The community service program implemented in Karang Tunggal Village, Tenggarong Seberang District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan, aims to strengthen breeders' capacity and support sustainable livestock development with the concept of assisted villages. Through a participatory and collaborative approach, this program involved ten livestock groups and twelve representatives from village officials, GAPoktan, field extension officers, sub-district officials, and the Agriculture and Livestock Service of Kutai Kartanegara district, with a total of 72 participants. The main activities include identifying needs, training, workshops, and discussions regarding sustainable livestock practices. The main focus of this program is the development of livestock areas, feed management, optimization of livestock production and reproduction, application of appropriate technology, and strategies to increase the competitiveness of livestock products. The results of this program show significant improvements in farmers' technical skills, feed stability through planting superior grasses and reduced dependence on commercial feeds. This program increases livestock productivity and income and encourages more sustainable and competitive livestock practices. These findings make Karang Tunggal Village a potential model for sustainable livestock development in East Kalimantan.

This research examines the implementation of legal protection for healthcare workers serving in remote areas, with a case study in Kapuas Hulu Regency. The main focus of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of existing legal protections and identify factors hindering their implementation. Through a qualitative approach using case study methods, this research reveals a significant gap between existing regulations and practices in the field. The case of Dr. I serves as a concrete example of weak legal protection, ranging from transfers without adequate consideration to eviction from official residences. Identified inhibiting factors include lack of understanding among local officials, weak inter-agency coordination, and discrepancies between central policies and local implementation. This study recommends the need for comprehensive reform in the legal protection system for healthcare workers in remote areas, including capacity building for local officials and strengthening oversight mechanisms.    

The aim of implementing community service in Benda sub-district is to support business actors in promoting SME products in Benda sub-district, Tangerang-Banten City. This activity began with a preparation and field survey stage, which involved direct discussions with the village administrators and village officials of Benda Subdistrict to identify the needs, opportunities and challenges faced by SME business actors. Next, the service team carries out the socialization and training stage, which includes five important aspects: (1) how to create attractive products, (2) choosing a strategic location, (3) practice of creating easy promotional content on social media, (4) distribution strategy products to reach customers, and (5) online marketing. This activity aims to produce SMEs in Benda sub-district, especially home-based businesses, who have an entrepreneurial spirit so they are able to create good marketing strategies. This research aims to optimize the application of digitalization to MSMEs in Benda Subdistrict, Tangerang City, in order to strengthen their position in increasingly dynamic business competition. Through Community Service with seminars and workshops held to provide motivation and marketing strategies as well as introduce digital technology in MSME business operations. The results show a significant increase in MSMEs' abilities and understanding of marketing strategies and the use of digital technology to face healthy competition.  

This article explores a sustainable education program in mustard green cultivation implemented through collaboration between local residents and UNIWARA KKN (Community Service Program) students in Kelurahan Karanganyar. The program aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of local residents in sustainable mustard green cultivation techniques, including the use of appropriate growing media, efficient irrigation techniques, and the management of pests and plant diseases without harmful chemicals. The method used in this study is **Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR)**: working together with local residents and engaging in hands-on field practice to apply proper cultivation techniques. The research shows that this educational program not only successfully improves local residents' knowledge and skills in mustard green cultivation but also strengthens the relationship between the community and academics. Active community participation in this program results in significant positive impacts, including a reduction in the use of synthetic chemicals, increased crop yields, and more environmentally friendly agriculture

The Field Work Practice (PKL) conducted by students of STMIK Pesat Nabire at the Waharia Village Office, Nabire Regency, Central Papua Province, aims to develop and implement a web-based citizen data collection system. This activity is driven by the need for an efficient and integrated data collection system to facilitate administrative processes and public services in Waharia Village. The developed web-based data collection system is designed to record demographic information, residential status, and other essential data of village residents. The development process involves needs analysis, system design, software implementation, and training for village officials. The results of this PKL show that the web-based data collection system can improve the accuracy and speed of data processing, minimize errors in manual recording, and facilitate information access for relevant parties. It is hoped that with this system, work efficiency at the Waharia Village Office will increase, public services will improve, and citizen data will be managed more securely and structurally. This system is also expected to serve as a model for other villages in Nabire Regency in adopting information technology for village administration management.    

