Dysmenorrhea remains a common health problem among adolescent girls and may interfere with their daily activities. This condition is not only associated with hormonal factors but is also influenced by dietary intake patterns and body fat distribution. This study employed an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach involving 207 adolescent girls selected using a stratified random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using several instruments, including a Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ) to assess magnesium intake, waist-to-hip ratio (WHR/RLPP) measurements using a measuring tape, and menstrual pain intensity assessed using a pain scale. The relationships between variables were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test with a significance level of p < 0.05. The results showed that magnesium intake demonstrated a significant inverse relationship with pain intensity, indicating that higher magnesium intake was associated with lower menstrual pain levels. In addition, WHR was also significantly associated with dysmenorrhea among adolescent girls. Overall, it can be concluded that magnesium intake and WHR are related to the occurrence of dysmenorrhea.

This study analyzes the effect of capital structure and firm growth on firm value with dividend policy as a mediating variable in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2024. The volatility of the property sector influenced by global and domestic economic conditions encourages the importance of understanding firm value formation mechanisms. The research method uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique resulting in 66 observations from 11 companies during the research period. Data analysis uses Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling through SmartPLS application to test relationships between variables. The results show that capital structure and firm growth have no direct significant effect on firm value, but have a significant negative effect on dividend policy. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value and is able to fully mediate the effect of capital structure and firm growth on firm value with Variance Accounted For values of 151.6% and 90.4% respectively. These findings confirm the importance of dividend policy as a credible signaling mechanism regarding the company's ability to generate sustainable cash flows in creating value for shareholders amid the volatility of Indonesia's property sector.

The purpose of this study is to examine how online promotion, product innovation, and brand image affect product competitiveness in Batam City's flower bucket equipment industry (CV Acmeteam). This study employs a quantitative methodology, gathering information from 100 respondents via questionnaires using Simple Random Sampling with Slovin formula from a population of 135 active customers. Data were analyzed through validity tests, reliability tests (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.750), classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, partial t-test, simultaneous F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). Results show that all questionnaire items are valid and reliable. The normality test (Asymp. Sig. = 0.866 > 0.05) indicates normally distributed data, and no multicollinearity (VIF < 10) or heteroscedasticity (Sig. > 0.05) was detected. Regression analysis reveals that online promotion (β = 0.521, Sig. = 0.041), product innovation (β = 0.668, Sig. = 0.033), and brand image (β = 0.458, Sig. = 0.049) each significantly influence product competitiveness. Simultaneously, all three variables are significant (F = 9.876, Sig. = 0.000) and explain 44.9% (R² = 0.449) of product competitiveness variance. Product innovation is the strongest predictor. This study concludes that strong brand image, continuous product innovation, and effective digital marketing are essential pillars for enhancing product competitiveness. Business actors must optimize these three elements to compete effectively in an increasingly open creative industry market.

This study examines customer churn prediction in subscription-based telecommunications from a digital marketing perspective using machine learning. The analysis utilizes a secondary dataset of 7,043 customer records that simulate behavioral, contractual, and financial attributes commonly found in telecom services. Three classification algorithms Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and Gradient Boosting are applied to model churn behavior. Data preprocessing includes handling missing values, encoding categorical variables, and splitting data into training and testing sets. Model performance is evaluated using accuracy, recall, and ROC-AUC, with emphasis on recall due to its importance in identifying at-risk customers. The results show that Gradient Boosting achieves the highest overall performance with an ROC-AUC of 0.84, while Logistic Regression provides relatively higher recall. Key drivers of churn include short-term contracts, higher monthly charges, and lower service engagement. However, recall remains moderate, indicating limitations in capturing complex behavioral factors. These findings suggest the need to combine predictive models with behavioral insights and highlight the importance of early customer engagement and long-term retention strategies.

This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of the work environment and work-life balance on employee work stress at Hotel X. The research design is causal quantitative, with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The sample was obtained through purposive sampling (non-probability) of 120 respondents. The research subjects were employees working in shifts. The analysis results show that, (1) both variables simultaneously have a negative and significant effect on work stress, (2) the work environment has a negative and significant effect (sig. 0.002), and (3) work-life balance has a negative and significant effect (sig. 0.000). The work-life balance variable dominates its influence compared to the work environment, as seen from the lower significance value. These findings confirm that improving work-life balance and the work environment effectively reduces stress, especially for shift workers who are vulnerable to time imbalance. Based on the results, organizations are advised to optimize human resource management by maintaining a balance between job demands and employee conditions, as well as ensuring a proportional workload. Improvement in work-life balance can be achieved through flexible leave policies, adequate breaks between shifts, no overtime days except in emergencies, and minimizing personal time interruptions. These steps are expected to enhance employee well-being, retention, and productivity in the hospitality sector. Further research is recommended to explore different variables and methods, including comparing non-shift employees with the same variables, for more comprehensive insights.

This study aims to examine the relationship between family support and depression levels among the elderly in Pejuang Village, Bekasi City, through a descriptive-narrative literature review. The review analyzed relevant scientific articles discussing family support, social support, and depression in older adults. Literature was selected based on the suitability of the elderly population, the presence of family or social support variables, and the measurement of depressive symptoms or depression levels. The analysis compared each article’s objectives, research design, respondent characteristics, instruments, findings, and conclusions. The results indicate that most studies found a relationship between family support or social support and depression among the elderly. Adequate family support, including emotional, instrumental, informational, and appraisal support, helps older adults feel cared for, valued, secure, and better able to adapt to the aging process. Preliminary findings at the Elderly Posyandu in Pejuang Village also show variations in family support and depression levels among elderly participants. Conversely, limited family support may increase loneliness, psychological distress, and depressive symptoms. Therefore, family support functions as a protective factor in reducing depression risk among older adults. Strengthening the involvement of families, health workers, and elderly posyandu cadres is necessary as a promotive and preventive strategy to maintain psychological well-being through education, early detection, and sustainable community-based assistance for vulnerable elderly groups living in community and family environments.
