Research on the analysis of "Values ​​and Functions of Tradision Manten Mubeng Gapura at mosque Wali At-Taqwa Loram Kulon Kudus" was conducted in Loram Kulon Village, Jati District, Kudus Regency, Central Java. This study uses a qualitative descrptif approach. Data collection techniques through literature, observation, interviews, recording, writing and taking pictures. The results of this study obtained the values ​​and functions of the manten mubeng gapura padureksan tradition, the values ​​associated with this tradition are religious values ​​and cultural values ​​while its function is as a medium of da'wah and to introduce if a Muslim must have a sense of responsibility and not leave obligations.

This aims to protect victims who are very vulnerable to all forms of threats and intimidation. Legal protection was also given before the crime occurred, namely by Law no. 12 of 2022 concerning Crimes of Sexual Violence, Law no. 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, and Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Someone who commits a crime of sexual violence will receive legal consequences, in the form of imprisonment, fines, and restitution to the victim, the amount of which is determined by the court. However, if restitution is insufficient, the State is obliged to provide compensation to the victim for the lack of restitution given to the victim.

The study serves three purposes. First, it explains the strategy and the impact the education organization has on the quality of the study at SMAN 103 Jakarta. The study was created to analyze the function, role, and syntax category in the sentences in story texts used in the Indonesian language textbook for class VIII junior high school independent curriculum. The data analysis technique used in this study is a billing technique with a theoretical language approach that focuses on each of the grammatical elements in sentence formation. The data on this analysis is the function, role, and syntax category in direct sentences and indirect sentences. The data source is two-story texts entitled "Parki and Egg Allergies" and "Uncle Tom's Magic Box" of the Indonesian language textbook for class VIII junior high school independent curriculum. Research has revealed five syntax functions (subjects, predicates, objects, appendages, and references), revealed a variety of syntax roles that do not always occupy the same function (the perpetrator, activity, target, driver, status, circumstances, time, tools, locative, and result), then found ten syntactic categories (pronouns, nouns, verbs, transitive verbs, intransitive verbs, verbal phrases, nominal phrases, adjective phrases, nominal-adjective phrases, and prepositional phrases). It is hoped that more variations of syntax functions, roles, and categories based on the findings of the research conducted.

The purpose of this research is to describe (1) the types of metaphors found in the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi, and (2) the functions of metaphors in the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data source for this research is the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi, which consists of the songs titled "Nyala," "1-2-Cha-Cha," "Malam-Malam Ubud," "Di Timur," "Melebur Semesta," "Kultusan," "Ikat Aku di Tulang Belikatmu," "Amin Paling Serius," "Dalam Diam," and "Jelita." The data in this study are the types and functions of metaphors found in the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi, in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences that are present in the lines and stanzas of the lyrics related to the types and functions of metaphors. The data collection technique used in this research is literature review, observation, note-taking, and data cards. The data analysis is done using qualitative content analysis. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that there are types and functions of metaphors used by the songwriter in the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi. The types of metaphors found in the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi include anthropomorphic metaphors, synesthetic metaphors, abstract metaphors, and bestial metaphors. The functions of metaphors found in the lyrics of the album "Berhati" by Sal Priadi include informational function, expressive function, directive function, and phatic function. The most abundant data are found in the category of abstract metaphors and informational function of metaphors, while the least amount of data are found in the category of bestial metaphors and expressive function of metaphors.

Hypertension is an increasingly important medical and public health problem. Prevention and management of hypertension is a major public health challenge. Many cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, and hypertension can be prevented by implementing medication through routine control and realizing the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The method used is to provide education and demonstration of non-pharmacological therapy about melon juice. Melon juice therapy can be used as an alternative therapy in lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients. which is easy and cheap without compromising the benefits of pharmacological drugs applied by medical personnel. The content of melon fruit contains a lot of Potassium which functions to lower blood pressure because it can cause vasodilation, dilate blood vessels, so that blood pressure can decrease. Community service activities are aimed at all residents in order to increase knowledge about non-pharmacological therapies that are relatively safe from side effects.  

The purpose of this research is to describe the forms and functions of directive speech acts contained in the film "Nanti Kita Cerita tentang Hari Ini" directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko, and to utilize the results of the research as teaching materials for persuasion texts for grade VIII junior high school (SMP). This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data in this study are sentences containing elements of directive speech acts in the film "Later We Tell About Today". The data collection technique was carried out by reading, observing, and note-taking techniques. The instrument used is documentation. The results of the study found several types of directive speech acts divided into the function of commanding 1 utterance, the function of ordering 1 utterance, the function of requiring 1 utterance, the function of crossing 1 utterance. the function of requesting 1 utterance, the function of offering 1 utterance. The third is the form of a directive speech act of invitation which is divided into the function of inviting 1 speech, the function of urging 1 utterance. The fourth is the form of directive speech act of advice which is divided into the function of advising 1 utterance, the function of suggesting 1 utterance, the function appeals to 1 speech, the function calls for 1 utterance, the function remembers 1 utterance. The fifth is the form of directive criticism which is divided into 1 speech reprimanding function, 1 utterance satirical function, 1 utterance scolding function. The sixth form of directive prohibition which is divided into prohibiting functions 1 speech, function prevents 1 speech. The findings of this study were then incorporated into a lesson plan for teaching persuasive writing to eighth graders in junior high school, this was done because the aim of persuasive writing or dialogue is to get the audience to act in the way the writer or speaker wants them to. The linguistic characteristics of persuasive texts are related to the form and function of directive speech acts, which aim to convince the speech partner or listener to act according to the intent intended by the speaker. The purpose of preparing teaching materials in the form of handouts is to simplify subjects to make them easier during the learning process, and to arrange materials in a practical and interesting way for students. Data from the analysis of the form and function of directive speech acts in the film "Next We Tell About Today" informs the preparation of persuasive text teaching materials, which also take Basic Competence (KD) of the applicable Indonesian language curriculum and Competency Achievement Indicators (GPA).

