Transformational leadership performance occurs when leaders broaden and enhance the interests of employees, when they raise awareness and acceptance of the goals and mission of the group, and when they mobilize their employees to look beyond their own self-interest of either the group or the individual. Transformational leaders achieve this result in one or more ways. Employee performance is the ability of an organization to achieve its goals through productive and effective employees. Employee performance covers various aspects, including productivity, quality of work, attendance, creativity, and contribution to organizational goals. This Systematic Review is prepared based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews, full text articles and uses English and Indonesian. The keywords used in the search for articles are “Transformational Leadership” AND “Performance”. Analysis of the 13 articles explains that transformational leadership has benefits and effectiveness on employee performance. Based on the results of available literature, it can be concluded that transformational leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance. kind to employees. This can increase employee confidence, commitment, and involvement in achieving organizational goals. In addition, transformational leaders also have the ability to develop employee potential and strengthen the working relationship between employees and leaders.

This research aims to find out the results of research analysis of students abilities through the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) type cooperative learning model from various literature, as well as to analyze the difficulties of students mathematical communication skills through the Two Stay Two Stray model. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and uses a literature study research method which was carried out at the Digital Library, Medan State University in July – September 2022. The instrument in this study was the author himself. The steps of this research are: (1) Designing the research. (2) Carry out the research design. (3) Analyze and provide conclusions on the results of the analysis. The analysis technique used in the selection of information related to data analysis techniques is the Miles and Huberman analysis technique. The data source used secondary data consisting of 5 journals. The conclusions of the results of this study show that: (1) The average results of tests of students mathematical communication abilities through the application of the TSTS model are: (a) The indicator of mathematical representation is 51.93%, (b) The indicator of writing/explaining mathematics was 40.31%, (c) The indicators describe is 37.94%. (2) There are several difficulties experienced by students and teachers are: (a) Students have difficulty connecting real objects, pictures, and diagrams into mathematical models, (b) Students lack confidence in communicating arguments and ideas in mathematical problems, ( c) Students are less thorough in working on questions, (d) Students have difficulty expressing mathematical ideas in the form of graphs, pictures, or tables, (e) Low student skills in understanding mathematical communication problems and drawing conclusions about mathematical communication problems, (f ) The role of the teacher is less than optimal in carrying out learning activities.

The goal of this study is to describe the focus of the research that consists of the characters in the film “The Pursuit of Happyness “by Gabriella Muccino. The data were taken based on the quotations that focus on the characters found in the film script and time sequence “The Story of My Life”. The research is analyzed by using the qualitative approach. The kind of characters is based on eight instruments, they are major, minor, protagonist, antagonist, flat, round, static, and dynamic. This study is conducted based on literature reviews by observing documents from the film. The film consists of 1 hour 57 minutes duration and 103 pages of the original script. The findings that are found based on the observation from this film were significant. The character instruments consist of Minor by 30% % at the highest position, then Protagonist by 20 %, static by 10 %, antagonist by 10 %, Dynamic by 10 %, Round by 10 %, and Major by 7 %. and flat by 3%. The conclusions showed that the character that emerged as the minor character that consists in this film makes this film more interesting. After analyzing this film, the writer concluded that this element emerged from the major character’s hard work and self-empowerment strength that builds the personal competence involving personal journey and process of understanding as the effect of many problems in his life.

