There have always been ups and downs in regional governance, with a number of autonomy issues and less-than-perfect institutional working relationships between the Centre and the regions. Instead of being resolved by the 2014 Local Government Law, Law No. 23/2014, these issues have further complicated the relationship between local authorities and the central government. This research aims to analyze the review of the principles of regional government and the implementation of the SOTK. This research uses a normative juridical method that focuses on legal precedents, relevant laws, and regulations. The result of this research is that regional autonomy is based on the idea that autonomous regions have the authority as well as the rights and obligations in managing their own local interests in accordance with the law. In Indonesia, local governance is guided by three basic principles, namely 1) The principle of decentralization. 2) The idea behind de-concentration. 3) Assistance tasks as a concept. There are three parts to the model of how local governments and the federal government work together, namely 1) agency model, 2) the interaction Model, and 3) the relative Autonomy Model The structure of each region will include various interventions. However, the drafting guidelines from the government make the SOTK look uniform, centralized and rigid, so despite the differences, each region's SOTK still has some similarities.

Based on data SIMFONI PPA, throughout 2021 there were 987 cases of violence against children with disabilities experienced by 264 boys and 764 girls. Teaching sex is very important, especially for children with special needs in order to prevent sexual harassment. Through the media of songs teaching sex can be done effectively, especially for children. 54% of the achievements in this research were well achieved. Perhaps the remaining 46% will be a further task for researchers, teachers or other parties who wish to develop this research in a more innovative way.

Low education human resources in Indonesia, especially educators or teachers who are less professional in carrying out their work, can be the cause of low levels of education in this country. One way to improve the quality of education is through the professionalization of teachers or through educational supervision. Supervision through various methods, education corrects educational problems helping, supervising, guiding, and directing educators towards professionalism in its goal is to improve education and address problems with it. Educational supervision supports teachers in developing lesson plans that will produce the desired learning outcomes. Supervision is an integral part of efforts to improve learning achievement and teacher quality. Supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education, especially teachers. Education supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. Reviewing educational supervision in order to improve teacher professionalism is the purpose of this. This article is written using the literature study method in the form of a number of literature tasks related to the management of research materials, reading and recording, and information collection techniques. Some are obtained on the basis of research studies.

Higher education aims to hone the abilities and competencies needed in the future. In the lecture process, students required to complete assignments. The large number of assignments makes students often cause burnout. The technique applied is quantitative techniques using cross-sectional design. Sampling using questionnaires with a variable number of tasks and a variable burnout rate the value of the regression coefficient for the number of tasks shows a value of 0.853, indicating that the variable number of tasks has a positive influence on the burnout rate. The variable significance value of the number of tasks is 0.28, where the value is 0.05. The results of the hypothesis test prove that the number of tasks had a substantial and positive caused on the burnout rate.

The low students' avarage number of mathematical critical thinking skills in class VIII SMPN 1 Candung ranged from 82.14% to 89.29%. To overcome this problem, researchers tried to conduct research by applying the EXO OLO TASK learning model in learning mathematics. This type of research is pre-experimental research with the research design The Static Group Comparison Design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Cawang. The samples in this study were students of class VIII.2 as the experimental class and VIII.1 as the control class. The instrument in this study was a test of students' mathematical critical thinking skills in the form of an essay test. The results of the study using the t-test obtained t_count=1.92 > t_table=1.674, so H0 was rejected. For Minitab software testing at a significant level of a = 0.05, Pvalue = 0.002 is obtained, meaning Pvalue <a, so H0 is also rejected. So it can be concluded that students' mathematical critical thinking skills using the EXO OLO TASK learning model are better than students' mathematical critical thinking abilities using conventional learning in class VIII SMPN 1 Cdungung.

The increase in the number of elderly population (elderly) in the city of Semarang, the increase in the elderly will bring problems due to the aging process which causes a risk of decreasing health status. The elderly will become the strength of a country if they are in a healthy, independent, active and productive condition. One solution to achieve this requires the optimal role of health cadres. As a religious institution, GKJ Jatingaleh Semarang has a service task, one of which is health care for the elderly. To support this service, the PPM FISIP UNTAG Semarang Team conducted PPM activities at the church. The purpose of the PPM activities is assisting in the formation of health cadres; provide medical examination services and provide medical equipment needed in examination activities. The method used is mentoring and practice of health checks. The results of these activities were the formation of a GKJ Jatingaleh health cadre team with 5 cadres as members; health checks have been carried out on 47 elderly residents of GKJ Jatingaleh; and delivery of medical equipment.

