The objective of this study is to assess the impact of Profit Sharing Funds (DBH), Overtime Calculation Budget (SiLPA), and Population Number (JP) on regional expenditure in the districts/cities of South Sumatra. This study utilizes secondary data as the primary source of information. The data is obtained from a comprehensive sample that encompasses all 13 districts and 4 cities within the South Sumatra province. The data covers a period of 5 years, specifically from 2016 to 2020. The population for this study comprises the budget implementation reports obtained from districts and cities in South Sumatra. This study employed various statistical techniques for data analysis, including descriptive statistical analysis, classical acceptance test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The software utilized for analysis was SPSS for Windows version 26. The research findings presented in this paper are incomplete in nature. The allocation of population and revenue sharing funds exhibits a noteworthy and statistically significant influence on regional expenditure patterns. The calculation of budget surplus (SiLPA) has a minimal and adverse effect on regional expenditure. In the context of regional spending, it is observed that Profit Sharing Funds (DBH), Budget Overtime (SiLPA), and Population Number (JP) exhibit a noteworthy and statistically significant influence.

 In an era full of technological developments, various daily activities are connected with the help of the internet, making operations easier and faster. One use of this technology, for example, is massive marketing activities carried out via social media, one of which is WhatsApp. This application introduces WhatsApp Business features specifically designed to facilitate the marketing of their products to consumers. This increase in the number of WhatsApp users opens up more opportunities for businesses to maximize the application's potential as a digital marketing tool. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of promotions and services via WhatsApp on sales. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this research was 37 people using the questionnaire distribution method as a data collection tool. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS software application. The research results show that variable X1 (promotion) and variable X2 (service) each influence variable Y (sales) in a positive direction. Besides that, variables X1 (Promotion) and X2 (Service) in the model together are able to explain 40.3% of the influence on variable Y (Sales).

This research aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment, work discipline and work stress on employee performance at the UD Bunga Mas brown sugar factory. The variables used in this research are Physical Work Environment (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Work Stress (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The research location is the UD Bunga Mas Brown Sugar Factory which is located in Karanglo Hamlet, Tales Village RT 01 RW 04 Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency. By using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, questionnaires and observations.Meanwhile, the analysis used uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression tools using the SPSS version 25.0 software program. Based on tests carried out by partial linear regression analysis, it shows that the Physical Work Environment (X1) has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance (Y) and Work Discipline (X2) has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Meanwhile, the Job Stress variable (X3) has a negative and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). This shows a significant value for variable X1 0.116 > 0.05, variable X2 0.538 > 0.05, and X3 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, the Physical Work Environment (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Stress (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at the UD Bunga Mas Brown Sugar Factory.

The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of the effect of service quality, costs and facilities on the satisfaction of outpatient patients Benyamin Guluh Kolaka This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this research is all patients who have carried out outpatient treatment at Benjamin Guluh Kolaka Hospital in Kolaka Regency and taken as many as 75 responsiveness using purposive sampling techniques, namely the technique of determining certain criteria. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS analysis techniques through Smart PLS software. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. This is evidenced by T-count or T-statistics which is 2.164 higher than the rule of thumb used which is 1.96 and the cost also has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction due to the value of T-count or T-Statistics which is 13.769 higher than the rules of thumb used is 1.96. While the facility has a negative and not significant effect on patient satisfaction because the value of t arithmetic or t statistical value is 1.089 lower than the rule of thumb used that is 1.96 then the service quality variable and the cost have a positive and significant effect on passient satisfaction of 97.1%.

The research conducted by researchers has aims to be able to determine the effect of Credible Online Review on Purchase Intention mediated by Perceived Quality for online shop consumers at Gramedia Surabaya. The population used in this study were all consumers who shop using the online shop Shopee, Lazada, and Gramedia.com and know about Gramedia brands and products, and in all range age. The sampling technique, namely random sampling, was used to obtain as many as 150 samples. SmartPLS4 software is used to analyze the data. Using reflective measurement model test, formative measurement model test, R2 test, f2 test, Goodness of Fit (GOF) test, and hypothesis test and mediating effect. Questionnaires distributed via Google Form with a total of 15 question items, the assessment used was on a Likert scale of 1-5. The results obtained in this study are to determine the effect of Credible Online Review on Purchase Intention mediated by Perceived Quality for online shop consumers at Gramedia Surabaya.

