The aim of this training activity is to increase the knowledge and abilities of MSME business actors in the field of digital marketing. This digital marketing socialization activity was carried out in Sanrobone village, Takalar district, which was the result of collaboration between the Sanroboe village government and STIEM Bongaya Makassar. This community service uses a participatory approach. Method of delivering material in the form of lectures. The speaker uses the lecture form to deliver the activity material, then continues with a discussion. This activity was attended by 15 MSME players. The observation results are that most MSME entrepreneurs have not done digital marketing well. There are several obstacles in managing MSMEs, namely human resource capabilities are still low, the market share of goods/services produced by MSMEs is still limited, lack of capital, and not having a good bookkeeping system. as well as a lack of understanding by the perpetrators. Follow-up activities are expected to be more technical in the form of training and technical guidance related to Digital Marketing for MSME development, both manually and application-based.

This research aims to find out the influence of capital, location and promotion on business development among UMKM in the culinary sector in Talang Banjar, East Jambi. This research uses a quantitative approach and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was 100 UMKM actors in the Talang Banjar sub-district.             The results of research on capital partially influence business development obtained a value of 2,150 > 1,660 and a significant value of 0.034 < 0.05. Location partially influences business development, with a value of 2,101> 1,660 and a significant value of 0.038 < 0.05. Promotion partially influences business development, with a value of 1,934> 1,660 and a significant value of 0.032 < 0.05. The research results based on the f test show that the calculated f value of 3,695 is greater than the f table of 2,698 or 3,695 > 2,698. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between capital, location and promotion simultaneously or together influencing business development. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.475 or 47.5%. This shows that the business development variable is influenced by capital, location and promotion by 47.5%, while the remaining 52.5% of the business development value is influenced by other variables not included in the research

Employee adaptability skills are increasingly important in a rapidly changing business environment. A recent literature review reveals the evolution of employees' adaptability skills during the COVID-19 pandemic and efforts to strengthen them. Factors such as leadership, changes in the work environment, and organizational support influence changes in adaptability. Inclusive leadership, open communication and social support form key elements in this strategy. This article describes the development of employee adaptability skills in the context of external change, especially the COVID-19 pandemic. This article describes material for developing employee adaptability skills which includes understanding the concept of adaptability, adaptability development strategies, and the benefits for companies and employees. This material is designed to help employees develop their abilities to deal with change, increase resilience, manage stress and innovate. By investing time and resources in developing adaptability skills, organizations can increase their competitiveness and employees can achieve success in a dynamic work environment. The results of this literature review provide useful insights for organizations that wish to prioritize developing employee adaptability in response to increasingly complex business dynamics.

The development of the business world and increasingly rapid economic developments encourage business competitors to improve company performance. The establishment of a company must have clear goals. To achieve the company's goal of making a profit, various strong supporting factors are needed, one of which is good funding management. Determining the optimal level of capital structure is a funding decision in achieving company goals. This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 Period.This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data source used is a secondary data source originating from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The research results show that the Return On Asset variable has no influence on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021, then the Return On Equity variable has no influence on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021 , then the Net Profit Margin variable has no influence on Cigarette Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021, and Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Net Profit Margin simultaneously have an influence on Profit Growth in Cigarette Companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia 2019-2021.

MSMEs in Indonesia have become an important part of the economic system in Indonesia. This is because MSMEs are business units that are more numerous than large-scale industrial businesses and have the advantage of absorbing more workers and are also able to speed up the equalization process as part of development. Until now, MSME products continue to experience quite rapid development in line with market demand trends. As an effort to balance market competition, MSME players must continue to innovate and be creative to improve the quality of their products, one of which is through product branding. The MSMEs found in Pematang Johar Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency, are Chips MSMEs. These MSMEs have problems, such as poor marketing and the absence of product logos on packaging. Another problem with marketing is the absence of media to promote MSME businesses. In this case, creating a social media account is the right solution in marketing media for Al-Amin Chips MSMEs. This activity was carried out using a mentoring method by carrying out several activities, namely: (1) Logo Making, (2) Logo Submission, (3) Training on Creating Social Media Accounts and Promoting the Chips Business Through Social Media. By creating a logo, making packaging attractive can influence purchasing decisions and help MSMEs grow and develop. This MSME needs to rebrand its business so that this product can compete with similar products. If further developed through social media, these MSMEs can expand their marketing reach and be more efficient in carrying out promotions.

This research aims to increase knowledge and insight in the field of industrial economics, both in terms of concept, application and development of industrial economics in Indonesia. In order to increase knowledge and insight specifically in the field of industrial organization and business competition, both in terms of concept and implementation. Determine estimates and predictions and what is most likely regarding the company's condition and performance in the future. The research method uses qualitative methods and library research. BUMDes serves as a tool to drive rural economic development by harnessing the potential within the village. One of the primary obstacles in the development of BUMDes is the lack of qualified human resources. The aim of this Community Service Program (PKM) is to provide training and workshops to the management of BUMDES in Desa Waru, focusing on developing BUMDES flagship products. The method employed in this PKM involves training and workshops, which include both theoretical instruction and practical application of the materials provided. The participants in this activity consist of 15 individuals who are part of the management team of BUMDES in Desa Waru. As a result of this PKM, BUMDES in Desa Waru now possesses several flagship products that can be further developed, including "Snack Si Engkong" made from cassava, a Savings and Loans Cooperative, and a trendy concept Café business. The training and workshop on Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as an Economic Driver for the Community in Desa Waru, Parung District, Bogor Regency, have been conducted smoothly, without significant issues. The materials provided in this activity were well-suited to the needs of the participants, who also serve as the management team of BUMDES in Desa Waru.

