Breastfeeding-related problems such as breast milk dams, mastitis, nipple blisters and others are widely experienced by breastfeeding mothers. Factors that can cause breast swelling and inhibition of ASi, one of which is the feeling of anxiety or stress felt by postpartum mothers.  Breast care has tremendous benefits, especially for postpartum mothers in the process of breastfeeding their babies. The benefits of breast care are that mothers understand how to keep breasts clean, make nipples stronger and flexible, care for flat or inverted nipples, and facilitate the release of breast milk. To find out the results of breast care implementation in the cempaka ward of RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. This study used quasi-experiment, one group with pretest-posttes Without Control Group Design with 2 respondents postpartum mothers. The instrument used is a Checklist containing six-point engorgement scale (SPES) and Breast Care Procedure.: the  results of the application of breast care carried out 3 days in a row obtained the value of the Six Point Engorgement Scale questionnaire there was a decrease in scores, namely 2 and 1 from the original values of 5 and 4 which means there was a decrease in breast swelling. there was a significant difference in the Six Point Engorgement Scale (SPES) score in postpartum maternal patients between before and after breast care every 30 minutes for 3 days.

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia associated with abnormalities in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism. A prominent complaint in patients with Diabetes Mellitus is that patients always feel weak and tire easily. Pharmacological actions are usually given insulin therapy and non-pharmacological therapy is used as a drug companion. One of the non-pharmacological therapies to reduce weakness and fatigue due to increased blood glucose is to apply a low-sugar diet. Where nurses provide low-sugar food and drinks while patients are in the ER and provide knowledge to patients and families about managing food and drinks independently for patients to consume while at home. The purpose of this application is to reduce blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus patients at the Biloro Pearawatan Health Center. Writing the final report of this case study using a descriptive method with a nursing process approach and based on Evidence Based Practice. The analysis of this case study was carried out in 1 patient with diabetes mellitus with the focus of implementing a low-sugar diet intervention. The results after a low-sugar diet were found to result in a decrease in blood glucose levels in patients on the first day of 351 mg/dl and after being intervened for 3 days it showed a decrease in glucose levels to 207 mg/dl. Low sugar diet interventions can be given to other diabetes mellitus patients to reduce blood glucose levels.

Remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari anak-anak menuju dewasa. Masa remaja sering disebut masa terlabil, di mana seorang anak berusaha mencari jati dirinya. Posyandu remaja diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan mental remaja dan optimalisasi psychological first aid (PFA). Posyandu kesehatan jiwa remaja merupakan salah satu kegiatan berbasis kesehatan masyarakat khusus remaja, untuk memantau dan melibatkan mereka demi peningkatan kesehatan dan keterampilan hidup sehat secara berkesinambungan. Tujuan program kemitraan masyarakat ini meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan karangtaruna dalam melakukan pemantauan kesehatan jiwa khususnya remaja. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat melalui ceramah, diskusi dan demonstrasi tentang pelaksanaan sistem 5 meja posyandu kesehatan jiwa remaja. Kegiatan lima meja posyandu kesehatan jiwa antara lain meja satu: pendaftaran dan pemantauan kesehatan fisik, meja dua: pemantauan gejala, pemberian terapi psikofarmaka, vitamin, dan penambahan nutrisi, meja tiga: pengendalian gejala oleh perawat, meja empat: peningkatan ketrampilan perawatan diri, meja lima: peningkatan ketrampilan hidup sehari- hari dan produktivitas). Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap: sosialisasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Sasaran sosialisasi adalah pengurus karangtaruna kelurahan tambakharjo yang diikuti oleh 7 orang, pelaksanaan posyandu melibatkan pengurus karangtaruna dan dihadiri oleh 18 remaja. Hasil pelaksanaan Posyandu deteksi kesehatan mental dengan SRQ sebelum Posyandu 9 mengalami gangguan mental emosional menjadi 4 remaja setelah posyandu. Selanjutnya dilaksanakan Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang kesehatan mental remaja dan praktik cara mengatasi stres.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) This is a gradual and irreversible kidney disorder that affects the body's capacity to regulate metabolism, fluids, and electrolytes, leading to the development of uremia. Hemodialysis (HD) patients with chronic renal failure are subject to fluid, dietary and pharmaceutical restrictions as well as activity and medication limits. Weight gain, edema, and high blood pressure will occur if fluid balance is not maintained or if there is excess fluid between dialysis sessions. But limiting fluids while receiving hemodialysis can have a number of negative consequences on the body, one of which is thirst and dry mouth (xerostomia), caused by decreased salivary gland production. This scientific study uses a descriptive methodology along with nursing care strategies to apply the "sipping ice cubes therapy" strategy to reduce thirst in CKD patients receiving hemodialysis. Evidence-based practice of nursing This procedure is carried out in the Nursing Room of RSUD Dr. dr. Aloei Saboe Gorontalo City on December 26 2022 and January 26 2023. According to researchers, the administration of the innovative therapy "Sipping Ice Cubes Therapy" can significantly reduce thirst levels in CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) patients. It can be seen from the 6 respondents who were given the innovative therapy "sipping ice Cubes Therapy" all of which gave a positive response after evaluation, both direct evaluation after giving therapy or evaluation after 3 days of giving the implementation of "sipping ice Cubes Therapy"

