Penyakit kanker serviks merupakan penyakit kronis yang mempunyai dampak negatif terhadap fisik maupun psikologis. Dampak psikologis yang terjadi yaitu kecemasan dan depresi. Biasanya respon terhadap kenyataan, ancaman kehilangan dan kesakitan dalam bentuk manifestasi suasana cemas berkepanjangan yang menetap atau timbul sewaktu waktu, timbul pula gambaran diri yang buruk dan merasa kehilangan harapan. Kualitas hidup pasien kanker dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti fisik, sosial dan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kecemasan dan depresi terhadap kualitas hidup pasien kanker serviks di Rumah Sakit dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 orang pasien di Rumah Sakit dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta,  pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kecemasan dan depresi mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien kanker serviks. Dari hasil penelitian ini peneliti mencoba merancang intervensi konseling kelompok dan support group agar pasien memiliki sarana berbagi dan mendapatkan dukungan social

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit all countries since the beginning of 2020 has caused all sectors of life, especially the economy, to experience a very large impact. In connection with the existence of WFH and social distancing, the movement of the community in life is slow because with WFH people cannot leave the house and with social distancing people are prohibited from carrying out activities that are gathering or grouping. Rembang city  is one of the areas in Central Java which is included in the red zone, because of the presence of several people who were positive for the Covid-19 virus. So that people also do WFH and social distancing. One of the villages that experienced the impact of WFH and social distancing is Jolotundo village. One of the community activities affected by the covid-19 virus is the activity of the Jolotundo village community “pasar krempyeng”. So that the STIE YPPI Rembang service team is motivated to solve partner problems, where the focus of our activities is so that the “pasar krempyeng” trader group has a new business, where the new business can be carried out both on the production and marketing side. Methods of implementing activities that have been carried out include: counseling, management training and practice of making herbal medicine. The results of community service activities in Jolotundo village, including; There are group participants who open a new business (herbal drink), there is an attractive packaging that supports the marketing program.

This service aims to provide knowledge and practice of making online art appreciation learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic based on Android smartphones. The use of android smartphones as a tool for making learning media is based on the consideration that android smartphones have increasingly diverse uses because they are supported by the availability of various applications. The training was conducted for middle school art and culture teachers in Karanganyar. Implementation of the training using the lecture method to convey theoretical material about learning media, discussions to determine the concept of learning media to be made, and assistance in making learning media based on Android smartphones. The results of the training in the form of learning media are then carried out field trials to determine the success and shortcomings. : Family support is one of the factors that may affect relapse in patients with epilepsy. Epilepsy is one a illness of brains and nerve’s with the highest incidence to four from ten diagnose in the Mental Hospital of West Java Province in  January-march 2022, with the incidence rate of as much as 500 patients. This study aims to determine the relationship of social support of families with epilepsy patients relapse frequency in the out patient Mental Hospital of West Java Province. Design of quantitative research with cross sectional approach and the sample amounted to 62 patients with epilepsy. Results of that study (40,3%) less family support, (9,7%) were family social support, and (50%) good family support. Results for the frequency of relapse in patients with epilepsy (38,7%) high recurrence rate (32,3%) recurrence rate was, and (29%) recurrence rate is low. The results using spearman rank test was obtained ρ value of 0,000 < 0,05. Means Ho is rejected, this shows there is a relationship of social support for families with epilepsy patients relapse frequency in the out patient Mental Hospital of West Java Province. Spearman correlation coefficients obtained a value of 0,603 which means that there is a significant relationship between social support of families with the frequency of relapse in patients with epilepsy. So it is suggested that the education in the family in order to continue to provide support to patients with epilepsy and is expected to nurse a mental hospital to provide information to families about the importance of the meaning of family social support for patients with epilepsy.

This study aims to develop and determine the effectiveness of the "Rainbow Learning Box" learning media in fostering scientific literacy in early childhood. This media is designed as a simple, experiment-based science learning tool using colorful colors to help children understand the concepts of color, color mixing, and simple changes through play-and-learning activities. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The study subjects consisted of 20 children aged 5–6 years at a pre-school (PAUD) institution. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and child development assessment sheets. The results showed that the use of the "Rainbow Learning Box" increased children's engagement in learning, curiosity, observation skills, and simple communication skills related to experimental results. Children appeared more active and enthusiastic during learning activities because the media was engaging, interactive, and suited to the learning characteristics of early childhood. Furthermore, teachers responded positively to the media's use, citing its ease of use, safety, and affordability. Therefore, the "Rainbow Learning Box" can be an alternative, innovative science learning media to optimally support the development of scientific literacy in early childhood. 