Grouper fish (Epinephelus sp.) is one of the popular marine fish species in the market in Indonesia and abroad in Southeast Asia, this fish has high economic value, good taste. Currently, the development of grouper aquaculture has been growing, so the seeds must be available continuously to meet the demand for seeds, therefore the foundation of interspecies crosses between groupers that have a high heterosis effect in growth traits, disease resistance and environmental resistance. This research activity was carried out at the Brackish Water Aquaculture Center located in Situbondo, East Java and was carried out from June 19, 2023 to August 19, 2023. The working method used in the Field Work Practice is descriptive method with data collection including primary and secondary. The technique of grouper hatchery conducted at the Brackish Water Aquaculture Fisheries Center stages include tub preparation, broodstock rearing, hybridization, hatching and egg stocking, larval development, feeding, water quality management, growth sampling and grading, pests and diseases, and harvesting and marketing. The results of the observed parameters are HR 73.25%, SR 15.98%, FR 74.16%. Water quality management carried out in grouper hatcheries is water reduction and water changes according to larval age, siphon once a week and water quality tests.    

This research aims to analyze the determination of the internalization of BerAKHLAK work culture in constructing apparatus integrity within the Social Services Department of East Java Province. In the context of modern bureaucratic transformation, Civil Servants (ASN) are required to have a strong work culture foundation as a moral compass to avoid practices that deviate from professional ethics. The Social Services Department possesses unique characteristics as it interacts directly with vulnerable social groups, necessitating personnel with unwavering integrity and moral immunity against the temptation of abusive authority. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, this research dissects the phenomenon of value internalization holistically through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the internalization process of BerAKHLAK (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative) is carried out through a social construction dialectic encompassing stages of externalization, objectification, and internalization. Phenomenological findings suggest a paradigm shift from formalistic integrity toward substantive integrity, where values ​​such as Accountability and Loyalty are no longer viewed merely as regulatory burdens but as manifestations of moral responsibility rooted in individual conscience. The habituation process through routine actions, such as consistently precise data verification, has created an "ethical sedimentation" that transforms honest behavior into an instinctive or automatic self-governing action. Furthermore, the Harmonious and Collaborative dimensions have successfully established peer-supervision mechanisms and a collective social identity that strengthens the organization's moral fortress through collective social shame against deviations. The integration of Competent and Adaptive values ​​also proves to be a primary determinant in mitigating ethical risks, where technical professionalism encourages personnel to remain transparent despite complex field pressures. Overall, the internalization of BerAKHLAK work culture has successfully reconstructed the integrity of the East Java Social Services apparatus into a stable social reality, which not only transforms work methods but also builds public trust through quality and equitable service.

The Marine Department is a Diploma IV study program - Land Aspect Marine Defense Management. This Study Program has the mission of providing education for Marine Corps cadets to become Marine Corps Officers who are able to carry out their duties as Marine Infantry Platoon Commanders who are professional, have a fighting spirit, are disciplined, proud, work hard and work smart and have high physical fitness. In the Marine Department Study Program, basic subjects are taught and trained. In an operation, moving and sending combat troops and equipment to a target area is something that is absolutely necessary. One way to move troops and equipment is by parachuting them in by airplane (static parachuting). The implementation of this static plunge contains quite high risks and dangers. Field Work Practice (PKL) activities are implemented to help UMKM perpetrators in accounting and financial reporting in accordance with the methods of SAK EMKM. The activities are carried out at the Kopitisi and Fandi Laundry enterprises located in Yogyakarta. The writing method used is quantitative descriptive. Activities begin with survey of activity objects, activity planning, activity implementation, evaluation, and activity reporting. As a result of this activity, the owners of the company Kopitisi and Fandy Laundry have been able to make financial statements in a simple and good way so that they can be applied in their monthly accounts.