Diarrhea in children is a health problem with a high mortality rate, especially in children aged 1 to 4 years. The main cause of death is dehydration due to loss of fluids and electrolytes through feces, so it is important to fulfill fluid needs to replace and meet fluid needs in children with diarrhea. The purpose of this study was to be able to analyze the fluid balance in children with diarrhea after being given fluid needs at the hospital. Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe, City of Gorontalo. This research is a descriptive quantitative research and uses a pre-experimental design with the type of one group pre-post test. with a sample of 2 children with diarrhea. with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used a nursing care case report approach then data analysts, the data collected is associated with relevant concepts, theories, principles. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in fluid balance in children who experience diarrhea after being given fluids to meet their needs.

aboratorium memainkan peran penting dalam dunia kesehatan dengan memberikan informasi diagnostik yang akurat dan tepat waktu. Mutu pelayanan laboratorium secara langsung mempengaruhi perawatan pasien dan keputusan pengobatan. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, implementasi Sistem Informasi Laboratorium (LIS) telah secara signifikan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional laboratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran LIS dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan laboratorium.Studi ini difokuskan pada tinjauan literatur yang terkait dengan dampak LIS pada operasional laboratorium dan pengaruhnya terhadap berbagai aspek mutu pelayanan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa LIS memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses laboratorium melalui otomatisasi, pengelolaan alur kerja yang terstruktur, dan pengelolaan sumber daya yang lebih baik. Sistem ini juga berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap akurasi hasil pengujian melalui pencatatan data elektronik dan mekanisme validasi otomatis.   Selain itu, LIS memungkinkan pengelolaan data terintegrasi, memfasilitasi akses cepat ke informasi pasien, hasil pengujian, dan data terkait laboratorium lainnya, sehingga meningkatkan analisis data dan proses pengambilan keputusan.Selain itu, LIS memfasilitasi pengelolaan alur kerja yang efisien, mengurangi waktu respons, dan memastikan pengiriman hasil pengujian tepat waktu. Sistem ini juga meningkatkan praktik pengendalian kualitas dengan menyediakan alat untuk pemantauan kualitas rutin, analisis tren, dan identifikasi penyimpangan dari standar mutu secara tepat waktu. Implementasi LIS membutuhkan pelatihan dan dukungan yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan potensinya dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan laboratorium.Sebagai kesimpulan, integrasi Sistem Informasi Laboratorium dalam pengaturan laboratorium memiliki peran krusial dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan laboratorium. LIS meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi hasil pengujian, pengelolaan data, alur kerja, dan praktik pengendalian kualitas. Disarankan agar laboratorium mempertimbangkan adopsi dan optimalisasi LIS untuk memaksimalkan manfaatnya dan memberikan pelayanan laboratorium berkualitas tinggi.

Peningkatan adopsi teknologi digital dan penggunaan internet telah mendorong pertumbuhan industri kreatif digital. Di sisi lain, kesadaran akan kesehatan dan penampilan di kalangan wanita juga semakin meningkat. Dalam konteks ini, terdapat peluang untuk menggabungkan telemedicine dan kebutuhan perawatan kulit wanita melalui konsep beauty teleconsultation. Pengembangan startup di Indonesia juga mengalami perkembangan pesat, dengan banyak startup yang berfokus pada teknologi dan inovasi. Jurnal ini menjelaskan konsep startup dan tahap pengembangannya, serta pentingnya teleconsultation dalam perawatan kulit wanita. Selain itu, jurnal ini juga membahas hasil survei dan wawancara yang dilakukan untuk memahami preferensi pengguna dalam mencari klinik kecantikan. Dalam hasil tersebut, harga, reputasi, dan kualifikasi tenaga kerja teridentifikasi sebagai faktor utama yang dipertimbangkan oleh pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis mengusulkan solusi yang menjawab kebutuhan pengguna, yaitu platform telekonsultasi dermatologist online yang diberi nama Beaudy. Jurnal ini menyajikan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei dan wawancara dengan calon pengguna. Dalam kesimpulan, pengembangan startup platform telekonsultasi dermatologist (Beaudy) merupakan langkah yang relevan untuk mengatasi permasalahan kulit wanita di Indonesia.

