The method used in this study is quantitative method. A sample of 95 employees. The population in this study consisted of employees of PT. The gate at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II International Airport Palembang is as many as 95 population. The sampling technique used is the Nonprobability Sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for every element or member of the population to be sampled. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were carried out in September 2023. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression tests, determination coefficient tests, T tests, and F tests. The results showed that partially organizational culture and work discipline affect performance. The higher the organizational culture and work discipline, the higher the performance. Simultaneously, organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and the results of multiple linear tests show a constant value (a) marked negative, which is 3.356 meaning that if organizational culture, work discipline and performance are equal to zero (0) then employee performance decreases; From the results of coefficient determination, the R square number is 0.813 or 81.3%. This explains that the relationship between organizational culture variables and work discipline has a very strong correlation.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of discipline on employee performance at the UPTD Community Health Center, Muara Uya District, Tabalong Regency. The sample in this study were employees at the UPTD Community Health Center, Muara Uya District, Tabalong Regency using a saturated sampling technique, 69 employees as the sample in the study were given a questionnaire consisting of 15 statements. The responses to this questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability before carrying out multiple linear regression analysis using the SPPS application. The results of submitting the instrument, namely the questionnaire, show that the 15 statement items are valid because rcount > rtable (0.237). Apart from that, all statements are reliable because Cronbach's alpha (a) > 0.6 (0.970 > 0.6). The regression equation obtained is Y = 0.034 + 0.304 X1 + 0.321 X2 + 0.378 X3. The multiple correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.928, which means that the correlation is very strong between the variables Preventive Discipline (X1), Corrective Discipline (X2), and Progressive Discipline (X3) on Employee Performance (Y). The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) value of 0.858 or 85.8% shows the magnitude of the variables Preventive Discipline (X1), Corrective Discipline (X2), and Progressive Discipline (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) of 85.8% while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study were (100-85.8) % = 14.2%. Simultaneous testing shows that fcount > ftable 130.664 > 2.75 or p-value (fcount) < α (0.000 < 0.05) H0 is rejected Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Discipline (X) variables which consist of Preventive Discipline (X1), Corrective Discipline (X2), Progressive Discipline (X3), simultaneously influence employee performance (Y) at the UPTD Pukesmas, Muara Uya District, Tabalong Regency. Next, a partial test was carried out which showed the value of tcount > ttable for the Preventive Discipline (X1) variable, namely 3.925 > 1.997, Corrective Discipline (X2) namely 3.020 > 1.997, and Progressive Discipline (X3) namely 3.132 > 1.997 which had a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) . Thus it is proven or H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the tcount value, the variable Preventive Discipline (X1) is the highest compared to Progressive Discipline (X3), and Corrective Discipline (X2) has a more dominant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at the UPTD Community Health Center in Muara Uya sub-district, Tabalong Regency

Learning as a process of organizing the environment around students might meet the National Education Standards. Most educators in Surakarta City had minimal understanding of the assessment of learning outcomes. How was the technique of preparing the right assessment tool in measuring student learning achievement? Based on the situation analysis, the partner's problems were found, including the lack of understanding of educators in the form and technique of preparing appropriate assessment tools, as well as the limited ability of educators to translate assessment techniques into digital form. The proposer's solution was through training, namely first training, designing the preparation of good item items, and providing strategies for composing good item items by paying attention to validity, level of difficulty, discriminating power, and reliability. The second training is monitoring the preparation of item items as well as strengthening the concepts and skills of item analysis techniques as well as assessment tool techniques with the assistance of digital media. The result of the implementation was that the activities run in an orderly manner according to the plan and according to the targets set. From this activity, it could be concluded that there was an increase in the competence of educators in developing digital-based assessments of learning tools after being given training.

The development of home care in Indonesia has progressed to the point that many people use home care services. The epidemiological transition has resulted in an increase in the number of cases of chronic disease compared to acute disease, resulting in an increase in the number of cases of terminal disease that are not treated effectively and efficiently in hospitals. Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital has a home care service that provides several forms of services, namely wound care visits, elderly care services, baby care services, services for terminal patients, and other special needs. There are complaints from patients being managed regarding the responsiveness of the staff, friendliness and skills of the staff which are subject to evaluation. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of homecare services and patient satisfaction with wound care at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. This research is quantitative with a cross sectional study approach with a sample size of 80 people selected using total sampling techniques. The results of the study showed that the description of the quality of homecare services from the 5 components assessed (Reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence) was in the sufficient category (73.8%), and the description of wound care patient satisfaction was in the very satisfied category. (62.5%). In this way, it is hoped that homecare nurses can improve the quality of services more optimally so that satisfaction can be achieved and maintained.

The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. In this quantitative method, research is carried out directly in the field or at the research location. The research approach used in this research is in the form of a direct survey to customers. Surveys are carried out by distributing questionnaires to customers. The results of this research show that the Islamic dimension of service on consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel is very influential. The better the Islamic dimension of service provided, the higher the level of satisfaction when using the services of the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel. Hotel Indah Syariah Sibuhuan consistently provides high quality services to consumers, so that consumers feel satisfied with the service they receive. Aspects of service such as reliability, trust, appearance, empathy and responsiveness offered by the hotel, these are the Islamic dimension variables partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel. With the regression coefficient for the Islamic dimension variable (X) being positive, the resulting t value of 5.076 is more than the t table of 1.672 with a significance of less than 0.558. This means that the Islamic Dimension variable (X) partially has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y).
