And there are five basic important elements namely soul (Hifdzunnafs), belief or religion (Hifdzuddin), reason/intellectual (Hifdzul Aql), descent (Hifdzunasl) and family and property (Hifdzulmal). The research objective is to look at the advantages and disadvantages between Maslow's and Al-Ghazali's Hierarchy of Needs in Islamic Economics. The research method is library research using primary and secondary data, namely books and scientific journals. The results of this study are Al-Ghazali's theory of needs which is almost parallel to Maslow's subsequent theory. A person or legal entity that acquires rights to land must register their land ownership. However, land ownership can also lead to disputes, such as the dispute over former eigendom verponding land numbers 3740, 3741, and 3742 in Dago Elos. The Defendants have occupied the land for years without issues, and some have certificates of land ownership or building rights. In the verdict of Judicial Review Case Number 109 PK/Pdt/2022, the Defendants' actions in occupying the disputed land were deemed illegal. Therefore, the author is interested in analyzing whether the Defendants' actions meet the elements of illegal actions according to Article 1365 of the Civil Code and related regulations, and to what extent the Defendants are protected by the verdict. The research was conducted using a normative juridical method, with literature review generating descriptive notes and data, and utilizing a statutory approach. The results show that the Defendants' actions in occupying the disputed land do not constitute illegal actions under Article 1365 of the Civil Code due to the lack of elements. No legal protection can be provided because the verdict is final. The judge did not provide legal reasoning based on the juridical alignment between legal facts, evidence, and the legal basis of statutory regulations.

Faith, Islam, and ihsan are a unity that cannot be separated. With faith, Islam, and ihsan every Muslim can reach the true meaning of life. Faith, Islam, and ihsan become a combination of elements that are very important to live life. Therefore, Muslims who do not understand the combination of these three elements will not find the true meaning of life. Faith will give birth to Islam, and Islam will give birth to ihsan, from ihsan Muslims will be able to reach the true meaning of life. Faith has six pillars, namely: Faith in Allah, angels, book, messenger, last day, qada and qadar. Islam has five pillars, namely: Shahadat, prayer, zakat, fasting, pilgrimage for those who are able. Ihsan has four pillars, namely: Ihsan to Allah, self, fellow human beings, all creatures. The meaning of life for every human being is different, but the essence of the meaning of life desired by every human being is happiness, both happy in the world and happy in the hereafter.

Discussing calligraphy as an Islamic artwork is very interesting because it displays the beauty and meaning of each stroke of the letters, especially in the Qur'an. Calligraphy is a visual and correspondence skill. It also helps to learn and understand the Arabic language. Arabic is essential to the teaching of Islam as it serves as a way to convey strictly and paves the way for Islamic history and scholarly works. The subjective differentiation strategy was used in this study to examine the relationship between the excellence of students in Arabic language education at Imam Bonjol State Islamic University Padang West Sumatra and their ability to compose Arabic and calligraphy as an improvement in learning, which allows them to concentrate on culture and expression related to Arabic. The consequences of this study indicate that interest in calligraphy as a whole has an impact on students' Arabic composing ability and aptitude. Students who have both interests and abilities will generally get greater help from others, but students who are basically interested need greater help. This study shows how important calligraphy is to further develop Arabic composing ability and demonstrates the work of the contrasting supporting elements of interest and ability.