Poetry is a literary work that contains the expression of the author's heart. Made using beautiful language, it contains meaning, rhythm, rhyme, dimensions and stanzas. Poetry has two main building structures, namely the inner structure and the physical structure. The poem contains several signs, both meanings that must be interpreted directly by the reader, as well as linguistic signs that do not require redefinition. The field that studies and examines signs, symbols and signs is called semiotics. Semiotics is a science or analytical method that studies signs in language or literary works, both linguistic and non-linguistic, with the aim of understanding the meaning to be conveyed by the author as a whole. Language is a complete and perfect sign system. Therefore, language represents something meaning. A semiotic study on the poem "Ibunda by WS. Rendra” is examined using semiotic methods. The purpose of this writing is to find out the meaning of one of WS' poems. Rendra. WS. Rendra is someone with beautiful and meaningful works. The method used in this work is a qualitative descriptive method that analyzes literary works or poetry based on the content of literary works, while the writing technique is literary studies. The results of this study indicate that the poetry written by WS. Rendra has a meaning that can be used as a reference for reader information and can be researched.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial and digital literatures and financial management on the performance of UMKM. This research used quantitative research using associative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents of UMKN business actors in Cilacap District. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using Path Coefficients Test, Modes of Goodness Test, and Hypothesis Testing. Path coefficient value of the influence of financial management on the performance of UMKM. The results of the linear test and the output of column coefficients and T-tables are known that financial management has a significant effect on performance as seen from the p value 0.005 <0.05. Good and correct financial management will provide benefits and advantages for  UMKM  actors.  Several  related  institutions  can  provide  financial  and  digital  literatures training assistance. Training not only provides theoretical knowledge but also provides activities such as workshops and mentoring continuously.

The purpose of this research is that those who are studying have a definite goal of gaining as much knowledge as possible and getting good results on exams, for those who are working, the goal is to work as best as possible to complete existing responsibilities and get good income from what they do. . The research method used is a qualitative method in the form of a literature study where the author presents and discusses overcoming PAK Learning Difficulties, and invites all of us to dedicate what we do in our daily lives just to glorify His name. The Lord God will see whether what we are doing glorifies His name or not. By teaching PAK so that more and more souls are saved.

CTS is one of the diseases that occurs in many workers so it is often referred to as work-related Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The high number of informal workers allows for high accidents in the workplace. The purpose of this study is to discuss the risk factors for the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. This research is a descriptive research with the literature review method. The literature search strategy uses a prism flow chart, and inclusion and exclusion criteria. The databases used include: PubMed, Taylor and francis, and Google Scholar. From the 20 articles, 19 of them used the cross-sectional type of research, and 1 article used the case-control type of research. The types of informal work obtained from the 20 articles are: motorcycle taxi drivers, farmers, batik and bead craftsmen, blacksmiths, stone breakers, meatball sellers, coconut peelers, woodcarvers, tailors, angkot drivers, small-scale convection, hairstylists, and butchers. Overall, the journal articles obtained discuss related to the risk factors for the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. Repetitive movements, length of service, length of work, hand posture (awkward), age, gender, and body mass index were found to influence the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. Meanwhile, grasping work and a history of diabetes mellitus were not found to be related to the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers.

This study will discuss the analysis of aspects contained in the poem "Sawah" by Sanusi Pane using a stylistic approach. The analyzed aspects are language style, diction, figure of speech, and imagery to determine the aesthetic value and foster a national sense of the poem. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a stylistic approach. The style of language, diction, figure of speech, and the imagery of a literary work are born from one's thoughts through the steps of contemplation and appreciation of something. In literary works, aesthetic value is a value based on the beauty that previous visitors have made with the work. In the poem "Sawah" by Sanusi Pane, the author uses a lot of language style and connotative meanings in his poetry which aims to assess the aesthetics or meaning contained in each line.

The poem "With My Poetry" is one of the literary works by Taufiq Ismail that describes the author's feelings in writing the poem, this poem is included in one of the literary works that have aesthetic value in the world of art. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of life and the type of language style used in Taufik Ismail's poem "With Puisiku". The research method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive research method. From the results of this study, the value of life contained in this poem is a reflection of life about how the next life will go well, and the style of language in the poem "With Puisi Aku" by Taufiq Ismail, namely: Alliteration, Assonance, Simile, Personification, Sarcasm, and Anophora.

In transformers installed and used in electric power systems, especially at substations (GI) there are often disturbances or problems. From the results of the oil translucent voltage test study, it is known that the value of the penetrating voltage of the On Load Tap Changer oil sample used in the transformer is an average value of 38.8 kV, it can be known that the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 1) being filtered is 86.8 kV, the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 2) being filtered is worth 88 kV, and the value of the new oil penetrating voltage (sample 3) being filtered is 98.2 kV.

