This article analyzes the folk tales of Pla Bu Thong and Bawang Putih Bawang Merah. These two stories have two countries, namely Thailand and Indonesia, which are located in the Southeast Asia region. These two folk tales were taken from the online library. The two folktales as data sources are compared to see the differences and similarities in these parts. By making a comparison, it was found that there were differences between the three stories in the elements of characters and characterization as well as the way in which the problems they faced were resolved. The existence of parts that show these differences at a further stage shows similarities. Differences in character and characterization are equalized by characters who both have the same temperament and family background. The difference is the location chosen to solve the problem. The differences in several elements that make up literary works lead to the same aims and objectives.

Banking plays a crucial role in society. Banks, as direct partners of the community, serve as the main drivers of the economy. The significance of the banking sector in shaping development directions, fostering economic growth, and enhancing societal welfare has been acknowledged by various societal elements. This study aims to examine the regression outcomes of variables such as working capital loans, investment loans, and consumer loans on economic upliftment in the region of East Nusa Tenggara Province. Multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests are employed as statistical methods to discern the relationships between several independent variables and the dependent variable in this research. Secondary data spanning a decade are collected from the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The findings reveal that economic growth in East Nusa Tenggara Province is positively and significantly influenced by investment loans and consumer loans, while working capital loans exhibit a negative and insignificant impact.

Eduwisata village is a form of development of a village that combines elements of tourism with education and learning. The establishment of eduwisata village aims to make people aware of the importance of culture and the environment. In addition, eduwisata village is used as a means of empowering the community's economy. In eduwisata village,there are communities that play a role in increasing the value of the production sector, UMKM, and the economy as well as the economic potential of the village itself. In the process of developing the eduwisata Village program, there is cooperation with various agencies such as local governments, educational institutions, local communities, and the private sector. This study uses the theory of Smelser and Swedberg (2005) suggests that economic sociology focuses more on sociological analysis of economic processes, such as the formation of prices (agreements) between actors with economic actors, the interaction between the economy and other institutions in society, and institutional dynamics and cultural parameters that become the foundation.

This research uses the ADDIE development model, which consists of five development stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.At the analysis stage, this research understands the problems found in the use of learning media in graphic design subjects, such as the limited use of print media and the need for more interactive and interesting media. At the design stage, this research develops a learning media design that involves multimedia elements such as text, images, graphics, sound, video, animation and comprehensive simulations. At the development stage, this research develops multimedia-based interactive learning media, which can provide certain forms of interaction that allow users to interact actively with the program. The research results show that the Basic Graphic Design interactive learning media developed is valid from the instructional and display aspects, and is practical and suitable for use for basic graphic design learning. Thus, this research contributes to the development of interactive learning media that is effective and practical in improving the quality of learning in graphic design subjects.

BIM technology in the construction world is growing. However, the application of BIM in Indonesia has not been carried out thoroughly. BIM technology can help quantity take off work that affects the success or failure of a project. BIM can reduce the error rate of quantity take off planning calculations compared to manual calculations. Tekla Structure is one of the software developments of BIM that can produce quantity take off building output along with 3D visualisation. This research conducts 3D modelling and discusses the comparison of quantity take off using BIM-based software Tekla Structures with a recap of the manual calculation contained in the initial Bill of Quantity for the X Building Project planning. This difference can be used as a consideration for the application of BIM in the initial calculation of project planning. The percentage difference obtained for the pile cap  resulted in concrete volume deviation of 0.69% and -19.1% for reinforcement volume. The spun piles work resulted in a concrete volume deviation of -0.8% and reinforcement volume of 8.45%. In the calculation of column work, the deviation value for concrete volume is 3.14%, while the volume of reinforcement is -12.2%. The results of the BIM quantity take-off are deemed more reliable due to the 3D visualization of BIM objects and the ability to adjust the detail of work elements.

