Education is widely recognized as a crucial investment with significant economic and social benefits. This study employs a bibliometric approach to analyze trends, influential works, and research patterns related to Return on Education (RoE). Using Google Scholar as the primary data source, publication metadata were retrieved and analyzed with VOSviewer to visualize co-authorship networks, keyword co-occurrences, and citation relationships. The findings indicate an increasing research focus on RoE, particularly in areas concerning economic returns, labor market alignment, and educational policy optimization. The keyword analysis highlights the importance of skill development, policy adaptation, and industry collaboration in maximizing educational returns. Additionally, citation network analysis reveals the most influential studies shaping this field. Despite its contributions, this study acknowledges limitations in data completeness due to Google Scholar’s metadata constraints. The insights derived from this analysis provide valuable guidance for policymakers, educators, and researchers in enhancing the effectiveness of educational investments.

spam is posting unsolicited messages or advertising on social media, particularly Twitter. These messages are normally designed to sell specific products and services or links. In this research, we developed a fuzzy control system to detect Arabic spam tweets based on deep learning with a large language model. Initially, we performed text cleaning and further transformed text into vectors with the help of AraGpt and AraBert. Subsequently, we employed a multi-layer perceptron network model in feature extraction of essential features. Finally, we adopted the fuzzy logic control system for classifying spam tweets using features filtered from deep networks. Employing the proposed Fuzzy logic control system provided nearly a 100% comparative to only utilizing the deep neural networks, which yielded an almost 99% throughput for both large language models Aragpt and Arabert, with a 100% F1 score for the Aragpt model and 99% for Arabert model respectively.

This research investigates the resilience of coastal communities in Desa Sukamulya, Kecamatan Paku Haji, in responding to the impacts of climate change. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 40 respondents, including fishermen and coastal business actors. Findings reveal significant challenges faced by these communities, such as extreme weather, shifting fishing seasons, and declining fish catches, which negatively affect their economic sustainability. While awareness of climate change exists, gaps remain between understanding and actual adaptation efforts due to limited resources and inadequate infrastructure. The high dependency on fishing as a primary income source increases vulnerability, compounded by low savings, limited job diversification, and weak participation in social and cooperative networks. This study recommends enhancing livelihood diversification, improving coastal infrastructure, strengthening community organizations, providing climate education, and rehabilitating coastal ecosystems like mangroves and coral reefs. These strategies aim to bolster the resilience of coastal communities, ensuring better adaptation to climate change and the sustainability of their livelihoods.

This research analyzes the satisfaction level of PERISAI agents regarding BPJS Ketenagakerjaan regulations at the Darmo Surabaya Branch Office. The PERISAI program, launched in 2018, represents a strategic innovation in the agency system to expand membership, particularly in the Non-Wage Recipient (BPU) sector. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving participatory observation over four months (September-December 2024), in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. Results indicate that the PERISAI policy transformation since May 2022, particularly the increase in contribution incentives from 7.5% to 15%, has positively impacted agent motivation. The reward system combining financial and non-financial incentives through gathering programs and point systems proves effective in building loyalty. Success in achieving BPU participant acquisition targets is influenced by agents' ability to develop personal approaches and build local community networks. The integration of digital platforms in acquisition processes and performance monitoring enhances operational efficiency.
