Tahfidz or memorization is pronunciation that is done repeatedly and is a teaching that is done for the first time orally or by memorization. By memorizing you need to use methods to make it easy and fun, such as applying the Ummi method. The ummi method is a practical Qur'an reading method that does not require much explanation and is repeated in learning to read the Qur'an. This method uses tones or songs that can make it easier for students to memorize. SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya is one of the schools that implements tahfidz learning using the ummi method and has been implemented for 1 year and progress has been seen. This research focuses on tahfidz learning in class V of SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya. The problems formulated in this research are (1) How is the implementation of the ummi method at SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya 02 (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the ummi method at SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya 02. This research aims to determine the implementation of the Ummi method in learning tahfidz at SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya 02 as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a type of field research using a qualitative approach. The data sources obtained came from primary data and secondary data. This research uses data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of the ummi method in learning tahfidz uses tones or songs in each lesson, be it tahsin or tahfidz. Preparations can be made in the form of classrooms, dividing groups to take part in this tahfidz learning with a fun implementation. Its implementation uses several steps, namely Opening, Appreciation, Concept Planting, Concept Understanding, Practice/Skills, Assessment/evaluation, and Closing. The evaluation results of student assessments have increased successfully using this method and many students have achieved the targets set by the school. Supporting factors in implementing the Ummi method are having adequate facilities and creativity for teachers, potential students, and families who support learning conditions. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the different abilities of students, families who do not support them, and the quality of each student's reading. Keywords: Tahfidz Learning, Ummi Method, SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya 02

Researchers will discuss the problems found in the implementation of educational supervision in schools/madrasas. Educational supervision is an educational management process that aims to improve the quality of education through supervision, direction, and guidance of teachers or educators. Academic supervision is one of the scopes of educational supervision that aims to assist teachers in improving the quality of academic activities, both inside and outside the classroom. Researchers identified several problems faced by educational supervisors, such as the complexity of the principal's managerial tasks, the lack of preparation of the supervised teachers, the high element of subjectivity, the frequent changes of principals, the lack of teacher discipline, and the lack of teacher knowledge about managing an effective teaching and learning process. In addition, the quality of teachers in carrying out teaching tasks is also a challenge, as teachers often face difficulties in incorporating new innovations into learning. Researchers emphasize the importance of educational supervision in improving teacher performance and ultimately impacting on student learning outcomes. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome the problems faced in implementing educational supervision, so as to improve teacher professionalism and the overall quality of education.

The quality of student learning is not yet optimal, this is in accordance with empirical data that the decline in achievements achieved by students in the academic and non-academic fields and the lack of professional teaching graduates means that planning management for developing teacher pedagogical competence is needed. The research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative design. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique, through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation. The results of the research inform that (1) Planning for the development of pedagogical competence at SDN 2 Cieurih, SDN 3 Cieurih and SDN 1 Jalatrang was made based on the results of identifying needs and vision, mission and goals that had been determined, in its implementation the planning for developing teacher pedagogical competence was carried out in the form of meetings Work. (2) Implementation of pedagogical competency development at SDN 2 Cieurih, SDN 3 Cieurih and SDN 1 Jalatrang by participating in teaching, learning and administrative meetings, scientific forum programs held by local agencies in the form of education and training, making lesson plans, KKG, seminars or workshops . (3) evaluation Planning for the development of pedagogical competence focuses more on evaluating teacher performance through supervision activities with classroom action assessments. Apart from that, the principal also holds monthly work evaluations, one of which discusses the activities that have been carried out by teachers after participating in scientific forum activities outside the school. The monthly meeting is a control over the implementation of activities that will be carried out as well as an evaluation of activities that have been carried out previously. (4) Follow-up to the development of teacher pedagogical competence is to give awards to teachers who have met standards, provide coaching by holding meetings between school principals and teachers through face-to-face meetings and implementing the MGMP (Subject Teachers' Conference) program. ) (5) Supporting factors, namely teaching staff with a bachelor's degree, available funds, and complete infrastructure. Recognizing outstanding students is an essential strategy to encourage learners to improve their academic performance and overall learning quality. However, the process of selecting the best students at SMK Negeri 1 Raman Utara still encounters significant challenges due to the complexity of the evaluation criteria, which include academic achievement, attendance, participation in extracurricular activities, and student behavior. The current manual selection method is considered less effective because it is time-consuming and susceptible to subjectivity in decision-making. This study aims to address these issues by developing a technology-based Decision Support System utilizing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. SAW was chosen for its efficiency in solving multi-criteria problems through matrix normalization and preference weighting for each alternative. The development process includes requirement analysis, system design, and the implementation of an automated ranking mechanism for student candidates. Based on the testing results, the implemented system can process assessment data rapidly and produce accurate and objective rankings of high-achieving students. The system offers a practical solution for the school by enhancing transparency and validity in the selection process, minimizing human calculation errors, and supporting more equitable and data-driven decision-making.

Existing textbooks in elementary education often fail to engage students fully and do not effectively enhance their science process skills. This research aims to develop science and social studies books based on science process skills to improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary school students. Observations reveal that current textbooks are not sufficiently engaging and fail to enhance students' science process skills. Using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) method, this research and development study produced a Science Process Skills Based Science book. The results show that this book significantly improves student learning outcomes, with students achieving an average score of 88, exceeding the minimum completeness criteria of 75. The book's validity is rated as very feasible, and 88% of students met the very good criteria, with 29 students completing the standard. The study concludes that quality teaching incorporating science process skills greatly enhances student learning outcomes, making learning activities more meaningful and effective.
