The impact of the development of information technology today on various aspects of global life. Although modern technology provides great benefits, the article highlights the ethical and moral challenges faced, especially by children and adolescents. Technology influences the understanding of responsibility and ethics in social interactions, especially through social media and the use of digital devices. This article emphasizes the importance of education that focuses not only on knowledge transfer, but also on character building. In addition, the article underlines the need for moral and ethical education in line with technological developments, so that children are able to understand and apply social responsibility in an increasingly advanced digital era. Technology has the potential to provide positive benefits, but it can also have a negative impact on behavior and morale if not used wisely.

An orphanage is an institution that is known by the community to shape the development of children who do not have a family or who do not live with a family and provide social welfare services to orphans by carrying out sponsorship and reducing child neglect, providing substitute parent/guardian services for children. in meeting the physical, mental, and social needs of foster children. This study aims to describe the role of caregivers in fostering social behavior of children at the Annur orphanage in Pasanehan City. The research method used is a descriptive approach with qualitative data analysis. Data collection through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the caretaker of the orphanage has been considered as a family for every orphan where the caretaker of the orphanage has a function as a place to fulfill affection, physical education, and provide a view of life for children as well as a place to hide the values and norms that apply in society.

Empathy is not only taught to children but is also applied to those responsible within the school. Through theoretical studies, this article correlates the concept of bullying with a lack of empathy and details the significance of empathy education in the development of students' characters. This research faced challenges in incorporating web design skills into the curriculum of SMK Istiqomah Muhammadiyah 4 Samarinda with limited resources. Through the prototype method and the Figma platform, PKL projects are used to teach students about website development. The aim is to provide relevant skills to the technology and graphic design industries. The steps include requirements analysis, prototyping, user evaluation, and user interface design for the company profile. The result is expected to be a web application that is informative, interesting, and in accordance with the needs of the vocational school Abstract.This research aims to implement collaborative games as a strategy to control social emotional development in school-aged children at SDN 1 Kartasura. School-aged children have diverse emotional characteristics, and social-emotional development is very important to shape children's personality and independence. Collaborative games were chosen as a method to stimulate children's social abilities through group activities. The initial stage of this research includes understanding the potential and challenges of social emotional development in school-aged children. Furthermore, a collaborative game was designed and implemented on September 9 2023, involving 25 grade 4 students at SDN 1 Kartasura. This activity includes game sessions, observations of social interactions, and evaluation of activity results which show that the implementation of collaborative games has a positive impact on students' social emotional development. However, research also identifies several obstacles, such as some students who still experience difficulties in socializing and controlling emotions. Therefore, further efforts are needed to maximize the potential of collaborative play in improving children's social emotional development. In conclusion, implementing collaborative games can be an effective approach to creating a positive learning environment and improving students' social emotional development at SDN 1 Kartasura. This research contributes to the understanding of social emotional development strategies in school-aged children through collaborative play.

Human life coexists with culture, this is because humans always try to maintain their existence in life that requires them to always be in contact with the surrounding environment. It is important for schools to reintroduce the values of local wisdom so that they can continue to strengthen local culture so that it is not lost and abandoned by the community. The purpose of this study was to produce posters of children's literature based on local wisdom sumenep for elementary school students. More specifically, the research will also explore local children's literature sources in Sumenep Regency such as legends, folklore, and fairy tales to be published in posters and then used as reading material for children's literary literacy. The method used in this study is developmental research. Development research focuses on developing systems, models, media, and products. This study used a 4-D model developed by Thiagarajan, Semmel, & Semmel (1974: 5). The development product in the form of children's literature posters based on local wisdom Sumenep aims to internalize the values of local wisdom to elementary school students through classroom learning. The test subjects in this study were grade IV students at SDN Ellak-Laok IV.

It is important to prioritize learning through playing with peers because social development plays a very important role in the development that occurs in children. Nowadays, many students face situations where they are unable to interact with their peers. Therefore, this study aims to examine the social development of underage children through interactions with equal peers. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach and involved all students in class 3A of the AL FIQRI SCHOOL Kindergarten, as well as teachers and the school principal. Information about children's social development is collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Qualitative analysis was used in this research. From the results of research conducted, it is proven that interaction with peers plays a very important role in children's social development. Through this interaction, children can learn to obey rules, provide help to friends in situations such as studying, and share with their friends. Therefore, it can be concluded that peers have a significant influence on the social development of early childhood. The aim of this research is to evaluate the development of children's social relationships with peers.    

