Abstract Solo is a traffic lane for drug trafficking because of its position in the middle. Apart from being a route for drug trafficking, Solo is the city with the highest drug abuse in Central Java compared to other cities. The problem of drugs must be continuously communicated to all components of society, especially among the younger generation. For this reason, the Slamet Riyadi University Community Service Team conducts effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers as team partners so that they have the capacity to inform the younger generation about the dangers of drugs. The purpose of this service is to improve the competence (knowledge, attitudes and behavior) and integrity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers and to increase the communication capacity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers so that they can work well and professionally, and show maximum performance. The activities carried out are effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers. The output of this service is the journal Senadimas UNISRI. Selain sebagai jalur peredaran narkoba, Solo adalah kota dengan penyalahgunaan narkoba tertinggi di Jawa Tengah dibanding kota -kota lainnya. Permasalahan narkoba harus terus dikomunikasikan kepada seluruh komponen masyarakat terutama para kalangan generasi muda. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Slamet Riyadi melakukan pelatihan komunikasi efektif kepada para relawan anti narkoba sebagai mitra tim agar memiliki kapasitas untuk menginformasikan kepada generasi muda tentang bahaya narkoba. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi (pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku) dan integritas Relawan Anti Narkotika serta untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi Relawan Anti Narkotika agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan profesional, serta menunjukkan kinerja maksimal. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan komunikasi efektif bagi relawan anti narkoba. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah jurnal Senadimas UNISRI. Factors influencing the readiness of coastal communities for tsunami events include knowledge, attitudes, fulfillment of basic needs, preparation for handling victims and disaster management. The results of the interview of researchers on March 8, 2019 with the secretary of Lurah Tondo, from 2013-2018 there had never been a simulation or counseling about the tsunami disaster in the Tondo Village. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the preparedness of coastal communities against tsunami in Tondo Kelurahan, Kota Palu h. This type of research is quantitative with an analytical approach using cross sectional design. The population in this study are all coastal communities in Tondo, Palu City, totaling 362 families. The sample was 96 people, with cluster sampling technique. The results of the study of 96 respondents good knowledge as much as 45.8%, sufficient knowledge 28.1% and 26% less knowledge. Pearson chi-square test results p value: 0,000. Good attitude as much as 33.3%, enough attitude 54.2% and lack of attitude 12.5%. Pearson Chi-Square test results p value value: 0.001. Fulfillment of basic needs were fulfilled 55.2% and not fulfilled as much as 44.8%. Chi-Square test results p value value: 0.002. Conclusion there is a relationship of knowledge, attitudes and fulfillment of basic needs with the preparedness of coastal communities against the tsunami in the Village of Tondo, Palu City

Hypertension is nicknamed the silent killer because it is a disease without symptoms. This refers to a condition where blood pressure increases beyond normal limits, namely systolic pressure ≥140 mmHg and diastolic pressure <90 mmHg. Educational activities and detection of hypertension symptoms were carried out because the incidence rate was still high in the Maccini Sawah Health Center Working Area. This service is carried out with the target of people aged ≥ 40 years so that they can maintain a healthy lifestyle and have the knowledge, attitudes and skills to implement the principles of healthy living for every community. The aim of this service is to increase public awareness, understanding of prevention, lifestyle changes and increased participation in health decisions. The method for implementing this community service is education and blood pressure checks carried out simultaneously. There were 23 people who took part in this activity. The activity ran smoothly and well where the people who had been invited to take part in the education and detection of hypertension symptoms had followed it to completion with a total of 20 families participating. There are still many people who do not have their health checked at the health center. The community health center needs to carry out a door to door visit program to increase the coverage of the P2M program and reduce morbidity due to non-communicable diseases, especially hypertension.

