The implementation of Community Service Program (KKN) in Pagur Village, Panyabungan District, focuses on the Tajhizul Mayyit (Corpse Management) program as a form of community service in the religious field. The main problem faced by the community is the limited knowledge and practical skills in performing fardu kifayah, especially regarding the procedures for managing a corpse according to Islamic sharia. This has the potential to cause difficulties when a death occurs, especially for families who lack a proper understanding of the correct Tajhizul Mayyit procedures. This activity aims to enhance community understanding of fardu kifayah obligations, provide systematic knowledge, and train practical skills in managing corpses, from washing, shrouding, praying, to burying. The methods used in this activity include outreach, deliberation, direct practice, and simulations with the community. Through this method, participants not only understand the theory but are also able to practice it directly. The results of the activity show a significant increase in the understanding and skills of the Pagur Village community. This is evident from the community's enthusiasm in participating in simulations, as well as their ability to perform the Tajhizul Mayyit stages correctly according to procedures. In addition, this activity also fosters a sense of togetherness, social care, and community readiness to help each other in fulfilling fardu kifayah obligations in their environment. Thus, the implementation of the Tajhizul Mayyit program during this KKN activity has made a real contribution to increasing the religious capacity of the community, as well as supporting the realization of a self-reliant, caring, and empowered community in implementing Islamic teachings.

Tedunan Beach in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu, holds exceptional potential as an ecotourism asset, attributed to its authentic and untouched natural landscape, featuring white sand stretches and a unique mangrove ecosystem. Sustainable tourism development, however, demands active participation and entrepreneurship from the local community, which is key to ensuring the equitable distribution of economic benefits and environmental preservation. This research aims to analyze the current community entrepreneurship models, identify challenges hindering business growth, and formulate strategic opportunities for development. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through in-depth interviews with business actors and community leaders, participant observation, and documentation studies. Findings indicate that community-based businesses have grown organically, albeit on a micro scale, encompassing fresh seafood culinary stalls, tourist hut rentals, and local guide services. Nevertheless, this growth is hampered by fundamental constraints: limited access to formal working capital, minimal promotion hindering market penetration, and a lack of professional training in financial management and tourism service standards. In response, an integrated development model is formulated recommending: increasing human resource capacity through business management and tourism awareness training, facilitating access to capital through partnerships, and strengthening digital-based promotion. In conclusion, Tedunan Beach tourism can be sustainable if supported by a comprehensive empowerment program that not only boosts economic income but also essentially fosters a sense of ownership and community responsibility towards the destination's preservation.

Criminal liability in modern law is built on the assumption that every individual is a rational and autonomous moral agent. However, neuroscientific evidence suggests that structural disruption of the amygdala and prefrontal cortex significantly impairs the capacity to judge actions ethically. This study aims to analyze the influence of neurological disorders on an individual's moral capacity and to formulate legal parameters for assessing criminal liability based on actual capacity. The research method employed normative legal research with a conceptual approach. The results indicate that perpetrators with dysfunction in the amygdala-PFC circuit experience a degradation of moral capacity that weakens the basis for the formation of mens rea in a substantive sense and falls outside the reach of legal systems that still rely on a model of responsibility based on the assumption of universal free will. The criminal legal system, in its current form, lacks a precise evaluative mechanism to distinguish between perpetrators with impaired moral control and those acting deliberatively. In this situation, the construction of criminal liability cannot be standardized, and reformulation of evaluation instruments is necessary to avoid sentencing bias against individuals with structural impairments in ethical capacity.

Earthquakes are natural disasters that frequently occur in coastal areas, posing significant threats to the survival and well-being of local communities. Due to the high vulnerability of these regions, it is crucial for the population to possess adequate preparedness and a strong sense of self-efficacy in responding to such disasters. Self-efficacy, referring to an individual's belief in their ability to overcome challenges or manage difficult situations, is considered a key factor in preparing for and responding to earthquakes. Previous studies have shown that individuals with higher levels of self-efficacy are more likely to be better prepared for natural disasters, including earthquakes. This study aims to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and earthquake preparedness in the Parangtritis community, specifically in Dusun Sono. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the extent to which self-efficacy is related to earthquake preparedness. This study employs a descriptive correlational approach with a cross-sectional design, allowing the researcher to identify the relationship between two variables at a single point in time. A sample of 85 respondents was selected using purposive sampling, based on specific characteristics relevant to the research objectives. The respondents were from the Dusun Sono community, Parangtritis. Data were analyzed using Kendall’s Tau test to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and preparedness for earthquake disasters. The analysis revealed that 74.1% of respondents exhibited high self-efficacy, and 49.9% demonstrated good preparedness. Statistical analysis indicated a significant relationship between self-efficacy and earthquake preparedness, with a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05), suggesting that the results are highly unlikely to have occurred by chance. Additionally, the correlation coefficient of 0.615 indicates a moderate strength of the relationship between the two variables. These findings provide strong evidence that higher levels of self-efficacy are associated with better preparedness for earthquake disasters.

