The purpose of this study was to determine the description of knowledge of trimester 1 pregnant women about emesis gravidarum. Methods: This research design uses descriptive research type. The sample of this study was the first semester pregnant women who came to have their pregnancy examined at the Rasoki Labuhan Public Health Center in August 2018, amounting to 30 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The research instrument was in the form of questionnaire sheets and mother's MCH handbook. Results: Data processing techniques starts from editing, coding, tabulation and finally data analysis. From the total of 30 respondents, 7 (23.3%) data have good knowledge, 16 (53.4%) respondents have sufficient knowledge and 7 (23.3%) respondents who have less knowledge about emesis gravidarum. It is expected that first trimester pregnant women will seek more complete information on emesis gravidarum.

In order to increase the performance and to ease and accelerate data and information processing, the writer try to create multiuser based information system of car rental by using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 software and database of its Microsoft Visual Foxpro to overcome the weakness of the undergoing system of car rental. This research was motivated by the results of the BPJS assessment of the Guguk Panjang Health Center where the impression value of the Guguk Panjang Health Center was 66.25%. There is a relationship between the dimensions of service quality simultaneously. From the results of the study, it was found that the variable dimension of service quality that has the greatest effect on patient satisfaction is the Assurance (Skills) dimension with an Original Sample value of 0.222, the second is environmental comfort with hypothetical results (p value 0.017), while the smaller dimension is Empathy. Whereas for the dimension of Staff Reliability there is no relationship with Patient Satisfaction with a hypothesis value of 0.449 > 0.05 as well as the Responsiveness and provision of information dimension has no relationship with patient satisfaction with a value of 0.535 > 0.04. Seeing these conditions the author tries to provide alternatives by making applications that can facilitate data processing and improve the efficiency of time and cost that has been in the school library. At this writing, the application made is a multiuser-based barcode technology application with a life cycle system development method. The system is designed using Microsoft Visul Basic 6.0 with a SQL Server 2000 database so that the implementation is in the form of a ready-to-use application system that is implemented in a library room. Application management of multiuser-based barcode technology is expected to be able to solve the problems that exist in the SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen Demak Library because in this system the data is processed centrally in one database so that data is not only recorded in the big books that have been happening.
