Organizational structure is crucial because it determines the tasks and functions, as well as how coordination and communication are carried out within the organization. Higher education management requires appropriate organizational structure design, especially in private universities, where there are differences between operations and asset management. The organizational structure must align with the organization's development maturity level to be adaptive, mature, and capable of adapting to emerging developments. This study aims to design an organizational structure for private universities that have unique characteristics and require professional management. Through a comparative analysis of various literature studies and case studies from three different private universities, this study aims to provide recommendations for an appropriate organizational structure to manage private universities in Indonesia. The results of this study can help develop organizational structures for private universities in Indonesia to improve communication and coordination and become professional organizations in the long term.

The presence of a strong trademark is also a determining factor for the success of a business in today's digital era. An attractive and professional brand design can differentiate the products or services sold from what competitors offer. However, not all business actors, especially enterpreneur activists, have sufficient knowledge and resources to create a quality brand design. Therefore, it is essential to enhance the capabilities of entrepreneurs in consistently producing appealing and effective brand designs. One practical approach is to promote the use of user-friendly graphic design tools, such as Canva, through awareness and outreach programs. With Canva, enterpreneur players can create professional brand designs without the need to have in-depth graphic design skills. The primary aim of this study is to enhance entrepreneurs' skills in designing appealing and professional trademarks by promoting the use of the Canva application through socialization efforts. This research is anticipated to offer the following advantages:: First, increasing the knowledge of enterpreneur about the importance of trademark design. Second, increasing the ability of enterpreneur to use Canva's basic features in creating brand designs. Third, helping enterpreneur in creating brand designs that match the identity of their business profile. This research was conducted in several stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The expected output of this research is an increase in the capacity of enterpreneur stakeholders. After attending the training, the ability of enterpreneur players in Bedug Village, Pangka Sub-district, Tegal Regency to create brand designs increased significantly. New brand designs: new brand designs that are more attractive and professional were created by the trainee enterpreneur. Scientific Publication: The research results can be published in the form of scientific papers or seminar reports to enrich the repertoire of science.

Latar Belakang: Pemberian anestesi spinal menimbulkan efek samping mual muntah pasca operasi yang dapat menimbulkan kekurangan cairan.Terapi non farmakologi yang dapat digunakan ialah pemberian aromaterapi lemon. Aromaterapi lemon dapat menurunkan intensitas mual muntah pada pasien pasca operasi karena akan memberikan efek relaksasi pada pasien. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Aromaterapi Lemon Terhadap Penurunan Intensitas Mual Muntah Pasca Operasi Dengan Anestesi Spinal di RSUD R.A.A Tjokronegoro Purworejo. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Pre-Experimental dengan one group pretest and posttest design. Sampel pada penelitian ini pasien pasca operasi dengan anestesi spinal yang mengalami mual muntah di RSUD R.A.A Tjokronegoro Purworejo berjumlah 30 responden.Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji wilcoxon signed rank test.Hasil: Hasil uji statistik Nilai p-value 0.000<0,005 Ha diterima ada pengaruh Pemberian Aromaterapi Lemon Terhadap Penurunan Intensitas Mual Muntah Pasca Operasi Dengan Anestesi Spinal di RSUD R.A.A Tjokronegoro Purworejo. sebelum diberikan aromaterapi Mayoritas responden merasa mual saja sebanyak 21 (70%),setelah pemberian aromaterapi lemon mayoritas responden tidak merasa mual dan muntah sebanyak 26 (86,7%).Simpulan: Adanya pengaruh Pemberian Aromaterapi Lemon Terhadap Penurunan Intensitas Mual Muntah Pasca Operasi Dengan Anestesi Spinal di RSUD R.A.A Tjokronegoro Purworejo.Saran: peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan menggunakan sampel yang lebih besar dan dapat mengendalikan faktor durasi pembedahan.