Loyalty is someone's allegiance that indicates dedication to something, it can be a person or a group of people, ideals, tasks or goals that are given constantly. This study aims to determine whether leadership style, motivation and work environment have a partial and simultaneous influence on employee loyalty in the Department of Industry and Trade, and also among the three variables, which variable has the most dominant effect on the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses secondary data, namely data on the number of employees for the last 5 years from the 2017-2021 period. The results of the analysis through the T test show that leadership style has no significant effect on employee loyalty, motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty and work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty. While the results of the analysis through the F test show that leadership style, motivation and work environment affect employee loyalty in the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province.

The problem that occurred in Perum Bulog Sub Divre Medan is that the rice supply in Bulog does not consider the demand in the market. Forecasting is an important tool in effective and efficient planning. Therefore, prediction is indispensable for predicting future events. This method essentially uses past data initiated by performing an exponentially decreasing weighting of older observational values or newer values. Brown's double exponential smoothing is a linear model proposed by Brown. This double exponential smoothing method is used when the data indicate a trend. In this study, the terbaik best parameter for forecasting the Number of Rice Sales in Perum Bulog Sub Divre Medan was α = 0.2 with MAPE of 0.27%. And the results of the forecast for Rice Sales at Perum Bulog Sub Divre Medan in 2022 are decreasing every month.

Kotaanyar Public Health Center uses done the Unit Numbering System numbering, manually and computerized. The registration officer at the Kotaanyar Health Center often makes mistakes in the patient registration process, the officer gives the wrong medical record number, forgets to cross out the medical record number due to lack of concentration. This causes several impacts, one of which is duplication of medical record numbers. This type of qualitative research with registration officers as informants. The results showed that the factors that caused errors in giving medical record numbers by the registration officer at the Kotaanyar Health Center were education, facilities and infrastructure, work stress and motivation. Sulu recommendations that can be done are training for registration officers, recruiting registration officers at least D3 Medical Record graduates, maintaining and checking systems or computers in stages, division of tasks between registration officers, and unifying the contents of multiple medical record documents.

ABSTRACTBackground: The report of the Covid-19 Task Force in Badung Regency shows an increasing trend of Covid-19 cases in Badung Regency from March to August 2020.Purpose: the purpose of this study is to obtain a map of the Covid-19 risk areas in the Badung Regency. Methods: the method in this study is a descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional study design. This research was conducted in Badung Regency for two months from 15 July to 15 September 2020 using secondary data from the daily reports of the Covid-19 Task Force in Badung Regency from 23 August 2020 to 23 September 2020. Results: the results of the zoning mapping from the Epidemiological aspect showed that 4 sub-districts (66.6%) of the 6 sub-districts were the Covid-19 red zones. From the aspect of Regional Capability in Handling Cases of Covid-19 Infection, it shows that all districts are included in the High Response category in handling Covid-19, and from the aspect of Regional Ability to Trace the History of Close Contact of People Infected with Covid-19 it appears that 3 districts (50%) are included in the category of areas with moderate ability, while the other 3 sub-districts are included in the category of regions with low ability. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that the level of the spread of Covid-19 in the Badung Regency is very high, even though the level of readiness of the Government in handling Covid-19 cases is very good. The geography of the area bordering other districts/ cities and high population mobility are suspected to be the triggers for the high number of Covid-19 cases.Keywords: Mapping; Covid-19; Badung Regency ABSTRAKLatar belakang: laporan Satuan Tugas Covid-19 Kabupaten Badung menunjukan tren peningkatan kasus Covid-19 di Kabupaten Badung dari bulan Maret hingga Agustus 2020. Metode: metode dalam penelitian ini adalah descriptive analytic dengan desain crosssectional Study. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Badung selama dua bulan dari tanggal 15 Juli sampai dengan 15 September 2020 dengan menggunakan data sekunder laporan harian Satuan Tugas Covid-19 Kabupaten Badung dari tanggal 23 Agustus 2020 sampai dengan 23 September 2020. Hasil: hasil pemetaan daerah dari aspek Epidemiologi menunjukan sebanyak 4 kecamatan (66,6%) dari 6 kecamatan merupakan zona merah Covid-19. Dari aspek Kemampuan Daerah Dalam Menangani Kasus Infeksi Covid-19 menunjukan bahwa semua kecamatan masuk dalam kategori Respon Tinggi dalam penanganan Covid-19 dan dari aspek Kemampuan Daerah Dalam Melakukan Penelusuran Riwayat Kontak Dekat Orang Yang Terinfeksi Covid-19 nampak bahwa 3 kecamatan (50%) masuk dalam kategori Daerah Dengan Kemampuan Sedang, sedangkan 3 kecamatan lainnya masuk dalam kategori Daerah Dengan Kemampuan Rendah. Simpulan: berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa tingkat persebaran Covid-19 di Kabupaten Badung sangat tinggi, meskipun tingkat kesiapan Pemerintah dalam menangani kasus Covid-19 sangat bagus. Geografis daerah yang berbatasan dengan kabupaten/kota lain serta tingginya mobilitas penduduk di duga sebagai pemicu tingginya kasus Covid-19.Keywords: Pemetaan; Covid-19; Kabupaten Badung

