This study aims to describe the validity of climate change teaching materials based on science literacy and curiosity character of junior high school students. The research method used is research and development (R&D) through the modified four-D (4 D) model. This modul development procedure includes three stages, whisch are define, design and develop. The subjects of this research and development include 5 expert validators. The type of data obtained is quantitative data in the formdof product validation questionnaire scores. The results of research and development of junior high school science teaching materials based on science literacy and characterised by curiosity on the topic of climate change by expert validators obtained validity results with a total of 0.90 with valid criteria. This is reviewed from three aspects: (1) content feasibility scored 0.90 with valid criteria, (2) presentation feasibility aspect scored 0.88 with valid criteria, (3) linguistic feasibility aspect scored 0.92 with valid criteria. So it can be concluded from all the validity tests that the teaching materials developed are classified as valid criteria.

This research discusses the Analysis of Sharia Marketing Strategy for Gold Pawn Products (Rahn) at Sharia Pawnshops. Studies at the Pawnshop Sharia Service Unit Simpang Mayang Jambi. The aim of this research is to describe how marketing is carried out at Pegdaian Syariah Simpang Mayang, Jambi City, seen from the Sharia Marketing Indicators and what the obstacles are in marketing its products, especially Gadai Syariah (Rahn) products. This research is field research using descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection involves observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of this research using triangulation techniques. The subjects in this research were employees or marketers of Pegadaian Syariah Simpang Mayang, Jambi City and customers, with three employee informants and three customer informants. The results of this research indicate that marketers at the Simpang Mayang Syariah Pegadaian, Jambi City do not fully meet the characteristics of a sharia marketer. It can be seen from the Four Sharia Marketing Indicators that have not been fully implemented. There are 4 Marketing Indicators in Sharia Marketing. Of the 4 (Four) marketing indicators, only Ethical (akhlaqiyah) and Realistic (al-waqi'iyyah) have been fully implemented, while Theistic (rabbaniyah) and Humanistic (al-insaniyyah) have not been fully implemented. . There are obstacles for the Sharia Pawnshop Unit Simpang Mayang Jambi City in marketing its products, especially Sharia Pawnshop (Rahn) products. Such as trust from customers, the double duty of each employee and competition from other financial institutions.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the advocacy learning model on the PAK learning motivation of class IX students at GBKP Kabanjahe Private Middle School in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, with the hypothesis that there is an influence of the advocacy learning model on the PAK learning motivation of class IX students at GBKP Kabanjahe Private Middle School in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. . With a population of all class IX of GBKP Kabanjahe Private Middle School who are Protestant Christians, totaling 85 people with a sample of 85 people, so this research is a population research. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 33 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. The questionnaire was tested with 35 respondents from class IX students at Berastagi Joint Private Middle School. using a 35 question questionnaire and after being tested, the results of the validity of the questionnaire were found to have a value of rcount > rtable = 0.254-0.773 (there were 2 question items that had validity less than rtable 0.334, namely item number 11 and item number 35 so that the invalid questionnaire was discarded Thus, the valid questionnaire consists of 33 questions. And the reliability of the questionnaire test is at 0.910, the value is very strong and has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of the advocacy learning model on students' PAK learning motivation class IX Private Middle School GBKP Kabanjahe Academic Year 2023/2024. Using the relationship test, rcount > rtable is obtained, namely 0.623>0.213, with a significant relationship test tcount > ttable, namely 9.273>2.000, with the linear regression test Y ̂ = α+bx = 13.91. +0.661X. This equation shows that in a constant state of 13.91, for every addition of variable 38.8%. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The significant influence test with Fcount>Ftable (52.52>4.00) means that there is a positive and significant influence between the advocacy learning model on the PAK learning motivation of class IX students at GBKP Kabanjahe Private Middle School for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research suggests that teachers always use the advocacy learning model in the teaching and learning process, so that the motivation of class IX students at GBKP Kabanjahe Private Middle School, Kabanjahe, for the 2023/2024 academic year will be better.

This research was motivated by the concern of the SPNF SKB 1 Samarinda institution towards increasing the skills and  knowledge learing residents. The aims of the research are (1) to describe of the Life Skills program through culinary training  for residents studying Package C at SPNF SKB 1 Samarinda, (2) to describe the success factors for implementing the Life Skills program through culinary training for residents studiying Package C at SPNF SKB 1 Samarinda. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The informants consisted of 1 head of the institution, 1 instructor, and 2 students. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validity of data using triangulation of techniques and  sources. The research results show that Implementation of the Life Skills Program through Culinary Training has been carried out optimally, through several stages, namely training plainning, analysis of training needs through socialization, joint discussions and data collection tailored to the needs of learning residents, as well as funding allocated compregensively for training through central government. Secone, the training is carried out through practical methods, with the instructors role as informator, facillitator, motivator and evaluator, then the media used is audio and visual and teaching materials with modules created by the instructor. The three evaluations were carried out through observations of the training implementation with question and answer. The success factors in implementation with questions and answers the competence of competent instructors, active participation of learning residents in the training, as well as complete facillities and infrastructure.

