This research aims to address the challenges in sales data management and limited market reach faced by the Inegena Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in North Bajawa District, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The BUMDes produces and sells candlenut oil, a superior local product, but currently uses a manual sales and recording system (B2B and B2C), which leads to fluctuating demand, difficulties in sales data analysis, and decision-making that lacks valid data. To address these issues, a web-based e-commerce system was implemented. This system was designed using Agile methods, involving planning, implementation, software testing (black box testing), documentation, deployment, and maintenance. Furthermore, the Naïve Bayes algorithm was applied to visualize sales data and support better decision-making by classifying best-selling products, popular payment methods, and sales levels. The results of this research are expected to assist Inegena BUMDes in improving sales efficiency, expanding the market reach of candlenut oil products nationally. This system uses supporting software such as Xampp, PHP, and MySQL.

The manual attendance system using paper at work locations other than offices at PT Gresik Migas creates challenges in the effectiveness and efficiency of employee attendance records. This study implements a web-based attendance system that integrates geolocation and selfie features to improve the accuracy and efficiency of attendance recording. The system was developed using native PHP for backend, jQuery for frontend, MySQL as database, and Leaflet JS for geolocation implementation. Implementation results show the system was successfully implemented in 5 different locations with a 50-meter validation radius and used by 40 employees. This system enables real-time attendance monitoring through an admin dashboard and produces more efficient attendance records compared to the previous manual system.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Zao Martial Art yang merupakan salah satu usaha industri konveksi yang bergerak dalam memproduksi seragam dan perlengkapan alat-alat taekwondo yang terletak di Jl. Raya Manyaran-Gunungpati, Cepoko, Kec.Gunung Pati, Kota Semarang. Perhitungan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas setiap bulannya menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan untuk pencatatannya masih menggunakan tulis tangan pada selembar kertas. Belum adanya sistem informasi berbasis dekstop yang dapat memudahkan bagian pencatatan dan perhitungan penerimaan serta pengeluaran kas pada Zao Martial Art. Sistem informasi berbasis dekstop ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengelola pencatatan data serta perhitungan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian dilakukan dengan beberapa opsi, diantaranya wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan Microsoft Visual Studio 2013,  Xampp, MySql. Perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unifed Modeling Language) dengan metode R&D (Research and Development) sebagai metode pengembangannya.

One example of a field that has benefit greatly from the development of science and information technology is the field of education. There are quite a lot of benefits from using information and  communication technology in the word of education, both for teaching and learning purposesand for school administration management purposes. Website based school administration payment information system to provide effective and efficient solutions to overcome school payment management problems. This research aims to build applications for students and financial departemens in the digital payment process at school. By using this applications, it is hoped that the tuition payment process can be carried out quickly, accurately and safely. The research method applied in this thesis is to use the waterfall method, which is software development that uses sequential and systematic stages, such as a waterfall flowing from top to buttom. The conclusion is that admin (administration), school principals, and students can log in to the website using their respective usernames and passwords provided by the admin.

Managing employee payroll is a crucial aspect in agency administration, including at the Kimi Nabire Community Health Center. The manual payroll system that is still used often causes problems such as calculation errors, late payments and lack of transparency. This research aims to design and develop a website-based payroll application to increase efficiency, accuracy and transparency in payroll management. This application was developed using the waterfall method with PHP and MySQL-based technology, and is designed to be accessed by administration and branch heads. The main features provided include managing employee data, automatic salary calculations, creating digital pay slips, and real-time payroll reports. Test results show that this application is able to reduce calculation errors and speed up the pay slip distribution process. With this application, it is hoped that the Kimi Nabire Community Health Center can manage payroll more efficiently and accurately, as well as becoming a reference for other agencies facing similar problems. This research contributes to the development of a website-based payroll management information system, both academically and practically.

E-commerce merupakan singkatan dari electronic commerce atau perdagangan elektronik, adalah proses jual-beli produk atau layanan secara online. E-commerce telah menjadi salah satu solusi utama dalam transaksi perdagangan modern, memungkinkan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian secara mudah dan cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan payment gateway Midtrans pada website e-commerce khusus untuk toko buah dan sayur. Dengan pengembangan sistem menggunakan framework Laravel 11 dan MYSQL untuk database, sistem ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman belanja yang lebih baik bagi pengguna. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi secara cepat dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Midtrans sebagai payment gateway berhasil diimplementasikan, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi serta memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman bagi pelanggan dalam melakukan pembayaran.

