Population growth in Sidoarjo Regency has increased quite high every year. This then causes an increase in the need for land as residential land to meet the population’s housing needs. To overcome this problem, efforts are needed from the Sidoarjo Regency Government through development planning and development of residential areas. This research discusses the application of Interactive Planning in development planning and development of residential areas in Sidoarjo Regency as well as coordination between relevant stakeholders in developing residential areas in Sidoarjo Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the application of interactive planning in development planning in Sidoarjo Regency as well as the coordination carried out between stakeholders in implementing the development of residential areas in Sidoarjo Regency. The theory used in this research is the Interactive Planning theory put forward by Ackoff Russel. The Method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research are that the application of interactive planning in development planning and development residential areas in Sidoarjo Regency is already underway but hasn’t been implemented optimally. This is based on the success factors of interactive planning which include participative principal, continuity principal, and holistic principal which are still not optimally fulfilled. Apart from that, coordination between stakeholders in the implementation of residential area development is still not optimal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengembangan aplikasi monitoring grooming berbasis Android. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pemesanan dan pencatatan pesanan grooming serta mempermudah manajemen jadwal dan layanan bagi petgroomer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode prototyping. Terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu komunikasi dengan klien, pengembangan sistem, dan pengujian sistem. Setelah melakukan komunikasi dengan klien untuk mengetahui kebutuhan sistem, selanjutnya yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pengembangan sistem. Setelah mengetahui kebutuhan dari sistem, selanjutnya disusun  Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengembangan sistem. Beberapa diagram UML yang dipakai, seperti use case, diagram alir, dan diagram activity. Kemudian, sistem diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan REST API melalui Retrofit dan bahasa pemrograman Java, menggunakan tools Android Studio. Langkah yang terakhir adalah melakukan pengujian terhadap sistem. Aplikasi ini dapat memberikan solusi yang efektif bagi industri grooming hewan peliharaan dengan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi pemilik hewan peliharaan dan groomer.

Tujuan pengembangan aplikasi adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pemasaran, pemesanan, dan manajemen stok produk. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa masalah utama dalam konteks manajemen data produk perhiasan yang sering mengalami perubahan. Batasan penelitian mencakup pada tiga fungsi utama aplikasi yaitu manajemen data produk, efisiensi pemasaran, dan pemesanan, dengan teknologi utama berupa Flask dan MongoDB. Metode penelitian mencakup analisis kebutuhan, pembangunan prototipe, evaluasi prototipe, pengkodean sistem, pengujian sistem, dan evaluasi sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan efisiensi operasional perusahaan, pengembangan keterampilan pengembang, serta potensi pengembangan dan referensi untuk industri perhiasan terkait manajemen data produk dan pemasaran online.

Methodology is a very important basic framework in the design and development of professional software, aimed at creating an information system that meets the business needs of an organization. Success in software development relies heavily on managing the software project as a whole. Establishing a methodology includes high dynamics in the design stages of a model that describes the activities and life cycle of a system. SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) or Systems Development Life Cycle, in the context of systems and software engineering, is a process that includes the creation and modification of systems, as well as the models and methodologies used to develop them. This discussion will explain the analysis of selecting software development methodologies, including waterfall, prototype, iterative, spiral, and rapid application development (RAD). It is hoped that the results of this discussion can provide considerations in choosing and using the right methodology based on each individual's needs, strengths and weaknesses, as well as other factors such as familiarity with technology, system complexity, system reliability, and short and precise time requirements, as well as referencing several scientific journals.

Coffee is one of the products from Indonesia's leading agricultural sector. Coffee participates greatly in Indonesia's export activities, especially to the United States. But so is Vietnam. The purpose of this study was to analyze the competitiveness of Indonesian and Vietnamese coffee beans in the United States market as the largest importing country for Indonesian coffee beans. The research method used is panel data analysis taken from secondary data. The analysis uses two methods, namely Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) analysis and also Constant Market Share Analysis (CMSA). The results show that Indonesia and Vietnam have a comparative advantage in several types of coffee commodities. In general, the results from the CMSA also show that the competitiveness of Indonesian coffee is positive, indicating that Indonesia is able to take a share of the coffee bean market in the 2016-2018 period.

Natural resource conservation or conservation areas whose main use is recreation and tourism in coastal and aquatic areas are called Marine Nature Tourism Parks (TWAL). Kupang City and Kupang Regency have a conservation area known as the Kupang Bay Marine Nature Tourism Park. Kupang Bay Marine Natural Tourism Park has a lot of potential that can be managed as a tourism destination. The author is interested in conducting research to find out and formulate a Potential Development Strategy for the Kupang Bay Marine Natural Tourism Park. This research approach is descriptive qualitative, where the data produced is descriptive or explains clearly. Based on the research analysis that has been carried out using SWOT Analysis, it is concluded that the Kupang Bay Marine Nature Tourism Park Development Strategy has a Strength-Opportunity strategy. This strategy is an aggressive strategy where the potential of the Kupang Bay Marine Natural Tourism Park is utilized as widely as possible to create opportunities.

