This study obtained with the goal to determine the impact of service quality and also price on customer satisfaction at Recaffee Platinum. The method used in this study is quantitative analysis. The size of the sample for this study was 99 respondents, selected using accidental sampling and a questionnaire as the data collection instrument, which was statistically tested with the support by SPSS 30. The data analysis revealed that service quality (X1) significantly influences customer satisfaction (Y), price (X2) significantly influences customer satisfaction (Y), and service quality (X1) and price (X2) simultaneously significantly influence customer satisfaction (Y) at Recaffee Platinum.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital melalui Instagram dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada UMKM Kedai 2 Putri di Desa Sipodeceng, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi bisnis, khususnya di kalangan UMKM yang membutuhkan strategi efektif untuk menjangkau konsumen lebih luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan pemilik, karyawan, serta pelanggan Kedai 2 Putri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan melalui Instagram meliputi empat indikator utama, yaitu pembuatan konten (content creation), berbagi konten (content sharing), membangun interaksi (connecting), dan pembangunan komunitas (community building). Dari keempat indikator tersebut, pembuatan konten menjadi faktor paling dominan dalam menarik minat konsumen dan memperkuat citra merek, karena visual produk yang menarik dan konsistensi unggahan terbukti mampu meningkatkan interaksi serta mendorong keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran digital juga diperkuat oleh elemen bauran pemasaran (7P) yang mencakup produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan Instagram secara optimal dapat meningkatkan visibilitas, keterlibatan pelanggan, serta penjualan UMKM.

The rapid growth of financial technology has led to the emergence of digital wallets as an efficient and practical means of payment. One of the most widely used services in Indonesia is Shopeepay, particularly among Generation z, who are known for their adaptability to new technologies. This study aims to examine to influence of perceived usefulness (X1) and perceived risk (X2) on the intention to use digital wallets (Y), with Shopeepay payment method (M) as a moderating variable. This research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 60 University students who actively use Shopeepay. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linier regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings reveal that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use Shopeepay (sig. 0,004<0,05). Perceived risk also shows a significant effect in thr multiple regression test (sig. 0,003<0,05), but becomes insignificant when tested with MRA (sig. 0,094>0,05). This suggests that impact of risk tends to weaken when moderated by the payment methode. Furthermore, the Shopeepay payment method itself does not significantly influence user intention (sig. 0,067>0,05) collectively, perceived usefulness and perceived risk significantly affect the intention to use Shopeepay (sig. 0,001).

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance, proxied by profitability (ROA) and liquidity (CR), on firm value measured by Tobin’s Q, with capital structure (DER) as a mediating variable. The research sample consists of 18 startup companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2024 period. The method employed is panel data regression analysis, with the best model selected through the Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test. The findings indicate that profitability and liquidity have a significant effect on capital structure. However, profitability, liquidity, and capital structure are not proven to have a direct effect on firm value. Furthermore, capital structure does not serve as a mediating variable. These results suggest that traditional financial metrics are not the main factors in assessing startup valuation in the Indonesian capital market. Other aspects, such as growth prospects and innovation, appear to play a more dominant role in determining firm value

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada Usaha Buraq Telur di Terminal Pangkajenne, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada tingginya tingkat persaingan antar pelaku usaha telur di pasar lokal yang menuntut strategi pemasaran yang lebih adaptif, khususnya melalui pemanfaatan media digital sederhana seperti WhatsApp dan Facebook. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo 12 Plus untuk mengorganisasi dan mengidentifikasi tema-tema strategis dalam praktik komunikasi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital terbukti efektif dalam mendukung peningkatan penjualan. Personal selling menjadi strategi dominan dengan proporsi 29,38%, diikuti oleh promosi penjualan (25,28%) dan pemasaran langsung (20,94%). Aspek ini menunjukkan bahwa interaksi personal, penawaran khusus, dan komunikasi digital sederhana mampu membangun kedekatan dengan konsumen sekaligus meningkatkan loyalitas. Dari perspektif bauran pemasaran, indikator harga menempati posisi tertinggi sebesar 27,86%, disusul produk (26,24%) dan tempat (25,30%), sedangkan promosi berada di posisi terendah yaitu 20,60%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi penetapan harga yang kompetitif, kualitas produk yang terjaga, serta distribusi yang tepat memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan, meskipun promosi digital masih sederhana. Kesimpulannya, keberhasilan strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital pada Usaha Buraq Telur dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi antara komunikasi interpersonal, bauran pemasaran yang seimbang, serta pemanfaatan media digital yang konsisten. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi UMKM dalam mengoptimalkan strategi digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing di pasar lokal.