This community service project aims to train students of SMK Darussalam Karangpucung in writing short stories that contain local culture. This project recognizes the challenges students face in writing short stories, including difficulties in generating ideas and a lack of interest and motivation. Traditional teaching methods focus on lectures and analyzing existing stories, leading to a lack of hands-on experience and boredom. The project implements a five-step approach: preparation, pre-activity surveys, material delivery, writing practice, and question and answer sessions. The material presented includes the essence of short stories, their components (intrinsic and extrinsic elements), imagination techniques, writing tips, and the integration of cultural elements. The students enthusiastically participated in a short story writing practice session with the theme "Personal Experience" and blended local culture. Question and answer sessions allow for open discussion and problem-solving, which further increases student engagement. The project successfully achieved its goal, improving students' writing skills and interest in literature. The active participation of students, especially during writing practice, shows a renewed enthusiasm for the subject. The project also highlights the need for ongoing support and follow-up activities to strengthen the skills acquired. The success of this project is further evidenced by the full participation of the 30 target students, the successful completion of the planned curriculum, the students' real understanding of the material, and their high level of enthusiasm throughout the activity. Although time constraints limited the question and answer sessions, students' willingness to ask questions and their ability to generate creative stories during the practice sessions clearly demonstrated the positive impact of the project.

The emergence of the current COVID-19 pandemic has a significant impact on people's activities from various aspects of life, both in foreign countries and in this country in various sectors, namely economic, political, social and cultural. The Covid-19 pandemic has hit almost 3 years and has not been fully controlled. Government policies that have been made and implemented require good management, for that full support from the community is also needed. The implementation of existing policies, ranging from PSBB, transitional PSBB, emergency PSBB, New Normal PSBB, Emergency PSBB 2, PPKM, emergency PPKM, Micro PPKM is felt to have not shown a significant decline, this makes the government continue to strive to continue to make policies and regulations. To reduce the rate of suspected Covid-19 contamination, the last government policy through the Java and Bali Level PPKM showed good results, was able to suppress and control the Covid-19 pandemic, Covid-19 control will not work if only the government does it, but requires participation of all elements of society in their respective areas. The government really needs the participation of various parties, namely the business world, the community, Covid-19 volunteers, community leaders and the media. In addition, community behavior is expected to be disciplined in implementing the health protocol, namely 3M (maintaining distance, wearing masks and washing hands frequently), with 3M discipline being the key to strengthening the implementation of 3T (testing, tracing, treatment) down to the village level. In addition, social distancing, long-distance travel restrictions, and proper promotion and education to the public are forms of public health efforts in breaking the chain of the spread of the Corona virus. In fact, there are still people who don't follow the rules, go out on motorbikes, don't wear masks and helmets, don't maintain social distancing, still crowd in the market, they tend to ignore the rules for wearing masks, even though there are rules from PerWali Semarang number 57 of 2020 article 6 paragraph 3

The implementation of learning at this time needs to be supported by technology-based learning media. Technology-based media can make people adapt to the current developments in technology. One of the technology-based information media that can be used as a support for existing media is in the application. There are various types of applications such as smart farmer and fisherman applications. In this community service the author will introduce one technology-based application, namely the application of smart farmers and fishermen. The purpose of this activity is that participants are expected to help facilitate access for farmers and fishermen to obtain or exchange information.

In today's era, information exchange is fast and can be done in various ways and one of them is using email. There are many free email service providers that can be used, such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail and Outlook. In addition to free services, email servers can also be used to serve communication between clients and transfer data over the local network using a custom domain for the company. The purpose of this report is to build your own email server using the server development method using the Linux Ubuntu 18.04 operating system and the software Postfix and Dovecot as its supports. The results of this mail server work can send emails from one user to another through the terminal directly correctly. Sending can be done directly using the terminal without creating a text first or creating a text before sending it. Both ways are equally successful in the main process in the mail server.