Pelayanan kesehatan adalah peningkatan status kesehatan melalui usaha – usaha pencegahan, terapi, diagnose, pemulihan atau penyembuhan penyakit, edra, serta gangguan fisik dan mental. Mutu pelayanan Kesehatan sangat dipengaruhi oleh standar perawatan medis. Bentuk, tampilan, kinerja, serta estetika dan tujuan dari suatu layanan, semuanya dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas suatu layanan kesehatan tertentu. Untuk mempertahankan atau meningkatkan tingkat kinerja pelayanan kesehatan, diperlukan pula rencana peningkatan mutu pelayanan tersebut. Tingkat pelayanan yang layak akan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan yang merupakan komponen yang sangat penting dalam bidang pelayanan rumah sakit. Derajat atau tingkat keunggulan pelayanan kesehatan yang diukur dari kualitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Literatur Review dengan mengumpulkan jurnal yang di dapatkan dari Google Scholar, kriteria jurnal yang digunakan adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan 5 tahun terakhir, yaitu 2019-2023. Tujuuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi peningkatan mutu pelayanan Kesehatan di rumah sakit. Dari berbagai jurnal yang di dapatkan di dapati hasil bahwa dalam meningkatan mutu pelayanan Kesehatan di rumah sakit dilihat dari komunikasi yang baik antara pasien dengan pemberi pelayanan dengan memberikan rasa empati yang lebih, pemanfaatan dana secara efisien untuk meningkatkan Sarana dan prasarana dengan membangun fasilitas kesehatan yang berda di rumah sakit dengan pengadaann alat-alat kesehatan yang kurang di rumah sakit.

The development of social media platforms encourages companies to develop marketing strategies on various social media platforms. One of the marketing strategies is done by using influencers. This study aims to determine the effect of video influencers on purchasing body care products for students of the Pematang Siantar Indonesian Business Polytechnic. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample of 173 respondents. The sample is all active students of the Indonesian Business Polytechnic who use body care products. The data is collected and then tested on the validity, reliability, classic assumption, and normality tests. The analysis technique uses simple linear analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of the study show that there is a significant positive influence from video influencers on purchasing decisions for body care products. The effect of Video Influencers is 41.5%, while the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as price variables, price discounts, influencers used, and others.

This study focuses on the management of gear pump maintenance on KM Kelimutu ship. Data collection methods are used to identify and investigate the causes of damage that occur in the gear pump. The required maintenance and repair actions are determined based on the analysis results. The process of managing maintenance involves several important steps. First, planning is carried out to determine the planned maintenance actions. Subsequently, organization is conducted by appointing responsible personnel and coordinating with relevant parties to minimize disruptions to the maintenance of equipment and other machinery on the ship. Furthermore, actuating involves efforts to ensure that all human resources work according to their tasks, functions, and competencies in order to achieve company goals. Finally, control is implemented through supervision of each job performed to identify and rectify any potential errors. The results of this study provide insights into the importance of gear pump maintenance and effective strategies in managing the maintenance process. By implementing the appropriate steps, it is expected to enhance the performance of the gear pump, extend its service life, and optimize operational efficiency in the industry.

Machine maintenance must be carried out as a support for the reliability of a machine so that the production system can run smoothly to meet production needs. The fundamental problem of this study is in PT XYZ with the Roll Table 5Q machine, which frequently experiences sudden damage caused by critical components. The goal of the study was to determine the maintenance time interval of the 5Q Roll Table machine, the optimal age of the machine, and the number of mechanics based on the minimum total maintenance cost in an effort to improve the reliability of the machine using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II methods and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) methods. From the results of research for critical components As Roll Table obtained interval value of 331 hours / 13 days once a year with the selection of action is Scheduled restoration task and for Bearing components obtained interval value of 109 hours/5 days once a year with the selection of action is Scheduled on-condition task. From the calculation of the total life cycle cost of Rp. 3,720,459,386 with the optimal number of mechanics on the Roll Table machine as many as 3 mechanics with an efficiency level of 9.63% with an optimal age for the Roll Table machine 5Q is 12 years.

