The research objectives are to analyzing the impact of work motivation, work discipline, and work culture on employee performance. CV. Roda Jati The research method used is a quantitative type with an explanatory design. The research subjects were all employees of CV. Roda Jati, totaling 57 people. The method of collecting power used was observation, documents, and questionnaires. The results of the study concluded that: 1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 0.324 or 32.4%; 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 0.326 or 32.6%; 3) work culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance by 0.314 or 31.4%; and 4) work motivation, work discipline, and culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance CV. Roda Jati amounted to 0.321 or 32.1%. 

Prostitution is an act that deviates and violates the rules of social and religious values ​​and norms. Prostitution involving parties such as pimps, commercial sex workers, and service users comes from various circles due to economic factors and lack of mental strength in dealing with global changes in society that changed to the modern era, as well as lifestyle demands where values ​​and norms exist in in society began to be eroded by the changing times that are increasingly developing. The method used in this research is normative juridical, research specifications in concreto, secondary data sources, the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that law enforcement in the handling of prostitution in Demak Regency was carried out using the model of actual enforcement law. It emerged after the discretion in law enforcement was believed to be due to limitations, both related to infrastructure, quality of human resources, quality of legislation and lack of community participation. Law enforcement officers include the Civil Service Police Unit, Demak District Police, and Social Services. Obstacles that occur in law enforcement in the prevention of prostitution in Demak Regency are due to legal factors including; in the sound of the Regional Regulation numbers are unclear so that it can be bargained in other words not in accordance with these rules, law enforcement factors; law enforcement officials are less assertive, law enforcement officials prioritize the principle of humanity, and the lack of personnel, factors and facilities include; the absence of rehabilitation houses to accommodate community disease perpetrators (CSWs) and lack of funding to crack down on perpetrators to the judicial process, community factors include; the community is less participating in reporting the practice of prostitution around them, and there are backing / thugs or pimps who protect commercial sex workers to provide information early so they can escape, cultural factors include; The inherent community culture has long since begun to be abandoned, and the existence of a modern city culture has entered the Demak District.   Keywords: Law Enforcement, Prevention of Prostitution

Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. Furthermore, the regional autonomy policy provides opportunities for regions to develop themselves and their communities in accordance with regional needs/interests, so the role of youth as a nation's potential and development constellation cannot be separated from village/sub-district development.

Masyarkat Menco Kecamatan Wedung Kabupaten Demak yang sebagian besar berprofesi sebagai petani tambak dan nelayan tradisional yang masih menggantungkan hasil tangkapan dialam yang berupa kepiting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari.Oleh karena itu penulis membahas mengenai Tinjaun Hukum Lingkungan Terhadap Penangkapan Kepiting Bertelur di Dusun Menco Kecamatan Wedung Kabupaten Demak.Adapun yang menjadi permasalahan menurut penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Bagaimana dampak penangkapan kepiting bertelur dalam lingkungan hidup  masyarakat Desa Menco? (2)Bagaimana tinjauan hukum lingkungan terhadap penangkapan kepiting bertelur?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dampak dari penangkapan kepiting bertelur dalam lingkungan hidup masyarakat Menco dan untuk menjelaskan mengenai tinjauan hukum lingkungan terhadap penangkapan kepiting bertelur Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian yuridis sosiologis.Spesifikasi penelitian dalam penulisan ini bersifat deskriptif analitis.Analisis yang dipergunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah deskriptif analisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan mengenai eksistensi Peraturan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Nomor 1 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pelarangan Penangkapan Lobster, Kepiting dan Rajungan dalam lingkup hidup masyarakat Menco Kecamatan Wedung Kabupaten Demak dapat menjawab permasalahan yang ada bahwa penangkapan kepiting yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Menco tidak sesuai dengan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Peratutan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Nomor 1 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pelarangan Penangkapan Lobster, Kepiting dan Rajungan. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari penangkapan kepiting yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Menco beragam dari ekonomi sampai populasi dari kepiting yang berada dialam bebas.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan penangkapan kepiting yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Menco baik nelayan maupun pemilik tambak tergolong melanggar peraturan yang ada dan merugikan mayarakat itu sendiri terutama masyarakat Menco.

