Each of these components works synergistically to support optimal learning processes, although they often face challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change and lack of stakeholder support. Through collaborative strategies from various parties, including the government, community and parents, schools can overcome these obstacles. Optimizing education management complemented by educational supervision helps improve the professional quality of teachers, curriculum and school management, and builds a culture of continuous evaluation. This synergy results in schools that are qualified, adaptive and able to respond to the demands of today's education.

Increased activity in the airside area, especially on the apron, causes the emergence of foreign objects such as gravel and oil spills that can disrupt flight safety. Apron Movement Control (AMC) plays a crucial role in regulating aircraft traffic, monitoring the apron area, and maintaining cleanliness from Foreign Object Debris (FOD). This study aims to evaluate the effect of AMC performance in FOD supervision on flight safety at Sentani International Airport. The method used is a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, involving airside officers from airlines, Ground Handling (GH), Ground Support Equipment (GSE), and Marshallers. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire with a 4-point Likert scale and analyzed using validity, reliability, simple linear regression, T-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that AMC performance has a positive and significant effect on flight safety, with a significance value of the T test <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.916 indicates that AMC contributes 91.6% to flight safety, while the rest is influenced by other factors. This finding emphasizes the importance of improving the professionalism and effectiveness of AMC officers' performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the extent to which work facilities, particularly the X-Ray Cabin, influence the performance of Aviation Security (AVSEC) officers at Betoambari Airport, Baubau. The background of this research is based on field findings indicating that several inspection facilities were either damaged or insufficient, which directly affected the effectiveness of the officers’ work and the smooth operation of the airport. The study uses a quantitative approach with a census method, involving the entire population of 23 AVSEC officers assigned to the X-Ray Cabin area. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25, employing simple linear regression, t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). Indicator analysis also shows that within the work facilities variable (X), the indicator “Ability to Optimize Work Results” received the highest score, indicating the importance of available facilities in supporting daily work efficiency. Conversely, the indicator “In Accordance with Needs” received the lowest score, suggesting that the availability and quality of the X-Ray Cabin are still suboptimal, both in terms of quantity and technical condition. In the performance variable (Y), the indicator “Task Execution” ranked the highest, reflecting the officers’ strong compliance with SOPs and their ability to carry out tasks professionally. However, “Work Quality” was the lowest-scoring indicator, implying that limited facilities directly impact the overall quality of output. The research findings indicate that X-Ray Cabin work facilities have a positive and significant influence on the performance of AVSEC officers, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a regression coefficient of 0.926. The coefficient of determination test reveals that the contribution of work facilities to performance reaches 70.2%, while the remaining 29.8% is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this research.

The legal profession in Indonesia carries significant responsibility in upholding justice, particularly through adherence to the Indonesian Advocates Code of Ethics (KEAI). However, violations of this code, such as bribery involving lawyers, often undermine the integrity of the judicial system. This study examines how ethical breaches, particularly in bribery cases, occur and their impact on the legal profession and public trust in the judiciary. Using a normative juridical method, the study focuses on analyzing legal norms that regulate lawyers' conduct, including relevant legislation. Cases such as those involving lawyers Lucas and Fredrich Yunadi highlight how these violations influence court decisions and undermine the principles of justice. The findings reveal that factors such as client pressure and weak oversight from professional organizations contribute to bribery violations. This practice not only damages public trust in the legal profession but also threatens the integrity of the judicial system, which is expected to operate fairly and transparently. Therefore, comprehensive efforts are required to prevent ethical violations, including strengthening oversight, enforcing strict sanctions, and enhancing ethics education for future lawyers.

This study examines the legality of pig valve transplantation in humans from an Islamic perspective, with the aim of understanding the differences of opinion that exist among scholars and medical professionals. This literature review identified two main views: first, arguments in favor of the use of pig valves in emergency situations, which adhere to the principle that patient safety should be the top priority. Proponents of this view argue that in critical conditions, such as heart failure, the use of pig valves can be justified to save lives, given the limited halal alternatives available. Second, there is a view that rejects the use of pig valves, arguing that the laws of halal and haram in Islam cannot be ignored, even in a medical context. Opponents argue that more sharia-compliant solutions should be sought, such as the use of valves made from synthetic materials or halal animals. This study shows that the legal issue of pig valve transplantation is multidimensional, encompassing medical, ethical, and religious aspects. Therefore, a constructive dialogue is needed between scholars, medical practitioners, and the community to find a solution that is acceptable to all parties, while respecting Islamic principles in medical decision-making.

Health services aim to maintain and improve the quality of health, as well as prevent and treat diseases in the community. This study aiming to analyze the legal certainty for health workers in health services, using the normative legal method. The data source comes from a literature review. The results of this study indicate that Law Number 17 of 2023 regarding Health brings significant changes to the legal certainty for health workers in Indonesia in terms of health services. Previously, legal certainty for health workers was spread across various separate laws. However, with the enactment of Law Number 17 of 2023, this legal protection has become more integrated and comprehensive. Updates regarding the protection of health workers include increasing the rights of health workers, including affirmation of compliance with professional standards and ethics. There are improvements in rights, salary, performance allowances, health insurance, and opportunities for self development. This protection is strengthened by giving health workers the authority to stop services if there is a violation of ethics. It is necessary to strengthen operational procedures and work standards that can be a reference for health workers in carrying out their duties, thereby reduce the risk of negligence that can result in criminal sanctions and additional regulations are also needed to ensure a fair legal mechanism for health workers in facing accusations of negligence, by considering ethics and professional aspects in their work.
