The Mranggen III Health Center is one of the government agencies in the technical implementing unit of the Demak District health office. Patient registration services and administrative payments at the Mranggen III Health Center are still conventional, causing long queues. In addition, the process of processing data to become information cannot be accessed directly by the leadership because there are no computerized and multi-user or client-server applications. Based on these problems, a Puskesmas administration information system design was made that could suit the needs. Making an information system using the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as a multiuser-based database. With the design of the development of an administrative information system for the Mranggen III Health Center, it is hoped that it will be able to handle the problems that exist in the Mranggen III Health Center, namely being able to speed up service to patients and by using a multiuser-based information system. Leaders and several staff can access it simultaneously and quickly.

Oculi trauma is one of the emergency cases in ophthalmology that happens often and usually can cause permanent vision loss. Traumatic hyphema is caused by blunt or penetrating injury and can accumulate blood mixed with aqueous humor in camera oculi anterior. Case report a 51-year-old male patient came to the hospital complaining of visual loss in his left eye after being hit by a rock. There was increasing intraocular pressure with blood in the camera oculi anterior, which may cause vision to decrease. The basic principles of the treatment in this patient are giving prophylaxis, decreasing intraocular pressure, and follow-up relating to the medication because complications such as secondary bleeding and infection may happen.    

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of Nidji's song; (2) the imagery contained in the lyrics of the song Nidji; and (3) the application of Nidji's song lyrics in learning to identify the elements of poetry in class X SMA. The data collection of this research was carried out using the observation method. The data analysis of this research is content analysis. The results of data analysis are presented with informal techniques. Based on the data and discussion, it is concluded that (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of the Nidji song include (a) hyperbole figure of speech which serves to exaggerate the situation when someone is in love. His heart blossomed and everything became beautiful; (b) association figure of speech serves to describe different vibrations when falling in love with millions of feelings; (2) The types of imagery in Nidji's song lyrics consist of (a) auditory images found in the lyrics "I hear the singing of a thousand gods and goddesses of love" and "Echoing the world", (b) visual images found in the lyrics "I see the sun will come to me” and “I see the moon will come to me”, (c) the motion images found in the lyrics “Come to me, hug me dearly” and “The moon will come to me”. (3) The application of learning using Nidji's song lyrics is in accordance with basic competencies 3.17 Analyzing the elements of poetry building. The method used is Discovery Based Learning with learning steps which include the following: greeting and motivation, apperception, division of study groups, analyzing Nidji's song When I Fall in Love based on figurative and imagery elements, presentations, and concluding learning activities.

Incremental rotary encoder is a sensor that can be used to measure the degree of rotation in ship steering simulations. To create a ship steering simulation, Visual Basic software was used to simulate the movement of the rudder and ship. Meanwhile, to obtain incremental rotary encoder reading data, serial communication is used via Universal Serial Bus (USB) media bridged by Arduino which is programmed to convert incremental sensor signals into ASCII signals with a bolt rate of 9600 bps. The aim of this research is to test the accuracy level of the incremental rotary encoder sensor in ship steering simulations using Visual Basic software on commercial ships by using the Solas rule that a ship's rudder must comply when rotated from the midship position to the 35 degree port side position followed by the 35 degree position. starboard side and returning to midship, the rudder movement time was less than 28 seconds. Test results in terms of response speed of the incremental rotary encoder sensor are very good, while in terms of accuracy level for one degree of steering rotation, the result is 4.571 on the Arduino IDE serial monitor reading..

Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan, penulis mengusulkan kepada PT.Perkebunan Sidoredjo untuk merancang aplikasi penggajian yang akan membantu menghitung gaji karyawan agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem ini akan penulis rancang menggunakan Visual Basic.Net. Karena aplikasi tersebut mudah dipahami, selain itu dalam penanganan Bug, Visual Basic.Net mempunyai fasilitas yang hebat dan Real Time Backgroud Compiler. Perancangan sistem ini akan melibatkan sistem lama yang ada di perusahaan untuk membuat sistem yang baru. Sistem yang telah selesai dibuat diharapkan perusahaan akan memperoleh kemudahan dalam menginput data sekaligus membantu pihak perusahaan dalam menyusun laporan penggajian secara akurat dan efesien.

Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information

Metode ini menggunakan pendekatan pada konsep jumlah pemesanan ekonomis yang dipakai pada setiap periode  yang bersifat permintaan diskrit atau beragam. Perhitungan metode period order quantity (POQ) menggunakan dasar pemesanan ekonomis yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai data pendukung untuk menghitung interval pemesanan yang optimal. Sehingga perusahaan dapat mengurangi beban biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam melakukan pemesanan. Dilihat dari masalah tersebut , maka penulis perlu mendesain ulang atas sistem informasi stok barang dengan menggunakan sistem yang berbasis komputer, yaitu program Microsoft Visual Basic. Desain sistem menggunakan Qlient-Server yang terdiri atas desain input, desain sistem dan prosedur , serta desain output. Sistem baru ini diharapkan mampu mengatasi kelemahan sistem informasi yang digunakan sebelumnya..