The occurrence of crime is caused by several factors, namely criminal biology, criminal psychology, and criminal sociology. Even though there are many factors related to an offender committing an act of sexual abuse based on that basis, I took a research entitled: "Criminological review of the causes of people committing an act of sexual immorality (Study of the Demak State Decision No.115.Pid.Sus / PN / Dmk August 10, 2016) ". Formulated as follows what factors cause people to commit criminal acts of sexual abuse? And what about the criminology review of the perpetrators of obscene criminal acts in the Demak District Court for the study of obscene decisions based on the decision of the Demak District Court No.115.Pid.Sus / 2016 / PN / Dmk 10 August 2016 ?. A type of sociological juridical study, the specifications of this study are analytical descriptive. Descriptive qualitative analysis data with the aim of describing the exact characteristics, state of symptoms of a particular individual or group can be concluded later stages. Based on the research results obtained: the conclusion of biological factors, psychological factors, sociocultural factors. Criminal psychology factors on the condition of the perpetrators can be seen from the way they do, sociocultural factors seen from the economic conditions, changes in the social status of rural communities to the city. Crimes related to criminal psychology, criminal biology, sociocultural: 46 year old convict R as a criminal biologist who committed crimes such as sexual abuse, convicted R male sex. The development of science and technology in various fields in the era of globalization is felt to be very advanced. So that information is something that is needed in a fast, precise and accurate. Many conveniences are promised in a variety of information technologies. There is one fact that cannot be denied that this information has become an expensive commodity, if a company or agency cannot uphold the information that it needs most, then the procurement of information itself will obviously drain resources and funds. In doing business, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota already has and uses an adequate accounting, deposit and credit information system. One of the strategies applied by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota in collecting funds is the Ball Pick Up System, which is by visiting individual and institutional customers. While the institutions that have been served by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota are schools, one of which is SMA Negeri 3 Demak. The service is in the form of an education fee payment. In serving the payment of school education costs in SMA 3 Demak, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota still uses the conventional way, that is by receiving deposits from students, the data is recorded in the admission book and after adding up with a calculator, the result is that service is very slow. To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build a system that can accelerate the process of receiving tuition fee payments and can produce a more detailed report on school fees both those who have paid and those who have not yet paid. One such system is utilizing VPN (Virtual Private Notwork) technology. Based on the description of the problem above, it becomes an impetus for the writer to be able to solve this system as well as possible and is very background for the writing of the Thesis which is planned to be realized using the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program language

Mranggen Demak State High School Library is a work unit formed with the decision of an authorized official to serve the needs of school residents to the books in Mranggen Demak State High School. In this school library the library management is still conventional by taking notes in the big books. Services to library members are ineffective and unsatisfactory because it takes a long time to find the books they will borrow on every bookshelf available and look at notes in the big books. The slow preparation of the report so that the development of the library is less attention. Seeing these conditions the author tries to provide alternatives by making applications that can facilitate data processing and improve the efficiency of time and cost that has been in the school library. At this writing, the application made is a multiuser-based barcode technology application with a life cycle system development method. The system is designed using Microsoft Visul Basic 6.0 with a SQL Server 2000 database so that the implementation is in the form of a ready-to-use application system that is implemented in a library room. Application management of multiuser-based barcode technology is expected to be able to solve the problems that exist in the SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen Demak Library because in this system the data is processed centrally in one database so that data is not only recorded in the big books that have been happening.