In order to work optimally, electric motors need a protection system that can protect them from threats. In this study, the protection system used is Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) which functions as an overload controller so that the electric motor is not easily burned or damaged. In this case, the TOR must be adjusted according to the capacity of each induction motor so that when an overload occurs, the TOR will automatically cut off the current flowing in the motor so that damage can be avoided. The TOR trip standards in this study uses the NEMA (National Electrical Manufactures Association) standard with the method used, namely Research and Development (R&D) where this method is carried out to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The data collection was obtained through journals and books.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate the implementation of the existing purchase accounting information system at "Koperasi Karya Pertamina". The research method used is a case study using descriptive analysis in answering objectives. The results showed that the purchase SIA carried out at this company still had many weaknesses, including the division of tasks in accordance with the existing organizational structure was uneven, there were duplicate functions in several sections, there were two sections with the same authority and duties but in the organizational structure they were separated. In addition, the documents used still have deficiencies related to internal control that must be carried out. Training functions is to provide opportunities for employees to increase their knowledge and insight so it can increase their work productivity and develop themselves, as well as contribute to the progress of the company in order to achieve the results set by the company. Training contributes positively to employee performance. Motivational factors play an important role in increasing employee productivity. More attention is needed on the selected training methods, facilities, equipment and the ability of the instructors to deliver training materials. An appeal to companies to be able to provide encouragement, encouragement, appreciation to employees who excel in order to increase employee motivation to complete the job as well.

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a regulator of the money management sector, especially the financial sector, must adequately equip its capabilities to properly implement and support financial management sector activities. economic growth. OJK has a position in managing Islamic banks. The description of Islamic commercial banks is very important because they are only marginal in accelerating the development of the financial economy, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Financial Authority carries out the functions, duties, authority to regulate and control activities in the financial sector in an integrated, independent and responsible manner, particularly in the world of banking. The problems of this research are: First, how independent is the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Second, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Third, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in consumer protection and consumer investigations? The type of research method is normative law and the type of research is descriptive. Adolescence is a period of human development. Reproductive health in Indonesia which is prioritized only includes four components/programs, namely: maternal and newborn health, family planning, adolescent reproductive health, as well as prevention and control of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) including HIV/AIDS. The community service that we will carry out refers to the adolescent reproductive health program. Adolescent Reproductive Health is a healthy condition that concerns the reproductive systems, functions and processes of adolescents. The definition of health here does not merely mean being free from disease or free from disability but also being mentally and socially and culturally healthy. Adolescents need to know about reproductive health in order to have correct information about the reproductive process and the various factors that surround it.  With the correct information, it is hoped that teenagers will have responsible attitudes and behavior regarding the reproductive process. Adolescent reproductive health problems apart from having a physical impact, can also affect mental and emotional health, economic conditions and social welfare in the long term. Long-term impacts not only affect the teenagers themselves, but also their families, communities and the nation in the end.

The aims of this research are 1.  to find out environmental management policies in Indonesia in general; 2.  know the environmental management policies in Tulungagung Regency; 3. knowing environmental problems in Tulungagung Regency; and 4.  knowing the role of the community in maintaining, protecting, and preserving the environment. This study uses a qualitative approach to content analysis, using the literature study method. Sources of data used, namely articles, journals, research reports, and other sources that have a good reputation. The results of this study indicate that environmental problems in Tulungagung Regency are increasing pollution and increasing the volume of waste. Apart from referring to Law Number 32 of 2009, the local government also has a regional regulation, namely the Tulungagung Regency Regional Regulation Number 14 of 2018 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. The Tulungagung Regency environmental management strategy focuses on environmental functions, especially controlling environmental impacts by preventing, restoring environmental damage and pollution in the framework of achieving environmental goals of sustainable and environmentally sound regional development.

This study was conducted because several problems were identified where supervision carried out by the leadership was still not optimal. This is evidenced by the existence of violations committed by both those being supervised and those supervising. In addition, slightly loose supervision does not rule out the possibility of violations of the main duties and functions of inspectorate employees. Employee work motivation still fluctuates in the sense that it is not optimal. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained. Supervision of the leadership of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. This provides a fairly strong relationship between leadership supervision and employee performance. The calculation results show that leadership supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work motivation of Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate employees tends to be very high, as well as employee performance which tends to be high. The Ciptaker Law functions to increase investment and create new jobs, but is controversial because of workers' rights. Analysis of the relationship between the Ciptaker Law and employee welfare needs to pay attention to the concept of Competency-Based Employment, which allows companies to appoint and terminate employment based on employee capabilities and performance. However, this threatens the rights of employees, especially regarding termination and wages. The Ciptaker Law also expands the types of work for foreign workers in Indonesia. Even though it can increase investment and create jobs, the Ciptaker Law has the potential to reduce employee wages and make it easier for companies to terminate employment.
