Decisions mark the beginning of every action. In the context of educational organizations, decision making is directly related to the role of the school principal. As a manager, the principal has a key role in making decisions quickly, precisely and effectively, by utilizing data and information optimally to improve the performance of the educational environment. At Babakan Jamanis Integrated Middle School, the principal has succeeded in carrying out the decision-making process well. This can be seen from the stages carried out, including observation, data collection, planning and recording related to aspects of education in schools. The school principal also actively holds discussions with teachers to formulate policies, establish interpersonal relationships to manage events, provide ideas, involve teachers in training, and carry out supervision as part of management activities. All of these initiatives are reflected in teacher performance assessments which are not only useful for increasing teacher potential and performance, but also contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning achievement at Babakan Jamanis Integrated Middle School.

Motivation to learn is one of the internal factors that makes a person enthusiastic about learning, because motivation to learn is essentially a driving force both from within and from outside the student. In the independent curriculum, it can be seen that the superiority of its characteristics is that the material is simpler and more in-depth and there is a significant reduction in material. The materials presented are limited to essential material. Reducing material provides an opportunity for students to explore the material more comprehensively. Next is more independence, which means that in an independent curriculum, students are given more freedom to choose the subjects they are interested in according to their interests, talents, potential and aspirations. Meanwhile, teachers can teach according to the stages of student achievement and development. So it is more relevant and interactive. Students are guided to be able to collaborate, work together to form groups to identify problems that are becoming issues to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, namely faith and devotion to God Almighty and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. The essence of this independent curriculum is independent learning. This aims to enable students to explore their respective interests, potential and talents.

The objective of the study was to determine the effect of spiritual quotient on students’ learning achievement through students’ learning efforts. The study used a correlational study. The participants of the study were 195 college students of Institute of Technology and Bisiness of Indragiri which was taken by using cluster sampling. The data were collected using questionnaire and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The finding showed there was no significant effect between students’ spiritual quotient on students’ learning achievement, there was a significant effect between students’ efforts on students’ learning achievement, there was no significant effect between students’ spiritual quotient on students’ learning achievement through students learning efforts.

The research is aimed at knowing the problems of the client and the causes of the client's social irregularities. The study uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are performed with observation, interviews and literature studies. The result of this study is the factor behind the social irregularities of adolescents who experience or live in broken home circles. Most youths commit this social aberrant because they want to shift their weight, their unhinged teenage behavior is also one of the factors that causes youths to commit deviations or delinquency, making them more susceptible to the adverse effects of their surroundings. A typical example of broken home adolescents involves alcoholics, drug use, and so forth. At present, however, social deviations are not limited to the person or youth of broken home, illness. Delinquency seems to be common in teens or in juvenile delinquency often results in achievement (pride) in order to make it a good, fun, fun youth. This factor is due to the rapid growth of globalization and modernization that many outside cultures are introduced into Indonesia and are affecting social aberrant behavior in the youth.

The results showed that the PAI teacher's strategy to improve PAI learning is to use "discovery learning strategies" through scientific methods. Using the "Discovery Learning strategy" saw student learning outcomes gradually improve from passive learning to active learning. Students lacking enthusiasm turn into enthusiasm in learning. This study aims to determine the extent of the urgency of halal product certification in increasing Islamic economic growth in Indonesia. The method used is library research. The results of the study show that the urgency of halal certification in the growth of the Islamic economy in Indonesia is: (1) Halal certification is an instrument in the halal chain in the Islamic economy; (2) Halal certification encourages Indonesia's achievements through the implementation of its sharia economic system, and (3) Halal certification plays a role in increasing the quantity of economic growth in Indonesia. The research implication is as a reference and motivation for stakeholders, government and society in accelerating halal certification for target products. The novelty of research is the urgency in the movement for halal certification to move to increase the growth of the Islamic economy in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dikelas VII-2 SMP Negeri 1 Tg. Tiram. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa/i kelas VII-2 SMP Negeri 1 Tg. Tiram yang berjumlah 29 orang. Objek penelitian ini adalah kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data setelah pemberian tindakan pada siklus I melalui pemberian tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis diperoleh 10 dari 29 siswa (34,48%) telah berhasil mencapai target keberhasilan sedangkan 19 siswa lainnya (65,51%) belum mencapai target keberhasilan dengan rata-rata kemampuan siswa sebesar 63,62. Dari kriteria keberhasilan klasikal maka persentase keberhasilan ini belum memenuhi. Setelah pemberian tindakan pada siklus II melalui pemberian tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis diperoleh 26 dari 29 siswa (89,65%) telah berhasil mencapai target keberhasilan sedangkan 3 siswa lainnnya (10,35%) belum mencapai target keberhasilan dengan rata-rata kemampuan siswa sebesar 86,37. Berdasarkan target keberhasilan klasikal (≥85%) maka persentase keberhasilan ini sudah memenuhi. Dari uraian sebelumnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa dikelas VII-2 SMP Negeri 1 Tg. Tiram.

