Small-scale industries such as tofu and tempeh factories play a significant role in the local economy but often face serious issues such as workplace accidents. This study aims to describe the working conditions and their relation to unsafe acts by workers at the XYZ tofu and tempeh factory. A descriptive qualitative approach was used through direct observation and interviews with four workers. The findings show that a hot and noisy work environment, poor ventilation, and disorganized workspace affect workers’ behavior in carrying out tasks without using proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Unsafe work practices have become a common habit due to factors such as routine behavior, limited facilities, and demands for work efficiency. The study concludes that an unsupportive work environment is directly associated with the increase in unsafe behavior. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the working environment, including ventilation, workspace layout, and adequate provision of PPE, as well as to increase workers’ awareness of occupational health and safety through regular training and outreach. These measures are essential to foster a safe and healthy work culture in small-scale industrial settings.

Childhood represents a pivotal stage in every individual's development, particularly in the social and emotional domains. Young children are highly reliant on the support of their surrounding environment to recognize and manage their emotions. Indeed, emotional awareness develops progressively, commencing from physical. sensations to the capacity to comprehend complex emotions. However, children with intricate life backgrounds and a lack of parental figures tend to encounter obstacles in understanding the emotions they experience. Based on observations conducted on early childhood children at the GA Orphanage, it was found that their level of emotional awareness is still relatively low. Consequently, a structured activity-based approach was implemented to assist these children in understanding and managing their emotions.

This study aims to examine the "Implementation of Inclusive Learning for Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) at SDN Kemuning Tarik Sidoarjo", especially in inclusive classes. This study applies a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research findings reveal that the implementation of inclusive learning has attempted to answer the needs of children with ADHD, although there are still a number of obstacles such as minimal training for teachers and limited supporting facilities. Strategies that have been successfully implemented include the use of an individual approach, positive reinforcement, and curriculum adaptation. Increased collaboration between parties and policy support from schools are needed for the sustainability of inclusive and effective learning.

Electronic money laundering has become a critical issue as a form of cybercrime. Advances in technology demonstrate that digital forensic applications, particularly those utilizing smartphones, can be employed to uncover digital traces of money laundering transactions. This study aims to analyze the relevance of existing legal frameworks, the effectiveness of smartphone forensic techniques, and the challenges faced in their implementation in Indonesia. Based on a review of the literature and regulatory analysis, it was found that legal frameworks such as UU No. 8 of 2010 on the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering (TPPU) and UU No. 19 of 2016 on Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) provide an adequate legal foundation. However, gaps in implementation, such as limited human and technological resources, remain significant obstacles. Forensic techniques, including metadata analysis and device extraction, have shown great potential in identifying the flow of illicit funds. Nonetheless, their application is hindered by data confidentiality and the lack of uniform technical standards. Given the increasing complexity of digital crimes, an integrated approach is required, combining regulatory strengthening with technological capacity building, to enhance the effectiveness of smartphone forensics in addressing electronic money laundering.

Diabetic retinopathy is a microvascular complication that often occurs in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus and is a major cause of blindness in older adults and the elderly. This study aims to describe the characteristics of diabetic retinopathy in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus through a literature review of 10 journals published between 2022 and 2025. The results of the analysis show that the prevalence of diabetic retinopathy globally reaches 35%, with the main risk factors including long duration of diabetes (>5 years), high HbA1c levels (>7%), and poor glycemic control. The majority of cases of diabetic retinopathy are found in the non-proliferative stage (65%), which is characterized by microaneurysms and retinal hemorrhages, while the proliferative stage is less common but has a high risk of causing blindness. The study also revealed that patients with comorbidities such as hypertension and dyslipidemia tend to experience more severe diabetic retinopathy. Further stages of diabetic retinopathy if not managed properly can cause vision-threatening conditions. However, low patient compliance in metabolic control and eye examination is a major challenge. Management of diabetic retinopathy requires a holistic approach that includes patient education, regular screening, and comprehensive risk factor control to prevent progression of diabetic retinopathy and maintain the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Active surveillance is carried out through community and school screenings using the SDQ and SRQ-20 instruments, followed by diagnosis, counseling, and initial management. Plastic has become an inseparable part of human life today. Various products used by humans in their daily lives are often found to come from plastic. The use of plastic is growing and its utilization is increasingly widespread in the field of life so that if this waste is not managed properly it will cause pollution.