Miwon Indonesia is one of the companies that started as a company in 1973, the company finally changed the company's name with PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia The research method used is Preventive Maintenance, in this study researchers analyzed the time between laminating machine damage to the Chamber Box Heater component, the data taken was the Laminating machine down time data in July – December 2022 The results of analysis and data processing showed that the level of component reliability, namely for the chamber box heater component of 0.5892 occurred on day 5. And while the press roll rewinder component obtained a reliability level of 0.5925 on day 7. And the results of the calculation of costs before preventive maintenance are obtained at a cost of Rp. 47,953,572 per 6 months and costs after preventive maintenance are obtained at Rp. 29,677,876 per 6 months. With a difference of Rp.18,285,696. From the results of preventive maintenance costs, it can reduce maintenance costs at PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia than before preventive maintenance calculations are carried out.

PT. Z merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi pelat baja yang berlokasi di Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Proses produksi di PT. Z memanfaatkan sepenuhnya mesin yang berjalan sepanjang waktu. Hambatan dalam pembuatan pelat baja adalah bahwa sering ada kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh manusia, material, dan mesin. Seringkali, kerusakan mesin pada faktor mesin menghentikan jalanya proses produksi. Kerusakan pada mesin produksi mencegah proses produksi bekerja dengan lancar. Waktu henti yang tinggi sering disebabkan oleh perawatan dan penggantian komponen pada bagian-bagian mesin tertentu. Akibatnya, peralatan membutuhkan perbaikan atau pemeliharaan (maintenance). Diantara semua mesin produksi, mesin rolling mill  merupakan mesin dengan angka downtime tertinggi. Komponen pada mesin rolling mill yang menyebabkan downtime paling tinggi sebesar 12.851 menit yakni komponen roll. Studi ini bermaksud  membuat rencana penjadwalan penggantian roll pada mesin rolling mill.  Metodelogi yang diterapkan dalam  penelitian ini adalah Preventive Maintenance dengan menghitung keandalannya dan membuat jadwal penggantian roll. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata penggantian roll setiap 6 hari dengan keandalan 63,21%, dan rata-rata waktu proses penggantian roll adalah 131 menit.

The Care service is an itegral part of the health service included basic service and refered service. The care service done by paramedics are in the forms of care parented . Most petients complain that the medical personels often show unfriendly attitude and lack of interest on the patient needs with simple and careless services . some studies showed that around 33.58% of patient satiasfication was influenced by their perception on service quality . the objective of the research is to know the short time effectivity of them method on care service in Myria hospital.. It is a quantitative descriptive research. The research population were all of 46 paramedics in task the stayed care room. The research sample was the total population , as much as 43 paramedics. The research variables were the effectivity components, onsisting , of productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction. Data were analyzed by the univariat anaiysis on the three variables. The results of research showed that the good respondent productivity were done by 24 personels (44.2%), and poorrespondents productivity were done by 19 personels (55.8%). On the efficiency,variable 23 respondents (53.5%) showed poor efficiency and 20 respondents (46.5%) showed good efficiency ,and on the satisfaction variable , 15 respondent (34.9%) showed high satisfaction and 28 respondents (65.1%) showed low satisfaction. Based on the research result, it is recomended to the Myria Hospital to make some efforts in increasing working productivity by giving a chance to its paramedics to follow some training and higher education programs.

The Region V Airport Authority is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) within the Ministry of Transportation which is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Directorate of Civil Aviation, where the duties of the airport authority itself are to supervise, control, and regulate activities both from the Land Side and Air Side at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research aims to find out (1) How is the implementation of the duties of the Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in supporting flight safety at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) What are the obstacles of Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in carrying out duties at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted in February - March 2023 at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, using descriptive research methods with qualitative analysis. Data collection was done through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. And Trigulation is used to test the reliability of the data obtained.  The results of the discussion in this study are (1) in the implementation of the tasks carried out by the Airworthiness Inspector of the Aircraft Maintenance Division at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar has carried out its duties properly in accordance with the regulations listed, one of which is PM 41 of 2011 and KP 252 of 2017, but not all tasks listed in the PM are carried out at the Region V Airport Authority because it must wait for delegation from the center first such as the Advanced Standard Certificate or can be called (CoA). (2) For the obstacles faced by inspectors at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, namely in the time and skills of the inspectors, where the inspectors cannot determine how long it takes when the inspection takes place because they have to see the ground time of the aircraft to be inspected and for human resources (Skil) inspectors at the Region V Airport Authority are lacking there are some inspectors who are still confused about analyzing the findings obtained.