This study aims to explore and analyse the implementation of caregiver attention in children's social interaction at Hanifah III Gadut Orphanage, Tilatang Kamang District, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. The main focus of this research is to understand how caregivers at the orphanage provide attention to the children living there and how this affects their social interactions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with caregivers, observation of the social interactions of children in the orphanage, and analysis of relevant documents. The results showed that caregivers' attention to children at Hanifah III Gadut Orphanage is very important in shaping healthy social interactions. The implementation of this attention includes psychological, emotional, and social aspects, all of which have an impact on children's development. In the context of orphanages, caregiver attention also has a significant role in forming interpersonal bonds between caregivers and foster children. This research is expected to provide further understanding of caregiving practices in orphanages and contribute to our understanding of the importance of mindfulness in shaping the social interactions of children living in such environments.

The moral development of children in the early and late stages of their lives is a crucial process in shaping their character. In the early stage, children tend to rely on the influence of adults, such as parents and teachers, to understand the concepts of right and wrong. They often strictly follow rules and avoid moral violations. In contrast, in the later stage, the moral development of children becomes more complex. They start to develop a deeper understanding of morality based on the values and principles they have learned throughout their lives. Children in this stage can consider the moral consequences of their actions and develop autonomy in making moral decisions. A better understanding of the moral development of children can help adults, such as parents and educators, support the healthy moral development of their children throughout the early and late stages of their lives.  Set a good example: Children tend to imitate the behavior of adults around them. Therefore, it is important for parents and adults around children to set good examples in behavior, attitudes and communication. Teach moral values: Teach children about moral values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, mutual help, patience, etc. Discuss these values ​​with them and provide concrete examples of how these values ​​are applied in everyday life.

This is in line with the purpose of this study, which is to foster the character of elementary school children through civic literacy learning with its approaches to learning. By strengthening the spirit of citizenship, we want to produce a generation of qualified and qualified young people and able to actively contribute to the development of the nation and state in this digital era. Therefore, in civic literacy, it is very important to comprehensively prepare citizens to face these challenges with a firm and deep understanding. Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in organizational development, including in Early Childhood Education (ECE). The focus of this research is Tulip Integrated PAUD in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. Early childhood (0-6 years) enters the golden age period where their learning patterns are based on imitation. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of early childhood learning and socialization at Tulip Integrated PAUD through the implementation of HRM. The main problems involve children's diverse characters, lack of activities, and differences in parents' mindsets. The implementation method consists of four stages: (1) introduction to the members of Tulip Integrated PAUD, (2) introducing the concept of HR Management, (3) providing active and expressive learning to students, and (4) evaluation and monitoring.The results showed that the socialization of HR Management positively contributed to the management of human resources at Tulip Integrated PAUD. Emphasis on fun and expressive teaching patterns increases early childhood participation in learning and social activities. Continuous evaluation and monitoring are needed to ensure continuity and improvement. In conclusion, the implementation of HRM and engaging learning approaches can improve the effectiveness of PAUD organizations. It creates a conducive environment for optimal early childhood development, by involving teachers, committees, and parents as part of integrated human resource management.

Background: Children with disabilities, especially mentally retarded, have difficulty distinguishing between appropriate and inappropriate touches, which will make it difficult for disabled children to identify actions that lead to sexual harassment directed at them. Intellectual disability or mental disability is a condition where a person's intelligence development experiences obstacles so that they do not reach the optimal stage of development. Digital pop up books are very easy to understand in the learning process and are an effective medium in providing sexual education for mentally retarded children. Purpose: The aim of this community service is to increase awareness of mentally retarded teenagers about preventing sexual violence through digital pop up book media. Method: The stages include planning and preparation, implementation of service activities with workshops, Popi Dita fungame, barcode story corner hut and evaluation. The activity was held on Wednesday 7 June 2023 at SLB Samudra Lavender Bangkalan. Measuring the success of this digital pop up book media uses a pre-test and post-test with a questionnaire containing 16 short questions. Result: The results showed an increase in student knowledge scores from 4.95 to 7.36. The paired t-test obtained a p- value of 0.019 which shows that sexual violence prevention interventions can increase the knowledge or awareness of mentally retarded children regarding the prevention of sexual violence.    Conclusion: This activity was successfully carried out with high participation and enthusiasm from students in taking part in this activity. It is hoped that this pop up book can be a useful educational tool for schools in an effort to minimize the number of victims of sexual violence.

