The potential for developing local wisdom tourism is part of human creativity. A tourist village is a tourist destination that reflects local tourism wisdom. Local wisdom tourism that exists in society is: customs, history, culture and natural beauty. Lembang Baruppu' Benteng Batu is located in Baruppu' sub-district, North Toraja district. It is a tourist village that has tourism potential in the form of natural tourism, customs, culture and history. The aim of this research is to analyze tourism potentials related to local wisdom tourism and recommend the potential for developing local wisdom tourism in Baruppu' Benteng Batu. The method used in the research is qualitative analysis through direct observation and interviews with local government, traditional leaders and the community. Some of the potential for developing local wisdom tourism in Baruppu' Benteng Batu are still being preserved today and some have been neglected.

This Community Service (PKM) was held in Cibodas Village, Cibodas District, Tangerang City. The methods used by the service team are field observation, training and mentoring. The implementation of this PKM aims to provide knowledge about digital literacy to MSME players through training and mentoring for fashion MSME players. A total of 32 fashion MSME players participated in training and mentoring, with different times and places. The results of training and mentoring obtained from the results of the assessment carried out on MSME actors found that the value obtained was 37%, so that MSME actors were sufficient in mastering digital transformation. The above states that the duties of training and mentoring MSMEs have not been said to be good in carrying out their duties and have not had a better impact on MSME actors and the development of MSMEs in mastering digital literacy. Most of the levels of mastery of digital literacy of MSME actors are still in the medium category. So that the income earned by MSME actors is still relatively low.

Human resources have a role that can determine the success of all activities in the school. Teachers are the spearhead in efforts to improve the quality of services and educational outcomes. Therefore the school seeks to prepare human resources to face the changing times. Information technology (IT) has experienced a very rapid increase in the current developments, as can be seen from the use of technological equipment whose sophistication continues to increase with the reach being achieved is increasingly expanding. In the world of education, the application of information technology is needed to support the operational activities of educational institutions such as schools. The sample for this service is 20 teachers at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamic Center Ponorogo. The activity begins with coordination with partners, planning and implementing community service activities. It is hoped that the results of this service activity with the development of digital information technology will be able to develop the learning process and help promote institutions, especially for partners, containing issues and focus of service, goals of service, methods/approaches/strategies of service research, and results of community service.

This study aims to develop an innovation in vegetable nugget production as a healthy and tasty solution for children in Tragah Village, Bangkalan, Madura. Vegetable consumption among children remains low, impacting their nutritional intake. The vegetable nugget innovation is expected to enhance vegetable acceptance in an attractive and easy-to-consume form. This research uses a community action research (CAR) approach with a product development design, community trials, and product acceptance evaluation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires involving children and parents. The findings show that vegetable nuggets were well received by children, leading to an increased interest in vegetable consumption. Additionally, the product meets the nutritional standards for children. The implications of this study indicate that innovations in vegetable-based food products can be an effective solution to promote healthy eating habits among children, especially in rural areas.

This research aims to analyze consonant sequences in the phonology of the Indonesian language, focusing on patterns of distribution, combinations, and variations of consonants. The analytical method involves collecting data from representative Indonesian language texts, including books, articles, and everyday conversations. The analysis is conducted by examining the sequence of consonants, frequency of usage, and potential phonological changes. The results of this research can provide further insights into the phonological structure of the Indonesian language, the contribution of consonant patterns to language expression, and their potential implications for language learning and teaching. This study is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of Indonesian phonology and to encourage further development in the field of linguistics.

This study aims: a) To find out the preparation of the Draft Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Panda Village, Palibelo District, Bima Regency. b) To find out the discussion and agreement of the Draft Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Panda Village, Palibelo District, Bima Regency, The type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants were the village head, secretary and staff/employees of Panda Village, administrators of village social institutions, community leaders, religious leaders, and Rukun Tetangga. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique is descriptive qualitative analysis, which starts from data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusion making: First, based on the activities of preparing the Village APB Draft as part of the mechanism or stages of preparing the Village Budget (APB) in Panda Village, the results are in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2021 concerning Priorities for the Use of Village Funds in 2022, and Bima Regent Regulation Number 38 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management).

