The purpose of this research is to describe the integrative thematic learning process for fifth grade students. The method used in this study is qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation and analyzed based on reduction diagrams, interpretation and conclusion. Research results at the learning planning stage, some lesson plans have used thematic lesson plans, but there are some subject matter that have not used thematic lesson plans. At the small part of the learning implementation stage, the delivery of material has not used thematic learning models, as seen in the delivery of material still based on subjects. Most of them already use thematic learning models. Furthermore, at the assessment stage, the thematic assessment model has not been used. The assessment of learning outcomes carried out by all teachers is in the form of a written test which is still carried out based on the subject. The obstacles to the application of thematic learning, namely the lack of socialization regarding thematic learning and the limitations of adequate teaching aids, so that it is less than optimal in concrete learning  

Emotional Intelligence (EI), also known as emotional intelligence, is a person's ability to recognize their own emotions, be able to control their emotions according to situations and conditions, be able to use their emotions to increase their own motivation, be able to recognize other people's emotions, and be able to interact positively with other people. . Emotional intelligence (EI) is a self-concept that a teacher, the aim is to increase motivation to learn without having to depend on the surrounding environment. This community service activity is aimed at class VI teachers at MIN 5 Langkat, which aims to improve the performance of teachers when teaching in the classroom by implementing an emotional intelligence system when teaching. With a teacher who can understand the characteristics of the students and understand the emotions of the students, it will be easy for the teacher to convey lesson material without having to force his will on the students. This will also influence students' learning motivation, when students feel that the teacher understands their feelings and needs, students will happily accept the learning provided by the teacher. It was proven that after participating in this socialization, several class VI teachers had implemented EI in the learning process and this had a big influence on increasing the learning motivation of class VI elementary school students.

Poetry is part of the literary work taught to students in elementary school or madrasah ibtidaiyah, namely the ability to write and read poetry. Therefore, in order for students to have this ability, it is necessary to have the suitability and accuracy of strengthening the knowledge and abilities possessed by the teacher when poetry is taught. Writing poetry is directed at aspects of comprehension and at linguistic ability and suitability in implementing elements in poetry. Similarly, reading poetry leads to the ability to speak the written language of poetry by involving imagination, intonation, pronunciation, emphasis, and tone. The community service activity aims to provide poetry writing training for students at MI Muhammadiyah Dukuhturi Bumiayu. Service activities are carried out by the method of lectures, discussions, demonstrations, assignments, and mentoring. The steps of community service activities include the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. At the stage of implementing the service, it is carried out with 5 stages, namely (1) observation, (2) preparation of training and mentoring, (3) socialization of activities, (4) training and assistance in poetry writing training, and (5) evaluation. At the implementation stage, the implementation of student service activities is carried out in accordance with the activity schedule. The evaluation stage can be used as a benchmark for 85% success indicators and the implementation of activities. Based on the results of dedication, it is known that all students have high motivation and are able to write poems in accordance with intrinsic and extrinsic elements with the chosen poetry theme related to nature.