Komunikasi terapeutik penting dalam keperawatan anestesiologi, terutama untuk mengatasi kecemasan pasien pre operasi. Self-efficacy mahasiswa berperan dalam efektivitas komunikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dengan penerapan komunikasi terapeutik pada mahasiswa Keperawatan Anestesiologi Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. Desain penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, melibatkan 60 mahasiswa semester 6. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) dan kuesioner komunikasi terapeutik. Hasil menunjukkan mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki self-efficacy tinggi (85%) dan komunikasi terapeutik baik (95%). Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara keduanya (p = 0,000; r = 0,588). Disimpulkan bahwa self-efficacy berhubungan positif dengan penerapan komunikasi terapeutik. Disarankan institusi memperkuat pembelajaran dan praktik komunikasi terapeutik untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy mahasiswa.

Pijat bayi merupakan salah satu bentuk stimulasi sentuhan yang dapat mendukung tumbuh kembang bayi, termasuk membantu mengatasi gangguan tidur. Meskipun praktik ini telah dikenal secara tradisional di Indonesia, pemahaman masyarakat mengenai manfaat dan teknik pijat bayi yang tepat masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang Pijat bayi terhadap minat melakukan Pijat bayi kepada tenaga kesehatan di Tempat Praktek Mandiri Bidan (TPMB) Iswati, Kecamatan Senduro, Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 1–12 bulan sebanyak 30 orang, dengan teknik total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square melalui aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan minat melakukan baby massage ke tenaga kesehatan(p-value = 0,020 ; < alfa = 0,05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi pengetahuan ibu, maka semakin besar pula minat mereka untuk melakukan pijat bayi secara profesional. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam pengembangan program edukasi bagi ibu mengenai pentingnya pijat bayi, serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya.

Praktik klinik penting bagi mahasiswa kesehatan untuk menerapkan teori ke praktik nyata, namun, insiden keselamatan pasien di Indonesia terus meningkat, dengan laporan insiden keselamatan pasien pada tahun 2019 mencapai 7.465 kasus. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa keperawatan anestesiologi perlu kesiapan terkait patient safety sebelum praktik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh video edukasi patient safety terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa Keperawatan Anestesiologi Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental dengan desain pretest-posttest control group yang melibatkan 66 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann Whitney. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata skor pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa kelompok intervensi meningkat setelah edukasi, dengan pengaruh signifikan video edukasi terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa (p = 0,000). Kesimpulannya, video edukasi efektif meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi praktik klinik.

Pemulihan kesadaran setelah general anestesi merupakan fase kritis yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah penggunaan sevoflurane sebagai agen anestesi inhalasi. Waktu pulih sadar yang terlalu lama dapat berisiko menimbulkan komplikasi pascaoperasi dan memperpanjang waktu perawatan di ruang pemulihan. Variasi dalam penggunaan volume persentase sevoflurane dapat memengaruhi waktu pulih sadar pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persentase sevoflurane dengan lama pulih sadar pasien yang menjalani anestesi umum di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan rancangan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari pasien dewasa (19–59 tahun) yang menjalani operasi dengan anestesi umum menggunakan agen inhalasi sevoflurane. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi lembar observasi, jam, dan data dari mesin anestesi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian dari 60 jumlah responden yang diteliti, responden yang mengalami pulih sadar lama sebanyak 21 responden (35,0%), lalu pulih sadar sedang sebanyak 24 responden (40,0%), dan yang mengalami pulih sadar cepat sebanyak 15 responden (25,0%). Hasil uji Spearman Rank menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (p-value) 0,000 < 0,05, yang mengindikasikan adanya korelasi positif antara kedua variabel tersebut.