Novels are a type of literary work in the form of prose that tells the story of the main character in it. The researcher's interest in the characters in the novel became the basis for the research by choosing the object of analysis in the novel “Sunyi adalah Minuman Keras” by Sapardi Djoko Damono. Focusing on the character's psychology as an understanding that is studied by researchers using elements of personality desires which include real, imaginary, symbolic from Jacques Lacan's psychoanalytic theory. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with stages of reading a novel, taking data according to Lacan's psychoanalytic concept (real, imaginary and symbolic), and interpreting the results of the analysis. The conclusions in the research show an understanding of the existence of personality desires in Rara which are classified into three elements with several aspects, namely real (memories and beliefs), imaginary (loving and rejection), and symbolic (delusions, desires and religious awareness).

The author discusses effective church management in order to build stewardship to create empowered and impactful Christian youth. The author also classifies contributing elements, analyzes preventing elements, and discusses ways to get past barriers to effective strategies in the church management. Author also describes the progress and innovation made by the Church as a result of its management of youth. This research uses a literature study methodology, which looks at how the church handles stewardship for youth. The findings suggest that direction and guidance, creating a supportive and inclusive environment, and integrating community outreach and service plans are all necessary components for an effective strategy. This method has encouraged and engaged youth, resulting in increased participation and positive outcomes in each youth's faith and personal development. And also shows that management can be responsible for human and financial resources, and that good data administration and an effective ministry group notably influence the congregation's expansion, and this is a method of stewardship. With any luck, this writing can offer wider advantages as well provide appreciation for leaders of the church organizations, ministers, elders, deacons, teachers and all congregation members regarding effective church management to build empowered and impactful stewardship for Christian youth. 

This research investigates the effectiveness of gamification strategies in enhancing student engagement and motivation in science education. The study introduces gamified learning activities, such as point systems, leaderboards, and digital badges, into the science curriculum. Through a series of surveys and classroom observations, the research finds that gamification significantly increases student participation, interest, and overall achievement in science subjects. The paper discusses the benefits of incorporating game-based elements into science teaching and provides recommendations for educators looking to implement gamification in their classrooms.

This training aims to improve Mardhiyah Middle School students' skills in using Canva as a tool to create interesting and informative presentation material. Canva was chosen because of its easy-to-use interface and various graphic design features that can be accessed online. The Service Team carries out training methods including an introduction to basic Canva features, such as using templates, manipulating text, setting layouts, and integrating graphic elements. In addition, this training will focus on developing students' creativity in designing presentations that are aesthetic and easy to understand, taking into account the principles of effective design. The training material also covers color management strategies, information hierarchy, and techniques for arranging content that suits the target audience. It is hoped that after attending this training, students will be more confident in creating quality presentations, using modern technology to express their ideas and information in a visual and professional way. It is hoped that this can also prepare them to face the demands of competence in the current digital era.

The evaluation of companies in Indonesia, particularly in the manufacturing sector, which drives the economy, is influenced by various elements. The study analyzed the impact of three main factors on firm valuation: dividend policy, investment decisions, and debt policy. Population in the study includes all manufacturing business entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2022. The sample of 291 companies was chosen through purposive sampling with specific criteria. Research findings indicate that investment decisions have a significant positive impact on firm value, dividend policy and debt policy do not have a significant effect.

Permissive parenting has a bad influence on a child's character or behavior. The impact of permissive parenting on children includes behavior that contains elements of aggressiveness in the form of verbal or non-verbal. Factors that cause aggressive behavior include bad parenting patterns given by parents. The goal to be achieved in this research is the influence of permissive parenting on aggressive behavior. The sample in the research was 125 students from SD Negeri 1 Kapongan, Situbondo Regency. Data was collected through a scale of permissive parenting patterns modified from (Arifin, 2019) and aggressive behavior modified from (Helmi, 2018). Next, analysis was carried out using statistical regression analysis. Based on the research results, a significant value = 0.000 < 0.05 was produced with the regression coefficient value being positive, therefore the conclusion was drawn that there was a positive influence between permissive parenting patterns on aggressive behavior at SD Negeri 1 Kapongan, Situbondo Regency or it could be interpreted as high levels of permissiveness applied by people. When older, a child's aggressive behavior increases. Likewise, the opposite is true if parents are not permissive in implementing their parenting style, making their children less aggressive in their behavior.