Background Recently, the development of technology is also becoming more advanced. Today's technology is able to bring about a new era where everything becomes fast-paced practicality. The negative impacts of excessive gadget use include gadget addiction, sleep disturbances, eye fatigue, poor posture, impaired close vision, and decreased cognitive abilities. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling on the impact of gadget use on children at the reading house of the library framework in North Aceh district. Method The implementation of community service is face-to-face, using the counseling method. This activity was carried out on Tuesday, 31 October 2023 at the Rangkang Pustaka Reading House in Nisam village, North Aceh Regency. The counseling was conducted for children aged 7 to 11 years. who are at the elementary school,with a total of 37 participants. The results showed that from a total of 37 children, it was found that 13 already had sufficient understanding of the impact of gadget use, while 24 still did not have knowledge and understanding of the adverse effects that arise from the use of gadgets. In conclusion, gadgets can reduce the ability to think and analyze things, and can have long-term and permanent consequences if not addressed early on. This activity is very helpful for children to become independent and reduce smartphone addiction.

Nutritional intake plays an important role in optimizing baby's growth and development. The amount of nutritional intake consumed is also influenced by the process of eating activities. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Baby Led Weaning Method on baby weight in the Patingalloang Community Health Center Working Area. Quantitative research method with experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The research population was toddlers experiencing stunting who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria using purposive sampling techniques. Research results: The intervention group with a sample size of 20 children experienced an average weight gain of 0.85 kg. The control group also experienced an average increase of 0.65 kg with a test value of p value = 0.000, where it was concluded that there was an effect of giving MP-ASI using the Baby Led Weaning Method on the weight of babies aged 9-12 months in the working area of the Patingalloang Community Health Center.    

Proper complementary nutrition is critical for child growth. Currently, UPF consumption is common, affecting IYCFP, where many older persons use CCF. Indeed, CCF has a negative impact on children's growth and development. Many factors contribute to this, one of which is a lack of assistance from other health providers, especially midwives. In Indonesia, midwives are the primary health workers that offer direct care to mothers. According to several sources, midwives continue to provide little support in this area due to insufficient experience and expertise. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness of UPF and ICYFP among midwives. The method employed is a hybrid strategy that employs successive explanation strategies. 114 midwives participated in the online study in 2022. The results of this study showed that there are still many midwives who do not know about UPF and IYCFP education and advocacy. There needs to be government support to conduct comprehensive education in the health sector, including midwives.

Laburan Baru Village is one of the villages under the working area of ​​Paser Belengkong District which is one of the stunting locus villages. Community Service by providing material related to handling and preventing stunting in Laburan Baru Village, Paser Belengkong District. Counseling or material for handling and preventing stunting is carried out through lecture methods and question and answer discussions. The target of this activity is for all community members in Laburan Baru Village, Paser Belengkong District to understand more about the dangers of stunting for children's growth and development. In this activity, the importance of good cooperation between cross-sectors to deal with stunting was also conveyed, whether as community members, village officials, health centers, and all parties must work together in handling and preventing stunting.

School-age children are children aged between 6 and 12 years and are one of the groups of children who are vulnerable to nutritional problems (Ulpa et al., 2018). Poor nutritional status in children will affect physical growth, mental development and thought processes which will impact their production power and work ability as adults (Wicaksana & Nurrizka, 2019). The aim of this service activity is to increase students' knowledge about the importance of nutrition for school-aged children to support the growth and development of school-aged children to prevent nutritional problems in school-aged children, for this reason it is necessary to carry out health promotion efforts in the form of providing education and evaluation to increase knowledge. about nutrition so that it can increase awareness of school-age children in maintaining health.

The aim of this community service is to help children's psychomotor development to control body movements through coordinated activities between the central nerve and muscles through games, hone children's abilities through coloring sketches, and provide reinforcement and motivation for children with special needs so that children do not inferior and able to compete in the world of education like other children. This activity was carried out at SLB Negeri Ende. The methods used in this service activity are game methods, socialization approaches and lectures. The results of the activity show that children are more enthusiastic about learning, because the material provided is material that is combined with games, so that lessons are more fun for children and not boring.