Motivasi belajar merupakan dorongan yang berasal dari internal maupun eksternal diri seseorang. Motivasi belajar menjadi faktor penting dalam keberhasilan pendidikan mahasiswa. Tetapi, rendahnya motivasi belajar masih menjadi kendala utama, yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya minat terhadap media pembelajaran yang digunakan. E-pocket book menjadi salah satu solusi alternatif karena bersifat praktis, mudah diakses, dan memuat materi pembelajaran secara ringkas namun padat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adakah efektivitas pemberian E-pocket book anestesi untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa pra-klinik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest and posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa D4 Keperawatan Anestesiologi Angkatan 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yaitu berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner motivasi belajar. Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil yang didapatkan ialah sebelum diberikan E-pocket book anestesi sebagian besar responden berada pada tingkat motivasi yang sedang dengan presentase 50% dan sesudah diberikan sebagian besar responden berada pada tingkt motivasi belajar yang tinggi dengan presentase 86.7% . Hasil uji Wilcoxon nilai p-value 0,001 maka nilai p-value <0,05.

Innovation in the fashion industry is increasingly influenced by the integration of technology, which plays a crucial role in creating more efficient and sustainable design practices. This study explores the potential of combining fabric slashing techniques with artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize the design process, reduce textile waste, and support sustainability goals. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study involved experimentally developing an AI-based algorithm capable of automatically generating cutting patterns. Surveys and in-depth interviews with fashion designers provided qualitative insights into the acceptance, feasibility, and challenges of adopting this technology in a real-world design environment. The results indicate that integrating AI into cutting techniques reduced textile waste by up to 25%, while accelerating the design process and enabling the creation of more complex and innovative patterns compared to traditional manual methods. Furthermore, designers reported that the AI-based system not only increased efficiency but also expanded creative opportunities by presenting previously unimaginable design alternatives. The study also highlights the broader implications of AI applications in fashion innovation, particularly in adapting industry practices to global sustainability demands. By reducing waste and encouraging smarter production systems, AI has the potential to catalyze the transformation of the fashion industry towards an environmentally friendly and resource-efficient sector. The results of this study reinforce the importance of implementing cutting-edge technologies in response to growing environmental concerns and market demand for sustainable fashion. This research also makes a significant contribution to the development of modern design approaches by presenting empirical evidence of the synergistic benefits of traditional techniques and digital intelligence, while also offering practical recommendations for designers, researchers, and industry stakeholders to utilize AI as a strategy in building a sustainable fashion ecosystem that balances creativity, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in driving local and national economic growth. However, in the development of business spaces, environmentally friendly aspects of interior design often receive less attention. This research aims to increase MSME actors' understanding of the principles of sustainable and environmentally friendly interior design. The method used is an educational approach through training and workshops for a number of MSME players in the culinary and retail sectors. The material presented includes selecting environmentally friendly materials, managing natural lighting, cross ventilation, and energy efficient space planning. The evaluation results show an increase in participants' knowledge and awareness of the importance of implementing environmentally friendly interior design, which also has an impact on operational cost efficiency and improving business image. Thus, it is hoped that this program can encourage the creation of MSME business spaces that are not only functional and visually attractive, but also support environmental sustainability.

This research aims to develop a digital weighing scale based on Arduino Nano that can be used to accurately measure the weight of products in micro, small,and medium enterprises (MSMEs) producing ginger powder, specifically for the MSME "Bubuk Jahe Bu Mai." Additionally, this research also includes the design of attractive and practical packaging to enhance the product's appeal in the market. The implementation of this digital weighing scale is expected to improve efficiency in the production process and ensure product weight consistency, while the packaging design aims to attract consumers' attention and enhance the product's image. The method used is research and development (R&D) with a product design approach and tool testing. The results of this research show that the developed digital weighing scale can produce accurate measurements with a very small margin of error. The packaging design also successfully improved the product's presentation, which can attract consumers' attention. The implementation of these two components is expected to improve the quality of "Bubuk Jahe Bu Mai" products and provide a positive impact on the product's competitiveness in the market.