This research is a descriptive qualitative study that aims to analyze the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon District.                 This research was conducted in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon Sub-district. Primary data were collected through interviews with a number of informants who were directly involved in the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon Sub-district.                 The results showed that the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Tawiri Village, Teluk Ambon Sub-district went well despite the many obstacles encountered. This can be seen from 6 (six) policy evaluation criteria namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy where four of them have not been implemented optimally. So for the suggestions submitted, namely the need to submit the latest data or government officials must make updates related to Non-Cash Food Assistance for underprivileged people who do not get assistance and consult directly with village assistants, the Government as the organizer is obliged to provide socialization to Beneficiary Families about the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program, the Government also needs to improve administrative data on families who receive benefits.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the family of hope program along with the obstacles in the family of hope program in Sidoarjo Regency. This research is based on the problem of assistants who carry out socialization only once every three months and there are There are still many PKH recipients who do not understand their rights and obligations. The method used is qualitative research. The data collection technique is by means of in-depth interviews, observations and relevant literature studies with one key informant, namely the Village PKH assistant and four supporting informants including the District PKH coordinator, village secretary, and PKH assistance recipient communities. The analysis technique in this The study uses a qualitative type that refers to the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the analysis of the family of hope program in Sidoarjo, namely, first, the achievement of goals. The achievement measure is said to have not been achieved because the targets for accepting PKH members are still not on target and the process of managing the aid index for PKH recipients is still not right. Website is an internet application that can be accessed by almost all people today. The purpose of implementing PkM activities is to design and develop a website-based prototype company profile for Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Because the sales made by MSMEs are still traditional, although there are some who have used the WA group and Facebook, but have never used a website application. The company profile prototype development method is waterfall, namely through several stages starting from planning and data collection, system design with Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), programming in PHPMySQL and XAMPP languages. Empowerment of Farming Communities in Enhancing Rural Economic Development. This socialization aims to find out the extent of the role of Farmer Groups in increasing the empowerment of the farming community of Kulwaru Village, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency and to know the Rights and Obligations of Owners and Cultivators.The main problem of the target audience is to find out how the behavior of the farmers in Kulwaru Village regarding financing and management and calculating the profits of rice farmers. As well as knowing how accounting and local wisdom in the profit-sharing system between the owner rice farmer and the cultivating rice farmer under the guise method. Based on the research, the results obtained from analyzing the results of experience and interviews with rice farmers in Kulwaru Village, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency produced a form or model of profit sharing cooperation with the "mask" method. Owners and cultivators in a production sharing cooperation agreement are not carried out in writing, but verbally. In addition, owner farmers and sharecroppers also have different rights and obligations in managing rice fields.

In this increasingly difficult economic situation, there is a lot of competition in various fields, including competition in the business world. Many companies are competing to gain market share, so this spurs companies to strive to continue to progress in improving their business management. In addition, companies are starting to change their view from one that is product or service oriented, to a customer oriented view. One strategy that can be used by companies is to build customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is needed to ensure the company's future. Maintaining customer loyalty is absolutely necessary for a company to survive and be able to compete with other companies.

Youth entrepreneurship plays a strategic role in strengthening local economic development; however, limited knowledge, skills, and business mentoring remain major challenges for rural youth. This community service program focuses on developing youth entrepreneurship through a village business incubator based on the 8P principles: Place, People, Process, Partnership, Profit, Promotion, Product, and Price. The program aims to improve access to entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and resources for youth in RT 013, Lubuk Gaung Subdistrict, Sungai Sembilan District. The approach employed socialization, entrepreneurship training, participatory discussions, and business mentoring tailored to local potential. The results show increased understanding of business planning, market identification, partnership development, and the use of information technology in business activities. The implementation of the 8P-based incubator model successfully strengthened entrepreneurial mindset, motivation, and youth readiness to develop sustainable local businesses. Furthermore, this program also opens up opportunities for more structured, collaborative business development, which is crucial for long-term sustainability at the village level. Overall, this program contributes to increasing the capacity of youth as agents of change in the local economy.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of the E-Library of Angkasa Pura II (Elora) in increasing digital literacy at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results were carried out from the theory of program effectiveness according to Budiani (2007:53) with 4 (four) indicators. First, namely the accuracy of the program's targets is appropriate, seen from the exact program targets, which PT Angkasa Pura II is aimed at all employees who intend to increase their knowledge. Second, the socialization of the program cannot be said to be effective as seen from the fact that there are still many employees of PT Angkasa Pura II who have not used the Elora application because the socialization does not vary only through WhatsApp groups and corporate email. Third, the program objectives are appropriate, seen from the Elora application, it really helps employees in terms of increasing digital knowledge and literacy. Fourth, program monitoring has been carried out by the organizing team through monitoring and evaluation. In addition, program monitoring can also be seen at the Management Review Meeting every month, but there is still no follow-up to make improvements as a result of the evaluation carried out.

It is hoped that these students can understand and know English as a foreign language and as an effort to increase interest, motivation, will, and interest. Students in learning English in the field of education. This service contributes to learning English, especially for beginners (Young Learners) as an effort to increase students’ interest in learning English. In addition, this activity contributes to realizing education in Junior High School (SMP) to foster students’ interests and talents and motivation in learning English and as an effort to provide an introduction to English for the beginner level (Young Learners). This service is carried out in the form of a workshop which includes socialization in the form of training/introduction and mentoring. The material for the service activities is divided into two, namely exposure to motivational material interest in learning English and introduction to English vocabulary and grammar to be able to read texts in English. The expected goals of this service are: 1) increasing students’ knowledge and understanding of how to learn English is easy; 2) increasing students’ skills in English and students being able to understand reading material well. From the whole series of community service activities, the main hope is an improvement. Improving conditions from not knowing, not understanding to very understanding, and from low be high in terms of interest, motivation, willingnesss and interest of sudents in learning English especially English vocabulary and grammar

