This article explores the financial performance of tobacco subsector companies using liquidity indicators in the form of the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio. A qualitative approach was applied to this research. This research uses secondary data obtained on the company's official financial report website including the balance sheet and profit and loss report for the 2019-2021 period. The research results show that overall PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk stands out as a company that has very good performance in the context of liquidity ratios. On the other hand, PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk has the lowest liquidity performance among the four companies.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a crucial element in modern life, encompassing the management, manipulation, and transfer of information across media platforms. UPTD Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi Pendidikan is a Structurally Integrated Service Unit under the East Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. UPTD plays a strategic role in providing technology-related services in the field of education. However, UPTD faces challenges in the inefficient and slow management of employee data, with 28 employees whose personnel data remains unoptimized. To enhance efficiency, the author plans to develop a web-based personnel information system. The problem statement includes inadequate system support, resulting in slow employee search and report generation processes. The objective of this system is to design an efficient, precise, and accurate personnel data management system, aiming to improve work productivity within UPTD Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi Pendidikan. The outcome of this initiative is the design of a website serving as an information portal for UPTD profile, developed using the Content Management System (CMS) WordPress.

Based on observations in the field, many consumer financing problems, especially for certain products, arise due to various factors. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan in handling problematic financing for consumer products, as well as the factors that cause these problems and the steps that must be taken if these problems arise. Again. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology, and the findings show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan's approach to overcoming problematic financing in consumer financing products is to develop the company's human resources (HR), providing advice to clients via telephone and face-to-face conversations. visits, and perfecting the company website, all that remains is for the client to submit a Warning Letter (SP), chat with the client, develop a financing restructuring strategy, and finally implement the final handling strategy by selling the client's assets or collateral. In the current era where information is demanded at an accelerated pace, this research aims to develop a web-based extracurricular attendance information system for SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The current extracurricular attendance system at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng is manual, prompting the need for this research to construct a website-based information system to facilitate students, supervising teachers, and staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The extracurricular website serves as a source of information for the school principal, class teachers, and extracurricular supervisors. It provides information about students participating in extracurricular activities, the schedule of extracurricular sessions, and generates attendance reports for students over a semester and a full academic year. The system is designed using the waterfall method, implemented through (PHP) and MySQL. This research has successfully created a web-based platform for the management of extracurricular attendance. It is anticipated that this system will offer support to stakeholders responsible for overseeing extracurricular activities.

This research aims to develop and modernize the employee payroll administration system at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau through the implementation of the Payroll System Website (SIMPEG). Previously, the process was conducted manually, leading to various challenges in the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data. In addressing these issues, we designed and implemented SIMPEG using the PHP programming language. The results include a significant improvement in the efficiency of the payroll process, minimizing human errors, and ensuring data accuracy. The use of SIMPEG also provides easy access and data management, making it an effective solution for modernizing employee administration at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute positively to enhancing performance and transparency in employee payroll data management.

This service discusses the development of a web-based Form Application Information System using PHP in the Administration Department at PT United Tractors Tbk-Samarinda. This company faced difficulties in administering the employee claim form, where the form had to be submitted to the department head for approval. Obstacles that often arise include the absence of an approval official, company policies to reduce paper use, and human error. The development of this form application uses data collection methods through observation and interviews. Php was chosen as a programming language because of its flexibility and ability to be developed dynamically. MySQL is used as a database, while HTML and CSS are used to organize the structure and appearance of web pages. This research aims to develop a web-based palm oil sales application at the Medan Palm Oil Research Center. The research method used is a qualitative method, a case study carried out by researchers at the Palm Oil Research Center on Jl. Brigjend Katamso No. 51, kp. Baru, Medan. Researchers collect data through observations and interviews, then the data is processed and analyzed so as to obtain temporary assumptions to draw conclusions from the results of these observations. In this context, of course, progress in various fields in Indonesia is far behind compared to the United States, especially in the field of education.