In order to develop the economic center, Sekijang Village is making efforts to ensure the smooth progress of the development with crucial steps, one of which is the visual planning of the construction. This is done to anticipate potential losses effectively. However, we are aware that the community's knowledge regarding the utilization of technology in building design is still quite limited. Therefore, as a form of community service, the students of the Real Work Class program from the University of Riau in 2023 are implementing a socialization program with the aim of introducing the use of AutoCAD and SketchUp software. Additionally, the students are also presenting the master plan visualization for Sekijang Village, currently being developed by the KKN UNRI students, with the goal of assisting in designing a better economic center for Sekijang Village in the coming years

Solar energy installations mathematically and visualization using the Solar Global Atlas Software simulation. The data obtained is that the highest energy occurred in the second test with the result of 365.7 Wh with the maximum power generated by solar panels of 93.28 W, battery charging energy of 321.5 Wh with a maximum battery charging power of 76.78 W. Sunhour that occurs is obtained 3.66 h with solar panel efficiency that occurs at 12.8%. The research methods used include quantitative research methods by taking data using measuring instruments using literature studies, simulations and experiments to then be processed using related formulas in the implementation of the research.

PT Dos Ni Roha Logistic is a branch of DNR Corporation which has a function to fulfill the delivery of goods or pharmaceutical equipment by providing transportation services for the delivery of goods both land, sea and air. Data collection methods in this thesis research are questionnaires, observations, literature studies with a population of 47 employees and a sample of 47 determined using saturated sampling techniques and processed using SPSS software version 25.  Work Discipline and Work Motivation together have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity Pt Dos Ni Roha Logistic Jakarta, Work Discipline and Work Motivation are one of the important factors that affect employee productivity, an employee if he has a level of work discipline and is given good motivation in Work can result in high levels of productivity. The results of this study show that work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, which is 0.546 or 54.6%, so it can be concluded that the influence on employee productivity is 0.546 or 54.6%, while the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Companies should need to improve work discipline and work motivation within the company in order to further increase the productivity of their employees.

Students have challenges during the learning process, particularly when it comes to descriptive writing. Most students struggle with coming up with ideas, organizing them, and writing paragraphs. Pinterest media is one of the appropriate media for students to enhance their writing. The aim of this research is to assess the impact of utilizing Pinterest visuals on the writing proficiency of seventh-grade students at SMP N 3 Jepara in composing descriptive text. Additionally, it seeks to identify any notable disparities in students' descriptive writing abilities before and after they are instructed using the Pinterest picture media approach. Data is collected via pre-test, post-test, and questionnaires. This study focused on a single group as the main data and it used a pre-experimental quantitative design. This study's sample size is VII H which has 24 students. Students are required to undergo both a pre-test and a post-test for their writing assessments. These test outcomes are subsequently subjected to analysis employing SPSS statistical software version 22. The findings reveal significant disparities, as evidenced by a hypothesis testing value of 0.000, which is less than the significance level of 0.05. This outcome leads to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis, which asserts that "There is a significant influence of using Pinterest media on student's ability in writing descriptive text at VII H students of SMP N 3 Jepara".

This research was conducted with the aim of explaining the influence of compensation, work environment and employee competency on employee performance at UD. Berkah Andita Mandiri Group. The variables in this research are Compensation (X1), Work Environment (X2), Employee Competency (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to UD employees. Blessings Andita Mandiri Group. This research has a population of 84 respondents and a sample of 70 respondents. The techniques for normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, linearity testing, multicollinearity testing and hypothesis testing are expected to be able to answer the four problem formulations in this research. The analysis was carried out using SPSS for Windows version 25 software. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that: Compensation (X1) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at UD. Blessings Andita Mandiri Group. Work Environment (X2) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at UD. Blessings Andita Mandiri Group. This research is motivated that in institutions engaged in the health sector, in this organization human resources are very important in achieving the goals and success of the agency. This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance. This study used quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses Nonprobability Sampling with a saturated sampling method of 47 employees. Testing in this study using SPSS software program version 25.0. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient test. The results of this study show that  partially the variable of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated tvalue of  3.059>ttable 2.01537 with a signification value of 0.004<0.05 and partially the variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect with  a calculated tvalue of  2.468>ttable  2.01537 with a signification value of 0.018<0.05, simultaneously the variables of work discipline and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance  with a calculated Fvalue of  8.265>Ftable 3.21 with a signification value of 0.001<0.05.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee discipline in the Motorized Vehicle Testing Division of the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this research were employees of the Motor Vehicle Testing Section of the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. Sampling in this research used a saturated sample of 43 respondents. The analytical method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that compensation and work motivation simultaneously had an effect on employee discipline. Partially, compensation variables affect employee discipline. Partially, work motivation variables affect employee discipline