Employee performance is not optimal, this can be seen from the level of punctuality which gets the lowest score. Based on the results of an interview with the head of the civil service section at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital, punctuality has decreased because there are still employees coming and going home not according to the specified schedule. The level of quality (quality) is not yet optimal, this is because employees are not doing their work on time according to the predetermined targets. Employee performance is influenced by training and work motivation. Overall, it can be concluded that the training at Pandega Hospital, Pangandaran Regency has not been fully effective. Employee responses to the implementation of training education in 2023 show that there is a lack of achievement. This is because the training materials and techniques are not appropriate to the objectives and cannot be understood by participants. Overall motivation at Pandega Hospital, Pangandaran Regency can be said to be mediocre. This can be seen from the employee's response to the existence indicator which is the lowest indicator. The monthly salary provided is not enough to meet the daily needs of employees, while the health insurance offered by the company functions as a motivating factor for employees. This research uses a descriptive and case study approach, with a quantitative design. The data analysis techniques used include testing instruments to assess validity and reliability, testing research models using the coefficient of determination, and testing hypotheses through t tests and F tests. The results of the research show that (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at RSUD Pandega Pangandaran. This means that if training is improved, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that if work motivation is increased, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase. (3) Training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that if training and work motivation are improved, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase.

Overall patient satisfaction at the Pandega Hospital Inpatient Installation, Pangandaran Regency may be considered less than optimal in terms of suitability and consistency. Concerns regarding appropriateness arise from the lack of services provided by physicians and nurses in a timely and consistent manner. In particular, nurses were not adept at adequately explaining the necessary steps to patients. The level of patient satisfaction is influenced by the standard of service provided, and it is proven that Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is still lagging behind in terms of reliability and responsiveness. The reliability of nurses is still lacking in providing comprehensive, thorough and fast services in accordance with the timeframe and responsiveness that has been determined, with nurses showing reluctance to handle patient complaints. This research was conducted using an explanatory survey method with quantitative methodology. The data analysis methodology used includes instrument testing to assess validity and reliability, research model testing using the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using the t-test. The research results show that the level of service provided at the Pandega Pangandaran Hospital Inpatient Installation is of a high standard. Has the highest score on the empathy indicator and the lowest score on the responsiveness indicator. The level of patient satisfaction at the Pandega Pangandaran Hospital Inpatient Installation is quite high. Has the highest score on the aesthetic indicator and the lowest score on the suitability indicator. The research results found that service quality has a strong and beneficial influence on patient satisfaction at the Inpatient Installation of Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. Thus, there is a direct relationship between the level of excellent service and patient satisfaction at the Pandega Pangandaran Hospital Inpatient Installation.

Complementary food (MP-ASI) is very important for babies after the age of 6-24 months, because breast milk no longer provides the nutrients needed. In this case, the mother's knowledge of MP-ASI is very influential. The relationship between maternal characteristics and knowledge about providing MP-ASI includes maternal knowledge, maternal age, maternal education, maternal occupation and family income. The aim of the research is to analyze the relationship between maternal characteristics and knowledge about giving local breast milk and manufactured breast milk to babies aged 6 - 24 months in independent practice midwives in the working area of Kotabaru Health Center, Bekasi City in 2023. This research uses Observational Analytical research with a Cross-Sectional research design. The population in this study were mothers who had babies aged 6-24 months in Independent Practice Midwives in the Kotabaru Health Center Work Area, Bekasi City, totaling 99 respondents. The sample used was total sampling. The instrument used in this research is a structured interview which is guided by a checklist which has been tested with validity and reliability tests. The research results from a sample of 99 respondents showed that 70 respondents (70.7%) gave high levels of MP-ASI, 24 respondents (24.2%) gave moderate MP-ASI, and 5 respondents gave low levels of MP-ASI. respondents (5.1%). The chi square test with a significance level of 95% or ɑ = 0.05 obtained a value of p = 0.038 < 0.05. This shows that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and the provision of MP-ASI to babies aged 6-24 months in independent practice midwives in the working area of Kotabaru Health Center, Bekasi City in 2023.