The retail industry is highly influenced by the level of consumer spending, which experienced significant changes during the Covid-19 pandemic. PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk, as one of the leading retail companies, has sought to maintain its performance through service improvement, technological innovation, and financial management. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk for the period 2020–2024 using profitability ratios, including Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). The results show that both NPM and ROA recorded positive trends until 2023, with NPM peaking at 3.01% and ROA at 6.71%, although both remain below industry standards. Meanwhile, ROE reached its highest level in 2022 at 20.21% before declining in subsequent years. The simultaneous decrease in all ratios in 2024 indicates pressure on net income due to rising costs and imbalances between revenue, assets, and equity growth. Overall, PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk demonstrated gradual profitability improvement up to 2023; however, cost control, asset optimization, and balanced capital management strategies are required to sustain future growth.

This study aims to describe how the use of Islamic banking services contributes to enhancing shariah financial inclusion among students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach involving eight student informants from various faculties selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observations, and documentation during May-July 2025. Data analysis followed the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing in an interactive manner. The findings indicate that most students understand the basic principles of Islamic finance (prohibition of riba, profit-sharing, clarity of contracts, and transparency), although financial literacy is not evenly distributed. Experiences in using Islamic banking services were generally positive, with account opening procedures and contractual clarity being well appreciated.

Akuntansi Pajak dan Kebijakan Ekonomi Digital 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

Macroeconomic indicators are essential instruments in the process of planning a country's development. Assumptions regarding inflation, unemployment, and economic growth are often used by governments to determine macroeconomic policies. Given this context, it becomes important to empirically understand the relationship among these three macroeconomic indicators in Indonesia. This study statistically examines the relationship between the variables of inflation, unemployment, and economic growth using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method. The results show that inflation and the open unemployment rate significantly influence economic growth. Inflation has a positive relationship with economic growth, while the open unemployment rate has an inverse relationship with economic growth. In the short term, economic growth is significantly affected by the growth rate in the previous period (lag-1 or t-1). Meanwhile, inflation and the open unemployment rate do not statistically have a significant impact on economic growth. Shocks to inflation and the open unemployment rate are relatively not excessively responded to by economic growth.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia’s economic growth by creating employment opportunities and contributing significantly to the national GDP. However, their contribution to the country’s tax revenue remains relatively low compared to their overall economic impact. This study aims to examine the contribution of the MSME sector to Indonesia’s tax revenue and to identify the factors influencing this contribution level. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), and the Ministry of Finance covering the period 2018–2023. The findings indicate that the tax contribution from MSMEs has gradually increased over the years, although it still accounts for less than one percent of total national tax revenue. This positive trend is supported by the implementation of lower tax rates, the digitalization of tax systems, and the growing tax awareness among business owners. The study suggests that further administrative simplification and stronger government support are essential to enhance the role of MSMEs in strengthening Indonesia’s fiscal capacity

The purpose of this research is to analyze how strategies for collecting and managing Third Party Funds (DPK) affect the profitability level of Bank Jatim. As the bank’s main funding source, the effectiveness of DPK management significantly determines its ability to distribute credit, maintain liquidity, and improve financial performance. This research applies a qualitative descriptive methodology within a case study framework at Bank Jatim, with data collected through comprehensive field observations. conducted during the MBKM internship program in the Accounting and Financial Management Division, complemented by the analysis of Bank Jatim’s financial statements for the 2024–2025 period. The findings reveal that the 15% growth in DPK in 2024 positively contributed to the increase in productive assets, net interest margin (NIM), and return on assets (ROA). Bank Jatim’s main strategies include increasing the proportion of low-cost funds (CASA), digitalizing services through the JConnect application, collaborating with local governments, and providing exclusive services for priority customers. These approaches not only promote the growth of low-cost funds but also strengthen customer loyalty and the bank’s competitiveness amid the evolving banking landscape. The study concludes that innovative, efficient, and digitally based DPK management enhances Bank Jatim’s profitability and reinforces its role as a regional development bank. The study recommends strengthening financial literacy among the public and diversifying deposit products to expand the customer base..      Keywords: Third Party Funds, Bank Jatim, Profitability, Digital Banking, Financial Management Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi penghimpunan dan pengelolaan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) berpengaruh terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Bank Jatim. Sebagai sumber pendanaan utama, efektivitas pengelolaan DPK memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kemampuan bank untuk menyalurkan kredit, mempertahankan likuiditas, serta meningkatkan kinerja keuangan secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pada Bank Jatim. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan observasi langsung di lapangan. program magang di Divisi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Keuangan, serta melalui analisis laporan keuangan Bank Jatim periode 2024–2025.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan DPK sebesar 15% pada tahun 2024 memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan aset produktif, Net Interest Margin (NIM), dan Return on Assets (ROA). Strategi utama yang diterapkan Bank Jatim mencakup peningkatan proporsi dana murah (CASA), digitalisasi layanan melalui aplikasi JConnect, kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah, serta penyediaan layanan eksklusif bagi nasabah prioritas. Strategi tersebut tidak hanya berhasil mendorong peningkatan dana murah, tetapi juga memperkuat loyalitas nasabah dan daya saing Bank Jatim di tengah ketatnya persaingan industri perbankan.Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan DPK yang inovatif, efisien, dan berbasis digital berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas Bank Jatim sekaligus memperkuat perannya sebagai bank pembangunan daerah. This study analyzes the implementation of the murabahah contract in resolving Non-Performing Financing (NPF) for micro-enterprises through collateral auction at the Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Ahmad Yani Branch Office, Area Bandung Raya. The primary objective is to analyze the conformity of the auction process with comprehensive Sharia principles (fiqih muamalah), particularly focusing on the final stage of debt resolution. Employing a qualitative-descriptive method, data was gathered through literature review and direct interviews with personnel from the bank's collection and recovery department. The findings indicate that the NPF resolution procedure is conducted systematically and ethically, beginning with warnings, mediation, and intensive restructuring efforts, such as rescheduling and reconditioning, in line with the spirit of ta'awun and Fatwa DSN MUI No. 48/2005. The auction is only performed as a final, likuidatif resort when the customer is non-cooperative or entirely unable to pay after all 3R attempts have failed. Crucially, the process generally aligns with positive regulations and Sharia provisions, including the transparent process of Muzayyadah through KPKNL. Key aspects of Sharia compliance include the bank's commitment to returning any surplus funds from the collateral sale directly to the customer, thereby avoiding ghulul (fraudulent gain), and the provision of the option to waive the remaining debt for customers deemed genuinely unable to fulfill their obligations, in line with Fatwa DSN MUI No 47/DSN-MUI/II/2005. This research provides practical insights for Islamic financial institutions on balancing effectiveness in debt resolution with the imperative of comprehensive Sharia compliance and ethical transactional justice.