Difteri merupakan penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Corynebacterium diphtheria pada hidung dan tenggorokan manusia dan pada beberapa kasus menyerang kulit. Difteri tergolong ke dalam penyakit menular mematikan yang dulu pernah hilang dan sekarang muncul kembali, hal ini di sebabkan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai imunisasi lanjutan difteri yang seharusnya dilakukan setiap 10 tahun sekali,untuk menghilangkan penyakit difteri secara keseluruhan. Fakta di lapangan banyak masyarakat yang memahami kegunaan dari imunisasi, namun masyarakat masih enggan untuk melakukan imunisasi mandiri. Ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran terhadap bahaya yang di dapat dari penyakit difteri. Keluarga merupakan sebuah sitem terbuka dimana anggota-anggotanya merupakan subsistem. Dukungan adalah sebuah support dan kekuatan di dalam anak untuk melakukan perilaku pencegahan penyakit difteri. Mendasari asuhan yang berpusat pada keluarga, yaitu fasilitasi keterlibatan orang tua dalam perawatan dan peningkatan kemampuan keluarga (ibu) merawat anaknya.

The management of traditional markets has the potential to create and expand employment opportunities, especially for workers who lack adequate skills and expertise to work in the formal sector due to their low level of education, and as a place of business, small traders have many strategic values. both from an economic and socio-cultural perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine market management in Gowa Regency, especially the Sungguminasa people's market. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis in this study uses the theory proposed by Henry Fayol with the dimensions of Planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating, controlling. The results showed that the lack of optimal supervision and firmness of the officers regarding the collection of market levies on kiosks and stalls, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the condition of the narrow market land resulted in street vendors not being accommodated. Lack of ineffective placement personnel became an inhibiting factor in socialization process to traders. The researcher's suggestion is that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department should fix the market effectively and efficiently and increase market optimization, it is necessary to take steps to improve the quality and quantity of human resources and other supporting resources, so that traders are placed in appropriate places and it is hoped that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department will pay more attention to the facilities provided. is around the market.

Lactation management is needed to support the successful management of breastfeeding. Failure of the breastfeeding process is often caused by some mothers who do not understand the correct way to breastfeed. Based on UNICEF data, only 30% of post partum primiparous mothers provide exclusive breast milk, this shows that babies in Indonesia still receive non-exclusive breast milk. The aim of this service is to increase knowledge about lactation management which consists of how to breastfeed, the benefits of breastfeeding, the correct breastfeeding position. The activity was carried out at the Bara Baraya Community Health Center, Makassar City on December 9 2022. The method used in this service was lecture and question and answer which began with a pre-test then providing information and then a post-test with a total of 7 participants. The results of the activity showed that those who had good knowledge before the counseling were carried out were 3 people (42.85%) and after the counseling it increased to 7 people (100%), this shows that the counseling was effective in lactation management for Primiparous Postpartum Mothers..

Children are the next generation of the nation. Therefore they must receive serious attention and education from an early age. Early childhood is a child who is zero years old or from birth to approximately eight years old. At this age is a period that greatly influences the next stage. However, whether we are aware of it or not, today many parents feed their children too much on their formal education. Many are not aware of the benefits of learning spirituality as a support in forming moral character in children. Guidance that is practical to use without the need to add to the burden on children's minds, namely by getting used to starting or ending activities by reciting blessings. So that they feel peace of mind and always remember and can bring up a sense of love for the Messenger of Allah from an early age.

The impact of covid 19 makes the habits of people who work and students often work or study via online. A cozy and adequate space is needed to carry out online activities and freelance work. The right solution is to design a coworking space mix use building that can provide space and facilities to support comfort for consumers. Coworking Space is a workspace concept that can be used together with various backgrounds such as students, freelancers, students, entrepreneurs, or other companies. In Medan City coworking spaces are still relatively few that have multi-functions as the author designs. Most only prioritize one function so that consumers can easily get bored when working. In this design, hopefully it can be a problem solver and become a comfortable working, meeting and relaxing space for consumers.

  Underachieving students are not caused by their lack of ability, but can be caused by a lack of motivation to learn. The purpose of this research is to increase students' learning motivation through the application of the Problem Based Learning model. The research was conducted quantitatively using a descriptive survey method. The results of this study indicate that efforts to apply the Problem Based Learning learning model which is supported by giving appreciation or awards to students have been able to stimulate students' learning motivation.    

