The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in philanthropy practices, one of which is through the implementation of online fundraising (crowdfunding). This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing fundraising features in the Dompet Dhuafa application as one of the institution's efforts to utilize technological advancements to support philanthropic activities. Using a qualitative approach and literature review, this study examines the factors that influence the success of fundraising through mobile applications, such as trust, ease of use, and perceived usefulness. In addition, other aspects such as interface design, application features, and promotional strategies are also considered in this analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of fundraising features in the Dompet Dhuafa application has the potential to be an effective means of collecting donations from the wider community, with the caveat that the institution must pay attention to key factors such as transparency, ease of use, and providing clear information about the impact and benefits of donations. The effectiveness of implementing these features can be measured by an increase in the number of donors, the amount of donations collected, and the level of community participation in programs run by Dompet Dhuafa.

This research focuses on the development of interactive learning materials to enhance the understanding of fourth-grade elementary school students regarding rounding. Pre-tests and post-tests were conducted on the experimental group to measure its effectiveness. The objectives of this study are (1) to develop teaching materials using a clothing measuring tape and (2) to analyze the differences in learning outcomes between students using this media and conventional methods in the 4A and 4C classes at SDPN 252 Setiabudhi. The data analysis activities involve processing the data and applying statistical analysis. The results indicate a lack of significant improvement in students' understanding of rounding concepts after the implementation of interactive teaching materials. Statistical analysis shows that the average scores on the post-test did not exhibit a significant increase compared to the pre-test. In conclusion, the teaching method using a clothing measuring tape is less effective when applied to 4A and 4C students at SDPN 252 Setiabudhi.

The globalization that has occurred today has given rise to various changes in human life. The change creates opportunities and challenges, both in education, politics, religion and even socio- culture. To face the opportunities and challenges that human beings are required to increase his resources. Education is the right means, in addition to producing superior human, kratif, caterpillar, diligent, also sustained by to the faith.  

The goal and main issues discussed in this research are how the Organizational Structure influences Performance in the Livestock Farming Area of Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) Glugur Rimbun. This study uses a qualitative associative method, conducting a review of theories and literature, as well as surveys and observations, and collecting opinions from academic community members, especially professors specializing in Human Resources. The research results state that organizational structure is a framework or arrangement that regulates relationships, responsibilities, and authorities within an organization. In management, organizational structure can be considered the foundation or operational framework of an organization. It is a fundamental element that forms the basis for organizing and directing organizational activities. There are several types of organizational structures that can be applied, and the selection of such a structure depends on the organization's goals, size, complexity, and needs. The choice of organizational structure should consider the organization's strategic goals, size, external environment, and the culture to be established. Moreover, organizations can change their structure over time to adapt to changing needs and business dynamics. The importance of organizational structure is reflected in its operational efficiency. By systematically mapping tasks and responsibilities, the structure creates a regular workflow, avoids unnecessary overlap, and establishes a foundation for optimal efficiency.

In Indonesian positive law, only the KHI states that child custody falls to the mother. Other regulations only state that both parents are still obliged to look after their children without providing an explanation to whom child custody is given after divorce. In child custody decisions, several decisions were found that gave child custody to the mother, but also decisions were found that gave child custody to the father. This causes legal uncertainty in determining child custody after divorce. This research aims to analyze the most appropriate indicators of the judge's consideration in decisions regarding child custody based on the principle of the child's best interests. The research method used is prescriptive normative legal research using a conceptual approach. The results of the research show that there are several indicators that can be used in considering determining child custody, namely, child welfare, parental behavior, coordination between parents, and distribution of parental time. If it is felt that other indicators are needed, the judge can add these indicators as long as they are in accordance with the principle of the child's best interests.