This dissemination activity aims to share findings and reflections from research on the digital transformation of traditional handicraft MSMEs in Makassar, as well as formulate recommendations for collaborative action. Through a multimodal approach (hybrid seminars, interactive discussions) the activity involved 25 participants. The results show success in knowledge transfer, the creation of direct business opportunities, and the preparation of the digital transformation roadmap and Quintuple Helix collaboration protocol. It is concluded that contextual and participatory dissemination is effective in transforming research findings into real action. The suggestions put forward include the need for a strategy of stakeholder engagement, segmentation of materials based on digital literacy levels, and a long-term impact monitoring system to ensure the sustainability of inclusive digital transformation initiatives based on local wisdom. In addition, it is important to strengthen the capacity of MSME actors through advanced training that focuses on the use of digital marketing technology, product management, and market analytics. The sustainability of collaborative networks between academics, governments, communities, industry players, and the media is also a determining factor in accelerating the digital transformation process in a comprehensive and sustainable manner.

This study is motivated by the declining interest of children in traditional games due to the rapid development of digital technology. Traditional games, however, hold great potential as a medium for character education, particularly in fostering values of cooperation, responsibility, and social interaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the character value of cooperation that emerges through the implementation of traditional games among students and to evaluate its effectiveness in enhancing social interaction within the school environment. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach involving 23 students from SMPK Santo Don Bosco Lewoleba. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire comprising five indicators of cooperation: active participation, polite communication, care and support, acceptance of decisions, and responsibility and honesty. Data analysis was conducted by calculating the mean score for each indicator and converting it into qualitative categories. The findings reveal that the implementation of traditional games develops students’ cooperation values at a very good level, with an average score of 3.55. This indicates that traditional games contribute positively to students’ character formation, particularly in fostering teamwork, respect for peers, and harmonious social relationships. The study implies that traditional games can serve as an effective and enjoyable contextual learning medium to strengthen character education in primary and secondary schools.

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang rentan terhadap perubahan iklim. Adanya perubahan iklim tersebut merupakan salah satu masalah yang perlu ditangani. Namun, demikian isu perubahan iklim tersebut belum banyak dipahami di lingkungan sekolah terutama tingkat SMA. Oleh karena itu sekiranya perlu dilakukan sosialisasi tentang perubahan iklim pada tingkat SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Quasi Experimental dengan desain One Group Pre Test - Post Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata – rata pre test yang diperoleh adalah 77,46 % dan nilai rata-rata post test adalah 84,875 % yang menunjukkan angka peningkatan 7,415 %. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang disebabkan oleh pemberian sosialisasi mengenai perubahan iklim.

