The rapid transformation of higher education driven by the advancement of digital technologies and the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of online learning platforms across universities worldwide. This study investigates the relationship between the use of online learning platforms, academic performance, and student engagement among university students. Using a cross-sectional survey design, data were collected from students actively participating in online learning environments to analyze how frequency of platform use influences academic outcomes and engagement levels. The results reveal a positive correlation between online learning engagement and academic performance, indicating that students who consistently participate in live sessions, complete assignments, and interact with peers and instructors achieve better academic results. Cognitive and behavioral engagement were found to be the most influential factors contributing to improved learning outcomes, while emotional engagement played a supportive role in maintaining motivation and persistence. Despite these benefits, several challenges were identified, including social isolation, limited face-to-face interaction, and technological barriers that hinder full participation. Comparisons with traditional learning environments highlight that online platforms provide greater flexibility and personalized learning opportunities but lack the immediacy of in-person interaction. Furthermore, differences between local and international contexts underscore the role of infrastructure and institutional readiness in ensuring equitable online learning experiences. The study concludes that effective integration of technology, instructor presence, and collaborative tools can enhance engagement and academic success in digital learning environments. Future research should explore long-term impacts, including the role of gamification and artificial intelligence in sustaining motivation and improving educational outcomes.

This research aims to develop a product in the form of a digital module with the Canva platform and flipbook maker to improve student learning outcomes in cost accounting courses on the topic of cost of orders. Digital modules make it easy for students to access and increase students' interest in learning. This development research uses the ADDIE research design and development model. The research results found that the feasibility level in terms of media was very good with a score of 94%, while in terms of feasibility the digital module material developed received a score of 95% with very feasible criteria. The effectiveness results show that the digital module is able to improve student learning outcomes on the topic of cost of goods ordered. Educators are required to be creative in developing teaching materials, so digital modules are a form of creativity in teaching materials by presenting audio, visuals, animation and flexibility in use.

The inability of students to understand digital literacy which has an impact on unsatisfactory learning outcomes. This study aims to find out how the digital literacy skills of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in Sidoarjo, East Java, how the creativity of students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Sidoarjo, East Java, and to find out how digital literacy relates to the creativity of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in Sidoarjo, East Java. The method used in this study is a type of quantitative research correlation approach. The independent variable in this study is digital literacy and the variabe tied to this study is the creativity of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in Sidoarjo, East Java. The population in this study is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah schools in Sidoarjo, East Java, while the sample was taken by cluster random sampling method and it can be concluded that the sample is grade V students in every two Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah with a total of 199 in the 2022/2023 school year. Data collection in this study through literature studies and field studies using observation, creativity tests, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of the data analysis conducted, it is known that the Digital Literacy of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Sidoarjo, East Java is in the very good category, this can be seen from the total score of 88%. The creativity of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in Sidoarjo, East Java is in the very good category, this can be seen from the total score of 89%. For the results of calculating the relationship between the two variables using the SPSS 26.0 For Windows application of 0.688 which contains the understanding that the relationship of the independent variable (Digital Literacy) to the dependent variable (Student Creativity) is 68%.

This study explores the potential of mobile educational applications to enhance student-centered inquiry-based learning (IBL) in secondary school classrooms. As traditional, teacher-centered pedagogies fail to adequately engage students in critical thinking and problem-solving, IBL offers a promising alternative that encourages active participation and deeper learning. The research investigates how mobile applications can support IBL by facilitating the inquiry process, such as data collection, hypothesis formulation, and collaboration. Through a quasi-experimental design involving secondary school students, the study compares the effectiveness of traditional teaching methods and mobile-assisted IBL. Results indicate that students using mobile applications showed significant improvements in critical thinking, engagement, and academic performance compared to those taught through traditional methods. Teachers and students both reported high satisfaction with mobile apps, particularly in terms of ease of use and educational value. The findings suggest that integrating mobile technologies into the classroom can create more interactive, accessible, and personalized learning experiences, fostering critical thinking and enhancing student outcomes. However, challenges related to infrastructure, teacher training, and digital literacy must be addressed to fully harness the potential of mobile-assisted inquiry-based learning.

This study explores the relationship between digital literacy and student engagement in language education. With the increasing integration of technology in modern education, digital literacy has become a fundamental skill, influencing various aspects of academic participation. The research employs a correlational design and utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the impact of digital literacy on cognitive, behavioral, and emotional engagement in language learning. The findings suggest that students with higher levels of digital literacy demonstrate greater cognitive engagement, including improved critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, digital literacy was found to positively influence behavioral engagement, such as increased participation, effort, and persistence in learning tasks. Furthermore, emotional engagement, measured by students' enjoyment, interest, and sense of belonging, was strongly associated with digital literacy. This study highlights the critical role of digital literacy in fostering deeper engagement and improving overall learning outcomes in language education. Implications for practice include the integration of digital literacy skills into language curricula, with educators encouraged to incorporate digital tools to enhance engagement. The study also calls for further research to examine the long-term effects of digital literacy on academic performance and to explore the potential disparities in digital literacy levels across different student populations. As educational technology continues to evolve, understanding its impact on student engagement remains essential for developing effective teaching practices that meet the needs of contemporary learners.