Monitoring nutrition and health during the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) in Pacellekang Village is very important to prevent stunting. However, during the pandemic, many posyandu were forced to stop their activities because they were in the red zone. The assistance program for malnourished pregnant women (KEK) aims to improve the health and nutritional status of KEK pregnant women in Makassar City. Community service activities are carried out online using Zoom meetings, WhatsApp groups and Google Forms. The results of the service show that most of the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding nutrition and health are classified as good. The majority (85.2%) of pregnant women had carried out pregnancy checks at least four times with a midwife or doctor during pregnancy. Apart from that, 88.9% of pregnant women regularly take blood supplement tablets. Around 85.2% of pregnant women follow the principles of balanced nutrition in their daily diet. However, 55.6% of pregnant women who frequently experience nausea and vomiting tend to lose their appetite and skip meals and snacks. Based on program monitoring in October, there were records that two pregnant women were unable to provide exclusive breastfeeding (IMD) due to premature birth (separation care), and young mothers (under 20 years) felt anxious when breast milk did not come immediately after delivery, so they gave Formula milk.

Entrepreneurial intention in a person can be formed by the external and internal environment. This study examines the attributes entrepreneurial intentionin students : role models, entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, and emotional competence. The purpose of this study is to determine a model of entrepreneurial intention among exact and non-exact college students. in Brebes and Tegal, Central Java. Respondents observed were exact and non-exact students at three tertiary institutions, namely Muhadi Setiabudi University (UMUS) Brebes, Polteknik Harapan Bersama (Poltek Harber) Tegal, and Pancasakti University (UPS) Tegal with a total of 301 students using a cluster random sampling. This research uses a quantitative analysis approach with data analysis techniques Structural Equation Model (SEM), a method to test the attributes that make up the entrepreneurial intention model. The results showed that the exact entrepreneurial intention of the student group was formed by the attributes of entrepreneurial attitude, and emotional competence. Meanwhile, the non-exact student group was formed by the attributes of role models and entrepreneurial attitudes. The implication of this research is that universities can form entrepreneurial characters among students through a conducive and dynamic curriculum and academic atmosphere.

Dalam pengelolaan zakat profesi mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan terutama dalam menghimpun dan menyalurkan zakat profesi tentu yang menjadi tujuan utama adalah terciptanya pemerataan dan kemaslahatan umat. Meningkatkan kepuasan serta komitmen muzakki dapat mempertahankan kepercayaan dan loyalitas muzakki berzakat sehingga terciptanya kesadaran untuk senantiasa menyisihkan sebagian harta untuk memberdayakan golongan tidak mampu. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengelolaan zakat profesi dalam meningkatkan loyalitas muzakki di Baznas Kota Denpasar. 2) Tingkat loyalitas muzakki di Baznas kota Denpasar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan terdiri dari 12 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh berdasarkan fakta dan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh: (1) Analisis pengelolaan zakat profesi Baznas Kota Denpasar dalam hal ini menggunakan langkah-langkah yaitu perencanaan, berkaitan dalam menetapkan, merumuskan, mengidentifikasi, dan mengembangkan. Pengorganisasian, dalam hal ini menggunakan persepsi dan sikap yang diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan tujuan pengelolaan. Pelaksanaan, berkaitan dengan kinerja pengelola zakat yang selama ini menggunakan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Pengawasan, berkaitan dengan kondisi pengelolaan zakat profesi yang masih stabil. (2) Tingkat loyalitas muzakki ditinjau dari kepuasan, komitmen, serta kesukaan produk muzakki dapat dinilai dari besarnya pernyataan rasa puas dan bentuk kepedulian muzakki terhadap sesama dalam berzakat di Baznas Kota Denpasar   ABSTRACTIn the management of professional zakat starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising, especially in collecting and distributing professional zakat, of course the main goal is the creation of equality and the benefit of the people. Increasing the satisfaction and commitment of muzakki can maintain the trust and loyalty of muzakki to tithe so as to create awareness to always set aside some of the assets to empower the poor. The research objectives were to determine: 1) Management of professional zakat in increasing muzakki loyalty at Baznas Denpasar City. 2) The level of muzakki loyalty at Baznas Denpasar city. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants consisted of 12 people who were selected using a purposive technique. Collecting data obtained based on facts and data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results obtained: (1) Analysis of the professional zakat management of Baznas Denpasar City in this case uses the steps, namely planning, related to determining, formulating, identifying, and developing. Organizing, in this case using perceptions and attitudes which are expected to maximize management objectives. Implementation, related to the performance of zakat managers who have been using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Supervision, related to the condition of professional zakat management which is still stable. (2) The level of muzakki loyalty in terms of satisfaction, commitment, and liking of muzakki products can be assessed from the magnitude of the statement of satisfaction and the form of muzakki's concern for others in tithing at Baznas Denpasar City.