This research aims to find out whether trust, service and return of results influence MSMEs' interest in becoming Sharia Bank customers. This research uses a quantitative approach by obtaining primary data from questionnaires by taking samples using a random sampling technique with the selection of the entire population in this study being sampled using the census method or saturated sample. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data processing technique used is multiple regression data analysis using SPSS 25, UI hypothesis testing, validity testing, and classical assumption testing. This research shows that trust, service and returns have a significant effect on MSMEs' interest in saving at Sharia Banks.

This research proposes the use of a decision support system based on the Profile Matching method to determine the thesis supervisor. This method is effective in making decisions that are in accordance with the concentration of the thesis title, functional position, and educational level of the lecturer. This research refers to the concept of a decision support system that offers several alternative choices to assist management in making decisions efficiently. The Profile Matching method is carried out with the stages of variable weighting, factor grouping, and total value calculation. This research also refers to related studies that have been conducted previously to build a more effective and efficient system in determining supervisors. The research method used is Research and Development with a waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. The results showed that the use of a decision support system with the Profile Matching method can provide recommendations for supervisors in accordance with the criteria set. Product testing using Aiken's V and ISO/IEC 25010 standards also shows that this system is feasible to use with good validity values and quality that meets standards. In conclusion, the decision support system with the Profile Matching method can help speed up and improve efficiency in determining thesis supervisors in the PTIK study program at UIN Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Suggestions for further development are to consider integration with web technology for ease of access and use.

This research  is motivated by the community  that  is currently dependent on  the  facilities provided by the internet  , with the  facilities provided by   the  internet   the community is able to meet  everything The desired needs, one of which is  online  shopping transactions.The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between price discounts and  hedonic shopping motivation on impulse purchases in consumers Shoppe_id students FEB PGRI University Semarang class of  2017  /2019. In conducting this research,  researchers are guided by  previous studies and the research method used is quantitative  research with the determination of data  sources using non-probability  sampling and accidental samling, for the  validity of the  data  researchers  took from the Student Administration Bureau which had been processed by researchers using SPSS 26. The results of  the analysis in  this study stated that the price discount (X1) sig value of 0.035 which means that  the price discount have a significant effect  on impulse buying (Y),  while for hedonic shopping  motivation (X2) shows a sig  value of 0.000 which means motivasi   hedonic shopping  has a significant influence on impulse buying (Y).

Investment is an activity of placing funds owned by a person in a certain period with the hope that it will generate profits or increase the value of the investment in the future. This study aims to determine the effect of four variables that are thought to encourage the intention to invest using mobile banking, namely brand trust, facilitating conditions, and behavioral intention. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The research sample was 151 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Yogyakarta State University using purposive random sampling method. The research instrument was tested for content validity according to experts, construct using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and reliability coefficient using Cronbach Alpha. Processing of research data using SEM PLS. The results of this study are brand trust does not significantly affect behavioral intention and use intention of mobile banking investment features. Facilitating conditions have a significant positive effect on behavioral intention and use intention of mobile banking investment features. And behavioral intention has a significant positive effect on the use intention of mobile banking investment features. The managerial implication of this research is that banking marketers with a mobile banking base should create a marketing communication strategy regarding easy access to investment features and investment literacy using mobile banking. So that customers or bank customers will have a high interest in using investment features with mobile banking.

This research aims to develop learning tools based on science process skills on ecosystem materials at SMA Negeri 11 Enrekang. The research focuses on creating teaching modules and learner worksheets (LKPD) that can increase students' understanding and active involvement in biology learning. This study uses a 4-D development model consisting of four stages: definition, design, development, and deployment, with this research limited to the development stage. The methodology used involves analyzing the needs of students and teachers, designing learning tools, and testing the validity and practicality of the developed tools. The validity test involved two expert validators, while the practicality test was carried out by involving teachers at SMA Negeri 11 Enrekang. The assessment is carried out through a questionnaire that measures the validity and practicality of the learning tools. The results showed that the learning tools developed received an excellent validity assessment, with a "very valid" score for the teaching module and "valid" for the LKPD. The practicality test also showed positive results, with the learning tools rated "very practical" by teachers. These findings indicate that science process skills-based learning tools effectively improve students' understanding of ecosystem materials. This research significantly contributes to developing process skills-based learning tools, which can be adapted in other schools. Further research could test the applicability of these devices to other materials and in different schools to expand their application in biology learning.

