Pada saat ini Indonesia sedang menghadapi pandemi COVID19, anjuran pemeritah guna  untuk menekan penyebaran virus adalah dengan cara menggunakan masker. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, pendeteksian masker hanya ditujukan untuk mendeteksi menggunakan masker dan tidak menggunakan masker. Namun, pada kenyatannya saat penggunaan masker harus dengan cara yang benar, sehingga manfaat yang didapat dalam menggunakan masker bisa maksimal. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini ditambahkan satu kelas baru sehingga menjadi 3 kelas yaitu menggunakan masker dengan benar, tidak menggunakan masker, dan menggunakan masker tidak benar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membandingkan model pretrained keras Convolutional Neural network (CNN), yaitu VGG16, Mobilenetv2 dan Inceptionv3 untuk mendapatkan hasil akurasi terbaik dan mengimplementasikannya untuk sistem deteksi masker secara otomatis. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bagaimana karakteristik arsitektur ketiga model tersebut. Setalah dilakukan pengujian,diketahui bahwa hasil akurasi yang didapatkan dengan dataset yang sama namun model CNN berbeda mendapatkan hasil yang berbeda juga. Mobilenetv2 mendapatkan hasil akurasi tertinggi dengan persetase 100%.

Retirement is an important event that marks the change from adult life to old life.   One of the things that need to be prepared in facing retirement is to reduce the workload as retirement approaches.  The sociological transition theory developed by William Bridges, known as the "Bridges Transition Model," underscores the importance of understanding and managing change as a transitional process involving three main stages: suffix, neutral, and beginning, The theory of social capital proposed by Pierre Bourdieu can provide relevant understanding related to the phenomenon of teacher adaptation in retirement. This theory emphasizes the importance of social networks and relationships in the lives of individuals, and considers social capital as a valuable resource.  The study used a qualitative approach, which showed that teachers who had strong social networks during their careers were more likely to have social support and resources that could help them in post-retirement adaptation.  Teachers who have strong social networks during their careers are better able to cope with the challenges of post-retirement adaptation.  On the other hand, the results also show that teachers who lack social capital or have a more limited social network will have difficulty in post-retirement adaptation.

Undang-undang No.22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan mempunyai peran strategis dalam mendukung pembangunan dan integrasi nasional sebagai bagian dari upaya memajukan kesejahteraan umum dan untuk mewujudkan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan di Kota Pekanbaru supaya aman, lancar, teratur dan efisien. Akan tetapi, pada penerapan UU No.22 Tahun 2009 ini masih menuai berbagai macam permasalahan, yaitu kedisiplinan para pengguna jalan dalam berlalu lintas masih belum tercapai terutama di Kota Pekanbaru sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi di dalam berlalu lintas dan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor penghambat di dalam implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan di Kota Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan teori Yulianto Kadji yang terdiri dari beberapa indikator seperti, mentality, system, dan networking. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan di Kota Pekanbaru telah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh aparatur, namun partisipasi atas kesadaran supir truk masih kurang baik sehingga masih saja melakukan pelanggaran walaupun kebijakan sudah dikeluarkan. Pengawasan tidak dapat dilakukan secara terus menerus dikarenakan masih kurangnya sumber daya manusia. Peneliti juga memberikan saran sebaiknya pihak aparat hukum lebih giat dalam melakukan razia ditempat-tempat yang sering melakukan pelanggaran berdasarkan informasi yang diberikan dari masyarakat setempat agar terciptanya kelancaran dan kenyamanan serta keamanan para pengguna jalan.                                                                                             

Keamanan jaringan menjadi suatu hal yang sangat penting, terutama untuk sebuah organisasi yang menerapkan teknologi dan sistem informasi di dalamnya. Fakultas Seperti halnya yang terjadi di Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (FTI UKSW). Saat ini FTI UKSW menggunakan topologi jaringan dengan perangkat MikroTik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perancangan desain topologi berbasis Hierarchical Network Design dan dirancang dengan menggunakan pfSense Router Firewall. Perancangan sistem difokuskan untuk bagian traffic antara Distribution Layer dan Access Layer. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk mengamankan traffic jaringan dan memberikan proteksi secara langsung melalui Web Service pfSense. Di dalam pfSense Router Firewall, terdapat tools yaitu Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) Snort yang berfungsi untuk membantu dalam memberikan action dan blocking jika terjadi ancaman pada jaringan. Dengan desain topologi yang diusulkan tersebut diharapkan dapat menghasilkan peningkatan keamanan jaringan komputer di FTI UKSW.

This article discusses the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) competencies in Jayapura City with a technopreneurship approach, which aims to open new market segments through digital marketing. By utilizing digital technology, MSMEs are expected to increase their competitiveness and enter the global market. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the potential and challenges faced by MSMEs in Jayapura. The results of the study indicate that the development of technopreneurship competencies can encourage innovation and expand the marketing network of MSMEs, as well as increase access to international markets.