Effective drug inventory management is essential for hospital pharmacy management to prevent stock shortages and waste due to expiration. Bina Kasih Hospital faces obstacles such as manual recording and reporting difficulties. This study designs a web-based drug inventory information system with waterfall methodology, using PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap interface. This system allows real-time data access, stock tracking, automatic notification, and data integration. Testing using black-box and user acceptance testing showed increased operational efficiency, with a reduction in recording errors of up to 80% and an acceleration of reporting of up to 50%. This system supports auditing, reporting, and data integration. This solution is expected to optimize Bina Kasih Hospital's pharmacy management, with the potential for further development for integration with electronic medical record modules and procurement systems.

Guava Komputer adalah toko yang menyediakan berbagai produk komputer dan laptop, termasuk laptop, desktop, aksesori, perangkat keras, dan perangkat lunak dari merek-merek terkemuka. Namun, dalam proses bisnisnya, toko ini menghadapi masalah dimana pelanggan sering kesulitan memilih laptop yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka, akibat banyaknya tawaran yang diberikan oleh pegawai toko. Selain itu, pegawai juga merasa kesulitan saat melayani banyak pengunjung. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diterapkan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), yang dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Metode AHP membantu dalam menentukan urutan alternatif dan memilih alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini efektif membantu pelanggan menemukan laptop yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka, dengan nilai tertinggi yang disarankan. Sistem ini diuji dengan skor validitas 4,63 (sangat baik) dan efektivitas 90% (sangat efektif), serta telah berhasil diuji oleh penguji internal dan eksternal, menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini bekerja sesuai harapan dan memberikan informasi yang valid dan efektif.

Sistem penjualan adalah salah satu contoh teknologi ini, yang dapat mengatur produksi dan mencatat transaksi penjualan. Usaha UMKM Nata Nugros Singkong memproduksi dan menjual produk olahan singkong seperti Gethuk Crispy, Gemblong Cotot, dan Singkong Keju. Lokasi bisnis ini adalah di Dusun Krajan, Desa Doplang, Kecamatan Bawen, Kabupaten Semarang. UMKM Nata Nugros Singkong menghadapi masalah dalam mengelola transaksi penjualan produk, memantau stok dan ketersediaan produk, dan membuat laporan dengan cara yang lebih konvensional atau berbasis kertas. Menurut pendapat kami, penerapan sistem informasi penjualan adalah langkah yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada. Sistem informasi ini berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan MySQL.

The development of information systems today is very fast and rapid, one form of information system that is easy to develop is web-based. The use of information systems in the medical world is very much, but there are still some who have not utilised these information systems to help the work of a medical staff, especially in helping the development of mental health. The system used to help improve mental health at Dr Muhammad Zein Hospital is currently still conventional, namely face-to-face between medical personnel and patients, which makes adolescents who have problems with their mental health have various reasons not to visit a psychiatrist. This web-based adolescent mental health screening application is designed using the php programming language, MySQL database and a decision-making system using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. By implementing this Web-based Adolescent Mental Health Screening Application Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method, it is hoped that it can help adolescents to know their mental health independently and provide information and education about mental health disorders.

Currently, stock processing and transactions at Aldi grocery stores are still done manually, making it inefficient. This situation sometimes causes Aldi stores to experience differences in data between the income and expenditure of goods. By creating this application, user errors in recording goods expenditure are minimized. This application has been successfully built using PHP, MySQL, Laravel, Visual Studio and XAMPP. This application aims to make it easier for users to record incoming and outgoing goods and ongoing transactions so that recording is made computerized, and based on the results of black box testing, this application works with the desired output. TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 1 Bengkulu is an early childhood education institution that still manages administrative and academic processes manually, such as recording student data, admitting new learners, and assessing learning outcomes. This has the potential to cause recording errors, data loss, and delays in information processing. This research aims to design a web-based school information system that can help manage school data and information in a computerized manner. The system includes student management, payment, assessment, and school profile modules. The methods used in designing this system include observation, interview, and literature study. System requirements analysis was conducted to identify the needs of users, both school managers and the community. The system was developed using Codeigniter 3 framework and MySQL database. It is expected that this system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of data management and accelerate the delivery of real-time information.