Community Service Activities to examine countermeasures against mineral and coal mining crimes in the jurisdiction of the Gorontalo Regional Police and the Inhibiting Factors. The activity method is field study, the research method used in the research is empirical with qualitative descriptive data analysis which describes and describes field data and facts. Based on the results of the research, the handling of mineral and coal mining crimes in the jurisdiction of the Gorontalo Regional Police is carried out by carrying out repressive efforts. This activity includes a series of actions aimed at uncovering cases that have occurred, where the stages start with a series of inquiries, inquiries and other coercive measures authorized according to the law. Carrying out preventive efforts, including a series of activities aimed at preventing crimes before they occur, where investigators make arrangements for security, including conducting patrols at locations thought to contain indications of criminal acts. In relation to criminal acts, especially mining, the Gorontalo Regional Police provides guidance and encouragement to the community to actively participate in efforts to prevent and ward off crime, by reporting suspicious incidents; and Carrying out pre-emptive efforts, starting from conducting an analysis of regional conditions and potential vulnerabilities, collaborating with related elements, to anticipate violations or crimes. The inhibiting factors in dealing with mineral and coal mining crimes in the Gorontalo Regional Police are: Legal Content Factor, where the imposition of sanctions does not include the threat of a minimum sentence, thus affecting the police, public prosecutors and judges' decisions to be less strong; Law Enforcement Factor, where officials can be a supporting factor in the implementation of the law, or actually become a protector for the perpetrator; Community Cultural Factors relate to the basic values ​​of what is good and what is bad, in order to support the implementation of law, which originates from the community's legal understanding and attitudes or behavior. Facilities and facilities factors, where the police have constraints in terms of the number of competent human resources, thereby maximizing the role of PPNS investigators from other agencies.

This activity was carried out at Padhepokan Panji Asmoro Bangun, an art center with panji masks as a typical culture of Malang Regency, East Java, Indonesia. This assistance is carried out by the Abdimas Team under the ADAI organization, via hybrid (offline and online). The purpose of this assistance is to provide assistance on how to calculate the selling price of tour packages using a cost approach. The mentoring methods used are lecture methods and training in the form of demonstrations. The results of the assistance show that there has been no determination of an appropriate and affordable selling price for the community. The selling price used so far is only an estimate and does not use calculations of the related cost elements. The advice is to pay attention to 5 (five) stages in determining the selling price of tour packages, including market research, identifying cost elements, calculating operational costs, determining profit margins, and calculating the selling price of tour packages.

Architecture using tree topology has become a popular approach in managing computer networks. Tree topology combines elements of star and bus topologies, resulting in an efficient and scalable network for a variety of purposes. This paper discusses the basic concepts of architecture using tree topology, including hierarchical structures and design advantages. First, the tree topology consists of a parent node (root node) which leads to a number of branch nodes (branch nodes). Each branch node can then connect to other nodes, forming a multilevel hierarchy. In computer networks, this topology is often used to connect a number of LANs (Local Area Networks) into a larger network. The main advantages of tree topology are scalability and management efficiency. The network can be expanded by adding new branch nodes without affecting the rest of the network. Additionally, network monitoring and maintenance becomes more organized due to a clear hierarchical structure. However, tree topology also has disadvantages. If the parent node fails, then all parts of the network connected to that node can be affected. Additionally, complex implementations may require more sophisticated hardware and software. In the modern computing era, tree topologies are used in a variety of contexts, ranging from corporate network infrastructure to online content distribution. Its ability to provide an organized and extensible structure makes it an attractive choice in designing efficient and reliable network architectures.

