This study was conducted to measure the extent of the ability of Vocational High School (Arts and Tourism) students to read one of the Japanese letters, namely Hiragana. The ability to read Hiragana is important to master to improve the competencies that exist in students in order to be able to compete in this increasingly dynamic world of tourism. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar in class X majoring in Travel Business Tours Class of 2022/2023. In this study, data collection techniques were used through the provision of tests by analyzing scores, percentages, and grouping result data between low, medium, and high. By using this technique, students can find out their ability to read Hiragana's writings.

Role of Entrepreneurship in Eastern Seroja very important in the realization of an increase in economic welfare. The purpose of this study is to see how far the entrepreneurial role in improving the economic welfare of residents in the Village East Seroja Mergosono Kedungkandang District of Malang. (1) the role of entrepreneurship for Eastern Seroja; (2) the representation of entrepreneurship in East Seroja; (3) problems faced by Lotus East. So the objectives specified in the use of multimedia learning can be achieved in stimulating learning, students dare to ask questions, answer questions or comment on the content being delivered also increased teacher.

This study aims to discuss the hidden meaning in the text of the poem "Padamu Jua" by Amir Hamzah through discussion and exposure in terms of Hermeneutics and also examines interesting diction in the text of the poem. The hermeneutical theory is used to interpret the meaning of the poem. This study also uses a descriptive qualitative research model. The data subject of this study is a literary work of poetry with research data in the form of quoted words whose meaning and diction are analyzed using a hermeutical approach. Diction is word choice. That is, we choose the right words to convey an idea and accuracy. The role of diction in poetry is very important because in poetry words are everything. In fact, for the type of imaginary poetry as stated by Sapardi Djoko Damono. The data collection technique in this article is the first to analyze the meaning of perbait with a hermeneutical approach, the second to analyze and look for the interesting diction in the poem "Padamu Jua" by Amir Hamzah and the third to present the data results in descriptive form.

Background: The low level of breastfeeding in the first hour after birth and exclusive breastfeeding resulted in stunted growth of the baby, especially the weight and length of the baby. The government's first step in an effort to improve the health status of infants is to implement early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD). The results of a preliminary study on 4 infants who experienced an increase in body weight of 150-250 grams were previously carried out by IMD. Objective: Knowing the effectiveness of the IMD implementation on infant weight gain at the Kolelet Health Center Lebak Banten in 2022. Methodology: This research is quasi-experimental research with one-group pretest-posttest design method. The sample in this study were babies born at the Kolelet Health Center Lebak Banten in June 2022 as many as 30 respondents with a total sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the Paired sample t-test before the normality test was carried out. Results: The results of the univariate analysis showed that the baby's weight before the IMD was done on average = 2,965.00 grams and after the IMD was done the average = 3,333.67 grams so that an average difference was found of 368.67 grams. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was an effectiveness of the IMD implementation on the baby's weight gain with p = 0.000. Conclusions and Suggestions: The implementation of IMD is effective in increasing the baby's weight. Maternity mothers and their families are expected to increase their knowledge about the importance of IMD in order to increase their awareness in carrying out IMD to their babies and make mothers motivated to continue giving their breast milk without additional food so that the growth and development of babies can grow optimally and mothers avoid postpartum hemorrhage.

Tourism has become a Leading Sector for the Government. The success of tourism destinations in the current era of society 4.0 cannot be separated from the regional ability to develop information systems and promotions based on digital 4.0. The purpose of this activity is to help the Tourism Office's human resources have the basics of destination marketing and open the paradigm of thinking of the Tourism Office's human resources about the importance of marketing. The method is the lecture method, FGD, and direct practice in the field. The Participants of this activity were 7 people who came from Bimtek, namely the West Kotawaringin Regency Tourism Office. This community service activity was carried out on Saturday and Sunday, 16-17 November 2019. The place for this activity took a place at the College of Tourism Economics in Semarang and the Bandungan area. The result of this dedication is the formation of lecture material which includes the Definition of Tourist Attractions, the Definition of Tourism Destinations, and the Uniqueness of Kalimantan's Tourist Attractions which are worth VRIN.

The availability of village maps contained in the village, Tacim, Susupu village, Ropu Tengah Balu village, Lako Akelamo village and Lako Akediri village that are valid and reliable is the forerunner of the determination of village boundaries at the level above it, and is a fundamental database in realizing village development goals. The purpose of devotion; providing understanding and training to the village government, the importance of village maps, for making village policies and planning by looking at data or maps for the progress of the village. The method of implementing pkm activities using the method of work / art methhods is a method that can be used for the benefit of the community and uses the Method of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Training.  The results of the service were carried out on May 21, 2022, located in the village of Ropu Tengah Balu. This activity was held on Saturday at 20.00. until it was completed, there were 30 participants. To advance the village, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the village government, so that there are adequate human resources to promote the village, the village government through the village kepala must conduct trainings to village officials, to the community and youth shops.

