This study aims to determine the Implementation of Supervision of Trawling Equipment in Selayar District, Lingga Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research approach with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In this study using the theory of supervision according to Joko Widodo (2016: 94). The results of this study indicate that: a. the supervisors implementing the policy, the supervisors, namely the agencies and other auxiliary apparatus in this supervision are still not running well or have not been implemented because there are still fishermen who use the Trawl fishing gear, b. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), under supervision have been implemented in carrying out supervision, so for this indicator it has been implemented sufficiently and is running according to the specified SOP, c. Financial Resources and Equipment, in this indicator there is still a lack of budget and some equipment is under supervision, so for this indicator it is still not sufficiently implemented because it is still constrained by a lack of budget, d. Schedule for Supervision Implementation, for the schedule itself, of course there is a special schedule but for carrying out self-monitoring sometimes it doesn't necessarily depend on the incoming reports, for this indicator it has also been implemented because the existing schedule is also in accordance with the time and reports received. Based on the research indicators, it can be concluded that the implementation of this supervision has not run optimally because there are still many fishermen in the Selayar District who use trawls. The recommendation that is needed is the implementation of supervision that should be carried out effectively so that there is no longer use of trawl fishing gear in Selayar District.

Work accidents that occur on ships often occur in various cases, one of which is a work accident that occurs in an enclosed space. This is often experienced by a crew member who is unable to understand the proper methods and procedures for working in an enclosed space. Against this background, the researcher conducted a risk assessment of personal safety when working in an enclosed space to find out the causes, impacts and controls of the crew members' lack of understanding and knowledge of personal safety when working in an enclosed space. In this descriptive study using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method and the Bowtie method, the researchers obtained very high/extreme (E) scores in carrying out work in closed spaces, namely the ship's crew inhaled poisoned air/gas while checking in the cofferdam tank where these results obtained an likelihood value of 66% and a severity value of 71%. By holding routine drills regarding the application of safety principles in an enclosed space in more detail to all Ship's Crew and at the end of the drill closing displays a training video that displays shows about various accidents that occurred in an enclosed space and the causes of these events are reviewed in detail. So with a more detailed drill on the application of safety principles regarding enclosed space material to all Ship's Crew, it is hoped that it can minimize the occurrence of work accidents in an enclosed space.

Malahayu Reservoir is located in Malahayu Village, Banjarharjo District, Brebes Regency. Malahayu Reservoir was built in 1935. Malahayu Reservoir is planned to have a water storage capacity of 69 million m³ with a water surface area of 9.25 km². The main purpose of the construction of this reservoir is to supply irrigation water with a total area of 12,674 Ha, consisting of DI Kabuyutan of 4,166 Ha, DI Jengkelok of 6,173 Ha, and DI Babakan of 2,335 Ha. However, the water supply in Malahayu Reservoir continues to decrease, allegedly due to the high amount of sediment. The current problem is the occurrence of sediment in the Malahayu Reservoir. The pattern of operation using this reservoir needs to be studied because it is considered less optimal and because there needs to be a review of the use of reservoir water using newer data. That way, an operating pattern is needed to determine the reliability of reservoirs in their use as irrigation water providers. This study began by analyzing the secondary data obtained. Data is processed to obtain the amount of reservoir discharge and water needs for irrigation water. And the study ended with a simulation of the reservoir operation pattern. From the results of this study, it is expected to help provide solutions for the operation pattern of Malahayu Reservoir as an optimal reservoir. To improve the performance of the Malahayu Reservoir, supporting data such as reservoir operational systems and performance, hydrological data, reservoir operating procedures and patterns, and irrigation data are needed. The results of the analysis showed that the operation of the Malahayu Reservoir was less than optimal. Simulation of reservoir operation shows that the volume of water in Malahayu Reservoir is below the Minimum Operating Level (MOL), which is the minimum volume of water that should be in the reservoir. According to the records of the Cimanuk-Cisanggarung River Basin Center (BBWS), the condition of water supply in the Malahayu Reservoir continues to decline since this reservoir was built during the Dutch colonial rule until now.

Service activities are carried out to help MSMEs in the service industry called Kori salon by making Kori salon financial reports, Kori salon financial reports are made irregularly and documented manually every day as part of its business procedures. The inability of Kori salon owners to handle bookkeeping reports is the main cause. To support MSME beauty salon businesses, it is necessary to provide training and assistance in preparing financial reports. The method used in this study is the direct support approach used in this effort to assist partners in compiling financial reports using the Bukuwarung program until it is successfully practiced. It is considered successful when partners are able to distinguish between the two states before and after receiving support. Partners recognize the value of accurately recording financial statements in the books based on the results of their actions. This exercise impacts revenue, expense and income statement accounts as well as knowledge partners and also impacts the financial statements that will be prepared in the coming year.