Cadres are voluntary workers recruited from, by and for the community who are tasked with assisting the smooth running of health services. The performance of Posyadu cadres experienced a decline in the early 2000s as a result of a prolonged multi-dimensional crisis, this is known because there were reports of malnutrition from various parts of the country. The decline was felt following the lack of cadre skills, no Posyandu operational support, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and weak coaching. The purpose of this study was to describe the performance of posyandu cadres with the satisfaction of mothers of children under five at the Posyandu, Wakasihu Village, Central Maluku Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all mothers under five who visited the posyandu as many as 30 toddlers. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling, which means that all populations are sampled. So that the sample found in this study amounted to 30 people or respondents. The results showed that the mothers under five studied who said that the performance of cadres was good amounted to 13 people (56.7%), and the performance of cadres was not good amounted to 17 people (43.3%). Furthermore, from the 30 respondents who were examined, it can be seen that the number of respondents who said they were satisfied with the performance of the cadres were 18 people (60.0%), and respondents who said they were not satisfied were 12 people (40.0%). It was concluded statistically and illustrated that the performance of cadres still had opinions from mothers of children under five that they were not good at providing services at the posyandu. It was also concluded that statistically some respondents or mothers of toddlers still said that they were satisfied with the performance of cadres.

In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

(024) 3584074 - 3584075. This company has a wide enough working area covering Central Java and DIY. Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company is still using Microsoft Excel so there are still many obstacles. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company still uses Microsoft Excel. One of the difficulties experienced is the frequent occurrence of errors in making inventory reports. Besides making reports takes longer because there is no computerized database system. With the development of technology, especially in the field of computers, the authors try to create a computer-based inventory program using Visual Basic 6.0. This is expected to help companies in making goods inventory more quickly and accurately.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of employee workon the Unit Unit Laka Lantas Purworejo Police. Sampling using the census method, which takes all the population as sempel as many as 6 employees. This research uses Likert-scale data analysis method.Based on the research that the authors do ultimately obtained results for the variable motivation 76%, job satisfaction 91%, 58% workload variable and time variable completing 78% task. Of the four variables the most dominant variable is job satisfaction variable with a score of 55 or 91%. While the lowest variable is the workload variable with a score of 35 or 58% cause factor is due to the unbalanced amount between the workload with the number of personnel available. Leaders must have a policy to increase incentives and bonuses and increase the number of personnel for the team of Laka Unit Purworejo Police to have a balance between the number of personnel with the work load run by laka unit team in order to run the task and finish the work can be more optimal with good results or satisfying and in serving the community can be better, proportional and professional.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of job experience, independence, objectivity, integrity, and competence on the quality of audit results at Representatives BPKP of Central Java. Job experience was measured by indicators the length of works as an auditor and the number of inspection tasks are performed. Independence was measured by indicators of independence in programming, in the execution of work, and independence in reporting.Objectivity was measured by indicator, free from conflict of interest and disclosure of factual conditions. Integrity was measured by indicator honesty, courege, prudence, and responsibility that auditors have. Competency was measured by indicator personal quality, general knowledge, and specialized expertise. While quality of audit results was measured by indicator of compliance with auditing standard and quality of examination report. The population of this study is civil servants whose work at Representatives BPKP of Central Java with sample is the civil servants has been following education and training as functional auditor. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression model. Test result showed that job experience, independence, and objectivity has no effect on quality of audit result at representatives BPKP of Central Java. While the integrity and competence have influence to quality of audit result at representatives BPKP of Central Java.