Amanah Sentosa Tegal is a small company engaged in the distribution sector which provides snack food products. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of price, product quality and product diversity on purchasing decisions for CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The research population is infinite with a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 500 shops is taken. Data analysis techniques in this research use instrumental tests including validity and reliability, classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination test. data processing using the software program SPSS (statistical package for the social scienceb) 0.25 for windows. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 0.2646 > ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.040 <0.05. Partially, product quality variables influence purchasing decisions at CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.086 < ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.035 > 0.05. And product diversity variables affect purchasing decisions at CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.975 < ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.004 > 0.05. and the price variable is the most dominant variable y. This is evidenced by the Fcount value of 39.450 > Ftable of 2.49.

The crankshaft is one of the main components that works in a combustion engine as a converter of the up-and-down motion of the piston into a rotary motion against the shaft used to drive chain wheel components, gears, or other components. In the research conducted, namely the analysis of the use of materials on the crankshaft using Ansys software with the aim of knowing the stress distribution, displacement, and safety factor. conclusion where the value of the radial free force of the crankshaft is 15 N, and the data that takes place on the crankshaft as follows: Based on the results of the analysis using Ansys, the maximum stress of 0.0866 N/mm2 is obtained. The displacement that occurs using Ansys analysis is 1.3461e-03mm. The safety factor that has been analyzed is 1.5 + 10.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Domestic Investment, Labor, Exports and Government Expenditures on Economic Growth in Indonesia. This research explains the influence of Domestic Investment (X1), Labor (X2), Exports (X3), and Government Expenditures (X4) on Economic Growth (Y) in Indonesia. The data used is time series data and was obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for 2006-2020. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis using eviews 10 software. The research results show that partially domestic investment has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Partially, labor has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Simultaneously domestic investment, labor, exports and government spending have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the partial and simultaneous effect of accessibility, effectiveness, promotion, and trust on passengers' decisions in choosing the Kamandaka Train. The population in this study were Kamandaka train passengers. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the type of sampling that is incidental sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Software Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study indicate that the variables Accessibility, Effectiveness, Promotion, and Trust have a partial and simultaneous effect on Passenger Decisions. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = -2.766+ 0.357.X1 + 0.322.X2 + 0.181.X3 + 0.352.X4 + µ. The results of the equation show that the accessibility variable has a positive and significant effect on passenger decisions (tcount 4.155 > ttable 1.98498), effectiveness on passenger decisions (tcount 3.258 > ttable 1.98498), promotion of passenger decisions (tcount 2.036 > ttable 1.98498 ), Trust in Passenger Decisions (tcount 4.750 > ttable 1.98498) As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.577. This means that 57.7% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Passenger Decisions, is explained by the independent variables, namely Accessibility, Effectiveness, Promotion, and Trust. The remaining 100% - 57.7% = 42.3%, influenced by other variables outside the research.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya with 70 employees. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the Work Environment and Compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The work environment partially has a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. Partial compensation has no significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially leadership and work conflict on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is quantitative with an employee survey approach with a sample of 75 respondents. The data collected were primary and secondary. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Dr. Soekardjo Hospital, Tasikmalaya City. Leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City. Work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City.

: This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and compensation both simultaneously and partially on the work productivity of Production Section employees at SSC Quality Tasikmalaya. The population in this study is 45 respondents who are employees of the Production Department at SSC Quality Tasikmalaya. The data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and compensation simultaneously affect work productivity. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Compensation partially has a positive but insignificant effect on work productivity.

Pelayanan dokter praktek dituntut untuk mampu menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkulaitas. Salah satunya dengan pelayanan rekam medis elektronik untuk menghasilkan data dan informasi yang berkualitas. Salah satu dokter praktek yang memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan adalah Dr praktek Sriningsih. Isi dari rekam medis rawat jalan ini adalah nomor rekam medis pasien, nama, alamat, usia, pekerjaan, anamnesis diagnosis dan Tindakan. Formulir masih manual dan belum ada space tanda tangan pemberi asuhan. Implementasi rekam medis rawat jalan di Praktek Dokter melalui lima tahapan. Tahapan tersebut adalah penyusunan materi dan Customize Software, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan monitoring evaluasi
