This research is motivated by the quality of content and compound sentences. A compound sentence is a sentence that has two or more subordinate clauses connected by a conjunction. Compound sentences with several types will expand the scope of analysis in this research. These types include equivalent compounds, multilevel compounds, dense compounds, expanded compounds, and mixed compounds. However, our team's analysis was limited to three compound sentences, namely equivalent compound sentences (coordinative compound sentences), graded compound sentences (subordinating compound sentences), and mixed compound sentences. This research aims to evaluate the quality of the short story content in the short story anthology book entitled “Rinduku Sederas Hujan Sore Itu” and to expand the intellectual level of readers and writers. Researchers use qualitative research techniques which are classified as a type of qualitative descriptive research, namely trying to build existing facts to present information as it is. Through the results of the research, it was found: (1) the short stories in the short story collection “Rinduku Sederas Hujan Sore Itu” have different qualities, some are easy to understand, some are difficult to understand, (2) equivalent compound sentences are found more often, and (3) compound sentences in short story collections often appear in compound sentences with two clauses. It is hoped that this research can better help readers understand heavy texts and how to classify heavy texts in the short story anthology “Rinduku Sederas Hujan Sore Itu”.

Ardiansyah. Evaluation of Regional Regulation Number 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Lima Belas Ilir Village, East Ilir I District. This study aims to: 1) Analyze and describe the Evaluation of Regional Regulation Number 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Lima Belas Ilir Village, East Ilir I District; 2) Analyze and describe the Supporting and Hindering Factors for the Evaluation of Regional Regulation No. 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Limabelas Ilir Village, East Ilir District I. The research design used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Descriptive research can be interpreted as a problem-solving procedure that is investigated by describing / describing the state of the subject/object of research (a person, institution, society and others) at the present time based on facts that appear or as they are (Nawawi in Klicit, 2008). The results of the study concluded that: 1) The implementation of Regional Regulation No. 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Limabelas Ilir Village, Ilir Timur I District has not been optimal so far. Problems related to peace and order still often occur, such as thuggery and violations by street vendors that disturb public order and order. Education has been carried out many times through socialization and approaches through local community leaders, but the number of violations has not been able to be suppressed and is still occurring. Related to this, the lack of a high level of public awareness in complying with the regulations is considered to be the main cause of frequent violations, plus the lack of optimal enforcement of violations committed, so that violators are not deterred and tend to be ordinary in committing violations; 2) Supporting Factors for the Evaluation of Regional Regulation No. 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Fifteen Ilir Village, East Ilir District I is the existence of clear rules or legal basis contained in Regional Regulation No. 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order itself, then the high commitment shown by the employees of the Fifteen Ilir Village Office. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that there are still many residents of Lima Belas Ilir Village who do not understand Regional Regulation Number 44 of 2002, the level of public awareness in complying with regulations is still lacking, lack of supervision from related parties, so that in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 44 of 2002 has not been able to be applied properly, and the approach taken to the community is still not optimal.

This research aims to explain the importance of knowing Children's Rights and Issuing Child Identity Cards (KIA) to residents of Pasuluhan Village. A Child Identity Card (KIA) is a document that describes a child's official identity as proof of a child aged 0-17 years and unmarried, issued by the District/City Population and Civil Registration Service in Banten Province. Meanwhile, the type of research used is a descriptive method with qualitative analysis, namely a type of research through problem-solving procedures which are investigated by describing, depicting the current situation surrounding the research object based on facts. Based on the results of this research, it is known that Pasuluhan sub-district residents who have children do not yet know and issue Child Identity Cards (KIA) at the Serang City Population and Civil Registry Service. So, it can be seen that the population of Pasuluhan sub-district who know and have KIA is still low. This is because there are still many people who consider Child Identity Cards to be unimportant, and think that it is sufficient to use a birth certificate as identity, when issuing child identity cards in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulations. State Number 2 of 2016 as well as conducting outreach on the importance of KIA to the community, especially to posyandu cadres and schools in rural areas so that people understand the importance of children's identity cards, then human resources are emphasized more in implementing this policy to provide services to the people of Serang City and increasing supervision of Child Identity Card issuance services. Better socialization is considered important to increase public understanding of the benefits and procedures for making KIA. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the KIA program continue to be improved and perfected so that it is more efficient and provides greater benefits for the community.

In Indonesia, people keep a lot of animals, such as dogs. Dogs are one of the favorite animals commonly kept by humans. Dogs are usually favorite animals that can be used as companions, guarding the house, hunting and so on. Alvi Deiectiones (Diarrhea) disease is caused by eating food errors (such as eating leftover or stale food), changing types of food without a transition period, viral, bacterial, or parasitic infections. One of the problems often encountered at the Binjai Petshop clinic is diarrheal disease in dogs. The lack of knowledge in people who keep dogs about diarrhea disease and the limited existence of veterinary clinics, time and money make many cases of improper treatment that worsen the dog's condition. To help overcome this problem is to create an Expert System that can diagnose diseases based on the symptoms that occur to detect the disease experienced. Expert System can be interpreted as a collection of facts that have been collected to show the symptoms of a disease and can provide an explanation based on consultation with the expert.