Mastering a foreign language becomes a necessity in this globalization era. This is because language is a vital instrument to communicate with people thus in other words, it is called the tool to communicate. In the workplace, one of the requirements that someone must be able to fulfill is that they have to master a foreign language, or at least to understand the foreign language used in books as well as foreign products using foreign languages, especially since the global market has emerged. Therefore, , we are all indirectly required to be able to speak a foreign language in order to keep up with the development of the increasingly advanced era. The formulations of the problem in this research are: (1) How is the effect of the use of English Language KIT tools on the English learning achievement of fourth grade students at State Elementary Schools in Sumbergempol District?; (2) How is the effect of motivation of learning English on the academic achievement of fourth grade students at State Elementary Schools in Sumbergempol District?; and (3) How is the effect of utilizing the English Language KIT tools and the learning motivation as a whole on the learning achievement of English of fourth grade students at State Elementary Schools? This thesis is useful for the author to broaden the insight into the mindset, attitude, experience that is by understanding the nature of the effect of the use of English Language KIT tools and the learning motivation on the student achievement in the process of learning English, especially in elementary schools.

The role of fractal geometry in analyzing growth patterns of tropical plants and its application in precision agriculture has become an emerging interdisciplinary topic in the modern era. Tropical plants often exhibit complex and irregular structures that cannot be fully described by conventional Euclidean geometry. This study aims to examine fractal-based mathematical models to identify self-similar patterns in tropical leaves and to explore their potential for optimizing precision farming practices. The methodology employs image-based mathematical analysis, using digital images of tropical plants to measure fractal dimensions and quantify growth complexity. The findings reveal that consistent fractal patterns can be observed across different species of tropical plants, particularly in leaf venation and branching structures, indicating a universal growth principle. Such patterns demonstrate high predictive potential for estimating biomass, monitoring plant health, and assessing responses to environmental changes. Furthermore, the study highlights how fractal-based approaches, when combined with precision agriculture technologies, can improve resource efficiency by supporting accurate irrigation scheduling, soil quality monitoring, and yield forecasting. The implications extend to sustainable agricultural development, as fractal analysis provides a scientific foundation for balancing productivity with environmental preservation. In conclusion, this research underscores the significance of fractals not only as mathematical concepts but also as powerful analytical tools with practical benefits, offering new pathways to advance digital farming, ecological monitoring, and sustainable food security in the modern era.

Mathematics anxiety has long been recognized as a barrier to student achievement, particularly in an era where digital technologies are reshaping education. This study aims to investigate the role of cognitive psychology in modern mathematics learning as a means of reducing math anxiety and enhancing numerical creativity among digital generation learners. Employing an experimental classroom design informed by neuroeducation principles, the research explored how interventions rooted in cognitive regulation, emotional control, and cognitive load management influence student outcomes. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test instruments measuring levels of math anxiety and creativity in numerical problem-solving. The findings demonstrate a significant reduction in mathematics anxiety following the implementation of the neuroeducation-based intervention. Simultaneously, students exhibited marked improvements in creative approaches to numerical challenges, indicating that addressing psychological factors is essential to unlocking mathematical potential. These results highlight the importance of integrating cognitive psychology into mathematics instruction, moving beyond procedural learning toward a holistic approach that considers students’ emotional and cognitive states. The implications extend to educators, curriculum designers, and policymakers, suggesting that modern mathematics education should balance cognitive development, emotional well-being, and creative problem-solving skills to prepare students for the challenges of a rapidly evolving digital world.