Department of Agricultural Processing Products is one of the departments at SMKN 1 Pakis Aji Jepara which prioritizes practice as well as theory. Students of the Department of Agricultural Processing Products are not only intended to work directly but are also encouraged to continue their higher education on campus. The lack of information on the campus world, especially in a field that is linear with the Department of Agribusiness of Agricultural Processing Products, namely agriculture, makes it less difficult for students to know the real campus world. Moreover, the teachers of SMKN 1 Pakis Aji Jepara have not been able to explain the campus world in detail due to the limited time focused on teaching the material. Therefore, a community service activity was carried out by Agricultural Campus Lecturers from Muria Kudus University, Muhammadiyah Purwokerto University and  Muhammadiyah  Tegal University in the form of counseling about the world of agricultural campuses to students of SMKN 1  Pakis Aji  Jepara. The counseling techniques carried out are by presenting materials, introducing the campus world with videos and discussions. The activity was carried out with a presentation about the campus world, especially the agricultural campus with material on how to choose an agricultural campus, how to register on an agricultural campus, campus life, campus organizations, what to do when studying at an agricultural campus, agricultural campus majors that can be chosen according to the interests of the major, scholarships on the agricultural campus and so on. The counseling was carried out in the Multipurpose Room of SMKN 1 Pakis Aji  Jepara with the number of counseling participants of 56 students majoring in Agricultural Processing Products of SMKN 1  Pakis Aji  Jepara

Coffee has become a promising leading commodity in the North Sumatra region. However, in the practice of coffee cultivation at the location, issues were found where most farming practices did not comply with Good Agriculture Practice (GAP). One way to support the achievement of SDG Goal 8: decent work and economic growth can be through community service. The Edu Farmers International Foundation, through its "Farming for the Nation" program, conducted mentoring activities for coffee farmers in the form of field schools. The aim of this activity was to assist coffee farmers in Hutagurgur Village in adhering to proper GAP practices to achieve the maximum quality and quantity of coffee. The method involved observing problems and potentials, formulating solutions, planning field schools, determining topics and schedules for the field schools, and conducting the field schools. The results showed that farmers experienced an increase in knowledge and implementation by 25-400%. However, the impact on productivity has not yet been observed, as the assessment was not conducted during the main harvest season.

This entrepreneurship socialization carries the theme of Young Generation, Generation of Work, attended by three speakers consisting of education, public transportation and culinary fields. This activity was held considering that entrepreneurship among the younger generation is not yet widely practiced but tends to be more in demand by adults. The purpose of this entrepreneurship socialization activity is to provide advice so that young people are bigger and have no doubts about entering the business world. The activity held in Rantauprapat was attended by 60 participants.

This paper examines the significant contributions of Prof. Dr. Paul Janssen CM to the Indonesian Catholic Church, particularly in the fields of pastoral theology and catechist education. Janssen's creative and practical approach to theology has had a lasting impact, evident in the establishment of catechetical institutions and the numerous alumni serving across Indonesia. The study explores Janssen’s pastoral theological practices, emphasizing his integration of theological concepts with social sciences to create an interdisciplinary pastoral model. The methodology includes an analysis of Janssen’s thoughts, teaching materials, and life experiences, focusing on the contextualization of theology within the Indonesian Church. The paper highlights Janssen's commitment to the Church’s mission, especially his focus on serving the poor, and offers recommendations for renewing and actualizing his charism in contemporary pastoral work. Ultimately, it seeks to ensure that Janssen's legacy continues to inspire and guide future pastoral initiatives in Indonesia.

