Human Resource Management (HRM) is a critical determinant of organizational productivity and competitiveness in the era of globalization and digital transformation. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to synthesize empirical findings on HRM strategies published between 2019 and 2024. The review identifies six key domains of effective HRM: competency-based recruitment, continuous training and upskilling, transparent performance evaluation, reward and incentive systems, workforce diversification and inclusion, and technology-enabled HRM. Evidence demonstrates that competency-driven recruitment reduces turnover and enhances job fit, while continuous training fosters innovation and adaptability. Transparent evaluation systems increase motivation and fairness, and balanced reward packages combining financial and non-financial recognition improve retention and engagement. Workforce diversification enhances problem-solving and innovation when paired with inclusive leadership practices. Technology integration, particularly HRIS and people analytics, streamlines processes and strengthens decision-making. Importantly, bundled strategies yield stronger productivity outcomes than isolated interventions, with improvements occurring through capability, motivation, and coordination pathways. The findings underscore the need for organizations to align HRM practices with strategic goals and global trends. This study contributes to HRM literature by providing evidence-based insights and offers practical guidance for managers seeking to enhance productivity in competitive environments.

The compulsive impact of human-caused climate change is now considered more of an environmental issue than a national security threat. The latest 2030 Agenda, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), has a transformational vision to achieve universal literacy worldwide, including Indonesia. Addressing climate change is Goal 13 of 17 SDGs. This study uses a qualitative research method with a linear research strategy to develop hybrid-education media in the form of printed pamphlet media with Augmented Reality (AR) technology applications that run on the Web platform, namely WebAR. The procedure is triggered by the target image of the pamphlet, and the basic HTML structure uses the A-Frame 3D framework. This framework allows for 3D modeling and animation to be loaded into WebAR. This study shows that WebAR-based hybrid-education media can be used as an interactive means to study climate change issues and increase awareness and understanding of climate actions relevant to Goal 13 of the SDGs. The results also show that this media can increase public engagement in combating climate change issues.

Technological developments in the Digital Era 5.0 have significantly changed the landscape of the accounting profession. Artificial intelligence (AI), big data, blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT) are the main factors influencing the transformation in the world of accounting. Accountants are no longer just playing the role of recorders of financial transactions, but are also required to have in-depth data analysis skills and an understanding of new technologies that support efficiency and accuracy in financial management. The biggest challenge faced is the automation of various tasks that were previously done manually, which can reduce the need for conventional accountants. However, on the other hand, this development also opens up opportunities for accountants to increase their role in financial analysis, business planning, and technology-based risk management. This socialization activity aims to provide an understanding to accounting students and high school students regarding the role and challenges of the accounting profession in the digital era. Through a community service program in the form of a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), participants were given insight into the importance of adapting to technological developments and strategies that can be applied to stay relevant in the world of work. The results of this activity showed that the students involved gained a better understanding of the digital transformation in the accounting profession and the importance of developing technology-based skills. Thus, it is expected that future accountants can improve their competitiveness and be ready to face changes in the increasingly digital and complex business world.

This qualitative literature review examines how distinctive dispositional traits of family firms—such as socioemotional wealth, long-term orientation, and tradition—shape their engagement with digital transformation (DT). Drawing on recent empirical studies from 2007 to 2025, the review reveals that these dispositions serve as both barriers and enablers of digital change. While tradition and risk aversion can hinder radical innovation, they can also foster stability and purpose-driven digital adoption. The review highlights how family firms navigate paradoxes between continuity and innovation through strategic framing, intergenerational collaboration, and openness to external knowledge. Ultimately, family firm dispositions mediate digital transformation in complex, context-dependent ways, offering alternative, non-linear paths to innovation. This synthesis contributes to understanding how legacy and digitalization can be harmonized in family-owned businesses

The maritime industry is undergoing rapid technological transformation, yet the role of scientific paradigms in shaping technological decision-making remains underexplored. This study examines how epistemological reasoning influences leadership approaches to technological innovation in maritime business management. The research is motivated by the need to bridge the gap between theory and practice, ensuring that technological advancements are implemented with structured decision-making rather than reactive adaptation. This study provides an original contribution by evaluating the intersection of leadership, epistemology, and technological adoption—a perspective largely overlooked in previous maritime innovation research. While digital transformation is widely discussed, few studies address how structured epistemological reasoning affects decision-making in technology adoption. The research seeks to answer: To what extent do scientific paradigms influence technological decision-making in maritime leadership, and what challenges hinder epistemological integration? Using a qualitative methodology, the study engages industry experts, lecturers, and postgraduate students, applying thematic and comparative analysis to explore epistemological competency development and sustainable innovation. Results indicate that leadership adaptability and epistemological literacy significantly enhance digital transformation efforts, yet barriers such as regulatory constraints and resistance to structured reasoning persist. The study concludes that embedding epistemology into maritime education and leadership training is essential for ensuring sustainable, data-driven technological decision-making in the industry.

