The low interest in reading has hampered intellectual abilities in society, especially students, so that libraries are required to be able to keep up with the pace of development of the times with services and infrastructure that meet the needs of space users, but the FBS UNP library has not been optimal in terms of interior design standards. Student complaints such as unstable air circulation, lack of reading space, and incomplete facilities have caused inconvenience, so an interior design of the FBS UNP Library was held with a minimalist concept. The purpose of interior design is to design a library layout that is representative and in accordance with interior design standards in order to create a sense of security and comfort for visitors while in the room. The interior design of the FBS UNP Library refers to the application of library interior design standards in the form of space, variety, hierarchy, lighting, personal areas, and comfort. The design method uses the 4D design method, namely Define (Defining) Design (Design), Develop (Development) and Dissaminate (Dissemination). Data collection is done by way of interviews, observation and documentation. Works are presented in the form of an Artwork Report with the main works being Presentation Mockups, Animation Videos and Presentation Posters.

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah hasil pra survey yang menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Sikka belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja dan penempatan kerja; (2) menganalisis tentang lingkungan kerja dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maumpun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Sikka yang berjumlah 30 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistic inferensial yaitu regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja pegawai dan variabel lingkungan kerja dikategorikan baik, sedangkan variabel penempatan kerja dikategorikan cukup baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja dan penempatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menunjukkan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Sikka.

Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel iklim kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara itu variabel stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel iklim kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 9.5%.

The interior design plays a very important role in today's modern era of modernization. It is evident that the beauty of a space greatly influences people's work activities and performance within it. A library, as a storehouse of knowledge, should consider the aesthetics of the space to allow patrons to work, learn, and create more freely in the library to meet their information needs, which will ultimately impact the patrons' loyalty to the library. The Provincial Archives and Library Service of West Sumatra still appears to be lacking in terms of aesthetics, furniture arrangement, noise levels, and the utilization of space, which is a significant concern for the library to make it more appealing to patrons as a place to seek information.

One of the problems that exists in the community of Buana Bhakti Village, Kerinci Kanan District, Siak Regency nowadays is the lack of interest in reading. One of the programs implemented in Buana Bhakti Village is the creation of a mini library. The aim of creating a mini library is to help the community, especially children, develop a love for the culture of interest in reading, increase learning experiences other than in the classroom and also as a center for community empowerment to develop literacy-based potential. The result of this program is that children are enthusiastic about visiting the library to study and read.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial iklim organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara simultan iklim organisasi dan stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada  Dinas Perpustakaan Kota Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 pegawai yang terdiri dari pegawai negeri sipil sebanyak 34 pegawai dan honorer sebanyak 16 pegawai. Adapun sampel penelitian sejumlah 34 responden yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil dengan tekhnik purposive sampling. Tekhnik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan studi pustaka. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji f dengan bantuan spss 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial iklim organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan iklim organisasi dan stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perpustakaan  Kota Bima dengan pengaruhnya sebesar 42,2%.

This research is grounded on an issue that employee performance at the archives and Library Office in Sikka  Regency. This research aimed to (1) know the description of employee performance, work ethic, and work discipline; and (2) analyse work ethic and work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.The population in this research were employees of the Archives and Library Office in Sikka  Regency as many as 30 people. This research was  conducted  by  census or saturated  sampling because the population was limited. Data were collected through questionnaries and analysed through descriptive and inferential statiscal methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done  through the F-test and t-test.The results of descriptive analysis showed  and the variables of employee performance, work ethic, and work discipline were categorized as good. The result of the t-test statistic showed  that partially the work  ethic and work discipline variables have no effect on employee performance. The result  of the F-test  showed that  simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The result of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this studye are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of employee performance.

Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 46 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Competence tends to be good and employee performance is high, so competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competency, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Libraries Office. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service. 3). Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence and high work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service.

The population of this study were all Library Science students of UIN North Sumatra from the 2019 stambuk, 2020 and 2021, namely 352 students with a total sample of 79 students determined by the slovin formula. The sampling technique used to determine the sample is Random Sampling/Probability Sampling. To measure the relationship between the media literacy abilities of Library Science students at UIN North Sumatra in tackling hoax news on social media and test hypotheses using the Spearman's Rho Rank-Order Correlations formula and Guilford's calculations. The results showed that media literacy ability had a positive relationship with a value of 0.358 which indicated a strong enough relationship in tackling hoax news.

Jenis penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran manajemen pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Bima. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket yang berisi sejumlah pertanyaan dengan pengukuran skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Bima yang berjumlah 46 orang dengan sampel sebnayak 46 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi sampel dijadikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen peran pengelolaan sumber daya manusia secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Bima.  