This research discusses the implementation materials Of comic-based teaching. This research aims to develop teaching materials for fantasy story texts based on local wisdom in the form of digital comics to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students. This research is research and development (R&D). In this research and development, researchers used the ADDIE method, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The results of the development research show that the digital comic teaching materials based on local wisdom for grade V elementary school students produced are said to be very feasible. This is proven by the media expert validation results showing a very good category (96%) from the average validator. The material expert validation results show a very good category (96%) from the average validator. Linguist validation results show a very good category (98%) from the average validator. The results of the student response product trials showed the very good category (87.5%) and the results of the teacher response product trials showed the very good category (94%). In the evaluation of the test results, students obtained an average result of 89.71 with a percentage score of 90% with very good criteria with details of 28 students completing. This comic is a good idea for language learning based on students' interests and talents to improve their learning. The research results are proof that digital comic teaching materials based on local wisdom are very feasible and can be used as learning materials that can improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of online learning physics courses in universities. This research is a literature study by taking references from several journals and library sources with a narrative presentation to see the effectiveness of online learning in universities. As educators, lecturers utilize various learning media and digital applications which are expected to be integrated into the student learning experience and still  refer  to  learning  outcomes  in  the  semester learning  plan  (RPS).  Physics is a compulsory subject.  Online learning in physics courses at universities is indeed quit good, but has obstacles to understanding the physics material taught  by lecturers, including the learning provided is more dominant in theory and practicum activities are not optimally implemented.  So that the effectiveness of online learning of physics courses in universities can be categorized as quite effective because the results are not optimal.

The objective of this research is to assess the utilization of Canva application as a biology learning media at SMA Negeri 1 East Siau. 2. To assess the efficacy of utilizing the Canva application as a Biology learning medium in improving student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 East Siau. This research instrument employs a combination of interviews, questionnaires, and test questions. Subsequently, the data is examined utilizing the percentage calculation. The research yielded a design for electronic-based media, which involved several stages: needs analysis, design, validation and revision, and testing and implementation. The effectiveness test results, validated by media experts, yielded a 95.38% rating in the highly feasible category. Similarly, the material experts rated it as very feasible with a score of 98%. Furthermore, 92.31% of students who participated in the trials found it to be very feasible. This is supported by the average pretest score of 59.3, which increased to 89.33 in the posttest, resulting in a gain score of 0.73. Therefore, utilizing the Canva application as a digital learning platform is highly appropriate for enhancing the academic achievements of 10th grade students at SMA Negeri 1 East Siau.

Low student learning motivation causes low learning outcomes. Learning models that are less interactive and innovative are one of the reasons students have low learning motivation. This study aims to analyze the use of learning media with the mentimeter application in Pancasila and Citizenship Education Subjects at SMA Plus Merdeka Soreang on student motivation. The research sample was taken from 30 students of Merdeka Soreang Plus High School who took Pancasila and Citizenship Education Subjects. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed changes in the increase in results and learning motivation between before and after treatment. The average learning outcomes increased from 46.87 to 70.62 with a percentage increase of 50.67%. In addition, an increase also occurred in indicators of student motivation during the learning process. The application of the meter application provides a more interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere. This research is expected to improve the learning process by using digital media.Keyword : Mentimeter Media, Interactive Learning, Motivation

The purpose of this research is to develop innovative assessment methods in the context of modern Learning. In today's digital age, traditional approaches to learning assessment are often no longer sufficient to holistically assess student progress and success. Thus, this study proposes a more innovative and comprehensive assessment method that uses modern technology and considers students' individual needs. This study identified and tested promising new assessment tools and techniques through pilot projects, such as digital portfolios, peer assessment, and realistic simulations. In addition, this study also explores how technologies such as learning analytics can be used to provide more meaningful and timely feedback to students and teachers. The results of this study indicate that this innovative assessment method can improve student engagement, comprehension, and learning outcomes. These findings also suggest that teachers and educators can use technology and data to make more informed decisions about how to develop and implement assessment strategies. In conclusion, developing innovative assessment methods in modern learning environments is essential for more inclusive, adaptive, and practical education. By integrating technology and new assessment approaches, this research significantly contributes to our understanding of creating more effective and engaging assessment systems in this digital era.

Learning as a process of organizing the environment around students might meet the National Education Standards. Most educators in Surakarta City had minimal understanding of the assessment of learning outcomes. How was the technique of preparing the right assessment tool in measuring student learning achievement? Based on the situation analysis, the partner's problems were found, including the lack of understanding of educators in the form and technique of preparing appropriate assessment tools, as well as the limited ability of educators to translate assessment techniques into digital form. The proposer's solution was through training, namely first training, designing the preparation of good item items, and providing strategies for composing good item items by paying attention to validity, level of difficulty, discriminating power, and reliability. The second training is monitoring the preparation of item items as well as strengthening the concepts and skills of item analysis techniques as well as assessment tool techniques with the assistance of digital media. The result of the implementation was that the activities run in an orderly manner according to the plan and according to the targets set. From this activity, it could be concluded that there was an increase in the competence of educators in developing digital-based assessments of learning tools after being given training.

