In the current era, land is a basic need that is extremely important and meaningful in human life, particularly as a place to live, work, farm, or conduct various economic activities. With the rapidly growing population, the demand for residential land is also increasing. The population growth that is not matched by land availability creates significant pressure in the property market, leading to the development of new housing and settlements, both in urban and suburban areas. However, due to the increasingly limited availability of habitable land, this often triggers intense competition among individuals or parties with vested interests in obtaining land rights. The desire to own land has become very strong, as nowadays, land is not only used as a residence but also as a valuable resource. This often causes land disputes where the parties involved feel disadvantaged, either due to overlapping ownership, unclear land status claims, or differences in land use allocation. Due to the increasingly complex issues, the Land Office of Kediri City provides an alternative solution for boundary dispute resolution, namely mediation. This practice is an effort to resolve land conflicts peacefully and efficiently. Land disputes are becoming more complex and prolonged, often involving the government, businesses, and local residents. Moreover, land-related issues are frequently associated with unclear administration, weak law enforcement, or differing interpretations of existing regulations. As a result, not only does it impact the individuals involved, but it can also affect social and economic stability in a region. To address these issues, a more structured and transparent approach to land distribution and management is required. The government and society must work together to ensure fair and clear land distribution and provide wise solutions to disputes based on the principles of social justice. Mediation offers a more flexible approach compared to litigation by prioritizing dialogue among disputing parties. In this context, mediation helps alleviate tensions and create mutually beneficial solutions, enabling faster and more cost-effective processes. This study analyzes the effectiveness of mediation practices in reducing the number of disputes brought to court and assesses public perceptions of this resolution method. The results show that mediation can increase the satisfaction of the parties involved and promote stability in land ownership.

His research discusses the influence of wives in earning a living on family welfare, where this research was made based on observations regarding wives who work to earn a living, who are the backbone of the family in order to meet all the needs of their respective households. The majority of the labor force for women always increases every year. Because of the big role that women play as housewives, most of them play a big role in the welfare of their families, from paying for housing, education and even food. The role of the husband as head of the household and the wife as a housewife must go hand in hand. The husband as head of the family is responsible for earning a living for the welfare of the family. On the other hand, as a housewife, the wife must have creativity in managing the family economy. And what needs to be understood is that in the household each husband and wife have their own roles. So that general conclusions can be drawn, namely: a. The husband is obliged to provide his wife with shelter and other support. b.  The wife must follow her husband and live at her husband's place.  The amount of maintenance obligations depends on the husband's discretion.  So providing maintenance is based on the husband's ability, not the wife's request. Families are formed through the marriage process. Marriage is a pattern of behavior created by God for regeneration in the development of human life in a world that is always dynamic in accordance with the times. With marriage, a life together in the household is formed. The journey of a household is like an ark that sails across the vast ocean and goes through a long journey where winds and storms will definitely come which will become obstacles on the journey.Recently, the reality is that many households find it difficult to realize the goal of marriage. Many households are unhappy due to various problems such as disharmony, economics, infidelity and so on. It is often found in household life that husband and wife complain and complain to other people or to their family, as a result of not fulfilling the rights that must be obtained or not carrying out obligations from one of the parties. Lack of understanding and even ignorance of husband and wife regarding the rights and obligations in the household is often be the cause of disharmony and rifts in the household. The results of the 2018 Riskesdas show an increase in the prevalence of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) compared to 2013 data, such as cancer, stroke, chronic kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, and hypertension. The prevalence of diabetes mellitus increased from 6.9% to 8.5%, while hypertension increased from 25.8% to 34.1% based on blood sugar and blood pressure examinations. In this context, community empowerment is very important to increase awareness of the importance of routine health checks and early detection of NCDs. One strategic effort is the establishment of Posbindu in each region to facilitate public health checks. However, several regions, including Cipta Graha Mandiri Housing in Tasikmalaya City, do not yet have Posbindu due to low community participation in routine health checks and limited procurement of Posbindu by the Health Center. This condition risks making people unaware of their health problems, which can cause serious complications and reduce quality of life. Through this empowerment program, it is hoped that the community will be more active in maintaining their health, carrying out early detection of NCDs, and increasing awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