This study aims to develop Problem-Based Learning (PBL) teaching materials for algebra content in Junior High School (SMP). The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of the study indicate that PBL-based teaching materials can improve students' understanding of algebraic concepts and critical thinking skills. The trial was conducted on eighth-grade students at SMP negeri 3 Depok, with results showing a significant increase in students' final test scores compared to before using the PBL-based teaching materials.

This research aims to determine and describe the role of the Sighe Setangkai Art Studio in the development of dance arts in the Empat Lawang area, especially traditional dance and creative dance in Empat Lawang Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, while data collection is carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis in writing research results consists of three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that Sanggar Sighe Setangkai has a role in the development of dance in Empat Lawang Regency. The role of the Sighe Setangkai Studio in the development of dance in Empat Lawang Regency is carried out through studio activities related to dance production, training and performance activities. The role of Sanggar Sighe Setangkai in qualitative dance development can be seen from dance production activities. The role of Sanggar Sighe Setangkai in quantitative dance development can be seen from training activities and dance performances.

Indonesia still faces several challenges in developing medical tourism. Various sources, using data for 2018, show that Indonesian citizens actually go for treatment in Malaysia and Singapore, spending around US$23 billion, whether for treatment at government or private hospitals. The normative juridical method in this study will help in understanding the legal regulations and norms governing the medical tourism sector in the country, as well as assessing how these regulations affect the development of the industry. The results of this study are that Medical Tourism in Indonesia is regulated in Permenkes No.76/2015 concerning Health Tourism Services. PMK's weakness is the nuances of demand for the overseas patient market. Then the limitation that only type A and type B Hospitals are entitled to be designated as Hospitals with Medical Tourism Services in Indonesia is also an obstacle to the growth of the Health Tourism Service Climate. This article discusses the development of health tourism potential through the use of medicines from natural ingredients. Health and wellness have become a major concern of modern society, leading to increased interest in natural treatment alternatives. In this context, this study aims to explore the potential for developing tourist destinations that combine elements of health and natural beauty with the use of traditional medicines derived from natural ingredients. The research method involves surveying the latest literature on the use of natural medicines in the health sector, as well as case studies of several tourist sites that have successfully integrated these aspects. Data analysis was carried out to identify the advantages and challenges in developing health tourism based on natural ingredients, both in terms of health benefits and economic potential. The results of the study show that the use of medicines from natural ingredients in the context of health tourism has the potential to increase tourist attractiveness, promote local culture, and provide alternative treatments that are safer and more sustainable. However, challenges such as regulation of standards, public education and maintenance of natural resources need to be overcome for this development to be sustainable. This article provides insight into the potential and benefits of developing medicine-based health tourism from natural ingredients, as well as presents a holistic view of the relationship between health, nature and local culture in the context of tourism. The practical implication of this research is to provide guidance for stakeholders in planning, managing and promoting health tourism destinations that are sustainable and beneficial to all.

KKN (Real Work Lecture) is a community service activity program carried out by students with a cross-scientific and sectoral approach at certain times and regions in Indonesia. Suli is one of the states in Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. KKN students who have been placed in this location must mingle, adapt to the community and are required to create work programs obtained from observations in the community. The results of observations obtained in Suli are problems that must be turned into work programs to be carried out as KKN students. The work program which is the flagship program is Socialization of Financial Partners and Cooperatives (Empowerment of High School Children in Financial Education and Introduction to Cooperatives). Writing articles using the Socialization and TPA (Primary Knowledge Test) methods

This research is motivated by children's ability to compose words from several letters. Students' ability to arrange letters into one word has not yet developed optimally. This can be seen during learning activities in class, where the teacher asks students to read. From there, educators took the initiative to provide other learning techniques, namely by using techniques that could motivate children more and attract children's interest in reading activities. The letter stacking board technique was chosen by educators because this technique is believed to make children more enthusiastic and more interested, so it is hoped that it can improve elementary school students' ability to arrange letters into one word. The research was carried out using the development research method. The object of this research is students' ability to arrange letters into one word using data collection techniques, namely observation, questions and documentation. The research instruments used were a scoring rubric and an assessment rubric to guide observation of data analysis techniques. This research produces a product in the form of a letter stacking board whose suitability has been tested by looking at the results of observation and validation. This typesetting board product contains attractive letters and images so it is suitable for use in class II elementary schools and has received a positive response from teachers and elementary school students.  