This article discusses the importance of reaching mutually beneficial solutions in international conflicts, focusing on negotiation and mediation as key elements. Negotiation allows both parties to resolve each other's differences, while mediation facilitates dialogue and promotes compromise. This research uses normative legal research methods with a statutory approach and case approach to analyze relevant laws and regulations related to the Indonesia-Malaysia maritime boundary, using the technique of collecting legal materials for literature studies. These disputes also impact social, political, economic, and environmental life, and both countries must accept the consequences of the Indonesia-Malaysia maritime dispute, such as dispute resolution costs, potential conflicts, and environmental impacts. The results of this study show that negotiations aim to achieve mutually beneficial solutions by providing a forum for communication, identifying common interests, constructive negotiations, and dialogue with regional, national, or international organizations such as the United Nations. Meanwhile, mediation plays an important role in reaching mutually beneficial solutions, assisting effective communication, information and education, claims actions, compromises, facilitating the negotiation process, and reaching mutual agreements.    

Traditional markets are transaction centers and supply networks for people's basic needs so that in traditional markets there is quite strong competitiveness between traders because in traditional markets many traders sell the same merchandise as other traders. Therefore, in serving consumers, traders must provide good service so that consumers feel comfortable and will return and become regulars at the shop. In traditional markets there is a relationship or personality relationship between sellers and buyers. This is related to the concept of social capital which is getting to know each other and in which there are also elements of trust, social networks and normative values ​​between economic actors. Social capital in traditional markets plays a very important role in the existence of traditional markets so it is not surprising that the development of modern markets is increasingly widespread nowadays, but traditional markets can still survive and become a culture and necessity that is still very much needed by the local community to this day. The research method for analyzing Trader Interactions in Traditional Markets to Improve Economic Welfare in Tanggul Wetan Village uses descriptive methods. Methods: This type of research is a descriptive study using a retrospective case control study design that aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of oxytocin injection in the treatment of post partum bleeding at Latersia Hospital Binjai District Binjai, Binjai City North Sumatra Province  In 2024. part of the entire object under study and is considered to represent the entire population. In other words, the elements of the population are selected based on their ability to represent them (Setiadi 2016). This sampling uses a total sampling of 30 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaire sheets and respondent observation sheets. The data analysis technique used the Mann Whitney Test. Results: Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney test, it was obtained that p-value was 0.000 because p-value <0.05, it can be concluded that oxytocin injection is more effective in handling Post Partum Bleeding compared to no injection. This study examines the transformation of Habiburrahman El Shirazy's novel "Ayat-Ayat Cinta" into a film of the same name through an intertextuality approach. The main objective of this study is to analyze how narrative and visual elements in novels are translated into the medium of film, as well as identify and evaluate the changes that occur during the adaptation process. The methods used in this study include text and film analysis, storyline comparison, character development, and the use of symbolism. The results showed that although the film "Ayat-Ayat Cinta" is quite faithful to the theme and main character of the novel, there are some significant simplifications and modifications to the subplot and supporting characters. The visualization adaptation of the narrative description in the novel requires adjustments to meet the cinematic needs and duration of the film. The use of intertextual elements in the film includes direct references to dialogue and key scenes from the novel, as well as visual interpretations of symbols and metaphors present in the text. The changes made in the film were mainly driven by the need to appeal to a wider audience and keep the storyline dense and interesting. This research provides in-depth insight into the dynamics between literary works and film, demonstrating the importance of understanding the essence of the original story in the adaptation process, as well as the implications of the changes made to audience perceptions.This research is expected to make a significant contribution to literary and film studies, as well as serve as a guide for filmmakers in adapting literary works to the big screen.

This study examines the importance of structural analysis in understanding the depth of a literary work, particularly the drama script "Bila Malam Bertambah Malam" by Putu Wijaya. Through a systematic approach, this research identifies and analyzes intrinsic elements such as theme, plot, characters, setting, language style, dialogue, and message in the drama script. The method of structural analysis is employed to comprehend how these elements interact and contribute to the overall meaning of the literary work. The findings of this research reveal the complexity of the messages conveyed by Putu Wijaya, especially concerning social class issues and the conflict between love and traditional norms. The research findings can serve as a useful reference source in Indonesian language learning at the high school level, enriching the understanding of literature, and contributing to the development of Indonesian literary studies. Although structural analysis provides a deep understanding of the literary work, there is still room for further research to comprehend other aspects of the drama script and its implications in the context of literature and literary education.