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Mindset, Adversity Question and Entrepreneurship Education on student entrepreneurial interest in the city of Tangerang. Entrepreneurship education is intended as a learning process to change students' attitudes and mindsets on entrepreneurial career choices. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, Research respondents used were students from universities in the city of Tangerang. This research is included in quantitative research. The data source in this sztudy is primary data. The data is used by distributing questionnaires directly. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of LISREL software. Research Results show that entrepreneurial mindset influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.63, which means that entrepreneurial mindset has a positive direction towards entrepreneurial interest. , adversity quotient influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.58, which means adversity quotient has a positive directional effect on entrepreneurial interest. entrepreneurship education has an effect on entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.66 which means that entrepreneurship education has a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest.

MP-ASI is additional food given to babies after the age of six months until the baby is 24 months old. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge and attitudes of mothers regarding early complementary breastfeeding to infants aged 0-6 months in the working area of ??the Namrole Nursing Health Center in 2019. The research approach is descriptive analytic with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had toddlers aged 0-6 months in the working area of ??the Namrole health center, totaling 257 people. The sample size used was 156 people. The results showed that the mother's knowledge about MP-ASI in the working area of ??the Namrole Nursing Health Center showed that out of 156 mothers under five, most had knowledge about early MP-ASI in the sufficient category, namely 61 mothers under five (39.1%). While the results for the attitude of mothers about MP_ASI in the working area of ??the Namrole Health Center show that out of 156 mothers of toddlers, most of them had attitudes about early MP-ASI in the less category, namely 101 mothers of toddlers (64.7%). It was concluded that the mother's knowledge about early MP-ASI was identified by giving early MP-ASI to infants aged 0-6 months with the most categories namely sufficient and for the mother's attitude about early MP-ASI by giving early MP-ASI to infants aged 0-6 months with the most less categories found in this study.

Academics as well as managers have long been interested in the roleof satisfaction with complaint handling (SATCOM) in shapingcustomers’ attitudes and repurchasing decisions. This interest hasgenerated a widespread belief that SATCOM is driven by the perceptionthat the complaint handling process is just. To test how SATCOM ismodulated by distributive, interactional, or procedural justice, weperformed a meta-analysis of 60 independent studies of the antecedentsand consequences of SATCOM. Results indicate that SATCOM isaffected most by distributive justice, then by interactional justice, and onlyweakly by procedural justice. We also find that SATCOM mediates theeffects of justice dimensions on word-of-mouth. However, contrary tocom-mon belief, SATCOM does not mediate the effects of justicedimensions on overall satisfaction and return intent. We draw on ourresults to suggest several avenues for further research.

Organization as a system of behavior included input, process and output. A collection of people, facilities and infrastructure could be used as input for further processing. Form and the process can be the interaction of people involved in the organization. The form of output was a result of cooperation in implementing something to achieved the same goal. The general purpose of operation can not function when not translated into specific objectives. Its not easy to measure achievement objectives for organizations that do not produce tangible outputs such as in the College of Economics Totalwin Semarang engaged in the business of education services. In such organizations, faculty and staff input is a factor that perform a process inorder to create good output. One of the problems still faced by the existing College of Economics Totalwin Semarang until now was "Why do some lecturers work better than other lecturer?" One of the tasks Management College of Economics Totalwin Semarang was to identify the causes of things that could happen. Source of effectiveness of lecturers include motivation, ability, knowledge, skills, attitudes and stress. The differences are influenced by the motivation of work and that can lead to different performance of each faculty. The problem in this study were 1). Work motivation could affect on the performance of lecturers STIE Totalwin Semarang. 2).