In carrying out teaching and learning activities, of course learning media is needed that can support student learning. E-module is a learning media that contains images, videos and quizzes that can provide feedback in learning for students. This research focuses on developmente-mode basedandroid on the use of hand tools. Developmente-mode based android uses the ADDIE development model which has several stages, namelyanalysis, design, development, implementation, andevaluation. This research uses a research designone group pretest-posttest. The subjects of this research were class X TAV SMKN 3 Surabaya with 32 students. Validation is carried out to measure feasibilitye-mode. Student responses are needed to measure practicalitye-mode during learning. Student learning outcomes in the knowledge domain and skills domain are analyzed using the T test to measure effectivenesse-mode in learning. The research results show that (1) the validity of the developmente-mode obtained a result of 83.89% with very valid criteria, which means it is very suitable for use in learning. (2) practicalitye-mode which was developed obtained student response results of 89.47% with very practical criteria, which meanse-modebased android very practical for use in learning to use hand tools. (3) effectivenesse-mode obtained from learning results in the knowledge domain and the attitude domain. In the knowledge domain, the average value is obtainedpre-test of 48.9, while the average valuepost-test amounted to 87.91, and the T test significance value was 0.000<0.05. In the skills domain, an average skill value of 91.92 was obtained, greater than the KKM value of 75, and a T test significance value of 0.000<0.05 was obtained. It can be concluded that there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes in the realm of knowledge and skills.

The results of the study inform that (1) Managerial competence has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if managerial competence is improved, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase. (2) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if motivation is increased, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase. (3) Managerial competence and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. (2) The customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. (3) The influence of advertising on the customer's decision to save at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inferential Statistical Analysis with Simple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Advertising at BNI Tasikmalaya Branch is high. With the highest score on the sales response indicator and the lowest score on the persuasive influence indicator (pre/post preference testing).  This means that advertising is heavily influenced by sales response indicators. (2) The customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch is very high. With the highest score on the customer compatibility indicator and the lowest score on the dramaturgy indicator. This means that the customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch is greatly influenced by customer compatibility indicators. (3) Advertising has a positive effect on the customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch. This means that if advertising is improved, then the customer's decision to save at Bank BNI Tasikmalaya Branch will also increase.

This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The effect of nurse service quality on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital. (2) The effect of paramedic facilities on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital. (3) The effect of the quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital.The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the data analysis techniques, namely validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, Inferential Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The quality of nurse services has a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital. This means that if the quality of service is improved, then patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase. (2) Paramedic facilities have a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital. This means that if paramedic facilities are improved, patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase. (3) The quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities has a positive effect on patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of Banjar City General Hospital. This means that if the quality of nurse services and paramedic facilities is improved, patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Regional Public Service Agency of the Banjar City General Hospital will also increase.

(2) Training education at Puskesmas in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest score on the behavior indicator and the lowest value on the reaction indicator. Training education has a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. This means that if training education is improved, the performance of immunization officers at health centers in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office will also increase. (3) The performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office is very high. With the highest value on the quantity indicator produced and the lowest value on the reaction indicator. Workload and training education have a positive effect on the performance of immunization officers at the Health Center in the work area of the Banjar City Health Office. . This research investigates the correlation between mastery of idiomatic expressions and reading comprehension among tenth-grade students at one of high schools in Way Pengubuan during the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Mastery of idiomatic expressions, which improves through childhood and adolescence into adulthood, is essential for accurate comprehension. Reading comprehension is the ability to extract specific information from texts. The study involved 138 students, with a sample of 64 selected through cluster random sampling. Data were collected via tests comprising 20 items each for idiomatic expression and reading comprehension, ensuring the validity of the test items. Analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0. The findings revealed a high correlation between students' idiomatic expression mastery and their reading comprehension, with a correlation coefficient of 0.986, indicating a strong relationship. This suggests that proficiency in understanding idiomatic expressions significantly enhances reading comprehension.

This research aims to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of instilling religious and moral values ​​in Mardhotilah Kindergarten, Gunung Kembang Village, Sarolangun District Jambi. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research conducted in kindergarten with the research subjects being the school principal, teachers and children. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Data validity is carried out by triangulating sources and techniques. The research results show; 1) Planning is made by the teacher as a religious team which is arranged into a Semester (Prosem), Weekly Program Plan (RPPM) specifically for instilling religious and moral values, which is divided into seven aspects, namely, aqidah, akhlaq, worship, memorizing letters, memorizing prayers/hadith, Al-Qur'an signals, and mahfudhot; and RPPH. 2) In its implementation, instilling religious and moral values ​​uses various methods, including the habituation method, the example method, the field trip method, the storytelling method and the play method which are applied in various activities carried out by children from the time the child arrives at school until the child returns home from school; 3) Evaluation is carried out through observation assessments, anecdotal notes and portfolios for semester report cards as well as follow-up programs in the form of enrichment; 4) If there are non-Muslim students, the school gives students the option to choose other universal subjects.