Career development in an era of ambiguity is becoming increasingly important in the modern era of uncertainty and rapid environmental change. The ever-changing business, social, and technological environments pose new challenges for individuals seeking to develop their careers. This research aims to identify career development strategies in the face of an ambiguous work environment, as well as to explore the concepts and practices of career development that exist in this era of ambiguity. This research uses the literature method or literature study, which is by utilizing various literature sources to obtain data. A qualitative approach was chosen because the data produced is in the form of descriptions or words. The results showed that career development is very important in the era of ambiguity, and each individual needs to integrate flexibility, adaptability, and understanding of uncertainty in their career development strategy. With a deep understanding of ambiguity and the ability to adapt, individuals can maximize their career potential in this era of change. Organizations can also support employees by creating an environment that enables growth and development amidst rapid change.

Change management in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era has become increasingly important in dealing with business dynamics that change rapidly and unexpectedly. This era is characterized by continuous change, external uncertainty, the complexity of the business environment, and information ambiguity. This study uses the literature study method to explore the concepts and practices of change management that are effective in dealing with the instability and uncertainty of the business environment. Through the research method of literature study, the authors analyze various sources of literature which include change management theories, as well as case studies of the implementation of change management in various organizations. This article highlights the importance of organizational adaptation to rapid and unpredictable environmental change. The study results emphasize continuous adaptation and innovation as the keys to success in the face of constant change. In addition, this article provides insight into how organizations can turn VUCA challenges into opportunities for sustainable growth and development.

 In an era full of technological developments, various daily activities are connected with the help of the internet, making operations easier and faster. One use of this technology, for example, is massive marketing activities carried out via social media, one of which is WhatsApp. This application introduces WhatsApp Business features specifically designed to facilitate the marketing of their products to consumers. This increase in the number of WhatsApp users opens up more opportunities for businesses to maximize the application's potential as a digital marketing tool. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of promotions and services via WhatsApp on sales. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this research was 37 people using the questionnaire distribution method as a data collection tool. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS software application. The research results show that variable X1 (promotion) and variable X2 (service) each influence variable Y (sales) in a positive direction. Besides that, variables X1 (Promotion) and X2 (Service) in the model together are able to explain 40.3% of the influence on variable Y (Sales).

The frozen food business continues to experience an increase in transaction value from 2020 to 2022. However, it is different from the Omahnong, which has decreased from 2020 to 2022. In solving the problem, new business innovation is needed. The research aims to find out the business model canvas that will be applied after doing ten types of innovation, the ten types of innovation strategy that has been carried out and the new ten types of innovation strategy. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results of the study found nine elements of Omahnong's business model canvas after doing ten types of innovation. In addition, it was found that the ten types of innovation strategies that have been carried out by Omahnong are cost leadership, flexible manufacturing, superior product and community and belonging and the results of the new and appropriate ten types of innovation strategies for Omahnong are cost leadership, predictive analysis, superior product, loyalty program, and process automation. This research can be used as a reference for entrepreneurs in innovating business strategies and can help Omahnong in developing its business.

Purpose-The main orientation of this article is to recognize the pattern of digitalization's impact on the current development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human resource management and how it affects the skills needed by HR professionals for decision-making through talent management and employee retention to ensure employee capabilities by aligning work at the right time based on the company's business priority goals. Methodology-This study uses a qualitative methodology that uses descriptive research. This research focuses on decisions made by leaders to improve the quality of human resources and seeks to identify areas of knowledge that have not been explored in research. Findings-Research results show that the company's strategy of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides many benefits, such as improving operational efficiency, developing innovative products or services, and making better business decisions based on better forecasting and analysis. Practical Implications-Through the implications of HR data analysis as decision-making in forecasting human resource trends using AI, talent management, and employee retention. This is applied to the recruitment and selection process that provides benefits such as rewards to employees who can achieve targets. Therefore, a supportive work culture by honing the talents and potential of employees to create maximum and efficient performance can have a good impact on the company.

This article discusses empowering the Pasir Emas Village Community in the fields of health and digital literacy. The aim of this activity is to provide valuable learning experiences to students through direct involvement in society to discover, formulate, study and recognize the potential of society and find solutions to problems rationally by fostering motivation to utilize their own potential and the second aim is to provide opportunities for students. to develop thinking based on science. This KKN activity will start with debriefing, carrying out activities, preparing reports and evaluating. KKN starts on July 10 2023 to August 18 2023 in Pasir Emas Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Singingi District. We, the Unri Kukerta team, focus more on community empowerment. Our work programs are Disaster Mitigation Socialization, Waste Recycling and Making Ecobrics, Making Waste Decomposition Plags, Educating Gender Equality for Teenagers, Making Water Filter Tools, Strengthening Pre-School Age Children's Literacy Using Used Used Materials, Qris Socialization, Making Alternatives or adding other variations of dodol products, MSMEs sharing with local entrepreneurs regarding integrated marketing communication and public speaking in community business development such as in tofu and tempeh factories and helping organize correspondence filing in Pasir Emas Village. In general, the activities or work programs that we carry out can run well and smoothly.