This research aims to analyze the meaning of qualisigns in the novel Bumi by Tere Liye and its implications for literature learning in vocational schools (SMK). The research method used is qualitative descriptive with semiotic analysis technique. The data used are quotations from the novel Bumi that contain qualisigns. The results show that qualisigns in the novel Bumi have various meanings, such as attentive, polite, angry, and others. These signs are presented by the author as a representation of the characters or situations presented in the novel. The quotations that become the focus of the study, namely "Dasar guru sok galak. Tidak tahu apa, tambah keriting saja rambutnya setiap kali dia marah-marah" and "Di dalam kardus berwarna pink, beralaskan talam lembut, ditutup kain sutra, hadiah ulang tahunku menunggu," contain qualisigns that have clear meanings. The implications of this research for literature learning in SMK are the importance of understanding literary semiotics as a theoretical foundation for understanding the meaning of signs in literary works. Literature learning in SMK should include an understanding of literary signs, both qualisigns and other signs, so that students can appreciate and understand literary works better

Language is an important self-identity of a country. Because language is used as a means of communication with each other. This figure of speech is a part of language. In making short stories, poetry, literary works, scripts, and novels, figure of speech is often used. Not only that figure of speech is also often used by people in everyday life. But it is rare for parents to use figure of speech, usually often used by teenagers. As has been conveyed from the definition above. The purpose of this study is to discuss knowing and understanding the meaning of the figure of speech contained in the song "Shackles" by Amygdala. The research used is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study is in the form of the lyrics of the song Belenggu. The analysis technique uses stylistic analysis which is a science that examines the analysis of the meaning and style of language in literature. The results of each verse of song lyrics store different meanings and figures of speech such as parallelism, metaphor, personification, and hyperbole

Literary work is the author's reflection on the reality of life.This study aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic elements contained in the short story "a piece of a letter in silence" by Asma Nadia with a mimetic and objective approach. The method used in this research is through a qualitative descriptive analysis with a mimetic approach and objective approach in the work literature. The data analysis technique used is reading and observe short stories, collect data, describe, and drawconclusions from research results. The results of the research show that there are valuesthe reality of life in the form of social reality, the reality of life's struggle, the reality of the real world contained within short story "a letter in silence" with a mimetic approach.The conclusion of this research is that there is a phenomenon of reality values ​​within short story, in the form of the love struggle of a man without a name for a woman without a name even though it has no beautiful ending.

This study aims to find and analyze the intrinsic elements contained in the short story "Robohnya Surau Kami" by AA Navis. This research was conducted within the scope of the field of literature and was carried out using qualitative methods and descriptive data analysis techniques. In this research, it is necessary to study documents and study literature. In the world of education, the teacher's role is not only AS a provider of material, but also AS an educator who teaches character for each student. Educators AS examples and reflections in the world of education that teach how to shape students with character. One way to shape the character of students is through a literary work. Literary work is something that is conveyed communicatively both orally and in writing in which there is a message or intention to be conveyed by the author. Through literary works students can easily understand how to build a good character in everyday life, because literary works are also a reflection of life. There are many theories and literary approaches to studying a literary work. One of them is the expressive approach. Through an expressive approach students can recognize the characters in a literary work. One of them is in a short story literary work entitled "Robohnya Surau Kami".

This research is entitled "The Concept of Faith According to Islam and Catholicism". As for the focus of this research, there are three sub-problems, namely: 1) what is the concept of faith according to Islam and Catholicism, 2) what is the similarity of faith according to Islam and Catholicism, 3) how is the difference in faith according to Islam and Catholicism. This type of research is comparatively qualitative. Comparatively qualitative is doing analysis to find and find similarities and differences in phenomena. This research is focused on the literatures and library materials related to the research title, namely the concept of faith according to Islam and Catholicism. The approach used is a normative theological approach. Has two sources of data consisting of: primary and secondary sources. The primary data sources in this study were sourced from the Koran and the Bible. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are supporting data such as books or other scientific works as well as various writings ranging from books, journals, websites, theses and so on. The results of this study are the similarities and differences in Islam and Catholic Christianity related to faith, namely; First, in terms of understanding about faith, these two religions have the same meaning, although they differ in terms of language, but have the same meaning if taken from the Qur'an and the Bible, because basically these come from the same root. Second, they both believe that God created the universe, and that God also created humans, although they differ in terms of the pronunciation and the way of believing in it. Third, these two religions both believe in several prophets and apostles who are believed to be messengers of God to reveal His glory to mankind. Like the prophet Adam and his wife Eve were the first humans created by God after creating the world. Fourth, believe in the Day of Judgment or life after death. which is clearly different from the way you believe in it or what you believe in.

