communication within the family and local community. Nevertheless, regional languages face the challenge of extinction due to the influence of globalization, population migration, and lack of appreciation, especially among the younger generation. The method used is literature study. The focus of this article is on maintaining Sundanese in the context of elementary school education, highlighting the role of students as the main agents in maintaining regional languages. The discussion involves three key steps, namely learning, community activities, and the use of regional languages on special occasions. It is hoped that maintaining regional languages in education can create a generation that has strong character and is able to maintain cultural heritage, making the preservation of regional languages an important task to preserve cultural and linguistic diversity.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method with the application of data analysis techniques using triangulation. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis results indicate that the internal control system for the sale of merchandise at Jazzy Souvenir Store is not yet optimal, as evidenced by the lack of adequate organizational structure and the existence of dual functions in the execution of tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, negligence in inventory recording by store employees leads to discrepancies between the physical inventory of merchandise and the recorded inventory in the system.

This journal discusses cognitive development during early childhood. The aim of writing the journal is to find out how cognitive development occurs during early childhood, the advantages of cognitive development during early childhood, as well as language abilities and other cognitive abilities. The method used is literature study, namely by searching for materials and references from books, journals and articles. The results show that the early childhood period is called preoperational, this period starts from the age of 2 to 7 years. Preoperational uses symbols, categorization, and numbers. According to the ethics of the legal profession, legal professionals are expected to possess certain critical individual abilities. The judge, as the main element of the judiciary, places his profession as the representative of God, because the judge's task is to determine law and justice in society, so the responsibility he carries is very heavy but noble. Therefore, with such great power given to the judicial profession, judges are required to have a balanced attitude, full of responsibility to their conscience and ethical values toward their profession. However, when we look at the current reality, there are many problems that arise. There are many cases of judges violating the code of ethics.

Human resources as one of the resources in an organization play an important role in the successful achievement of organizational goals. Human resources use other resources owned by the organization in order to achieve goals. Even sophisticated technological machines will be meaningless if the human resources running them are not qualified to work on them. Likewise with information resources. This research aims to determine the implementation of dock management at PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan where the dock must be managed well, so that output results are maximum. If each pier were managed by one operation, this is not the case currently, where two docks are managed by one operation, which results in negligence and lack of focus on one job, which results in many ships not reaching their loading and unloading targets as planned. Which is detrimental to the next ship that is queuing for the next loading and unloading. Traditional markets are an important element in the economic and social life of communities in various regions of Indonesia, and the Temu Traditional Market around Prambon, Sidoarjo, is no exception. This research aims to carry out an in-depth analysis of the potential of the Temu traditional market as a buying and selling interaction process for the community around Prambon. Through descriptive qualitative research methods, including surveys, interviews and field observations, we explored how this traditional market functions as a center of economic activity and social interaction, as well as how it influences the dynamics of local communities. The results of the research reveal that Temu Traditional Market is not just a place for shopping, but are also important in preserving cultural heritage, supporting people's livelihoods, and encouraging unique social interactions. However, this research also identifies several challenges facing traditional markets, such as changes in consumer tastes and competition with modern shopping centers. Therefore, this research provides important insights for stakeholders and the community in understanding the vital role of the Temu traditional market in supporting economic and social life in the market.

Abstract. Language is a central part of human intelligence, it is important for us to understand how and when language is mastered as well as the social cognitive and neurological facts that influence language development at an early age.  Language is a symbol system that is an important means of communication, even though we cannot communicate in other ways such as gestures, postures or facial expressions, language is our most flexible method of communication.  Language allows us to describe the past and make plans for the future.  Language allows us to convey traditional ideas and values to the next generation, thus language is of the most important cultural and social importance.  Research using this method is carried out by comparing research methods, processing methods, and the results obtained from each article.  The research source comes from articles obtained via the internet in the form of research articles discussing infancy development.The research results show.  Speaking is a means of communication to be able to communicate with other people, all individuals must be able to master two different functions, the ability to grasp the meaning that other people want to communicate and the ability to communicate with other people in such a way that they can be understood.  Early social experiences play an important role in determining future social relationships and patterns of behavior toward others.  Learning to behave in a moral manner that is accepted by those around you is a long and slow process.  But the basics are laid in infancy and it is based on these basics that babies develop moral codes that guide their behavior when they grow up.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service. This study is a qualitative study. The results of the study show that although the implementation of library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services has been implemented, there are still barriers to implementation and it is not optimal. The Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service plan was successfully implemented  through the implementation of technical guidance to staff. From an organizational perspective, the availability of facilities and infrastructure resources of Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services generally still does not meet the needs of all strata of society. Although implementation was carried out, it was not  optimal due to lack of human resources, limited funding from Bintan Regency Library Archive Service for program implementation, and  lack of reading book collection of Bintan Regency Library Archive Service. Supervision (control) indicates that supervision has been carried out through regular meetings, gradual supervision and monitoring of staff discipline, but  the government has paid little attention to the development of public library functions.
