Almost all surgeries cause pain, the pain that is felt is the result of the incision. The effects of pain that do not subside are myocardial ischemia, increased morbidity, and hopelessness. One intervention to relieve postoperative pain is Spiritual Emosional Freedom Technique (SEFT). The purpose of this case study is to describe the reduction in pain scale of postoperative patients in Nusa Indah Room TK.III 04.06.02 Bhakti Wira Tamtama Semarang Hospital after SEFT intervention. This type of research is descriptive using a case study approach. The subjects in this study were 2 postoperative patients with criteria of moderate to high pain. Analysis of pain measurements using the Numerical Scale Branch scale. The analysis showed that there was a decrease in pain scale after the intervention. On subject 1 the pain scale 7 (high pain) became the pain scale 4 (moderate pain) and subject 2 the pain scale 8 (high pain) became the pain scale 4 (moderate pain). Effective SEFT therapy is used to reduce postoperative pain in the room because it is easy and simple. Good therapy is applied by nurses in the room to reduce the scale of pain in postoperative patients.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan:1) dasar pembentukan sanksi kebiri pada pelaku kekerasan seksual terhadap anak; dan 2) keberadaan sanksi kebiri dalam kebijakan hukum pidana. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam tipe penelitian hukum normatif/doktrinal, yaitu tipe penelitian menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang (statute approach), asas hukum dan doktrin-doktrin sebagai kajiannya. Objek penelitian ini ialah hukum yang dikonsepkan sebagai apa yang tertulis dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang dibuat oleh lembaga yang berwenang, dalam bentuk Undang-Undang tentang perlindungan anak dari tindak pidana kekerasan seksual (pedofilia). Spesifikasi penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis yaitu untuk menggambarkan tentang hukuman kebiri bagi pelaku kekerasan seksual terhadap anak (pedofilia) berdasarkan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak. This study aims to determine the ability to write narrative texts of class X students of SMA Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. This type of research is quantitative research with a Quasi Experimental Design approach. The data collection technique is the test. The data analysis technique used was a paired simple test with a different test. The results of this study, namely: that from the results of the pretest test that has been obtained by class X SMA Rahmat Islamiyah Medan with an average pretest score of 71.14% and an average posttest score of 82.03%. The calculation of the t-test on the posttest tcount (48,836) > ttable (2,052) which means that there is an average difference in the posttest and pretest scores. The increase in pretest-posttest is 11%, which means that the working hypothesis (Ha) in this study is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.

The activities of the Cahaya Phinisi Nusantara PT Bank Sulselbar cooperative can be measured based on the cooperative's financial performance. The good and bad financial performance of a cooperative can be assessed through financial reports in the form of a balance sheet or cooperative profit and loss report which is presented regularly. The aim of this research is to obtain an in-depth overview of Liquidity Ratio Analysis and Profitability Ratios in measuring financial performance in cooperatives. The research approach used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The descriptive method is a method used to collect, classify, analyze and interpret data related to the problem and compare it with the actual situation at the Cahaya Phinisi Nusantara Cooperative PT Bank Sulselbar and then draw conclusions. Analysis of Profitability Ratios at the Cahaya Phinisi Nusantara Cooperative PT. Bank Sulselbar in terms of the average value of Return On Assets (ROA) of four point forty three percent (4.43%) and Return On Equity (ROE) of five point eighty six percent ( 5.86%) where the value of the benchmark and determining the cooperative health predicate is five percent (5%) which indicates that it is not good at optimizing its own capital and investment in generating net profits.

This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of Discovery Learning and Problem Based Learning on the problem solving abilities of class X students at SMA Negeri 9 Malang. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, problem-solving ability tests, sheet validation and documentation. The results showed that there was a significant influence on the problem solving abilities of students using a combination of Discovery Learning and Problem Based Learning models in biology class X IPA Malang State High School which can be seen from the sig (2tailed) value of 0.002<0.05. The combination of the Discovery Learning model with Problem Based Learning provides opportunities for students to be actively involved in the learning process to solve problems that occur in everyday life starting from finding problems, analyzing problems to drawing conclusions

Public service or community service is defined as the provision of services to people who have an interest. The Center for Conservation and Natural Resources is an agency that is engaged in the field of conservation and natural resources which is responsible for supervising the captive efforts and maintenance of protected plants and animals by individuals, companies and institutions. The community is the main source of information for this agency in terms of monitoring the use of natural resources in their environment, but it is the community themselves who rarely provide information because the community must report directly and it takes time and money to report. One alternative that can be done to provide good service is to build an information system application for communication media with the Work System Framework approach. Work System Framework is a system where humans or machines participate in running business processes using information, technology and resources, in conducting analysis and design modeling is carried out with the Unified modeling language. Pelayanan publik atau layanan masyarakat diartikan sebagai pemberian layanan kepada  masyarakat yang mempunyai kepentingan. Balai Konservasi Dan Sumber Daya Alam adalah sebuah Instansi yang bergelut di bidang konservasi dan sumber daya alam yang bertanggung jawab mengawasi upaya-upaya penangkaran dan pemeliharaan tumbuhan dan satwa dilindungi oleh perorangan, perusahaan dan lembaga. Masyarakat merupakan sumber informasi utama bagi instansi ini dalam hal pemantauan terhadap pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam di lingkugannya, tetapi justru masyarakat sendiri yang jarang memberikan informasi dikaranakan masyarakat harus melakukan pelaporan secara langsung dan membutuhkan waktu dan biaya untuk melakukan pelaporan. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat dilakukan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik adalah dengan membagun aplikasi sistem informasi untuk media komunikasi dengan pendekatan Work System Framework. Work System Framework adalah sebuah sistem dimana manusia atau mesin berpartisipasi menjalankan proses bisnis dengan menggunakan informasi, teknologi dan sumber daya, dalam melakukan analisa dan perancangan dilakukan kan pemodelan dengan Unified modeling language.