Human capital is an important factor in economic development. With quality capital, it is believed that economic performance will also be better. So it can be said that "social development is economic development". The human resources of a nation, not physical capital or material resources, are the most determining factor in the character and speed of social and economic development of a nation concerned. This research will show how external debt and also the level of FDI affect the GRDP of case studies in the Makassar region from 2009-2013. The theory of multiple linear regression analysis is applied in quantitative research methodology. Secondary data from the Makassar Central Bureau of Statistics is used as a data source. Information only regarding the amount of Indonesian loans, the total level of realization of FDI inflows by Indonesia, but also figures regarding the degree and total local national GRDP of Makassar City were all collected using straight literary elements using figures for the period 2009 to 2013 (5 years). The quantitative approach is indeed a technique used to assess the level of guiding decisions in one component having several other characteristics using the SPSS 25 application. Thus, producing an initial model that shows a positive and beneficial effect of the independent variables external debt and FDI is relevant to the dependent variable of City GRDP Macassar. This shows that it is important to increase these two variables because the GRDP level of Makassar city will also increase.

The process of finding employees, or what is often called employee recruitment, is an important concern for employers. Recruitment is carried out with the hope of getting employees with the required classification. After the recruitment process is carried out, it is necessary to conduct training for new employees according to their job title. The training was conducted to equip employees to be more creative and able to provide excellent service to visitors. Training is one of the efforts to achieve the service standards that have been set in the business. The population and sample of this study were all 37 employees at RIC, with the data collection method in this study being a questionnaire that will be distributed to employees. The list of questions on the research questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method uses descriptive qualitative analysis, namely by distributing questionnaires to respondents to solve the problems to be studied, and quantitative analysis is carried out by processing the data using the SPSS version 23 software tool. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between recruitment and training on employee performance at Coffee Idea House. This means that business people must pay attention to a good recruitment process and intense training to improve employee performance.

Today's technology continues to grow and the benefits of using the internet are felt for the users. Some people feel dependent on the internet, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing information technology to run their business, especially in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The purpose of this study is to generally describe the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Sidorejo village. This research is of a qualitative type, using a triangulation model, which combines structured interview methods, in-depth interviews and observations of MSME actors who are actively registered at the Office of Market Community Empowerment – Cooperatives and City Small and Medium Enterprises. From the research results it is known that digital marketing makes it easier for MSME actors to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, increase awareness and increase sales for MSME players in Sidorejo village. This program emphasizes the importance of understanding digitization from an early age for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to market products in today's modern business style, and is expected to increase the value branding of these products or increase sales turnover.

The purpose of this community service is to increase the understanding of the Medan Johor community about job promotion, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. The specific target in this community service is that the people of Medan Johor sub-district know what promotions are, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. The materials presented in this community service are: what is job promotion, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. Which in relation will affect the improvement of employee work in Medan Johor sub-district so that the community gets solutions to job promotions, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. From this community service, the results show that the community of Medan Johor sub-district has known and understood the importance of insight into job promotions, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction so as to improve work performance.

Culture has an important role in the company. One of the elements in corporate culture is values. Companies must ensure that the culture is acceptable and even practiced by employees. PR Sukun it self has problems related to employees' understanding of their cultural values. Internalization can be used as one of the company's strategies to ensure that cultural values ​​can be accepted and implemented. Of course, guidelines are needed as the basis for the implementation of internalization. Purpose of this study is to know the guidelines formulation process for the internalization of corporate cultural values. This research uses descriptive-qualitative. Data collected by triangulation method that are interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that PR Sukun had espoused values “Sukun Kuat”, that are (contibutive, strong, original, and tados). Moreover, this research also got information about conditions and steps for internalizing the current PR Sukun values. The results are compared with the references obtained by the writer to make recommendation. The recommendations of this guideline contain the preparation of guide or internalization materials, the formation of agents of change and their duties, planning of internalization programs, and monitoring evaluations.

When you are pregnant, most nutritional needs will increase. It is important for pregnant women to ensure that the food they consume is balanced. The aim of this community service program is to increase pregnant women's understanding of nutrition during pregnancy. This activity was carried out on May 7 2022 through counseling using leaflets to pregnant women before and after the counseling. This counseling was carried out in Kassi - Kassi, attended by 10 pregnant women who implemented the Covid-19 Health Protocol. The results of the counseling showed an increase in understanding of 50%. Before the counseling, only 3 pregnant women (30%) had good understanding, but after this activity, the number increased to 8 pregnant women (80%) who had good understanding. We hope that in future counseling, there will be more focus on nutrition during the first, second and third trimesters of pregnant women.

This research was conducted at the SDN Pengaradan 03 Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Brebes. The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the learning achievement of students. 2) To determine the factors that influence student learning achievement. 3) To find out efforts to minimize online game play on learning achievement. This study uses a qualitative approach, while the data collection uses the interview method, observation method and documentation method. The results of this study are 1) Learning achievement in Pengaradan 03 Kecamatan Tanjung, Kabupaten Brebes elementary school is quite good, where the velue is taken based on the attitude of the students themselves, daily by the teacher, mid – semester exam score and end of semester scores ehere the score is used as reference in knowing achievement learn students. 2) Factors that affect student learning achievement come from the family environment. Where family is the main and most important factor in shaping the character of students and a supportive social environment will affect the growth and development of students well by directing positive things that will affect the achievement og learning achievement in school. 3) Efforts that must be made in minimizing online game play are to to provide direction and understanding of the impact that is caused in online games that are done excessively, making the game on of the alternative rewards for student who get good ahievements so that they can motivate students to keep learning.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months.