A partnership agreement is a form of business collaboration, either directly or indirectly, that is established based on the principles of mutual need, mutual trust, mutual reinforcement, and mutual benefit. Such partnerships generally involve Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) working with larger businesses in order to create a fairer and more sustainable business relationship. However, in practice, the implementation of partnership agreements often does not reflect these fundamental principles. This is also evident in the nucleus-plasma scheme within the palm oil plantation sector, where the relationship between the nucleus companies and plasma farmers tends to show an imbalance of bargaining power. This study aims to examine the application of partnership principles in the implementation of nucleus-plasma agreements in palm oil plantations, viewed from the perspective of prevailing legislation, particularly the Law on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME Law). The findings indicate that the application of partnership principles has not yet been fully implemented consistently. The partnership relationship remains unequal and is largely dominated by the nucleus companies, creating a sense of injustice for plasma farmers. In terms of supervision, the Indonesian Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) plays a crucial role in ensuring that partnership agreements are carried out in line with these principles. One of the measures taken is monitoring the implementation of behavioral change commitments by business actors. KPPU ensures that nucleus companies do not abuse their dominant position and continue to provide fair opportunities for plasma farmers. Therefore, this study highlights the importance of strengthening oversight and enforcing regulations so that the objectives of nucleus-plasma partnerships in palm oil plantations can truly be realized in accordance with the principles mandated by law.

In the Candi Village community, there is still a phenomenon of a lack of awareness in understanding, exploring, and experiencing the historical values contained in Gedong Songo Temple. This condition has implications for the less than optimal use of historical sites as educational facilities and media for forming local cultural identity. Efforts to increase historical awareness are considered more effective if instilled from an early age through a contextual and applied educational approach. This study focused on students of SDN Candi 03, most of whom come from four hamlets around the area, namely Talun, Nglarangan, Ngipik, and Ndarum. The community service program designed aims to provide solutions to the partner's priority problem, namely low historical awareness among students, through the application of educational tourism and Project Based Learning (PjBL) methods. Educational tourism is positioned as a learning strategy that integrates recreational and educational aspects, allowing students to gain firsthand experience in interpreting historical sites. Meanwhile, PjBL is oriented towards project-based activities that encourage active student involvement in exploring real-world problems and producing creative products or solutions. The program is divided into three main stages: preparation, activity implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of these activities are expected to increase students' knowledge, awareness, and concern for local cultural heritage, while fostering a sense of responsibility in preserving Gedong Songo Temple. Thus, educational tourism and PjBL-based education can be a relevant alternative model for fostering historical awareness among the younger generation in areas surrounding historical sites.

Preoperative anxiety is one of the psychological problems that patients often experience and can affect physiological stability, response to anesthesia, and the postoperative recovery process. High levels of anxiety in patients leading up to surgery can have negative impacts, both physically and emotionally. One of the interventions that can be done to reduce anxiety is therapeutic communication by nurses. Therapeutic communication has an important role in creating a relationship of mutual trust, providing a sense of security, and helping patients understand the medical procedures to be undertaken. However, there are still conditions where therapeutic communication has not been implemented optimally. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurses' therapeutic communication and the level of anxiety of preoperative patients at RSI Pekajangan. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design and involved 72 respondents who were selected through purposive sampling techniques. The research instruments included a therapeutic communication questionnaire and the Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale (APAIS). Data analysis was carried out using the Spearman Rank test. The results showed that most respondents rated therapeutic communication in the categories of good (81.9%) and moderate anxiety (72.2%). Statistical tests showed a significant relationship between nurses' therapeutic communication and preoperative patients' anxiety levels (p = 0.027) and moderate correlation strength (r = -0.260). The conclusion of this study confirms that therapeutic communication plays a role in lowering patients' anxiety, so it is recommended that nurses improve therapeutic communication skills as part of pre-surgical interventions.

Conventional robotic surgical systems, while offering enhanced dexterity and 3D visualization, suffer from a critical limitation: the absence of tactile sensation. This sensory disconnect can lead to inadvertent tissue damage from excessive force application and complicates delicate maneuvers that rely on the surgeon's sense of touch. This research proposes and validates a novel surgical robotic system architecture designed to bridge this sensory gap by integrating high-fidelity 3D visual input with accurate, real-time force feedback from tactile sensors mounted on the end-effector. To rigorously evaluate this innovation, a structured comparative methodology was employed. A cohort of surgeons performed standardized surgical tasks, including suturing and tissue manipulation, on realistic soft-tissue phantoms. The performance of a conventional (visual-only) system was benchmarked against that of the proposed (visual-haptic) system. A comprehensive dataset was collected, which included objective metrics such as task completion time, precision deviation from the ideal tool path, and the magnitude of applied forces. Concurrently, subjective evaluations from the participating surgeons were gathered to assess perceived control, cognitive workload, and overall task confidence. The test data revealed statistically significant improvements when using the visual-haptic system. Participants not only completed tasks with greater speed and accuracy but also applied considerably lower and more consistent forces. The analysis underscores that haptic feedback, enabled by advanced sensor fusion, not only restores a crucial 'sense of touch' to the surgeon but also reduces the incidence of excessive force application, potentially minimizing tissue trauma and improving patient recovery. These findings confirm the hypothesis that haptic-visual integration constitutes a new paradigm in robotic surgery, shifting the paradigm from purely visual guidance to a more intuitive, multi-sensory surgical experience. This study also discusses future challenges and opportunities, including the potential for AI-driven partial autonomy, such as creating virtual safety boundaries or automating sub-tasks, and the development of next-generation sensor technologies to further enhance clinical outcomes.