This research uses a research method with a qualitative approach, where the research carried out is descriptive. The focus of this research is the achievement of work results (performance) of government officials at the Youth and Sports Department in increasing loyalty to performance by analyzing problems, especially regarding employee readiness and response to performance and loyalty. Insecurity is a situation where a person has feelings of discomfort, this is felt bye individuals who lack self confidence, are anxious, pessimitics, depressed and feel like they are always wrong. The purpose of the research is to  find out how much insecurity exists in teenagers. This research method uses quantitative methods with a directive counseling approach. Based on research results, this feeling of insecurity is experienced by many teenagers aged 11-21 years and this insecurity is very dominant among women because they have a higher level of sensitivity to what is around them and they also like to compare the contents of themselves. with the achievements of other individuals, that's why they often don't feel enough about themselves. Therefore, a mindset as well as support and the surrounding environment are also really needed here so that feelings of insecurity can be reduced and eventually disappear and teenagers can freely believe in what is in themselves.

Korean Wave has succeeded in bringing K-Beauty to become increasingly famous in Indonesia and has also become a variety of cosmetic product choices for Indonesian women in choosing skin care and cosmetic products. Korean Wave has succeeded in making K-Beauty products a trend in the Indonesian cosmetics market by involving South Korean artists as Brand Ambassadors. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Korean Wave as South Korea's cultural diplomacy on the achievement of South Korea's state image in the field of Indonesian cosmetics. This research uses a qualitative approach to produce descriptive data. This research method uses documentation originating from digital repositories and official documents. The theories and concepts used in this research are the theories of neoliberalism, complex interdependence, soft diplomacy and cultural diplomacy. The research results show that the Korean Wave was formed as a South Korean Soft Power instrument which is based on popular culture, then exported to various countries in the form of cultural products, one of which is K-Beauty which can later be enjoyed by the wider community in various countries

This research is specifically to find out how the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam, the factors that can influence and factors that can improve teacher performance, are expected. By knowing all that, some suggestions can be given that can be taken into consideration for school principals, especially in improving the performance of teachers in their schools. The essence of the principal's leadership is aimed at guiding and fostering teachers to become professional teachers and have achievements and performance and teaching skills. The teacher is the most decisive component in the education system as a whole, which must receive central attention. This figure will always be a strategic spotlight when talking about education issues, because teachers are always associated with any component in the education system, especially in relation to the teaching and learning process. With a professional teacher, a further goal, namely improving student learning outcomes will be achieved. It is the principal's duty as a leader to assist teachers in improving teacher professionalism and performance. While there are still many teachers who in carrying out learning activities have not met expectations. Therefore, the author needs to examine the pattern of Principal Leadership in an effort to improve teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam. From the results of the study it was stated that the principal's leadership was considered good, but had not had a positive impact on improving teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam While the performance of teachers at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam is considered good, but has not run optimally as expected, this is due to the lack of teacher ability in preparing learning tools, especially Learning Implementation Plans, inadequate school facilities and infrastructure, and also the difficulties of teachers in creating educational interactions between students and teachers, as well as the difficulty of creating a conducive classroom. However, at the level of evaluation/assessment of learning outcomes, the average teacher has implemented it well and added remedial and enrichment programs

Current business developments have moved from conventional systems to digital marketing systems and the use of digital marketing is the right opportunity for current developments in Indonesia. However, in its current condition, there are still business actors who do not understand digital marketing and lack awareness among the public or entrepreneurs to utilize digital media as a means to develop their activities. In the research, the researcher used a data processing method with a digital marketing funnel and the data was processed using SWOT analysis. Based on these problems, digital marketing training was carried out. This research aims to find out research results that can increase understanding of digital marketing funnel sales at Graha Office. It is hoped that the findings of this research can help companies formulate more effective digital marketing strategies that focus on achievement.

This study aims to analyze the effect of plyometric exercises in the form of jumping using one leg and jumping  using two legs with the results of jumping in long jump. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Srengat with 30 students for 18 meetings within 6 weeks. This study used quantitative methods with experimental research types using  pre-test  and post-test designs. The results obtained in this study are plyometric exercises that play a role in achieving long jump achievements. The results obtained there was a significant average difference between  the pre-test results and post-test results  in the plyometric exercise group. So it can be proven by the t-test value in the jumping group using one leg  of -10.389 < -2.262 and the sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, the jumping group uses two legs  of -6.266 < -2.262, and the sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 and the  control group is -1.875>-2.262 and the sig (2-tailed) value of 0.093 is greater than   0.05 . This study can have a significant influence on the provision of plyometric exercises on the method of jumping using one leg and jumping using two legs

Therefore, this research will utilize the Prezi application as a media with the aim of improving the learning outcomes in cultural arts learning. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research consisting of two cycles, and each cycle comprises four stages. The subjects of this study are students of class X AK 1 at SMK Negeri 2 Denpasar, totaling 32 people. The data collection technique involves observation related to the implementation of actions and the achievement of results, and also presentation assessments. The data analysis technique employed includes qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The research results indicate an improvement in cultural arts learning outcomes in class X AK 1 from cycle I to cycle II. This can be observed through the increase in the average scores from the presentation assessments.

The method that can be used to complete analysis related to this problem is the Pureshare Method which displays quantitative data to provide motivation and suitability for business and technology goals. The results obtained from this research are that creating a dashboard can increase the effectiveness of data input and the data can be standardized so that the data is more valid. Suggestions for further research require evaluation regarding the development of information that will be presented on the dashboard.