The purpose of this research is to (1) Analyze the interior design factors that affect the comfort of library users in the layout on the second and third floors of the Padang State University Central Library. (2) Analyze the application of interior design layout to the comfort of library users on the second and third floors of the Padang State University Central Library. (3) Analyzing the obstacles in the application of interior design to the comfort of visitors on the second and third floors of the Central Library of Padang State University.This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were visitors to the Central Library of Padang State University using purposive sampling technique, the number of samples taken by researchers amounted to 20 samples. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, techniques and data collection tools used questionnaires using a Liker scale to score each question item. The questionnaire was distributed directly to respondents who were met at the Padang State University Central Library.The results of this study are analyzing interior design factors that affect the comfort of the library users have an average score of more than 3.40 which means that the library users already feel comfortable in the Central library of Padang State University. Analyzing the application of interior design layout to the comfort of the library users has an average score of more than 3.50 which means that the library users already feel comfortable in the Central library of Padang State University. While analyzing the obstacles in the application of interior design to the comfort of the visitors with the results of an average score of more than 2.60 which means that they quite agree with the statement that there is still a lack in the application of walls, ceilings, and furnishings (furntutre). So additions and improvements are needed such as walls, ceilings and furniture in the Padang State University Central Library.

The database has many benefits, some of which are facilitating data management, data accuracy, increasing productivity, cost savings, as a material for making better decisions and helping to maintain data security. The purpose of thisresearch is to understand what are thebenefits of databases and how to implement databases for organizations or companies. By knowing the benefits of a database, an organization or company can make good decisions or policies in managing andutilizing their data. The method in this study uses a qualitative method by conducting a survey to find out the benefits of the database at the UIN North Sumatra Library and what facilities are obtained by implementing the database in managingits information system. The results obtained from this study are that the North Sumatra Uin Library utilizes databases in improving services by carrying out several developments such as an online library, an application called OPAC, an application that makes it easy to check library collections and a web called repository which is a collection application. the work of students. The North Sumatra State Islamic University Library has developed an online database system to store and share information resources with users. This article discusses the use of the online database provided by UIN SU Library as a source of information for users. Utilization of online databases can provide several advantages for users, such as easy and fast access to various sources of information, flexibility to access databases from anywhere and anytime, and the availability of complete and up-to-date information resources. The online database of UIN SU Library includes various types of information sources, such as electronic books, electronic journals, theses, dissertations, and other digital collections. Research objectives in abstract journals utilizing online databases may vary depending on the focus and scope of the research being conducted. However, some of the general goals of online database utilization research are to understand users' use of online databases, evaluate the quality and effectiveness of online databases, and increase the use of online databases for specific purposes. The research methodology in the abstract of online database utilization journals usually includes several stages, namely identification of research objectives, data collection, analysis of database use, evaluation of database quality and interpretation of results.

Pembentukan Literasi Sekolah merupakan program penting yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan memahami informasi dengan baik dan benar, menulis dengan baik dan benar, berpikir kritis, dan berbicara dengan baik dan benar. Khususnya di SD MIN 3 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pentingnya keterampilan literasi bagi siswa dan juga membantu sekolah dalam membuat program literasi. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif melalui pengamatan terhadap sumber data berupa hasil lisan atau tulisan. Data penelitian ini langsung di dapatkan langsung untuk mengetahui bagaimana membentuk literasi seluruh siswa dengan membentuk program literasi Di SD MIN 3 Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau. Data penelitian ini melibatkan guru/walikelas dan seluruh tingkatan kelas. Pembentukan literasi di SD juga dapat membantu anak-anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mereka. Oleh karena itu, pembentukan literasi di SD harus dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah yang sistematis dan terencana. Menyediakan bahan bacaan yang berkualitas, melibatkan orang tua dalam proses pembelajaran, menjalin kerjasama dengan perpustakaan, menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang menarik, dan mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan literasi adalah beberapa langkah yang dapat dilakukan dalam pembentukan literasi di SD. Dengan pembentukan literasi yang baik, anak-anak dapat memahami informasi dengan baik dan benar, menulis dengan baik dan benar, berpikir kritis, dan berbicara dengan baik dan benar.  

The main focus of this research is to know and analyze the level of student satisfaction in services at the library at the Muhammadiyah University of Jambi. The data in this study were obtained based on primary data using surveys in collecting data through questionnaires. The number of samples is 100 respondents who are students of Jambi Muhammadiyah University. The variables in the study used 5 dimensions of service quality consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles as measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that the importance and quality of service indicated that student respondents in using library services were satisfied with the services provided by the Jambi Muhammadiyah University library. In addition, the results of the analysis in this study showed that the average respondent's answers related to student satisfaction with library services at Jambi Muhammadiyah University were at a value of 4.5, which means that respondents were very satisfied in using library services at Jambi Muhammadiyah University.