The second dose of the COVID-19 vaccination plays a crucial role in enhancing protection against viral infection and strengthening the body's immune response. However, challenges remain in its implementation, including low public participation and limited awareness of the benefits of full vaccination. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the second dose of COVID-19 vaccination, including participation rates, encountered barriers, and increased public awareness. The method used is a quantitative approach with a pre-test and post-test survey before and after vaccination education. The results indicate a significant increase in public understanding and participation after the educational intervention. Therefore, educational and socialization strategies should be continuously reinforced to optimize COVID-19 vaccination coverage.

Fear of dental care is a common problem that can hinder people's access to optimal dental health services. In Panakkukang District, Makassar City, this phenomenon often causes delays or avoidance of dental care, which ultimately has the potential to worsen the community's dental and oral health conditions. This study aims to reduce fear of dental care through a comprehensive psychological approach and community education. This study aims to reduce fear of dental care through a comprehensive psychological approach and community education. The methods used in this study involve providing education to the community through dental health counseling, as well as the application of psychological techniques such as relaxation and desensitization techniques to help overcome fear. Education is delivered through socialization activities at various strategic points in Panakkukang District, while psychological techniques are applied in clinical situations and in community-based simulations. The results of the study showed that this approach significantly reduced the level of fear of dental care among the local community. Participants reported increased knowledge about the importance of dental care and decreased anxiety levels when having to undergo dental care procedures. In conclusion, the approach that combines community education with psychological interventions has proven effective in reducing fear of dental care in Panakkukang District, Makassar City. Therefore, it is recommended that similar programs be implemented in other areas to improve community access to better dental health services.

Post-Cesarean Section (CS) patients often experience anxiety that can hinder the recovery process. Limited time for health workers to provide comprehensive education is one of the main factors causing a lack of patient understanding of post-CS care. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of providing video-based education and interactive sessions in reducing anxiety in post-CS patients. The methods used include socialization, video-based training, direct practice, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results showed an increase in patient understanding and compliance with post-CS care and a significant decrease in anxiety levels. Video-based education has been shown to be effective in helping patients understand recovery procedures better and reducing dependence on analgesics. Therefore, the implementation of similar education methods is recommended in health services to improve the quality of recovery in post-CS patients

Shivering after cesarean section is one of the common side effects of spinal anesthesia that is often overlooked but can cause significant discomfort, even increasing the risk of postoperative complications such as increased oxygen consumption and impaired recovery. This community service program aims to improve understanding in both patients and health workers regarding the importance of effective shivering management through health education and practical training. The methods used include socialization, interactive counseling, action simulation, and evaluation of the level of understanding before and after educational activities. The results showed an increase in patient knowledge from 50% to 85% after education, and a decrease in the incidence of shivering from 70% to 30% after implementation of the intervention. These findings indicate that educational interventions and promotive-preventive approaches play an important role in improving the quality of postoperative care, especially in patients undergoing cesarean section. Therefore, the active involvement of health workers in providing health information and non-pharmacological pain management is essential to prevent and overcome shivering optimally.

Actualization of community service through outreach regarding land law in Ngadirgo Village, Mijen District, Semarang City has the aim of increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the importance of land registration and increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the benefits and functions of land registration. The socialization uses power point presentation media by dividing the method into 4 main components, namely: the lecture method, the interactive discussion method, the consultation method, and the evaluation method. With the socialization related to land law, the people of Ngadirgo Village, Mijen Sub-District gained adequate insight and understanding so that later they can take care of land certification independently so as not to cause problems in the future. The land certificate bleaching program is also one of the main topics related to the socialization of land law as an effort to provide legal certainty and legal protection of community land rights based on the principles of simple, fast, smooth, safe, fair, equitable, and open and accountable so as to increase the welfare and prosperity of the community. and the country's economy as well as reducing and preventing land disputes and conflicts.

Inheritance division is a law that regulates the division of property left by someone who has died. This law is to fight for justice for everyone who is entitled to receive inheritance.