In an effort to increase productivity to ensure smooth production processes, it is necessary to implement an appropriate maintenance system to reduce production machine downtime. The purpose of company maintenance is to keep production machines in good condition so that production operations can run efficiently and effectively. PT Yale Woodpallet Indonesia is a company in Indonesia that produces wooden pallets (wood pallet). This company often experiences problems with damage to machines due to suboptimal machine maintenance because the maintenance system is carried out to repair damaged components with new components resulting in downtime. Among these problems, this study aims to determine maintenance intervals to minimize maintenance costs by using modularity design and age replacement methods. Based on the analysis of the results obtained, it is known that the modularity design and age replacement methods can achieve optimal component replacement intervals for pallet machine components is 30,000 minutes, rotary screening components are 33,200 minutes and hopper components are 33,200 minutes. The total maintenance cost per year is Rp. 2,115,610,959, -. compared to the company's maintenance costs which have a value of Rp. 2,668,692,000, the maintenance system using the modularity design and age replacement method is more efficient by 1.27%.

PT. Petrosida is a manufacturing company engaged in pesticide production. The production system in this company is Make To Order (MTO) where the company will produce products after an order or order from consumers. In its production PT. Petrosida has problems with the main tools used for packaging, one of which is a 1-liter induction semi-automatic filling machine in the herbicide unit, where treatment is carried out after damage to a component. Critical components in filling machines experience an average of 20 times damage in 2022-2023 and the machine maintenance process is still not optimal with an average downtime of 5 hours / month. Therefore, the purpose of research is to be able to carry out preventive maintenance using the modularity design method in the hope that there will be no more breakdowns that hamper the production process so as to reduce machine maintenance costs and to find out the minimum total machine maintenance cost planning using the life cycle cost (LCC) method. By implementing preventive maintenance with modularity design, the total maintenance cost of Rp. 9,747,782 is lower than the company's total maintenance cost of Rp. 23,023,176 with an efficiency rate of 42.3%. And obtained the lowest total life cycle cost of Rp. 340,459,348, - with an optimal life on the machine of 3 years & the number of mechanics one person.

This study aims to analyze the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and MVSM (Maintenance Value Stream Mapping) strategies implemented by PT. XYZ in machine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM is used to reduce equipment failures and ensure that each physical item or system is functioning as intended. Meanwhile, MVSM is used to identify waste in maintenance activities and perform repair analysis. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. The results of the research show that PT. XYZ has implemented the RCM and MVSM strategies effectively in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM implementation helps to reduce machine failure and increase machine reliability. Meanwhile, MVSM helps identify and overcome waste in maintenance activities. In conclusion, the RCM and MVSM strategies are effective approaches in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of a planned and structured maintenance strategy in improving engine performance. The recommendation for future research is to involve more departments and measure the impact of RCM and MVSM strategies on overall operational productivity and efficiency.

Rumah sakit merupakan suatu instansi yang menyediakan jenis pelayanan kesehatan diantaranya pelayanan medik, pelayanan penunjang medik, pelayanan perawatan, pelayanan rehabilitasi, pencegahan dan peningkatan kualitas kesehatan pasien. Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berkaitan erat dengan kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien sebagai hal yang sangat subyektif, sulit diukur, dapat berubah-ubah, serta terdapat banyak sekali faktor yang berpengaruh sebanyak dimensi di dalam kehidupan manusia. Tujuan dari literature review ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis pengaruh faktor kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam perspektif manajemen rumah sakit. Literature yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menetapkan artikel yang sesuai kriteria inklusi. Data base yang digunakan yaitu Google Scholar. Tahun publikasi sumber literature yang diambil yaitu 4 tahun terakhir antara tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2022, Sumber literature menggunakan bahasa Inggris atau Indonesia.  Hasil 5 artikel diperoleh bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam perspektif manajemen rumah sakit yaitu dari segi faktor penampilan (tangibles), keandalan (reliability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), keyakinan (assurance) dan empati (empathy). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis yang mempengaruhi layanan kesehatan berpengaruh pada dengan kepuasan pasien dari faktor bagaimana tenaga kesehatan mampu memberikan pelayanan, pemahaman, memberikan rasa nyaman, dan meningkatkan fasilitas kesehatan untuk menunjang kesembuhan pasien. Perlu juga bagi instansi memberikan pelayanan maksimal dengan mempertahankan kualitas serta meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Selain itu juga perlu dilakukannya evaluasi dan monitoring secara berkala untuk meninjau perbaikan pelayanan kesehatan.