In women with prolonged labor, there is an increased risk of death due to atonic uterus, birth canal lacerations, infection, fatigue, and shock, however in infants, prolonged labor is not associated with an increase in infant mortality, decreased APGAR score, trauma, and infection. With adequate physical and psychological preparation, the impact of prolonged labor can be reduced. The (PRE) is a bodywork involving waist and hip rotations. This research employs Systeematic Literature Reviews (SLR), a synthesis of systematic, clear, and comprehensive literature studies, by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating existing data using explicit research methods and incorporating critical review procedures into the selection study. The data consists of 6 national journals and 1 international publication indexed by Shiinta Indonesia and Scopus with Q2standard Results in 7 journals utilizing observation sheets and parttographs for data collection instruments. In one of the seven journals reviewed, the Pellvic Rocking Exercise technique was applied at TM 3 gestational age, between 34 and 35 weeks. When the laboring mother enters the first stage of the active phase, another publication employs the Pelvic Rocking Exercise technique. Conclusion: Pelvic Roccking Exercise is effective in shortening the active phase till the full opening of the cervix in primiparous moms. Pelvic rocking using a birth ball helps the baby to rotate into the optimal position and shortens the first stage of labor, therefore reducing labor pain and providing comfort to the mother. It is anticipated that health care workers will become facilitators for expectant mothers and provide physical support for the profession.

The theory used in this research is  ekopuitika theory, ecology theory, and poetics theory. The data collecting technique or data collection process utilized in this research are as follows: (1) recording technique, either audio or audiovisual, (2) notes, (3) rooted interview, (4) literature study and documentation analysis. The finding of the research is (1) the meaning ekopuitika theory is literary theory/knowledge of poetry which is associated with the environment. (2) the working mechanism is started from analyzing the poetics theory which consists of: 1. Sound that includes: a) rima; (b) assonance; (c) alliteration; (d) anaphora; (e) efoni; (f) kakafoni; and (g) onomatopoeic. 2. Rime (metrum and rhythm) 3. Word includes: (a) vocabulary; (b) diction; (c) figurative language; (d) imagery; and (e) linguistic factors. 4. Phrase that includes: (a) nominal phrases; (b) verbal phrase; (c) the numeral phrase; (d) the adverb phrase; and (e) the prepositional phrase. 5. Sentence/array includes: (a) declarative sentences; (b) interrogative sentences; (c) the imperative sentence; and (d) the exclamatory sentence. 6. The discourse that includes: (a) cohesion and (b) coherence. A finance company is a company that provides loans to prospective borrowers with certain guarantees such as PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Medan Branch. In this business, company funds are often embedded because of debtors who are in arrears. Therefore, the company has a field officer who functions to collect debtor's house and make a withdrawal of the financing unit that has exceeded the reasonable limit of the time of payment. The implementation of billing activities carried out is definitely related to the work safety of each field officer. Work safety issues such as beatings experienced by field officers have an impact on the implementation of billing. This resulted in the billing process becoming less than optimal because the officers were worried about their safety. In addition, the work environment also impacts on employee performance, such as lack of work space that makes employees not free to work, relationships that are not good affect the communication process in decision making and document filing that is not neat will affect the document search process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work safety and work environment on the performance of employees. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis method. The population in this study were 51 people who were employees of PT. ITC Multi Finance Medan Branch and also as a respondent. The method of data collection is done by interviewing, distributing questionnaires, documentation and literature. Variables taken with a Likert scale. The data analysis model used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that simultaneously the work safety and work environment did not significantly influence the performance of PT. Medan Branch Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance, and partially has no effect on performance.
