Loading and unloading activities on MV ships. IRIANA requires efficiency and reliability to ensure smooth operations and security. Pneumatic systems, which utilize air pressure to move mechanically components, play a crucial role in this process. This research aiming to explore the importance of Pneumatic Systems in increasing the effectiveness of loading and unloading activities on ships. The methodology used includes qualitative methods by collecting and processing data through interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained from this research are that there are several factors that hinder loading and unloading performance, namely limited information on deck crew regarding loading and unloading procedures and limited information regarding loading and unloading maintenance which has caused a decrease in performance in loading and unloading activities. In conclusion, optimal implementation and maintenance of pneumatic systems is very important to increase productivity and safety in loading and unloading activities on MV vessels. IRIANA.

An information system is used to manage and present data so that it benefits an organization. Effective financial management is crucial for government agencies, including the Medan City Transportation Department, to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial records. However, the manual method still used has weaknesses, such as recording errors and reporting delays. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based financial information system to address these issues.The system features transaction recording, financial reporting, real-time data processing, and more efficient budget management. This study uses the waterfall software development approach, which includes analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results show that this system can improve work efficiency, reduce errors in financial management, and support data-driven decision-making.

Increasing community literacy in environmental management is a strategic step to realize sustainable development. One practical approach that can be implemented is through community-based education. This article examines how local communities can become agents of change in increasing public awareness and understanding regarding environmental issues, such as waste management, natural resource conservation, and adaptation to climate change. Through a participatory approach, community-based education encourages direct community involvement in designing and implementing environmental programs that suit local needs. Case studies from various regions show that collaboration between communities, government, and the private sector can increase the effectiveness of educational programs and create long-term impacts. The work programs are processing organic and inorganic waste, processing agricultural land, planting trees, preventing dengue fever and making anti-mosquito spray, providing information related to Hoaxes and phishing link modes, and collecting data on MSMEs. Apart from that, there are also work programs regarding learning posts, introducing waste banks, making street signs, and creating village websites. The results obtained from this activity are an approach to the community through social activities carried out with residents and increasing community insight through the outreach and training programs provided. Apart from that, village facilities can be improved by creating street signs and village websites. It is hoped that the results of this study can become a practical guide in developing a sustainable community-based education model for environmental management.

Systematic Literature Review Journal 2025 International Forum of Researchers and Lecturers

This research is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) aimed at analyzing the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in the management of information technology (IT) projects. This study focuses on identifying the AI technologies employed, the benefits gained, and the challenges faced in implementing these technologies. The study gathers and analyzes literature from various leading databases, including Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and SpringerLink, within the timeframe of 2015–2025. The findings reveal that AI technologies such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and natural language processing play a significant role in improving efficiency, reducing risks, and supporting decision-making in IT project management. However, challenges such as data quality, organizational resistance, and implementation costs remain major obstacles in adopting this technology. This review provides comprehensive insights into trends, benefits, and barriers associated with AI utilization, along with recommendations for more effective implementation in the future.

Tepid water sponge is a combined therapy of warm compresses and block compresses on superficial blood vessels using a wiping technique which works by widening peripheral blood vessels throughout the body so that heat evaporation from the skin to the surrounding environment is faster. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of tepid water sponge therapy on reducing body temperature in pre-school children with typhoid fever in the children's room at RSUD Kota Manado.This research uses experimental research with a One Group Pre- test Post-test approach. The population is all pediatric patients treated at RSUD Kota Manado. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique with stipulations on inclusion criteria. Data collection is done using SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and observation. Next, the data that has been collected is processed using a computer with a data processing application and analyzed using the T statistical test with a significance level (α) of 0.05. The results of this research show that the resulting value is smaller = 0.000 from the alpha value <0.05. It can be concluded that there is an effect of tepid water sponge therapy on reducing body temperature in children with typhoid fever in the room. This research suggestion can be useful and can add information to lowering the body temperature of pre-school children due to typhoid fever by carrying out tepid water sponge therapy.