One method of drying Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae that can be applied is drying using a continuous microwave oven. This tool utilizes microwaves emitted to evaporate water. In addition, the use of a conveyor that runs on a microwave oven as a medium or place to place BSF larvae is expected to simplify the production process. This study was conducted to determine the design and strength analysis of the thermal structure of a continuous microwave oven-type BSF larva dryer using Solidworks software. The specifications of the continuous microwave oven-type BSF larva dryer have a capacity of 15 kg, a heating input power of 8 KW and a temperature of 100℃. With variations in heating time of 20, 30, and 40 minutes. The results of the thermal structure analysis of the BSF larva dryer type continuous microwave oven based on the simulation obtained stress with the highest value of  and the lowest value of . The results of the displacement simulation with the highest value of  and the lowest value of . The Safety factor simulation result is 3.2. So from the simulation results it can be said that it is safe to continue to the manufacturing process.

A 300 kVA generator set is an important tool as a backup power source in many sectors. Manual monitoring of generator set performance is often inefficient and can cause delays in detecting problems. Various advances in Internet of Things (IoT) technology have enabled the design of remote monitoring systems to overcome these limitations. This study aims to develop an IoT-based monitoring tool capable of monitoring important generator set parameters such as voltage, current, power, and engine temperature in real-time. This will enhance generator set management efficiency and reduce the risk of damage. The method used is an experimental approach involving the creation of an IoT-based monitoring system prototype. Operational data from the generator set is collected using sensors and then transmitted to an IoT platform for analysis. This research uses PZEM-004T sensors to monitor parameters such as power, current, and voltage. RTD PT100 sensors monitor parameters such as engine temperature, oil temperature, and turbo temperature. Honeywell PX3 sensors monitor oil pressure. Honeywell 1GT101DC sensors monitor engine speed. The results of the study show that the device works well with an average error of 0.76% from the sensors used. The greater the distance between the Wi-Fi modem and the device, the slower the data response speed.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product design and brand image on purchasing decisions of Honda Vario Automatic Motorcycles through word of mouth as an intervening variable in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The method used in this study is quantitative with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents who are consumers of Honda Vario Automatic Motorcycles in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. Data processing using SmartPLS 4 with the conclusion that product quality and product design do not have a positive effect on purchasing decisions or word of mouth. Conversely, word of mouth has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and word of mouth. In addition, word of mouth is only able to mediate the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions, but cannot mediate the influence of product quality and product design on purchasing decisions.

Mutu pelayanan keperawatan menjadi salah satu indikator utama dalam menilai keberhasilanpelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, khususnya pada unit rawat inap. Pelayanan keperawatan yang berkualitas tidak hanya mencerminkan profesionalisme tenaga kesehatan, tetapi juga berkontribusi secara langsung terhadap kepuasan dan kenyamanan pasien selama menjalani proses perawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU Mitra Sejati Medan tahun 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan lima dimensi    SERVQUAL: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap (p < 0,05), di mana dimensi empathy dan responsiveness menunjukkan kontribusi yang paling dominan terhadap tingkat kepuasan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan secara tanggap, penuh empati, dan profesional dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien serta citra positif rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kompetensi dan pendekatan humanistik oleh tenaga keperawatan perlu menjadi prioritas dalam pengelolaan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit.

This study highlights the role of packaging design in attracting consumers and building brand loyalty in a competitive market. As a growing bakery brand in DKI Jakarta, Bakerman faces challenges in maintaining customer loyalty amid intense competition. Packaging design not only serves as product protection but also as a communication tool that shapes consumer perceptions of product quality and value. This study aims to analyze how packaging design elements, such as color, typography, and materials, influence Bakerman’s brand loyalty. Using a quantitative approach through surveys, data is collected from consumers in DKI Jakarta and analyzed using linear regression to understand the relationship between packaging design and brand loyalty. The findings are expected to contribute to the field of visual communication design and consumer behavior. Practically, this research provides strategic recommendations for Bakerman to optimize packaging design in strengthening customer loyalty and market competitiveness.