The maritime industry, traditionally reliant on intuition and experience-based decision-making, is undergoing a transformation with the increasing adoption of digital marketing strategies. However, the epistemological foundations of this transition remain underexplored, particularly in the context of leadership and strategic decision-making. This research examines how maritime leaders, lecturers, and postgraduate students perceive and integrate data-driven marketing strategies into maritime business management. The study provides original value by addressing the gap in maritime leadership research regarding digital marketing epistemology. Unlike previous studies that primarily focus on technical adoption, this research critically analyzes the philosophical and cognitive frameworks influencing digital marketing decision-making. The primary objective is to explore the extent to which digital marketing decisions in maritime leadership are guided by empirical data rather than intuition. Using qualitative research and descriptive analysis, semi-structured interviews were conducted with maritime experts, lecturers, and postgraduate students. Data were analyzed thematically, categorizing responses into competency development, sustainability, and digital transformation barriers. Findings reveal that while data-driven strategies are acknowledged as valuable, traditional leadership models still dominate. Digital marketing adoption is constrained by limited expertise, regulatory challenges, and skepticism toward analytics. The study concludes that bridging this gap requires integrating epistemological inquiry into maritime education and fostering collaboration between industry and academia. Strengthening digital literacy among maritime leaders is essential for ensuring the sustainable and strategic use of digital marketing in the sector.

Globalization has induced substantial changes across multiple facets of life in Indonesia, encompassing social, economic, and cultural dimensions. This study seeks to examine the effects of globalization on social inequality and poverty in Indonesia. The results demonstrate that globalization generates significant opportunities via access to global markets, foreign capital, and cutting-edge technologies. Nonetheless, these advantages are not uniformly allocated, leading to increasing societal inequalities. Communities possessing access to education, technology, and economic resources are more adept at leveraging globalization, but marginalized groups, such as the rural impoverished, often fall behind. Transformations in economic frameworks, urban development, and the impact of global culture intensify regional and socioeconomic disparities. While globalization can alleviate poverty via economic expansion, its advantages frequently favor particular demographics, therefore exacerbating the disparity between the affluent and the impoverished. This study underscores the significance of inclusive and equitable measures to alleviate the adverse effects of globalization. The government must improve access to education, technology, and economic opportunities for marginalized people while bolstering regional development to promote equality. Effective management of globalization can facilitate sustainable development and mitigate social inequality in Indonesia. Without sufficient action, globalization threatens to intensify inequalities and poverty within society.

The maritime industry is undergoing rapid transformation, requiring systematic, evidence-based methodologies to improve product and service innovation success rates. Traditionally, maritime businesses have relied on intuition-based decision-making, leading to inefficiencies, increased risks, and inconsistent innovation outcomes. This study investigates the role of structured scientific methodologies in maritime innovation management, emphasizing how systematic approaches enhance decision accuracy, minimize risk, and improve long-term sustainability. This research provides original value by evaluating the effectiveness of structured scientific approaches in maritime innovation, an area where limited studies have explored the intersection of philosophy, leadership, and evidence-based decision-making. The study addresses the following research questions: To what extent do structure scientific methodologies improve product and service innovation success? How do industry leaders, lecturers, and students perceive the role of evidence-based decision-making in innovation? Using qualitative research methods, the study collected data from maritime experts, lecturers, and postgraduate students through semi-structured interviews and document analysis, followed by thematic and comparative analysis. Results indicate that structured methodologies significantly improve innovation outcomes, but barriers such as industry reluctance and lack of competency development hinder adoption. The study concludes that integrating scientific reasoning into maritime leadership training can enhance innovation success, mitigate risk, and foster a culture of evidence-based strategic management.

This study uses quantitative analysis in the age of digital transformation to ascertain how Indonesia's monetary policy's stability and effectiveness are affected by digital economic characteristics. The Simultaneous Regression approach (also known as structural regression) with two simultaneous equations—monetary stability and monetary policy effectiveness—is the data analysis technique used in this study. Monetary stability (SM), the volume of digital transactions (VTD), the number of digital service users (PLD), financial technology adaptation (ATF), monetary policy effectiveness (EKM), e-commerce growth (PEC), and digital financial inclusion (IKD) are the variables considered in this study. The findings indicate that the variables VTD, PLD, ATF, and EKM have a 62.3% influence on the SM variable, with other variables outside the estimation accounting for the remaining 37.7% of SM. The estimation results show that the Effectiveness of Monetary Policy (EKM) can be explained by the Digital Financial Inclusion (IKD) and Monetary Stability (SM) variables by 11.7% and 88.3%, respectively. Aside from the estimations in the model, additional factors also affect the Effectiveness of Monetary Policy (EKM).

orship is at the core of the Christian spiritual life, not only as an act of reverence to God but also as a means to deepen one's spiritual relationship with Him. However, in reality, many congregants experience a decline in interest and consistency in worship. This phenomenon is also observed at GKSI Agape Bajong, where, despite the church's growth, the understanding of the true meaning of worship still needs to be improved. One approach to address this issue is through the discipleship method. Through discipleship, the church can help the congregation gain a deeper understanding of worship and awaken their spiritual awareness. This approach emphasizes the deepening of faith and personal transformation based on the example of Christ. This study aims to explain how the discipleship method can be applied at GKSI Agape Bajong as an effort to cultivate the spiritual awareness of the congregation and enhance their participation in worship.