The human resource management strategy carried out by PT. Mitra Lestari Bumi Abadi to improve employee performance. The purpose of this researcher is to identify Human Resource Management Strategies in Improving Employee Performance at PT. Jakarta's eternal earth conservation partner. This study uses a non-statistical quantitative analysis method with data collection methods through interviews with the leadership/HRD and employees of PT. Mitra Lestari Bumi Abadi Jakarta, as well as by conducting direct field observations and documentation. The results of the research show that PT. Mitra Lestari Bumi Abadi implements several effective human resource management strategies to improve employee performance, namely: Recruitment and selection to obtain employees according to company criteria, regular employee training and development to improve employee skills and knowledge in the field of work, performance evaluation good and regular basis to help identify employee strengths and weaknesses, Compensation and incentives to achieve better performance results, positive organizational culture that encourages collaboration, teamwork, and innovation. In conclusion, an effective human resource management strategy can help improve employee performance.

Internet development also directly affects the growth of websites. Initially, websites were not very popular due to limited services. However, they are now widely used and offer various services, such as news portals, email providers, and social media platforms. The use of computerized systems becomes more convenient when integrated with information systems based on websites, offering a user-friendly interface for data input and accuracy. In the current internet era, websites are essential for both government and private institutions, providing information to the public without constraints of distance and time. The Sukalaba Village Government Office, located in the Gunungsari subdistrict, is a government institution that serves the community. However, it faces challenges in its services, primarily related to the lack of easy access for the public to obtain information. This research aims to systematically and structurally develop the Sukalaba Village Government Service website. The process involves needs analysis, planning, content development, website design, implementation and testing, training, and launching. Through this approach, it is expected that the website will enhance service quality and increase transparency of information for the community. The website is expected to be an effective platform for the public to access essential information about their village and participate in its development. The creation of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has successfully improved service quality and information availability for the community. The interactive and responsive design ensures easy access to information through various devices. With the website's launch, the community now enjoys fast and convenient access to relevant village-related information, encouraging greater transparency and community participation in the development process. In conclusion, the development of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has significantly improved service quality and information transparency for the community, benefiting both the village government and its residents.

Pintar Pemenang Asia in expanding the education platform network in Indonesia through an opportunity seeking and advantage seeking approach. In developing an educational platform, it is important to understand stakeholder needs, analyze market potential, develop relevant features and content, improve accessibility, and provide training and guidance to users. The results of the community service carried out by the Business Development Intern division show that PT. Pintar Pemenang Asia has an important role in providing an educational platform in Indonesia. Opportunity seeking and advantage seeking approaches help companies identify potential business opportunities and take advantage of their advantages.

This article examines the influence of agrarian law in the development of legal politics in Indonesia with a focus on issues of land ownership and human rights. This article explains that land ownership is often a source of conflict and disputes in Indonesian society, especially when land does not have clear certificates. The Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA) is the legal basis that provides guarantees for land rights for the people of Indonesia. The National Agrarian Operations Project Program (PRONA) is the government's effort to provide land certificates to people with economically weak groups. This article also reviews changes in legal political views in Indonesia following the transition from the New Order era to the reform era. During the New Order era, there were shackles in various sectors, including law and politics. However, during the reform period, efforts to restore Indonesia's image as a rule of law through changes in government policy were carried out concerning the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila. In the context of land ownership and human rights, this article underscores the need to protect the rights of rural communities and indigenous peoples whose ownership is inherited hereditary, regardless of the completeness of the ownership papers. This article examines the need for a balance between public interest and individual rights in the context of land ownership in Indonesia. The rapid growth of online marketplaces in Indonesia has brought significant economic opportunities but also posed new challenges in the realms of criminal law and criminology. This study aims to analyze online marketplace crimes from a criminological perspective and examine the development of Indonesia's criminal law to address these challenges. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a literature review method, this research explores various types of online marketplace crimes, including fraud, identity theft, intellectual property violations, and tax evasion. The study applies criminological theories such as Strain Theory, Rational Choice Theory, Routine Activity Theory, Social Control Theory, and Social Learning Theory to understand the motivations and behaviors of offenders in digital transactions. The findings indicate that the legal framework in Indonesia, including the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) and Consumer Protection Regulations, still contains gaps that allow cybercriminals to exploit marketplace platforms. Therefore, this study suggests strengthening legal harmonization, enhancing consumer protection, improving tax regulations, and implementing effective law enforcement strategies. By integrating criminological insights into legal reforms, Indonesia can create a safer and more just online marketplace environment, contributing to sustainable digital economic development.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in the Indonesian economy. In the era of technological development and digitization in various fields, MSMEs as a type of business that has a large role in building the economy also need to experience development in the field of technology in marketing their products. The purpose of this service is to develop MSMEs in terms of digital marketing and expand the MSMEs marketing network. One example of MSMEs that need digital marketing assistance is UMKM Meatballs and Mixed Ice "Family". The method used in this community service activity is divided into four stages, namely the survey stage, the digital marketing socialization stage, digital marketing assistance and the maintenance and evaluation stages. Digital marketing assistance activities for UMKM Meatballs and Mixed Ice "Family" are a form of community service with the aim of developing and participating in elevating regional potential so that they can have a marketing network that is not limited to the local market.