The design of a village fund assistance information system using the C4.5 algorithm aims to optimize the selection process for prospective aid recipients at the Ogan Ilir Regency Social Service (DINSOS). Currently, the village fund assistance selection process often takes a long time and is prone to inaccuracy and unfairness due to the limitations of the manual system. The C4.5 algorithm was chosen to build an effective decision tree in classifying based on predetermined criteria, such as income, number of dependents, employment, housing status, and expenses. By utilizing the Gain or Gain Ratio value of each attribute, the C4.5 algorithm is able to produce a clear decision tree, which makes it easier for DINSOS to make decisions objectively and transparently. This information system is designed with an easy-to-use user interface and a structured database to facilitate the management of aid recipient data. The results of the implementation of this system show increased accuracy in determining prospective aid recipients and time efficiency in data processing, thus supporting efforts to evenly distribute village fund assistance in Ogan Ilir Regency in a targeted manner.

Decent housing is one of the important factors in ensuring social welfare and improving the quality of life of the community. The need for decent housing is very crucial in big cities, including Surabaya, where population growth and urbanization are very rapid. Although this right has been guaranteed by various national laws and regulations, one of which is regulated in Law Number 1 of 2011 concerning Housing and Residential Areas, there are still gaps in its implementation at the regional level. This article aims to discuss the urgency of establishing a Surabaya Regional Regulation (Perda) on decent housing. As a legal basis that regulates minimum standards for housing quality, access to basic infrastructure, and guarantees of security and comfort for Surabaya City residents. The establishment of this Perda is currently important to overcome the problem of inadequate housing, prevent the emergence of slums, and support the sustainable development of the city of Surabaya. In addition, this Perda is expected to be a solution to the challenges faced by the Surabaya City government in meeting the need for decent housing for all levels of society in the City of Surabaya.

Birth problems are one of the problems that have not been resolved in various regions, where an average mother gives birth to three to four children. The increase in population due to births will also affect various aspects of development, and pose a big risk to ensuring community welfare. For example, opportunities to obtain educational facilities, job opportunities, health insurance, housing and can increase opportunities for increasing poverty and crime. To find out which factors influence the birth of a baby, an association rule is needed to find out which factors influence the birth of a baby which can be seen from several criteria such as a woman who has a low level of education or a bachelor's degree, a woman who marries at an old age. , or women who marry underage, give birth naturally or surgically. Association rules are a data mining technique for determining the relationship between items in a set of data that has been determined. By determining min support 0.01, confidence 0.1 and 7 itemsets, the results obtained are 25 data items with varying min support and confidence with a maximum support x confidence result of 100%. By using the a priori method, 14 of the best rules were produced by producing the most up-to-date information.

Every company is required to plan the need for goods as effectively as possible in order to maximize profits. Bintang Makmur Building Shop is a building shop that provides building materials, especially cement. Cement is one of the basic materials for buildings. The need for cement has recently continued to increase due to the large number of developments, both housing projects and road construction. In addition to the increasing demand for cement, cement prices also experienced price volatility which tended to fluctuate. This is done so that there is no stockpiling or even a shortage of cement. With prices that tend to go up and down if there is too much stock, it will cause losses if there is a price decrease. Vice versa if there is a shortage of cement stock, it can cause disappointment to customers. To deal with the above, it is necessary to build a prediction system that can predict cement needs in prosperous shops. The system that will be built uses an Artificial Neural Network (Artificial Neural Network) which is part of the science of artificial intelligence which has been widely used to solve various kinds of problems related to prediction or forecasting by utilizing the Backpropagation Method. The system is designed with the MATLAB programming application. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it was found that the total demand for Andalas cement for January of the following year is 0.2532 or 2532, thus the predicted total demand for Andalas cement is 2532 sacks.