The purpose of this study is to know the efforts undertaken by theGovernment of Demak Regency to obtain unqualified opinion. These effortsneed to be appreciated by the local Government Apparatus. TheGovernment's aim is to improve the reliability of the quality of the resultingfinancial statements, particularly in terms of asset management.The selected sample is 141 respondents with purposive samplingtechnique in Demak Regency. Data were obtained by distributingquestionnaires. The questionnaire returned as many as 138 questionnaires.Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using ProgarmSPSS.The results showed that the application of local financialaccounting system has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements,while the competence of human resources negatife affect the quality offinancial statements. Similarly, adding organizational commitment as amoderating variable, the application of local financial accounting system hasnegatife influence on the quality of financial statements and human resourcescompetence have a positive effect on the quality of financial statements.

Desa mranggen kecamatan mranggen merupakan wilayah administratif kabupaten demakyang berbatasan langsung dengan kota semarang. Menurut buku statistik daerah kecamatanmranggen tahun 2015, tahun 2014, tercatat jumlah penduduk kecamatan mranggen mencapai175.604 jiwa. Sedangkan dari catatan statistik tahun 2016, penduduk kecamanatan mranggensebanyak 180.152 jiwa.Kelurahan Mranggen merupakan ibukota Kecamatan Mranggen, salah satu desa yangpaling cepat berkembang. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Endang, yang telahmelakukan pemodelan informasi monitoring warga desa mranggen melalui pencatatanpenduduk berbasis website, memberikan hasil yang cukup membantu bagi pemerintah desauntuk memantau perkembangan penduduk namun laporan kependudukan masih dalam bentukdeskriptif angka dan bilangan. Maka pada penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan menambahkanfitur visualisasi data penduduk.Dengan adanya model penggambaran dalam bentuk visual, memberikan hasil memudahkanbagi pemerintah desa dalam membaca perkembangan penduduk desa serta membantumemudahkan menentukan arah dalam mengatur, mengembangkan dan menggali potensi diriuntuk mencapai kesejahteraan sosial di lingkungannya

The purpose of this study re-write the understanding of the tax laws and officials tax service on taxpayer compliance with risk prefernces as a moderating variable. The population in this research in taxpayer MSMEs listed in KPP Pratama Demak. The sampling tehnique was convenience sampling method which produced a sample of 88 MSMEs. The analysis methode that used in study is a multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that an understanding of the tax law and officials tax service have positif significant effect on taxpayer compliance MSMEs partially in Demak residence. The risk preferences cannot the relationship between the understanding of the tax laws with tax compliance and the relationship between officials tax service with tax compliance. Puskesmas-Puskesmas di Kabupaten Demak, bahwa Puskesmas-Puskesmas ini tiap harinya melayani puluhan pasien yang datang. Saat ini sistem pengolahan data pasien tiap bagian masih dikerjakan dengan cara sistem manual atau belum memanfaatkan sistem informasi Puskesmas. Dengan masih digunakannya sistem manual dan beberapa puskesmas sudah menggunakan Simpuskesmas, maka muncul berbagai permasalahan dalam pengolahan data pasiennya. Masalah-masalah ini diantaranya adalah tingginya tingkat kesalahan dalam pengolahan data pasien (data pendaftaran, data pemeriksaan, data rujukan, dan data laboratorium) dan lambatnya proses pelayanan pasien misalnya pendataan dan pencarian data pasien. Masalah lain lagi yaitu puskesmas-puskesmas yang sudah menggunakan Simpuskesmas tdak mempunyai kseragaman system, karena tiap Puskesmas melakukan swadaya sendiri-sendiri untuk pengadaan SIMPUS. Penggunaan Simpuskesmas dengan teknologi komputer untuk pengolahan data pasien  sangat diperlukan, karena dapat memberikan beberapa keuntungan dan kemudahan dalam pelayanan pasien antara lain: mempercepat pelayanan, informasi yang lebih akurat, pencarian data lebih cepat, pembuatan laporan yang lebih cepat serta keseragaman Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas di wilayah Kabupaten Demak.. Dengan adanya program Simpuskesmas berbasis cloud computing kinerja Puskesmas dapat ditingkatkan, sehingga kualitas dan mutu pelayanan menjadi meningkat.   Kata Kunci : Keseragaman Sistem, Simpuskesmas, Cloud Computing