The Community Service Program (PKM) has successfully conducted a training on Dashboard Development and TikTok Business for the Small and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) Shofi Group. This training was facilitated by the Informatics Engineering Department of Trisakti University and has received an excellent rating based on feedback from the participants. As part of this training, a visualization dashboard was successfully integrated into the Shofi Group's website, allowing them to monitor sales data more efficiently and effectively. In addition, participants also learned about the use of TikTok Business as a tool for marketing their products. Positive feedback from Shofi Group indicates the significant benefits of this training, in terms of assisting MSMEs to adapt and utilize digital technology in their business development. These results underline the importance of similar programs in supporting SMEs to compete in the digital era. It is hoped that the success of this PKM can lay the foundation for similar initiatives in the future, supporting more MSMEs in leveraging the potential of digital technology.

Analysis of Village Fund Management in Lembang Rinding Kila’ Buntao’ District, Toraja Utara Regency. Supervised by Dra Dina Ramba, MM and Jens Batara Marewa, MM. This study aims to find out how the use of the Village Fund is carried out by the Government and whether it is in accordance with existing procedures and has a clear direction towards village development. The mothed used is an interview, documentation, and observation with the head of Lembang Rinding Kila’ about the Management of Village Funds in 2020 and 2021 which includes the annual village income and what income comes In.The result achieved is that the Village Fund Management in Lembang Rinding Kila’ is already effective, because Lembang Lembang’s inventory fund, so it has complied with Permendagri Regulation Number 113 of 2014 concering Village Fund Management.

This book review examines the impact of integrating Bloom's Taxonomy into entrepreneurship education on the competitiveness and performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through a comprehensive analysis of literature, empirical evidence, and expert opinions, the review highlights the significance of this pedagogical approach in fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills among entrepreneurship students. Empirical studies demonstrate improvements in students' competencies and learning outcomes following exposure to Bloom's Taxonomy-aligned curricula. Case studies, such as the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), provide evidence of the practical relevance of this approach in addressing challenges faced by MSMEs. Expert opinions underscore the importance of preparing students for the dynamic demands of the entrepreneurial ecosystem through curriculum designs that prioritize higher-order cognitive skills development. Overall, the review emphasizes the transformative potential of Bloom's Taxonomy integration in shaping the future of entrepreneurship education and enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs in global markets.

Background: Schizophrenia is a psychiatric disorder that affects the work of the brain. The resulting disorders can attack thoughts, perceptions, emotions, movements, and behaviors. Based on the records of the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2019, the prevalence in Indonesia with the highest psychiatric disorders is found in Bali and Yogyakarta Provinces with each prevalence showing 11.1% and 10.4% per 1000 with people with schizophrenia / psychosis. One of the therapies to reduce anxiety in schizophrenic patients with hallucinations is environmental therapy using drawing methods. Objective: To know the results of the implementation of occupational therapy drawing on the decrease in signs and symptoms of hallucinations in patients with hallucinatory sensory perception disorders. Method: applying sensory stimulation therapy applied to 2 patients in the form of a case study. Results: After the application of occupational therapy, both respondents experienced a decrease in hallucination scores, with a total score of 14 and 5 classified as moderate hallucinations. Conclusion: Based on the data obtained, both respondents experienced a development that was originally classified as a very severe hallucination to moderate hallucination.