The research focused on the quality of whatsapp-based online services in population administration services in kupang city. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation and quality model of whatsapp-based online services in population administration services. The theory used is the theory of online service quality proposed by parasurahman with the variables of efficiency, fullfilment, system availability, privacy. The research design used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the implementation of quality whatsapp-based online services was seen from service efficiency, ease of access and a simple mechanism; fullfilment, a fast and free service period; system availability, the internet network support; and privacy, the end-to-end encrypted whatsapp. The obstacle is there are no regulations, infrastructure facilities are still limited, just using one smartphone for one service where the smartphone capacity is limited for document transactions. Then there is still a lack of government socialization. Therefore, the model that needs to be carried out by the population and civil registry office of kupang city is to make a regulation for the mayor of kupang. It is necessary for the government to be responsible for providing computers for whatsapp online, and conducting wider socialization to the public.    

Mining cryptocurrencies on the blockchain is a method for collecting crypto by breaking secret codes compiled with mathematical algorithm equations. Crypto includes electronic money (e-money), where the use of e-money as a medium of exchange in modern transactions is still being debated among contemporary scholars about its legitimacy. Two things that become the problem are (1) what is the mechanism for mining cryptocurrency on the blockchain, (2) how is the review of Islamic Economic Law on cryptocurrency mining on the blockchain. The purpose of this study is to describe and explain cryptocurrency mining practices on the blockchain and to find out the review of Islamic Economic Law on cryptocurrency mining. This research is a qualitative research by collecting data and information through interviews. The data sources include primary data sources, namely interviews with crypto miners, secondary data sources, namely books, journals, theses, scientific papers and other written works. While the tertiary data comes from dictionaries, encyclopedias, and related articles. This research data collection method obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. While the method used to analyze the data is a qualitative analysis method using the theory of mining, al-mal, and ju'alah. The increasing number of online buying and selling has indirectly influenced changes in legal regulations. The rules that apply in Indonesia are still unclear regarding electronic buying and selling. This is due to the fact that the conditions necessary for the validity of an electronic agreement have not been specifically regulated. The aim of this research is to determine the validity of electronic contract agreements in E-Commerce transactions in terms of civil law. In this research, normative research methods were used. This method involves processing data from legal regulations and applying rules or norms as the basis for research. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance students’ understanding and skills in public service while supporting local economic empowerment through the implementation of a campus bazaar based on local wisdom. The program was conducted at the Lancang Kuning Dumai College of Administrative Sciences and involved lecturers, students, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), as well as the general public. A participatory and practical approach was employed, allowing students to actively engage in the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of the bazaar activities. The results indicate that students gained hands-on experience in delivering professional public services, managing business activities, and promoting products rooted in local wisdom. Meanwhile, local MSMEs benefited from increased sales and expanded marketing networks. This program strengthens the synergy between higher education institutions and the community in fostering inclusive and sustainable local economic development.

Literasi digital di era society 5.0 sangatlah penting bagi mahasiswa, dimana konsep tersebut menjadi komponen utama dalam penggunaan teknologi digital supaya dapat berjalan secara baik dan benar. Literas digital banyak dimanfaatkan dikalangan masyarakat terutama mahasiswa di era society 5.0, yaitu untuk memperoleh teknis pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan saat penggunaan media digital di era society 5.0. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian literatur review dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari artikel jurnal nasional yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada sembilan komponen literasi digital yang harus dikuasai oleh mahasiswa dalam menghadapi era society 5.0, yaitu social networking, transliteracy, maintaining privacy, managing identity, creating content, organising and sharing content, reusing/repurposing content, filtering and selecting content, serta self broadcasting .

To anticipate the use of wheat flour, flour from local food ingredients such as pomfret flour and Pisona alba leaf flour can be used. Purpose of the research: 1) Knowing  the level of public preference for puff pastry with composite substitution of pomfret flour and Pisonia alba leaf flour; 2) Knowing the composition of the best formula used in the manufacture of puff pastry composite substitution of pomfret flour and Pisonia alba leaf flour. The methods used in this research are the method of literature, experimentation, documentation, questionnaire, sensory testing, hedonic testing and data analysis. Pomfret flour and Pisonia alba  leaf used as much as 5%, 10%, 15% of the weight of the flour. The results showed that puff pastry with pomfret flour and Pisonia alba leaf flour were the most preferred and accepted by the panelists as products with the composite substitution of pomfret flour and Pisonia alba leaf flour as much as 5%.

Sustainable economic growth is one of the national development goals in Indonesia. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) play a crucial role in promoting sustainable economic growth; however, UMKM need to adapt to the developments in digital technology to compete and thrive in the market. The digitalpreneur community consists of UMKM practitioners who leverage digital technology to expand their businesses. This community can provide various benefits to its members, such as access to information and knowledge, business networks, and support for business development. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data is gathered through in-depth interviews with informants. Based on the research findings, it is observed that the digitalpreneur community can contribute to sustainable economic growth in several ways, namely: 1) Enhancing the capacity and competitiveness of UMKM. 2) Improving market access. 3) Facilitating collaboration among UMKM.