Hospitals worldwide are increasingly concerned about the performance of outpatient services, which contribute significantly to their revenue and are projected to surpass inpatient services in importance. As the demand for medical care continues to grow, outpatient services could generate even greater financial returns for hospitals. This study aims to evaluate patient service wait times at Stella Maris Hospital Makassar's outpatient department using the lean methodology. A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving the measurement of wait times for 100 patients and interviews with eight informants, including the head of the outpatient department (1 person), admission officers (3 individuals), the hospital director (1 person), and nurses (3 individuals). The interview data were analyzed through processes of data reduction, visualization, and conclusion formulation. A patient care process flowchart was created to assess data quality. Findings indicate the absence of an integrated hospital information system (SIMRS), leading to issues such as long queues at the pick-up counter, delays in doctor availability, and inefficiencies in order processing. Recommendations include integrating SIMRS across the hospital, implementing system improvements, and quantifying outcomes for effective decision-making.

Handling of Export Ocean Freight is one of the services of PT ICT Logistik Surabaya Branch in shipping goods using. The objectives of this study are: 1. to describe the process of handling export ocean freight, 2. to describe efforts to resolve where customers feel that the handling of ocean freight activities is less than optimal, especially when processing their documents. This research was conducted at PT ICT Logistik Indonesia Surabaya Branch from February 2024 to May 2024. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, literature studies. The data collected is then subjected to data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While the information used by researchers is operational staff and business development staff. The results of this study are Handling of Export Ocean Freight at PT ICT Logistik Indonesia Surabaya Branch, namely: 1. Handling of export ocean freight such as: a. Requesting SI from Shipper, b. Sending SI to Shipping for booking space, c. Obtaining proof of B/C or D/O, d. Drafting of B/L documents is done with the shipper until confirmation of approval, e. after that the ocean freight shipment is completed, and what are the documents needed such as: a. (Shipping Instruction) SI, b. (Delivery Order) D/O, c. (Booking Confirmation) B/C, d. (Bill of Loading) B/L, e. Invoice. 2. How are the efforts to resolve where customers feel that the handling of ocean freight activities is not optimal, especially when processing documents such as: services offered during ocean freight activities, especially document processing so that shippers get maximum service, namely: a. providing Telex release Bill Of Loading services, b. providing House B/L creation services at relatively affordable rates.

This study aims to evaluate the Youth Potential Development policy implemented by the Youth and Sports Office (DISPORA) of Surabaya in enhancing youth participation and the quality of sports among young people. In this research, the researcher employs Dunn's (2003) policy evaluation theory, which consists of six criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, and the data collected comes from interviews, documentation, and field observations related to the implementation of this policy. The findings indicate that the implemented policy has successfully increased youth participation in sports, with an increase of approximately 70% from the initial target. However, regarding the quality of sports performance, this policy faces challenges related to limited facilities and insufficient training, which hinder optimal achievement of performance. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that although DISPORA Surabaya has succeeded in increasing youth sports participation, the quality of sports performance still requires more attention, particularly in strengthening facilities and enhancing ongoing training. Additionally, there are several challenges that need to be addressed, such as the lack of adequate data, disparities in youth participation from different socio-economic backgrounds, and insufficient coordination among related agencies. Based on these findings, the researcher recommends that DISPORA Surabaya improve the data collection and information processing systems to be more integrated, design more inclusive policies for diverse youth segments, and strengthen coordination among related agencies to ensure that the policy is implemented more effectively and efficiently.

WebGIS is a web-based Geographic Information System consisting of several interrelated components. WebGIS is a combination of graphic mapping design, digital maps with geographic analysis, computer programming, and a database that are interconnected into one part of web design and mapping web. WebGIS is a GIS application distributed in a computer network to integrate and disseminate geographic information visually on the world wide web. The objectives achieved in this study are to identify the types of tourism distribution on Sipora Island, Mentawai Islands Regency and to design and build a tourism object information system on Sipora Island, Mentawai Islands Regency based on webGIS. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that based on the survey results, there are 22 points. Waterfall tourism consists of 7 tours, cultural tourism consists of 2, beach tourism consists of 8 and marine tourism consists of 5. Where the tourism is spread across 2 sub-districts. Where in the North Sipora sub-district there are 15 points and South Sipora 7 points. Design and Build a tourism information system for Sipora Island, Mentawai Islands Regency using Quantum GIS as initial data processing. Then combined with a website that has been designed using the Visual Studio Code application.