STAIN MADINA KKN Group 26 was held in Balimbing Julu Village, Padang Bolak Julu, North Padang Lawas, North Sumatra. The main problem is that in Balimbing Julu Village there are no recitation groups specifically for children or teenagers. In Balimbing Julu Village there is no Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) so children's knowledge about religion is still minimal. In fact, there are still many elementary school children who don't know the hijaiyah letters or short letters. With this recitation, children are more enthusiastic about memorizing short suras, practicing prayer and learning monotheism of the Al-Qur'an.By establishing a study park, children can play while learning religious knowledge. Therefore, as STAIN MADINA KKN students, we collected data by conducting observations and surveys (interviews) with the Balimbing Julu community to hold a recitation garden for children, Friday afternoon recitation for mothers and youth recitation or Naposo Nauli Bulung (NNB) specifically for Friday evenings. 'at the existence of these recitations can strengthen ties between communities.To overcome this problem, we planned to alternately set up a place for recitation at the homes of members of the study group, specifically for children's study gardens, we deliberately held it at the KKN post and the next recitation location was taken over by the chairman of the NNB, namely Maralohot Siregar. With this recitation, it is hoped that it will broaden the knowledge of children, recitation mothers and Naposo Nauli Bulung (NNB). After we established a recitation garden, Friday afternoon recitation for women, and Friday evening recitation for Naposo Nauli Bulung (NNB), we understood that the support of the Balimbing Julu village community had a very important role in realizing these recitation activities. People can learn about the meaning of togetherness, solidarity and kinship.

This activity aims to complete the assignment of a real work study report (KKN) regarding community service." The realization is in the form of mutual cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of neighborhood roads, cemeteries, mosques and public areas. Going directly into the field to carry out reciprocal collaboration with local communities is the research method applied. The following are the results of the activities carried out: picking up and sorting rubbish, cleaning grass, cleaning the surrounding environment, cleaning the mosque and surrounding roads, helping others, and helping local women in the kitchen. Students' contributions to society in carrying out social interests is one of the advantages of research. The photos and mutual cooperation efforts to provide assistance to the Hajoran village community are the results of this investigation.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need to compete effectively in the market in terms of increased capacity to adapt to the dynamic business environment. MSMEs need to respond promptly to evolving market trends, technological advances, and changing consumer preferences. However, not all MSMEs have made the necessary adaptations in order to thrive in a dynamic business environment. This community service focuses on Mie Ayam Mas Nok, an MSME that faces specific challenges, especially the lack of social media utilization and the absence of a distinctive business logo. To overcome these problems, community service activities were carried out by providing targeted assistance to MSMEs Mie Ayam Mas Nok. This service activity aims to empower them through effective utilization of social media platforms and the creation of unique business logos, thereby increasing their competitiveness in a dynamic business environment. Using a combination of observation, interviews, and surveys, this community service initiative yielded positive results. MSMEs Mie Ayam Mas Nok successfully integrated social media into their business strategy and obtained a distinctive business logo. These improvements have significantly increased the competitiveness of their businesses, equipping them to thrive in an ever-changing and competitive business environment.

In the current digital era, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need digital tools to facilitate their business processes. Binong Subdistrict, as one of the subdistricts that has many MSMEs, faces challenges in encouraging technology adoption among MSME owners. To overcome this problem, the authors introduce BukuWarung, a digital financial platform, as a practical solution to optimize financial recording. The process involves training and mentoring structured in four steps: outreach, training and mentoring, and evaluation. The results show that MSMEs now better understand the important role of financial management and have successfully adopted BukuWarung for their financial recording needs. In conclusion, socialization and training on the use of the Buku Warung application in Binong Village succeeded in increasing the understanding and skills of MSMEs in utilizing digital technology to support their business.