The purpose of this study is to determine and explain whether there is an influence between the variables of communication, work discipline and work environment on the performance of UD Tenun Ikat Kodok Ngorek employees. Several factors including communication, work discipline and work environment at UD Kodok Ngorek have an influence on employee performance using the sampling method with a saturated sampling approach. The data analysis technique is using the instrument test of validity and reliability, multiple linear test, classical assumption test, t test and F test of the coefficient of determination (R2). The number of samples is 30 employees. The results obtained include a partially significant effect of communication on work performance with the value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The partial effect of work discipline on employee performance has a value of Sig. 0.037 <0.05 which means that it has a significant effect then the influence of the work environment on employee performance partially also has a significant effect on the value of Sig. 0.002 < 0.05. The simultaneous influence of the variables of communication, work discipline and work environment on employee performance has a Sig value result. 0.000 <0.05 indicates that communication, work discipline, and work environment have a positive influence in improving employee performance at UD Tenun Ikat Kodok Ngorek.

Writing scientific papers is one of the most significant things a teacher can do, especially if they want to advance to functional positions. However, producing scientific papers is a barrier for many teachers, leading to teachers engaging in dishonest behavior while writing scientific papers. The goal of this service is to organize socialization, training, and mentorship for SD Negeri 4 Kedoyo instructors on the importance of ethical issues and codes of ethics in scientific paper writing. This service's implementation is divided into three stages: pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. As a result of this activity, socialization, training, and support in scientific writing with three primary resources, namely plagiarism, paraphrasing approaches, and reference managers, have been implemented. The post-test questionnaire score increased by 42.67% for the plagiarism indicator, 43.18% for the paraphrasing technique indicator, and 47.74% for the reference manager indicator, indicating an increase in SD Negeri 4 Kedoyo teachers' knowledge and understanding of literacy violations, ethics, and the code of ethics in writing scientific papers.

This study aims to examine the implementation of Citizenship Education (PKn) learning in increasing students' learning motivation on the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika material at SD Negeri 01 Koya Tengah, Jayapura City. The method used is a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and questionnaire techniques. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' learning motivation after the implementation of interactive and participatory learning methods. This study is expected to contribute to the development of PKn learning in elementary schools.

Literary work is the author's reflection on the reality of life.This study aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic elements contained in the short story "a piece of a letter in silence" by Asma Nadia with a mimetic and objective approach. The method used in this research is through a qualitative descriptive analysis with a mimetic approach and objective approach in the work literature. The data analysis technique used is reading and observe short stories, collect data, describe, and drawconclusions from research results. The results of the research show that there are valuesthe reality of life in the form of social reality, the reality of life's struggle, the reality of the real world contained within short story "a letter in silence" with a mimetic approach.The conclusion of this research is that there is a phenomenon of reality values ​​within short story, in the form of the love struggle of a man without a name for a woman without a name even though it has no beautiful ending.

Results this research find that style language or figure of speech on lyrics song Amazing Love Andmesh album Kamaleng there is 3 language styles. That is, (1) style comparative language which includes hyperbole, and litotes , (2) affirmative language style which includes repetition, and climax, (3) contradictory language style which includes antithesis.

This study aims to: (1) analyze and find the ratio of the decision of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 49/PUU-X/2012 concerning the annulment of Article 66 paragraph (1) UUJN-2004, (2) the legal impact of the Constitutional Court's decision no. 49/PUU-X/2012 Against Legal Protection for Notaries. The results of the study show that: (1) The ratio decidendi of the cancellation of Article 66 paragraph (1) of Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary Public is based, that the article is not in accordance with the principle of equality before the law (equality in law) for every citizen. There is the approval of the Notary Honorary Council, not in accordance with the sense of justice and the criminal law enforcement process, as well as the principle of an independent judicial power; (2) Legal Impact of MK Decision No. 49/Puu-X/2012 Regarding Legal Protection for Notaries, the notary loses his special rights, namely summoning a Notary in the case of interest in a criminal examination does not need to obtain permission from the Regional Supervisory Council as stipulated in the provisions of Article 66 of the JN Law, this is for guarantee legal certainty and responsibility for the deed issued.