The 21st century has brought significant challenges and transformations to the world of education, demanding a curriculum that integrates critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills (4C), as well as digital literacy and ethical responsibility. This study aims to explore a contextual curriculum design for Christian Religious Education (PAK) that is relevant to the holistic development of students in today's era. Using a qualitative descriptive method based on literature review, the research analyzes theoretical concepts and previous studies related to contextual and character-based Christian education. The findings show that a transformative and contextual PAK curriculum must address not only the cognitive dimension but also affective and psychomotor aspects, rooted in real-life experiences and local cultural contexts. The role of teachers as facilitators, curriculum designers, and role models is central to effective implementation. This study provides implications for curriculum development policies, teacher training, and further research in applied classroom settings.

Currently, the world is facing Global Warning Phenomena, El Nino and La Nina, each of these natural phenomena makes above-average rainfall at a time and place and an area, especially impacting large cities that are passed through by water due to high rainfall. With inadequate city channels to accommodate rainwater flow, it results in, among other things, high floods, landslides due to the soil no longer being able to accommodate high rainfall, high Rob floods due to seawater overflowing into coastal areas of the city. Based on the disaster data due to high rainfall, Research, Handling and Mitigation Planning is needed with the aim of obtaining data for drainage design. The study is the observation of rainfall for 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, and 20 years, so that by calculating the intensity of rain using the Gumbel and Pearson III Log distribution methods, accurate data is obtained to determine the drainage dimensions that must be made in a city and the dimensions of retaining walls along the coast to overcome storm disasters in coastal areas or big cities.

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of packaging label design and promotional media (brochures) in increasing brand awareness of the WOW SUKE kefir milk and ice cream products. The method used is a Brand Lift Study, conducted through surveys with 53 respondents before and after exposure to the promotional materials. The results show a significant increase in brand awareness, from 21.1% before exposure to 49.1% after, indicating a growth of 132.7%. The brand recall rate reached 98.1%, meaning the majority of respondents immediately recalled the WOW SUKE brand when thinking of kefir milk. However, brand recognition was only 49.1%, with 50.9% of respondents still unfamiliar with or uncertain about the brand's existence. Visual design elements—such as colors, imagery, and information layout—were rated very positively by most respondents, suggesting that clear and attractive visual communication can effectively enhance brand perception. In conclusion, the study demonstrates that well-crafted packaging and promotional materials significantly improve brand awareness. Nevertheless, further improvements in communication strategy and promotional distribution, particularly through digital channels, are necessary to broaden audience reach and strengthen brand recognition.

This research is motivated by the development of the local fashion industry driving increasingly competitive competition, including in the bag product sector. This study aims to determine the effect of product design, word of mouth, and price on purchasing decisions for TBLZ Official bag products in Kediri, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used is quantitative research with a causal research type. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were TBLZ Official consumers. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study indicate that partially the variables of product design, word of mouth, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as indicated by their respective significance values ​​below 0.05. Simultaneously, the three variables also have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a calculated F value of 330.712 and a significance of 0.001. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) value of 0.909 indicates that 90.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the three independent variables. Thus, companies are advised to focus on design innovation, strengthen word of mouth strategies, and consider appropriate pricing in order to increase consumer purchasing decisions. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perkembangan industri fashion lokal mendorong persaingan yang semakin kompetitif, termasuk dalam sektor produk tas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh desain produk, word of mouth, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tas TBLZ Official di Kediri, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen TBLZ Official. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel desain produk, word of mouth, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing di bawah 0,05. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 330,712 dan signifikansi 0,001. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,909 mengindikasikan bahwa 90,9% variasi dalam keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen. Dengan demikian, perusahaan disarankan untuk fokus pada inovasi desain, memperkuat strategi word of mouth, serta mempertimbangkan penetapan harga yang sesuai agar dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.   Kata kunci: Desain Produk, Word Of Mouth, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian, Tblz Official