Mathematics anxiety has long been recognized as a barrier to student achievement, particularly in an era where digital technologies are reshaping education. This study aims to investigate the role of cognitive psychology in modern mathematics learning as a means of reducing math anxiety and enhancing numerical creativity among digital generation learners. Employing an experimental classroom design informed by neuroeducation principles, the research explored how interventions rooted in cognitive regulation, emotional control, and cognitive load management influence student outcomes. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test instruments measuring levels of math anxiety and creativity in numerical problem-solving. The findings demonstrate a significant reduction in mathematics anxiety following the implementation of the neuroeducation-based intervention. Simultaneously, students exhibited marked improvements in creative approaches to numerical challenges, indicating that addressing psychological factors is essential to unlocking mathematical potential. These results highlight the importance of integrating cognitive psychology into mathematics instruction, moving beyond procedural learning toward a holistic approach that considers students’ emotional and cognitive states. The implications extend to educators, curriculum designers, and policymakers, suggesting that modern mathematics education should balance cognitive development, emotional well-being, and creative problem-solving skills to prepare students for the challenges of a rapidly evolving digital world.

Learning Indonesian contains material regarding news texts that students need to master. Based on observations at SMP N 19 Semarang, especially in class VII F, it shows that learning carried out on news text material has not been carried out effectively, and the material has not been fully conveyed properly in the learning process resulting in learning that cannot be said according to learning outcomes. Educators need to carry out activities to improve learning and deal with problems in the classroom, one of which is by designing learning media that can help facilitate the learning process. This model needs to be integrated with something that is currently closely related to students so that it can provide an imprinted and memorable learning experience for students. One model that is relevant to the characteristics of students is the ASSURE model. Based on the research that was conducted on 32 students at SMP N 19 Semarang, in the first cycle the average student assessment score was below the average score of 69.53, while in the second cycle there was an increase in student assessment scores with an average score. -class average 81.25. This proves that the application of the ASSURE model for digital pocket book learning media to news texts for class VII SMP can be said to be effective.

Students in the digital era expect more learning using technology. This requires teachers to modify learning by applying technology in it. This study tries to apply the ASSURE learning model with the integration of Wordwall Games media which can be accessed on each student's device in class. The uses of Wordwall Games media match with the ASSURE model because it links technology. Wordwall Games is a game specially designed for learning. This game can improve motivation in students' learning, so that learning in the technological era become more effective and efficient. This research based on classroom action research on discussion text material using the ASSURE model using Wordwall media in class IX at SMP Negeri 9 Semarang which is targeted in 2 learning cycles. The results showed that there was an students enhancement motivation in 2 learning cycles of learning as evidenced by increased of student learning outcomes. This proves that the ASSURE model and Wordwall media are fit to be applied in Indonesian learning, especially in discussion text.

This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of Blended Learning as an online and mixed learning strategy by analyzing various research studies related to Blended Learning obtained from the Google Scholar database. The method used in this study is a method with a library approach or what is known as a literature study from research articles for 2020-2022. Article selection is carried out through the process of identification, screening, and eligibility. So that 10 articles are relevant to the objectives and problems of the literature study. Based on the literature study that has been carried out, the results show that the use of Blended Learning by utilizing several digital technology-based applications as learning support can be said to be effective for increasing literacy skills, critical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cognitive learning outcomes of students.

The increasing use of social media among students has raised concerns regarding its impact on academic performance and digital well-being. This study aims to examine the relationship between social media usage, student learning outcomes, and overall well-being in a digital environment. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys and in-depth interviews with high school and university students. The findings indicate that while social media can serve as a valuable tool for academic collaboration and resource-sharing, excessive and unregulated usage often leads to distractions, reduced academic performance, and negative effects on mental health. The study highlights the need for balanced social media engagement and the implementation of digital literacy programs to promote responsible usage. These insights contribute to the ongoing discussion on digital well-being and offer practical recommendations for students, educators, and policymakers.

This study reviews micro-learning including its use, benefits, and limitation. This study is library research. The analysis shows that microlearning can be delivered through video, application, gamification, infographics, and social media. Numerous studies demonstrate the benefits of microlearning that lessons can be delivered in a short amount of time. It can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Microlearning is flexible to accommodate different learning styles and can be customized to students’ needs. With short material, students can choose which material is needed, desired, and relevant. Microlearning help increases students’ retention rates and comprehension levels. If the material is broken down into smaller parts, it is easier for students to remember lessons, and easier for teachers to update content and to know learning outcomes. However, the limitations are that microlearning is not suitable for complex and complicated material, and requires detailed explanation. The learning method is dependent on the learning objectives. If the material is in small parts, it can prevent students from understanding the material in-depth. Educators are required to produce their learning content. However, not all educators have the capacity and time to prepare content. Microlearning strategies are related to the individual qualities of learners, the propensity of teachers to utilize digital technology, and external circumstances such as the availability of learning resources.