This project aims to develop and implement an attendance website for Prakerin (Industrial Work Practice) at SMK Assanadiyah Palembang to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of managing student attendance during the Prakerin program. The use of information technology is expected to facilitate monitoring. The methods used include needs analysis, system design and development, implementation and testing, training and guidance, and evaluation and improvement. The results of this project show that key features such as the attendance dashboard, daily reports, and attendance recapitulation facilitate teachers and supervisors in monitoring student attendance. Additionally, more structured student data management and comprehensive reports and analysis enable better evaluation of the Prakerin program. Evaluation of training performance through pretest and posttest with five users representing teachers, students, and field supervisors showed a significant improvement in understanding and skills in using the website, with an average pretest score of 70.78% and an average posttest score of 89.08%. The training and technical support provided ensure that users can utilize the system optimally. In conclusion, the implementation of this Prakerin attendance website has successfully improved the efficiency and effectiveness of educational management at SMK Assanadiyah Palembang.

The aim of this industrial practice activity focuses on finding out what components are contained in the Star-Delta hydrant pump panel, knowing the process of installing the Star-Delta hydrant pump panel and knowing how the Star-Delta panel works. In implementing this industrial practice, observation methods, library observations and interviews are used. PT. Tiga Kreasi Indonesia is a company that operates in the field of manufacturing electrical panels, with one of its products being Star-Delta hydrant pump panels to stabilize air pressure in hydrant pump lines. The hydrant pump's star delta panel functions to control and secure what happens if undesirable things happen, such as protecting a building or factory. This research produces new knowledge and understanding regarding the design of Star-Delta Panel hydrant pumps which are widely used in homes, factories and offices to minimize the occurrence of fires.

The number of workplace accidents in Indonesia continues to increase every year. In 2019, there were 210,789 cases of workplace accidents, which rose to 221,740 cases in 2020, and further increased to 234,370 cases in 2021. The welding process involves various risks of workplace accidents that may occur at different stages. Starting from selecting and moving products, workers can be scratched by materials or even hit by them. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is a relationship between knowledge and workplace accidents among welding workshop workers using a qualitative method. Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between an individual's knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices and their performance in the work environment. The better the welders' knowledge of OHS, in terms of basic knowledge, understanding of concepts, and application in the field, the lower the risk of workplace accidents.

One of the providers of social welfare services is residents or former fostered social institutions, especially for one of the recidivist residents. The social stigma attached to recidivist residents causes shame and low self-esteem which aggravates the emotional state so planning is needed in dealing with these problems. Through the practice of fieldwork as a social worker, it aims to help improve the social functioning of a recidivist resident in the uncertainty of acceptance when returning to society. The initiative aims to modernize the educational tools available to teachers and students, promoting a more engaging and effective learning environment. Canva's AI-driven features facilitate the creation of dynamic and visually appealing educational content, making complex concepts easier to understand. The socialization process involved training sessions for teachers and interactive workshops for students, highlighting the practical applications of AI in education. The feedback from participants indicated a significant improvement in both teaching methodologies and student engagement. This project demonstrates the potential of AI-based tools in transforming traditional educational practices, paving the way for future innovations in the field of education.

As the constitution of Indonesia, the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) serves as the basis for the drafting of laws governing various aspects of life, including health and occupational safety (K3). The 1945 Constitution does not explicitly regulate K3 but provides the foundation for the development of laws governing this field. Effective occupational health and safety (K3) practices help reduce workload and the risk of injuries in the workplace. This includes the identification, assessment, and control of potential hazards, as well as the enhancement of safety and health protection in the workplace. By implementing good K3 practices, companies can ensure that their employees work in safe and healthy environments, thus reducing workload and increasing productivity. The purpose of the study on Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Management and Workload is to analyze the relationship between K3 factors and employee workload, and to assess the impact of K3 programs on employee workload and overall health status. To address these challenges, collaborative efforts between the government, companies, labor unions, and K3 experts are required. Adequate resource provision, effective training, and inclusive safety culture promotion are key to enhancing K3 implementation. Additionally, technology can be utilized to strengthen risk monitoring and management systems in the workplace. In conclusion, the implementation of K3 in the workplace requires a comprehensive and sustainable approach to achieve a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. With strong cooperation among various stakeholders, it is hoped that a robust and sustainable safety culture can be established across various industrial sectors.