Todays, technology is also widely used in various fields for various needs. Based on data from. Various sectors, such as education, business, tourism, to the agricultural sector, widely use websites. There are various implementations or applications of technological developments in agriculture, one of which is the application of calculating an agricultural product in Kerinci experienced ups and downs due to less stable weather conditions. Calculations in determining an agricultural product can use several calculation methods, one of which is the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. Tsukamoto's fuzzy method is an extension of monotone reasoning. In Tsukamoto's method, every consequence has a rule in the form of IF-THEN that must be represented in a fuzzy set with a monotone arrangement function. So this requires a system that can produce predictions in tea production in Kerinci tea plantations to meet market needs. The solution offered is a production prediction system in Kerinci plantations using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. The prediction results obtained in this study were a 36% increase in tea sales production.

In the economic field, cooperatives are a form of cooperation in the economic sector. People believe in this collaboration because their lives share some of the same needs. One of the Islamic Boarding School Owned Enterprises (BUMP) at the Izzatuna Putra Palembang Islamic Boarding School is a pesantren cooperative that works to support the economy and improve the economy. This study aims to: (1) Describe the extent to which Islamic boarding school cooperatives have contributed to the economic expansion of Islamic boarding schools., (2) What is the role of cooperatives in improving the economy of the Islamic boarding school Izzatuna Putra Palembang in the study of Islamic economics. This is a type of field research using primary and secondary data sources. The data obtained will be presented with narrative text. This study uses qualitative data analysis methods/techniques using inductive thinking methods. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The role of cooperatives in improving the Islamic boarding school's economy is marked by the development of cooperatives that run a trading business every day where a portion of the profits will be deposited to the Islamic boarding school, both material and non-material, and the Islamic boarding school cooperative is also very helpful. in increasing the income of members of the cooperative and the Islamic boarding school community. (2) Then the role of the Izzatuna Putra Palembang Islamic Boarding School Cooperative in improving the economy of the Izzatuna Putra Palembang Islamic Boarding School in an Islamic perspective is carried out in several ways, namely: sharia economic values ​​in helping the community's economy, and avoiding incompatibility of sharia economic principles.

The development of business in the current era is very promising, there are many opportunities and challenges for a company. Companies will compete with each other to be able to meet consumer needs, thus companies must be able to compete with other companies so that they can survive the competition that occurs Along with the times that have entered the Asean Economic Community (AEC), the era of globalization has resulted in many new businesses emerging which can lead to competition figures, quantitative research is research based on empirical philosophy with statistical data analysis with the aim of explaining and selling hypotheses. The researcher chose this type of quantitative research because he wanted to know and prove the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction 3Second in West Jakarta. This study used an associative design which can be used to see the effect of two or more variables. Based on the f testing criteria it can be seen that the significant value is 0.000 or less than 0.05, it can be stated that there is a significant simultaneous influence on promotion (X1) and product quality (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y). Brand image has a significant effect on product quality. On the results of the t test, a significant value of the brand image variable was obtained at 0.000 ± 0.05, which means that brand image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on product satisfaction 3seconds. In the results of the t test, a significant value of the product quality variable is obtained at 0.000 0.05, which means that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. Utilization of Waste Paper Through Recycling and Entrepreneurial SpGarnish includes the art of competition in making decorations from food in the form of fruits and vegetables that have aesthetic value, but can be consumed. Competence in making garnish prioritizes expertise in carving or shaping materials into artistic items that are always evolving. Community service in the form of vegetable garnish training is aimed at increasing the competence of Wilayut Village housewife cadres to improve the economy and welfare for beginners. This training aims to find out (1) efforts to improve the competence of making garnishes, (2) increase the competence of attitudes, knowledge, and skills, (3) training improves the standard of living influences the level of education in the family. The garnish training does not just provide education but the practice of garnish training is prioritized. The garnish competition activities were carried out by involving training methods, in theory and hands-on practice. The results of the Wilayut Village housewife vegetable garnish competition have started from the process of carving tomato, cucumber, carrot vegetables to form a decorative presentation for food. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) development strategies, namely through training and mentoring will help MSMEs manage their business more effectively, increasing market access through e-commerce platforms,effective marketing strategies, and collaboration with distributors and retailers will help MSMEs to expand market share and increase sales, as well as collaboration between MSMEs and empowerment of local business networks. Increasing market access through e-commerce platforms,effective marketing strategies, and collaboration with distributors are important strategies for MSMEs in expanding product reach and increasing sales, such as online marketplaces, so that MSMEs can reach consumers in various locations without being limited by geographic boundaries, use of media social, creative product promotion, and selecting the right market segment and collaborating with distributors and retailers.