Tindak pidana pencurian merupakan suatu perbuatan mengambil harta orang lain dengan cara sembunyi-sembunyi. Pencurian termasuk salah satu perbuatan yang dapat merusak hubungan antar masyarakat. Jika dibiarkan begitu saja maka akan sering terjadinya kerusakan hubungan masyarakat yang ditimbulkan.[1] Dalam hukum positif, tindak pidana pencurian diatur dalam pasal 362 sampai dnegan 367 KUHP. Dan Di dalam hukum islam, pencuri disebutkan sebagai sariqoh. Dan ancaman bagi sariqoh adalah potong tangan. Banyak tindak pidana yang dapat disangkut pautkan pada anak dibawah umur. Fatalnya jika subjek (pelaku) dari tindak pidana adalah dari kalangan anak dibawah umur yang masih belum mencukupi umur dalam hukum. karena anak merupakan masa depan negara, merekalah yang kelak akan menjadi penerus bangsa. Maka dari itu anak harus difasilitasi pendidikan yang berkualitas agar kelak negara dapat berkembang dengan baik. Tindak pidana pencurian yang dilakukan oleh orang dewasa sudah sangatlah biasa dikalangan masyarakat, dan penangkapan serta menjalani proses hukumnya pun sudah sangatlah umum. Namun jika pelaku pencurian adalah dari kalangan anak dibawah umur, maka proses hukumnya berbeda.[2]  Maka dari itu hal ini sangatlah menarik untuk dilakukan penelitian dan ditemukan pemecahan masalah mengenai anak dibawah umur sebagai pelaku tindak pidana khususnya tindak pidana pencurian. Pasal 4 Undang-undang 3 Tahun 1997 Tentang Pengadilan Anak menegaskan bahwasanya seorang anak dapat diminta pertanggung jawaban perbuatannya adalah ketika berusia delapan belum mencapai delapan belas tahun dan yang belum menikah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kedudukan dan pemidanaan terhadap kasus anak dibawah umur sebagai pelaku tindak pidana pencurian dalam tiga perspektif, yaitu perspektif hukum positif, hukum islam, dan perspektif penologi. Kurangnya minat baca dikalangan mahasiswa mengakibatkan kurangnya ide-ide dan pendapat mereka dalam beragumentasi secara inovatif dan kreatif yang nampak dalam presentasi tugas dan menghasilkan karya.jurnal ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi pustaka (library research) dengan memanfaatkan artikel, jurnal, buku-buku, dan akses internet sebagai sumbernya. jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kurangnya minat baca para mahasiswa, dampak rendahnya minat baca mahasiswa dan cara meningkatkan minat baca remaja. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dalam panelitian ini yaitu dampak rendahnya minat baca mahasiswa dapat mempengaruhi kurangnya kemampuan mereka dalam penguasaan bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan cara menikatkan minat bacamahasiswa meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan di sekolah dan lingkungan masyarakat ketersediaan bahan bacaan memungkinkan tiap orang untuk memilih apa yang sesuai dengan minat dan kepentingannya. Adapun simpulan dari penelitian ini dampak dari kurangnya minat baca di kalanggan mahasiswa dapat mempengaruhi kemajuan bangsa dan sumberdaya manusianya.  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika dan strategi program literasi di UPTD SD 57 Barru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan lokasi penelitian di UPTD SD 57 Barru. Informan penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara.Beberapa problematika yang diidentifikasi dalam program literasi di UPTD SD 57 Barru antara lain adalah strategi belajar yang diberikan oleh guru, ketersediaan sarana yang kurang mendukung dan terbatas, serta rendahnya minat membaca pada siswa.Untuk mengatasi problematika tersebut, beberapa strategi dan solusi program literasi diusulkan. Pertama, guru perlu terus meningkatkan diri dan memberikan motivasi kepada siswa dalam hal literasi. Mereka juga dapat mengadakan program bacaan yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Kedua, penting bagi sekolah untuk menyediakan sarana yang memadai untuk mendukung kegiatan literasi, seperti perpustakaan mini dalam kelas. Dengan adanya akses mudah terhadap bahan bacaan, diharapkan minat siswa dalam membaca dapat meningkat. Ketiga, penghargaan dapat diberikan sebagai bentuk motivasi kepada siswa untuk lebih termotivasi dalam meningkatkan literasi. Penghargaan ini dapat berupa sertifikat, pengakuan publik, atau hadiah lain yang dapat mendorong siswa untuk aktif dalam kegiatan literasi. Dengan menerapkan strategi dan solusi program literasi ini, diharapkan UPTD SD 57 Barru dapat mengatasi problematika yang ada dan meningkatkan tingkat literasi siswa. Penting bagi guru, kepala sekolah, dan orang tua untuk bekerjasama dalam mendukung program literasi ini guna memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas bagi peserta didik.