Mainstream work activities that are generally carried out in rigid office spaces sometimes cause boredom for workers. Variations in ways and places of working need to be accommodated to avoid boredom. BeeHive Co-Working was built with the aim of providing a new place to work and socialize which is expected to provide enthusiasm in carrying out work activities. The design method applied is through a process that begins with the problem of how to create a flexible, relaxed, and unpressured work environment. The idea of Co-Working design is proposed to answer the initial problem. Green Architecture theme is proposed as the main theme of BeeHive Co-Working design. The concept of Green Architecture used in this design takes the main focus as a building that is energy efficient, minimizes expenses and increases the added value of the building. The position of the building in green architecture is related to (1) being able to adapt to solar circulation and wind direction, (2) extending from east to west, blocking solar radiation on transparent walls, (3) reducing heat transmission from massive walls exposed to direct solar radiation. The design of BeeHive Co-Working, which applies the concept of Green Architecture, is realized in the form of a modern design transformed from a rectangular mass form with a front view that uses an additional honeycomb-shaped facade. BeeHive Co-Working facilities that support the function of casual work are accommodated by the provision of furniture designed for the convenience of working while relaxing. The commercial function is supported by the provision of café shop facilities. This design is expected to be a place for workers to restore energy from the fatigue of busy work activities.  

This increase in the elderly population makes the government need to formulate policies and programs aimed at elderly population groups so that they can play a role in building public health. One of the government policies is that health services are provided at health centers, such as providing good and quality services, giving priority to elderly people and providing safe and easily accessible facilities, providing support or guidance to the elderly and their families on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. The study used a cross sectional analytic descriptive research method. The sample of respondents was 88 people using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. Analyzed with the chi square statistical test. The results of the study were 68 respondents (77.3%) with the highest age, 73 respondents (83.0%) had the highest education. Chi square test results obtained p value <? 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of the Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. Suggestions are expected that the Puskesmas can use this research as one of the bases in health promotion for the elderly.. The background of this research focuses on the complexity of the relationship between central and local governments in the context of governance in Indonesia. One manifestation of this decentralization concept is the Local Government Implementation Report (LPPD), which is a key instrument in ensuring local government accountability. This research was motivated by problems such as lack of complete data, delays in collection, and budget limitations in the preparation of LPPD. The purpose of this study is to understand the extent of coordination of the local government of Ambon City in the practice of LPPD, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the process. The method used is qualitative, with primary data from interviews and secondary data from documentation. The results show that effective coordination is a key element in the preparation of LPPD Ambon City. Key factors in coordination include effective communication, awareness of the importance of coordination, commitment from relevant parties, participant competence, and coordination incentives. This study offers recommendations to improve the effectiveness of coordination in the preparation of LPPD to support local government development goals and community welfare.

The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of different components of the green marketing mix. Specifically, the impact of green product, green pricing, green location, and green advertising on Armour Coffee purchase intentions in Maros Regency. The data utilised in this study was collected from 63 customers who had previously made purchases at the Armour Coffee location in Maros and was rigorously tested for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. Data was collected via purposive sampling, and the results were analysed using multiple linear regression aided by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Three of the five hypotheses analysed have empirical evidence to support them. Empirical results reveal that eco-friendly product and eco-friendly location qualities are favourably connected with purchase intention, whereas no significant influence is detected in regard to eco-friendly pricing and eco-promotions.

Background: One of the factors of the high MMR in Indonesia is due to the relatively low coverage of help by health workers. Puprose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family and socioeconomic support with the choice of delivery place in Puskesmas Tebing Tinggi. Methods: This study is analytic survey with cross sectional design. The research population in this study was trimester III pregnant women in Puskesmas Tebing Tinggi in July 2019, amounting to 52 people. The sample in this study was third trimester pregnant women who are in Tebing Tinggi Health Center taken in total sampling. Data collection is done using primary data. Results: The results of the study of 52 pregnant women respondents who chose non-health service facilities were 31 respondents and those who chose health service facilities were 21 respondents. From 52 family respondents who support as many as 30 respondents and do not support as many as 22 respondents, from 52 respondents with socioeconomic <UMR as many as 35 respondents and ? UMR as many as 17 respondents. Chi-square test results obtained value ?2 = 4.278 with p value = 0.05 meaning that there is a relationship of family support with the choice of delivery place in Tebing Tinggi Health Center with a moderate category. Chi-square test results (Pearson chi-square) obtained value ?2 = 8.27 with p value = 0.05 means that there is family support by choosing the place of delivery at Tebing Tinggi Health Center with a moderate category. Conclusion: It was concluded that there was a significant relationship between family support and socio-economics with the choice of delivery place in the Tebing Tinggi Health Center with a moderate category.Keywords: Family Support; Economic Sociology; Selection of Childbirth