Human resource development is a vital activity that organizations must undertake to ensure that employees' knowledge, talents, and skills align with job requirements. Measuring the quantity of work completed by employees within a specific time frame using tools tailored to the nature of their work is referred to as employee performance. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of human resource development on employee performance at the Sajoanging Sub-district Office, Wajo Regency. The theoretical framework for this research includes: Variable X (Human Resource Development) as defined by Nugraha (2016:178), encompassing education, work experience, skills, and technological capabilities. Variable Y (Employee Performance) as defined by Dewi & Harjoyo (2019:80), including work results, job knowledge, time discipline, reliability, and attitude. This research employs a census approach, meaning questionnaires are used to gather information from the entire population. The sample size for this study consists of 18 individuals. Data collection methods include questionnaires and observation. Quantitative associative analysis and descriptive data analysis are employed for data processing. The findings reveal that: Human resource development at the Sajoanging Sub-district Office, Wajo Regency, falls within the "very good" category. Employee performance at the Sajoanging Sub-district Office, Wajo Regency, also falls within the "very good" category. There is a positive influence of human resource development on employee performance at the Sajoanging Sub-district Office, Wajo Regency.

This research aims to analyze the summation of blood cells so that it becomes a reference for pharmacy students in their learning and becomes the foundation for further study of pathology, pharmacology, and therapeutic mechanisms that they can use in professional practice. This study uses qualitative research, primary data sources and secondary data sources generated from literature studies, data types in the form of qualitative, data collection techniques in the form of tracing previous research, data analysis techniques in the form of qualitative descriptive.  Blood is one of the organs in the human body that is very vital. Blood is a unit consisting of blood cells and blood plasma. This analysis is carried out to obtain information about the sum of blood cells in the human body, hospitals or laboratories conduct blood analysis with excellent accuracy but the shortcomings lie in the slow process and the accuracy becomes non-standardized because it depends on the level of expertise/experience of the operator and also the level of fatigue. Efforts to overcome the length of time and for the purpose of initial diagnosis can use image processing techniques based on blood cell morphology. Along with the development of technology, there are currently several researchers who are conducting various studies in the application of computerized methods used in the classification of white blood cell types. The main function of red blood cells is to carry oxygen from the lungs and distribute it throughout the body. The analysis of human blood is very important, especially related to the diagnosis of a disease. Based on the results of this study, it shows how many red blood cells are present in the body and can be applied to detect a disease. For pharmacy students, an understanding of the sum of blood cells is necessary to develop knowledge and will be useful in clinical practice.

Microcontroller-based information systems play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of various automation and monitoring applications. However, many manual processes across different fields require time and are prone to errors. This study aims to develop a microcontroller-based information system to automate real-time data collection and monitoring in various applications, such as industry, environment, and smart homes. The method used involved the development of a prototype system designed to integrate sensors and microcontrollers in data processing and automated decision-making. The results showed that this system significantly improved the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of data processing while minimizing human intervention. In conclusion, microcontroller-based information systems offer innovative solutions that can be widely applied across various fields to enhance performance and service quality.

Financial information systems play a crucial role in managing and processing company financial data. However, manual data collection and processing often require time and are prone to errors. This study aims to optimize financial information systems by utilizing microcontrollers in the automation of data collection and processing. The method used involved the development of a microcontroller-based prototype system to automate real-time financial data monitoring and reporting. The results showed that the use of microcontrollers significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of financial data processing, while reducing the time needed for reporting. In conclusion, a microcontroller-based system can be an effective solution to enhance the quality and speed of financial data processing in companies.

Soil fertility is an important element in agricultural sustainability, especially in supporting plant growth. One natural way to increase soil fertility is through Biological Nitrogen Fixation (FNB) by Rhizobium bacteria. These bacteria have a symbiotic relationship with legume plants, forming root nodules that convert atmospheric nitrogen into compounds that plants can absorb, such as ammonium (NH4+). The purpose of this article study is to determine the potential of Rhizobium bacteria in increasing and efficiency of nitrogen fixation which has an impact on soil fertility and increasing plant productivity. This study adopts a library research method or approach, which involves a series of systematic activities, starting from collecting data through various library sources, reading in depth, recording important information, to processing the research materials. The study results show that Rhizobium can reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers, increase soil fertility, and produce growth hormones that support nutrient absorption. These findings emphasize the important role of Rhizobium in supporting sustainable agriculture, especially in tropical regions where access to synthetic fertilizers is minimal.