Through an expressive approach students can recognize the characters in a literary work. One of them is in a short story literary work entitled "Robohnya Surau Kami".

This article is a discussion of the analysis of the short story special gift by Honest Prananto which uses an objective approach, namely an approach that focuses on a literary work in a thorough and structured manner. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely a research method that focuses on what is thoroughly, deeply and broadly researched. By providing the results of the discussion in words and sentences as well as quality meanings without being compared with the results of other analyses. Thus the results obtained from this study are in the form of intrinsic elements: theme, point of view, plot, setting, character, character, style of language, and message from the short story special gift by Honest Prananto. This study aims to discuss the hidden meaning in the text of the poem "Padamu Jua" by Amir Hamzah through discussion and exposure in terms of Hermeneutics and also examines interesting diction in the text of the poem. The hermeneutical theory is used to interpret the meaning of the poem. This study also uses a descriptive qualitative research model. The data subject of this study is a literary work of poetry with research data in the form of quoted words whose meaning and diction are analyzed using a hermeutical approach. Diction is word choice. That is, we choose the right words to convey an idea and accuracy. The role of diction in poetry is very important because in poetry words are everything. In fact, for the type of imaginary poetry as stated by Sapardi Djoko Damono. The data collection technique in this article is the first to analyze the meaning of perbait with a hermeneutical approach, the second to analyze and look for the interesting diction in the poem "Padamu Jua" by Amir Hamzah and the third to present the data results in descriptive form.

This article discusses the structural study of the poetry “Kekasihku” by Joko Pinurbo. The focus of the discussion of this article is to describe the physical structure and inner structure of the poetry which is carefully described in the form of words, sentences and discourse. This research method is descriptive qualitative using a structural approach. The data source used as the object of research is one of the poetry contained in the book collection of poetry "Kekasihku" by Joko Pinurbo, published in 2004. The results and discussion in this article contain ( 1) the physical structure of poetry includes: (a) diction, (b) images, (c) figure of speech, (d) concrete words, (e) rhyme/rhythm, and (f) typography. The dominant physical structure is simple diction by creating communicative activities and not eliminating the aesthetic value of poetry. (2) The inner structure of poetry includes: (a) theme, (b) tone, (c) taste, (e) message. The element that dominates the inner structure of poetry is the feeling that creates inner experiences through writing.

The research method that I use in this analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method. The resource in this study is the short story Lara Lana by Dee Lestari. The data collection technique used in this study was to read critically and carefully the entire contents of the short story. The data analysis technique is discussing or reviewing the contents of the short story Lara Lana by Dee Lestari. The results of the research are to find intrinsic elements in the form of themes, points of view, plot/plot, setting, characters and characterizations, style of language, and message. You can also find social elements in the phenomena that occur in short stories that are related to real-world life in the form of 1) economic status (poor and rich) 2) bullying 3) love relationships in the novel Lara Lana by Dee Lestari.

This discussion aims to better understand the reader of the content of the poem. The theory used in this refrain is Zygmunt Bauman's Heurmenetic theory which focuses on the clarity of the message and the basic understanding of an obscure speech or writing. The method used in this analysis is a qualitative descriptive method where this research is carried out to examine an object with natural characteristics to create factual research results. The stages carried out in this discussion begin with analyzing the array, analyzing the structure that composes the text of the poem, objectifying the structure of the text, and interpreting the text of the poem. Thus, the results of this study can show the hidden meaning in the poem "Not Beta Bijak Berperi" by Rustam Effendi as a form of ideology that the poet uses in representing ideas in the form of poetry.

This research is entitled "The Concept of Faith According to Islam and Catholicism". As for the focus of this research, there are three sub-problems, namely: 1) what is the concept of faith according to Islam and Catholicism, 2) what is the similarity of faith according to Islam and Catholicism, 3) how is the difference in faith according to Islam and Catholicism. This type of research is comparatively qualitative. Comparatively qualitative is doing analysis to find and find similarities and differences in phenomena. This research is focused on the literatures and library materials related to the research title, namely the concept of faith according to Islam and Catholicism. The approach used is a normative theological approach. Has two sources of data consisting of: primary and secondary sources. The primary data sources in this study were sourced from the Koran and the Bible. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are supporting data such as books or other scientific works as well as various writings ranging from books, journals, websites, theses and so on. The results of this study are the similarities and differences in Islam and Catholic Christianity related to faith, namely; First, in terms of understanding about faith, these two religions have the same meaning, although they differ in terms of language, but have the same meaning if taken from the Qur'an and the Bible, because basically these come from the same root. Second, they both believe that God created the universe, and that God also created humans, although they differ in terms of the pronunciation and the way of believing in it. Third, these two religions both believe in several prophets and apostles who are believed to be messengers of God to reveal His glory to mankind. Like the prophet Adam and his wife Eve were the first humans created by God after creating the world. Fourth, believe in the Day of Judgment or life after death. which is clearly different from the way you believe in it or what you believe in.