Air pollution is not an unfamiliar phenomenon for areas surrounding industries. The Cikoneng area has a wok industry center where the production process produces air pollution fumes. The wok industry center is adjacent to residential houses so that the factory smoke produced has an impact on the health of the surrounding community. Therefore, the targets of counseling are community leaders, health cadres, youth organizations, and residents who live around the industrial area. The purpose of this empowerment activity is to increase community knowledge, awareness, and creativity towards planting Sansevieria plants with the kokedama technique to maintain environmental health around the wok industry. The material was given using the lecture method with the help of power point media and leaflets. While the practice of planting Sansevieria with kokedama technique uses lecture and simulation methods. The Wilcoxon test was used to measure the level of knowledge of participants from the pre-test and post-test results which could show a difference in results before and after providing material with asymp. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.002, it can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge in participants who take part in counseling activities. It is hoped that the people of Jetak Hamlet can minimize air pollution generated from the wok industry process by planting Sansevieria plants.

In addition to describing the progress and challenges faced byThe Family Hope Program (PKH), this paper also aims to explain the theoretical basis of social protection programs that under lie PKH. This paper was based ona series ofdirect observation combined with a desk reviewof the CCT implementation unit level and regional centers as well as afocus group discussion with partners/facilitator in the field, experts of PKH, area coordinator, regional coordinator and RTSM beneficiaries. This study showed that the CCT provide significants up port for Very Poor Households, “Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin”(RTSM) in order not to”produce” the next generation who were malnourishedand uneducated. The program alsogave an opportunity for scholars working in the area to engage in these activities. Until 2012, PKH absorbed nearly 10,000 young workforceas mentors, operators, area coordinators from higher education graduates.

This research aims to improve students' speaking skills through the mind mapping method for fifth grade students at SDN NO. 18 Bababulo Majene Regency. The subjects used in this research were 15 students. This research procedure consists of 4 stages per cycle, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The indicator of learning outcomes in this research is increasing speaking skills. The data collection was carried out using observation, evaluation and documentation techniques. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in student activity, namely in the first cycle 61.9%, an increase in the second cycle to 82.4%. There was an increase in learning outcomes from cycle I, obtaining an average score of 61.06% with learning completeness of 53.33%. In cycle II the average score was 75.4% with learning completeness 86.67%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the mind mapping method can improve speaking skills in class V students at SDN NO. 18 Bababulo Majene Regency.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) MEFs Foods & Snacks is one of the MSMEs engaged in processing snacks which are packaged in such a way that they follow developments and people's tastes. In order to improve financial management at MEFs Foods & Snacks MSMEs, MEFs Foods & Snacks MSMEs are expected to be able to make financial reports so that MSME finances can become more accountable. The results achieved in this service are changes in the presentation of financial reports compared to the previous period, this is because MSME managers already understand how to record transactions, carry out records correctly so that the presentation of financial reports becomes more accurate and reflects the financial condition of MEFs Foods & Snacks MSMEs. Al-Hamidiyah Depok Islamic Foundation is one of the educational institutions that uses YouTube social media as a medium for disseminating information. The NGASUH (Ngaji Bersama Pengasuh) program premiered on March 14, 2022 until this thesis was made, it has reached 49 episodes. The obstacles faced such as technical constraints and the host cannot attend live broadcasts. This research aims to find out the process of making the NGASUH program through the YouTube social media of the Al-Hamidiyah Islamic Foundation as a means of disseminating Islamic information for students, teachers, employees at the Al-Hamidiyah Islamic Foundation and to find out what obstacles were faced during the process of making the NGASUH program through the YouTube social media of the Al-Hamidiyah Islamic Foundation. The research theory in this study is production theory which consists of pre-production, production, and post-production. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods with data collection techniques are in-depth interviews. The pre-production of the NGASUH program is the initial stage in the event production process which involves planning, preparing, and organizing all the necessary aspects before the live broadcast is carried out. The production stage of a live program requires tight coordination, adaptability, and readiness to handle situations that may arise during the broadcast. The entire production team must work together to ensure the smooth running of the event and provide a good experience to the audience. The post-production phase of a live program is the phase after the live broadcast is completed, where the evaluation, processing, and distribution of the broadcast results are carried out. This stage is important to evaluate the quality of the broadcast, collect feedback, and conduct follow-ups based on the results of the broadcast such as storing the broadcast materials properly for future reference and archives.