Based on the problems currently being faced by Vocational School Diponegoro Banyuputih, one of which is the problem of student savings, the system has been running for 4 years. In the current system, the student savings system at Diponegoro Vocational School is still done manually. If you remember the importance of processing data and information in this system, of course this is felt to be less effective and efficient in terms of problems that arise, so it is necessary to design a computerized system. The aim of this research is to ease the performance of savings administrators in processing data, recording data and making reports on this savings information system so that errors that are often experienced can be resolved, designing and building a financial recapitulation system that directly produces financial reports, creating a financial information system using the Cash method. A suitable base for daily management. System analysis and design is preceded by system development which includes system identification, data and information identification. This system development model is used to describe the system being designed, namely the actual situation. The resulting program was built using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with a MySQL database. It is hoped that the implementation of the resulting system will facilitate data management quickly and accurately and the preparation of financial reports

In carrying out the process of processing health data and information, Medical Recorder and Health Information (PMIK) personnel are needed who have the ability to provide services to patients. The emergence of the Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning electronic medical records requires every health care facility to run electronic medical records, this makes the workload owned by PMIK reduced. So it is necessary to analyze the challenges of PMIK workload in facing the RME era. The method used is qualitative with a normative law study approach. The approach used for data collection is based on documentation studies through regulations, journals, and news. The tool used for data collection is a notebook. Data processing techniques using secondary data. In carrying out their duties, many Medical Recorders and Health Information (PMIK) still do not understand the use of existing systems properly, this causes delays in the processing of medical data. The abilities possessed by PMIK personnel in the RME era greatly affect the patient data processing process so that it is necessary to conduct training and skill development related to the correct use of the RME system in order to reduce the workload faced by officers.

The demand for real-time performance monitoring in the Industry 5.0 era encourages organizations to adopt integrated approaches to management control systems. This study aims to develop and validate a Balanced Scorecard (BSC)-based performance evaluation model integrated with computerized accounting systems to enhance managerial decision-making quality. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach, following systematic stages of model development including needs analysis, system design, prototype construction, and expert validation. Primary data were obtained from three management accounting experts and two information system practitioners who evaluated the model using five key criteria: accuracy of key performance indicators (KPI), ease of use, indicator relevance, data visualization quality, and implementation feasibility. The findings reveal that all criteria achieved average scores above 4.0 on a five-point scale, indicating a high level of expert consensus and confirming the model’s conceptual validity. The highest scores were recorded for KPI accuracy (4.5) and implementation feasibility (4.4), demonstrating the model’s potential for real-world application. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of BSC metrics with real-time accounting data processing through the R&D approach, resulting in a systematic framework for performance monitoring. Future research is recommended to enhance dashboard interactivity and conduct field implementation testing to measure the model’s impact on decision-making quality.

The implementation of electronic medical records at Hidayah Boyolali Hospital from January 2023 until now is not free from risks. The risks that generally occur are incomplete filling out of electronic medical records due to doctors' indiscipline in filling out patient treatment histories, inappropriate access to medical record information due to errors in patient identification, and errors in coding patient diagnoses which cause difficulties in claims and inappropriate service financing. The aim of PkM is to increase the knowledge and skills of medical record officers regarding hybrid medical record risk management. The PkM stages are: (1) preparation and licensing, (2) presentation of material and case studies, and (3) evaluation. The results of PkM are increased knowledge and ability to identify risks, assess risks, and treat risks in hybrid medical records. Implementation of risk management is carried out in the patient registration unit, patient data processing unit, patient data storage unit, and medical information release unit.

This research investigates the implementation of the Management Information System (SIM) in administrative management at the Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Islamic Boarding School, Mandailing Natal Regency. This study found that Islamic boarding schools have adopted intranet, internet and extranet-based SIMs to speed up the administration process. However, this research also identified challenges such as limited information technology capabilities among users. Through descriptive qualitative research methods using interview, observation and documentation techniques, this research highlights the importance of MIS in supporting decision making, data processing and the effectiveness of educational management in Islamic boarding schools. This research recommends increasing human resource training and strengthening technological infrastructure to increase the effectiveness of SIM in supporting Islamic boarding school administration.