This research examines the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in improving the economy and developing society in Laut Dendang Village, with the ultimate goal of achieving independent village status. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, this research analyzes the contribution of BUMDes in creating jobs, increasing people's income, and facilitating access to resources and training. The research results show that the existence of BUMDes has had a significant positive impact on local economic growth, increasing community skills, and strengthening village institutional capacity. BUMDes plays a role as a catalyst in the process of village economic empowerment, which ultimately helps Laut Dendang Village move towards independence. However, this research also identifies challenges faced, including limited capital and government support, which need to be overcome to optimize the role of BUMDes. These findings provide insight for the government and other stakeholders in designing more effective policies and strategies for village development through BUMDes.

The aim of this service is to create the Jago Silo MSME market (Jajani Tonggo Nglarisi Bolo) as a way to encourage the local economy in Bendogerit Village, Blitar City. It is estimated that the Jago Silo MSME market can become a center of sustainable economic activity that provides benefits for MSME players and society as a whole by involving various parties, including local entrepreneurs, regional government and the community. As a result of Jago Silo activities, local business actors feel that they have received greater financial benefits, which for their partners has contributed to improving their quality of life.    

This community service was carried out in Sumbersari Hamlet, Community Service Activities were carried out in Mojowatesrejo Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency with the target of understanding Digital Marketing Optimization and the Legality of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (U.M.K.M). Carrying out community service, the main aim of this activity is to increase insight and knowledge regarding Optimization of Digital Marketing and the Legality of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Development in Mojowono Village. In order to obtain and support a conducive working atmosphere, work together to build productive partnerships. Therefore, the socialization carried out in Mojowono Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency is very important to carry out. Other objectives include providing an understanding of technological advances that must be utilized properly so that they can increase income in society. This business activity must of course be maximized and must be equipped with a business permit so that it can provide certainty and legal protection for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises(UMKM)

The aim of this research is to determine the development of rural sociology students' competence in analyzing village community life through the application of social inquiry learning methods. The research method applied in this study is the action research method. This research is included in the applied research category which integrates knowledge, research and action. This research explains the effectiveness of social inquiry learning methods in improving the analytical competence of rural sociology students. The social inquiry method, which emphasizes active student involvement through exploration and investigation of social phenomena, has proven effective in improving students' understanding, analytical skills and critical thinking abilities. Through applying this method, students not only understand rural sociology theory but are also able to apply it in empirical analysis. The implementation of this method in the form of action research shows a significant increase in student learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle. The research results show that students who are involved in the social inquiry method are able to carry out a more in-depth analysis of social phenomena in rural areas, as well as showing increased cooperation skills and courage in discussions. This conclusion is supported by observation results which show an increase in the quality of learning and the results of student self-evaluation.      

Literacy and numeracy are basic competencies needed by students to analyze reading and numbers in various contexts.  Based on the research results, it is known that the literacy and numeracy competencies of students in Indonesia are still very lacking. For this reason, the Ministry of Education and Culture, through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, is holding a program called the Teaching Campus, which invites students to contribute to strengthening students' literacy and numeracy learning, especially at the junior high school level. Students work directly to help schools, teachers and students according to school conditions and existing needs. The student activities in implementing this campus teaching program are prepared in the form of a RAK (Collaborative Action Plan). However, before that the students are handed over by the field supervisor to the school, then the students carry out school observations. Once they felt they had enough observation data, students created a RAK with the main target of developing the quality of literacy and numeracy. In line with this, students carry it out together with a team that has been formed by the campus teaching program organizing committee. All activities include teaching in class, calistung tutoring, garden improvements, green parks, Bible study, art lessons, literacy trees, reading corners, helping with administration in employee offices, student character training, mutual cooperation, morning cleaning, helping with daily pickets, and development Student talent is a program that the student team carries out during the assignment period at the placement school for the class 7 campus teaching program at SMP Negeri 1 Palipi, JL. This project research aims to explain the COCD concept for innovation and development provided to village communities in Tanjung Rejo. The method we used was interviews and direct observation in Tanjung Rejo village. The technique we use is direct data analysis and in-depth observation regarding the conditions of the village we want to empower. The results of this research show that the results of the innovation carried out are very influential and have a sustainable impact on the income of local residents as well as exploring the potential and abilities of local residents to be even better than before regarding shrimp food from their shrimp ponds. Based on the results and discussion of the research "Innovation and Development of Community Potential through Shrimp Processing and Marketing in Tanjung Rejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. 1). The applied COCD concepts and theories enable the development of relevant and sustainable solutions, as well as increasing community participation. 2) COCD Concepts and Theory help increase efficiency, improve skills and open up new opportunities, especially opportunities in shrimp innovation which can be a means of developing COCD Concepts and Theory which can help improve the social and economic welfare of the community and create independence for the community.