The aim of this study is to assess the influence of subtitles in the "Affordable" motion graphics on the comprehension of 7th-grade students at SMPN 7 Bogor. This research utilizes a quantitative descriptive approach. In this study, samples are obtained through non-probability sampling, and respondents are selected using purposive sampling. Simple linear regression is employed as the data analysis technique. The results of the simple linear regression analysis reveal that the "Affordable" motion graphics have a positive and significant impact on the comprehension of 7th-grade students at SMPN 7 Bogor, accounting for 24.46%, while the remaining 75.54% is influenced by other variables.

This study aims to empower farmer groups in applying appropriate technology to rice farming productivity in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The research methods used include field surveys and analysis of productivity data from farmers who apply this technology compared to those who do not. Primary data was collected through structured interviews with farmers and direct observation in the field during the research period. Data analysis was carried out by comparing rice production results, efficiency of using agricultural inputs, and farmer income before and after adopting appropriate technology. The research results show that the adoption of appropriate technology significantly increases rice productivity in terms of the number of harvests per hectare and reduces the costs of certain inputs such as fertilizers and pesticides. In addition, farmers who apply this technology also report better income increases compared to conventional methods. These findings support the importance of implementing appropriate technology in improving food security and the economy of farmers in rural areas such as Sukajadi Village. This research contributes to expanding understanding of the practical benefits of appropriate technology in the context of rice farming in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the relationship between culture and Islamic education in the development of Malay culture in Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. And the research was carried out in August 2022. The approach used is a quantitative approach. The technique used in sampling namelyStratified Random Sampling. The instrument used in this study was in the form of a non-test, namely a questionnaire or questionnaire. While the correlation technique used isproduct moment. The results showed that the results of the correlation test withproduct moment shows that the value of r count is 0.71. Based on the data interpretation table for the r value, the number 0.71 is between 0.70 and 0.90. So it can be concluded that there is a strong or significant relationship between culture and Islamic education. accept or in other words there is a correlation between Culture and Islamic education. whether there is a significant relationship between the two variables. To prove this, the authors conducted a study on the title which was conducted by 151 people. Due to the large population, the researchers determined the sample based on the opinion that "if the subject number is more than one hundred people, the equivalent of 10% -15% or 20% -25% of the total population can be taken.. The results of the questionnaire were processed by tabulation to determine the frequency. Based on the discussion of research results in this thesis, it can be seen that the Relationship between Culture and Islamic Education in the Development of Malay Culture in Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency is showing a very high correlation.      

This article discusses the implementation of HTML training at MAN 2 Jepara as part of a community service initiative by the UNISNU KKN team in Kelet Village to develop students' digital skills. Through this article, we will explain the training implementation methods, the objectives to be achieved, and the expected benefits. Currently, students from MAN 2 Jepara majoring in informatics have learned how to use computers, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. As a major with an informatics background, there is certainly an expectation to learn other things in the field, especially in web development. Therefore, the UNISNU KKN team in Kelet Village took the initiative to conduct basic HTML training. To achieve the expected goals and benefits, the author adopts practical and interactive training methods. The training results show an increase in understanding of the basic concepts of HTML by 43%, interest in the field of web development by 28%, and active participation in question and answer sessions by 50%.

The aim of this research is to see the effect of motion graphic duration on audience retention levels when conveying information about non-effective taxpayers and also to make recommendations for optimal duration to increase audience retention by using non-effective taxpayer motion graphics as a case study. A quantitative approach with a correlational type was used in conducting this research, as well as the use of YouTube Analytics to analyze data on audience retention levels while watching motion graphics. This research found a significant linear relationship between the duration of motion graphics and audience retention based on the motion graphics presented. A duration that exceeds three minutes can decrease audience retention.
