The research uses a mixed-method approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative methods. The findings reveal that most MSMEs have utilized digital platforms such as social media, messaging apps, and online marketplaces to promote their products. The implementation of digital marketing has proven effective in increasing product visibility, expanding market reach, boosting sales, and improving income. Law enforcement against theft cases not only reviews the position of the perpetrator but also the victim, because the victim has the right to receive protection both materially and immaterially; it is important for law enforcement officers to help victims obtain legal certainty and justice. The purpose of the author's research is to determine the obstacles experienced by victims of motorcycle theft in an effort to obtain their rights as victims and effective strategic efforts to ensure that the rights of victims of motorcycle theft can be fulfilled. Research iThis uses qualitative methods and empirical normative juridical methods. The author conducted interviews as primary data in this article, followed by secondary data in the form of literature from the law (primary source material), books (secondary source material), and scientific journals (tertiary source material). The data obtained shows that there are still quite a lot of obstacles experienced by victims in seeking their rights as victims of motorcycle theft. Victims experience bureaucratic difficulties where the process is complicated; victims also find unprofessional service from law enforcement officers; and victims do not get further information regarding the investigation or get SP2HP. However, there are also effective strategic steps to fulfill the rights of victims of motorcycle theft, namely by increasing access to the legal process through online complaint services and increasing professionalism and responsiveness from law enforcement officers through routine training on handling victims. It can also be done regarding the recovery of victim losses by providing compensation mechanisms and strengthening supervision and prevention by collaborating between the community and the police in the form of environmental security. This shows that there is still a lack of concern from law enforcement officers themselves for victims of motorcycle theft and there is still much that needs to be developed further by the government to improve the welfare of victims of motorcycle theft and government efforts to protect the community from criminal acts of theft.

This study aims to analyze the spending patterns of students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI), State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU), and to examine the implementation of personal financial planning in their daily lives. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 40 students from various departments and semesters, selected purposively. The findings indicate that most students have high expenditures on consumption needs such as food and internet access, as well as lifestyle expenses like online shopping and entertainment. The majority do not regularly prepare a financial budget, rarely record their expenses, and exhibit impulsive spending behavior influenced by social pressure and digital media. Although students possess theoretical knowledge of Islamic economic values, their practical application in financial management remains limited. This study recommends the need for more practical, Islam-based financial literacy programs within the FEBI UINSU environment. Financial training and mentoring programs are considered essential to enhance students' financial awareness and independence.

This community service activity (PKM) aims to improve operational efficiency and service quality at Santosa Catering through the implementation of a web-based catering ordering system. Santosa Catering, as a micro business, faces obstacles in managing orders that are still done manually, which causes inaccurate stock information, delays in delivery, and limited customer access to menus and prices. Through a Diffusion of Science and Technology and Knowledge Transfer approach, a web-based ordering system was developed and implemented to support business operations. The system allows customers to access real-time menu information, place online orders, and choose preferred payment methods, while the owner and staff were given intensive training to effectively operate the system. The evaluation results showed significant improvements in all aspects of assessment, including understanding of system features, operational skills, time efficiency, and customer satisfaction, as shown in the comparison chart of pretest and posttest results. The system not only optimizes operational processes but also increases customer satisfaction, strengthens business competitiveness, and has the potential to become a model for other micro businesses in utilizing digital technology. Thus, this PKM activity is expected to contribute to the sustainability of Santosa Catering's business in the digital era.

This technical guidance (bimtek) activity was held with the primary objective of improving the digital capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) members of the Papua Gallery in Sorong City. The approach used was quite unique because it combined information technology, specifically the e-commerce platform Odoo, with a sociological perspective of religion. This approach places the values of faith, community ethics, and local culture as the main foundation in the digital transformation process being carried out. This activity was carried out by a team of lecturers from Victory University Sorong from the Information Systems and Sociology of Religion Study Program, and involved students as part of community service. The implementation process included several stages: an assessment of MSMEs' digital needs, technical training on using Odoo, direct assistance in implementing the dare store, evaluation of results, and ongoing follow-up. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in digital literacy among MSMEs, success in creating and managing online stores independently, and a growing awareness that business digitization is not only an economic necessity, but also part of spiritual and social responsibility. In addition, this activity also helped strengthen the branding and presence of local Papuan culture through digital media. This faith- and cultural-based training model has proven effective and relevant for replication in other MSME communities in different regions, especially those with strong local cultural and religious potential.

The rapid growth of the fashion industry in Indonesia, particularly in Bandung, has increased the demand for structured and efficient sewing course management. Bandung Vision Center, as one of the institutions providing sewing training, faces significant administrative challenges due to the continued use of manual registration and attendance monitoring systems. These conventional processes result in data inaccuracies, slow information retrieval, limited transparency, and difficulties in monitoring participant progress across multiple training waves. This study aims to design and develop a web-based application to optimize participant registration and attendance monitoring processes at Bandung Vision Center. The research adopts an Agile software development methodology to ensure iterative development, flexibility, and responsiveness to user requirements. The system is implemented using the Laravel framework for backend development, ReactJS for frontend interface design, and MySQL as the relational database management system. System modelling is conducted using UML diagrams, and functionality testing is performed using the black-box testing method. The results indicate that the developed application significantly improves administrative efficiency, enhances data accuracy, and enables real-time monitoring of participant attendance. Additionally, the system increases transparency, facilitates structured data management, and supports better decision-making for course administrators. The implementation of this web-based application demonstrates its effectiveness in modernizing administrative processes and strengthening institutional competitiveness in the local fashion education sector. Future enhancements may include integration of online payment features, automated notifications, and advanced data analytics to further improve service quality and user satisfaction.

Community-based waste management in military housing areas, particularly within the environment of Markas Komando Pasukan Khusus (Makopassus), still faces several challenges. This service initiative aims to enhance the participation of the Army Wives Association (Persit) members of Kopassus in the Waste Bank program through the optimization of communication strategies. The method employed is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involves the community in all stages of the activity, from problem identification to evaluation. Activities were carried out through outreach, technical training, online and offline communication campaigns, and participatory evaluations. The results show significant changes, including the formation of a Waste Bank working group, improved household waste sorting behavior, the emergence of local leaders from among Persit members, and the growth of collective awareness toward circular economy-based waste management. These findings confirm that communication strategies tailored to the audience's characteristics and based on community-centered approaches can effectively drive social change within military environments. This program holds the potential for replication in similar communities to support sustainable development through community empowerment.