Education is one of the tools used to form a noble personality and discipline. Vocational High School is a school that is very influential on the formation of personal students. But in everyday reality many problems are increasingly complex, for example deviating from school rules, fights between students, cheating during exams. To form a high student discipline personality, a better school role is needed. In the current era of computerization, a system is needed that can facilitate the flow of information on violations of discipline so that the school can handle it quickly. With the existence of a website-based student violation report service application system at Purbalingga YPT 2 Vocational School, students are expected to be able to actively report the violation actions they have encountered, so the school quickly follows up. To describe this system model in the form of a context diagram and Data Flow Diagram (DFD). In implementing this student violation report service system, use php for the programming language and MySQL for the database.

Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Magetan Regency to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of visit data management. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, utilizing the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The implementation of this system is expected to replace the time-consuming and inefficient manual processes, such as guest book entry and data retrieval. The web-based system allows guests to digitally input their institutional origin, purpose, and objectives of their visit, which are then managed by the administrator for reporting and data analysis.The system development process began with needs analysis, design using UML diagrams, and implementation through web-based technology. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure all system functions operate as specified. The research findings demonstrate that the system effectively reduces data processing time, increases accuracy, and facilitates the management of visit information. Thus, this information system not only provides practical solutions for DPRD Magetan but also serves as a model for similar developments in other institutions. This study offers significant theoretical and practical contributions to the advancement of information technology in the governmental sector

The rapid development of information technology and telecommunications has driven companies and MSMEs to adopt desktop, mobile, and web-based applications to enhance operational performance. PT HPS Painan Padang, previously relying on manual ticket bookings, faced challenges in efficiency and susceptibility to brokering practices. To address this, a web-based travel ticket booking application was developed, enabling customers to book tickets online more practically, quickly, and conveniently, anytime and anywhere. The integration of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology in the form of a chatbot further enhances service efficiency and responsiveness. This feature provides real-time information on departure schedules, seat selection, and payment transactions while also supporting sentiment analysis and swift responses to customer feedback, ultimately improving service quality. The application, built using PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter with a Prototype development approach, adapts to changing market demands. Testing via GTmetrix on the https://desistravel.xyz/backend page demonstrated excellent performance with an 88% Performance score, 95% Structure score, and optimal Web Vitals metrics, indicating a fast, responsive, and stable platform. The final product is a user-friendly web-based ticket booking application supported by an intelligent chatbot, offering a seamless user experience, enhancing customer satisfaction, and streamlining the travel booking process efficiently.

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has transformed and opened business perspectives and operations, particularly in UMKM the photography industry. As the demand for online photography services continues to rise, it is crucial for service providers to develop efficient information systems to manage photo sales effectively. The research titled "Development of the POVSHOT Mobile Application for Online Photo Sales Using Flutter and MySQL" aims to facilitate online photo sales through the implementation of Flutter technology and a MySQL database. The findings indicate that the "POVSHOT" application successfully integrates features such as photo uploading, payment management, and user administration within a user-friendly interface. This study suggests that the use of mobile applications can enhance security in the photo sales process and provide a better experience for users. The implications of this research highlight that photography service providers can leverage mobile technology to expand their market reach and improve customer satisfaction through a more integrated and responsive system.

Acceptance of new students is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions such as schools which are useful for screening prospective students who are selected according to the criteria determined by the school to become their students. In general, the process of admitting new students is carried out through the stages of registration, selection tests, and announcement of student acceptance. In this research, its application to MTs Negeri 3 Purworejo, which has been done manually or online so far, but only uses the PPDB link, which allows for a lot of data shortages. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to create an information system for new student admissions at MTs Negeri 3 Purworejo. The methods used are literature, observation, analysis, design, testing and implementation. This new student admissions information system was built using the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The result of this research is a web-based new student admissions information system that has the ability to make it easy for parents of prospective new students to obtain all information about new student admissions and carry out the online registration process.

The development of information technology today is much faster than in previous years, making business people required to follow developments by implementing technology and communication intensively in various sectors. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one important aspect in building good relationships between companies and customers.The aims of the study were  to design and implement a web-based CRM system that suits the needs of this company, a company that is engaged in the production and sales of furniture. The data was obtained through (1) field research, (2) library research, and (3)  The method used in the research is the waterfall system development method by using PHP and MySQL programming languages The results of the study indicate that this system has an average presentation value of 84.07%, indicating that the system is very feasible to implement. This system is able to increase interaction and communication with customers, which in turn significantly increases customer satisfaction and improves the quality of service overall. Thus, this system can be the right solution for this company in overcoming the challenges in the increasingly competitive business era and achieving competitive advantage in the furniture industry.