Kejadian balita stunting di kelurahan Bulakan masih sangat tinggi yaitu sekitar 11%. Penyebab stunting salah satu adalah kurangnya asupan gizi. Tanaman kelor adalah salah satu tanaman bernilai gizi tinggi yang dapat digunakan untuk mencegah stunting. Namun masyarakat belum memanfaatkan tanaman tersebut secara optimal. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberdayakan masyarakat kelurahan Bulakan dalam pencegahan stunting melalui produksi olahan makanan berbasis kelor dan budidayanya. Metode pengabdian berupa penyuluhan serta pelatihan pembuatan olahan makanan berbasis daun kelor dan budidaya tanaman kelor. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah budidaya tanaman kelor, pembuatan produk olahan makanan berbasis daun kelor pada kader PKK Kelurahan Bulakan serta pemberian makanan berbasis kelor pada balita stunting. Hasil survei yang dilakukan bahwa mitra puas terhadap kegiatan dan ada peningkatan pengetahuan.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan judul “Peningkatan Kapasitas SDM dalam Pengelolaan Website sebagai Strategi Pemasaran Digital Desa Wisata River Side Juma Bulu, Ajibata” bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat lokal dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai sarana promosi pariwisata. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif berupa sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis pengelolaan website berbasis WordPress, serta pendampingan pembuatan konten digital, kegiatan ini berhasil menghasilkan website resmi Desa Wisata River Side Juma Bulu (https://riversidejumabulu.id/) yang berfungsi sebagai pusat informasi, promosi, dan reservasi wisata. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan 90% peserta menyatakan puas terhadap pelatihan, dengan dampak berupa meningkatnya kapasitas SDM lokal, terbentuknya tim pengelola digital desa, dan penguatan daya saing destinasi wisata

This study aims to examine the effect of ownership structure on audit report lag (ARL) in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Indonesia. The ownership structures studied include managerial ownership, government ownership, and institutional ownership. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, using secondary data obtained from annual reports and audited financial statements of SOEs listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. The results show that managerial ownership has a negative effect on ARL, meaning that the higher the managerial ownership, the faster the audit report completion. Conversely, government ownership has a positive effect on ARL, indicating that the greater the government ownership, the longer the time required to complete the audit report. Institutional ownership also has a negative effect on ARL, indicating that companies with institutional ownership tend to be faster in completing audit reports. This study provides insight into the role of ownership structure in influencing the efficiency of audit report completion time in Indonesian SOEs.

The implementation of online zakat payments by BAZNAS Jambi Province faced several challenges, including suboptimal use of the Simba application due to system errors. Additionally, there was a lack of public trust in online zakat payments, insufficient public literacy on the matter, and inadequate socialization and education from BAZNAS Jambi regarding the online payment process. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection via interviews. To optimize digital zakat management, BAZNAS Jambi implemented a strategy involving both their website and the SIMBA system, offering two digital payment options: transfers and QRIS codes. They also pursued partnerships with companies and promoted zakat payments through social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads, Meta Ads, as well as TVRI and RRI television. However, there were challenges, including human resource limitations at BAZNAS Jambi, which resulted in delays when verifying factual data. Additionally, high IT operational costs limited the effectiveness of SIMBA and the website. The coordination issues, including both functional and institutional coordination, were also identified as significant problems. To address these challenges, BAZNAS Jambi has been working on solutions such as community education, socializing zakat management with the public and local government agencies (OPDs), and improving internal coordination.

This research looks at why freelance event crews think about leaving Maharagung Organizer by focusing on two things: the rewards they receive and the punishments they face in a project-based setup. The core issue is that crews feel dissatisfied when rewards are unclear or rarely given, while discipline rules can feel uneven, so the goal is to see whether these practices actually change how much people want to quit. The study uses a simple survey design and analyzes the results with a PLS model in SmartPLS after checking that the questions reliably measure reward, punishment, and turnover intention, and it includes everyone active and reachable during the data phase. The results point one way: fair, transparent rewards help people want to stay, while discipline does more to set standards than to keep people from leaving; taken together, that means rewards carry most of the weight for retention, and punishments mostly support order and safety. The bottom line for managers is to make rewards predictable, tied to performance, and clearly communicated, then keep discipline fair and consistent in the background so crews feel respected and choose to keep taking future event offers.

The development of digital technologyhas had a significant impact on education and the creative economy. The ability to processvisual designs has become an important skill for the younger generation to face thechallenges of the digital age. This community service activity aims toimprove students' digital design skills and creativity throughCanva training as a practical learning medium. The trainingwas conducted at SMAN 22 Gowa, involving six students from grades X and XI.The implementation method used an interactive workshop approach and hands-on practice(learning by doing) that emphasised project-based learning experiences. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' ability to understandthe basic principles of packaging design, apply visual elements appropriately, andproduce creative and communicative design works. This activity also fostered self-confidence,collaborative spirit, and awareness of the importance of digital literacy. Thus, this training successfully contributed positively to thedevelopment of creative skills and the readiness of students to face the world ofentrepreneurship and technology-based creative industries (Bell, 2010; Guo et al.,2020; Supriyadi, 2023; Wicaksono & Indriani, 2022).
